The present research features the basics of pedagogical support in the system of continuous education in the structure of actualization and generation of various pedagogical constructs and pedagogical constructors that facilitate a holistic understanding of the importance of personality development in the hierarchy of age-appropriate methods, forms, and technologies of educational and socio-professional activities. The authors clarify the concepts of "pedagogical construct", "pedagogical constructor", and "basics of pedagogical support in the system of continuous education". These concepts are described in the context of the adaptive-acmepedagogical, personified-productive, and functional-labor approaches that provide traditional and innovative models of the study and research of scientific-pedagogical phenomena and events, thus improving the quality of pedagogical solutions on micro-, meso-, and macro level. The implemented methods and technologies optimize the quality of production and facilitation, cooperation and self-realization, socialization, and self-actualization. The multidimensionality of the approach reveals the prospects for a teacher who would contribute to the personal development (construct "I want, I can, I must, there is"), as well as holistic and system-mobile formation of the student. In this research, a student is understood as a product that unites all the components of education: science, art, culture, sports, and other areas of socialization and self-realization. Pedagogical constructs and pedagogical constructors in the studies of the basics of pedagogical support in the system of continuous education are determined in various simulated and realized conditions, where productivity, personification, and health saving technologies determine the integrity of the choice of opportunities and results of pedagogical practice and pedagogical activity.

Continuing education of teachers is one of the most important challenges in the educational policy of the European Union. Primary education and professional development of teachers are considered as strategic factors in the achievement of educational indicators in the 2020 perspective. The article presents the main concepts that characterize continuous education on the background of the concept of continuous education. The provisions on education and professional development of teachers in European educational systems have been analyzed on the basis of research reports, strategies and communications from the Council and the European Commission. There is a growing awareness and sense that improving the quality of general and vocational education cannot take place without taking into account changes in teacher education and training. The level of professional qualifications of teachers is quite high, but initiatives are needed to improve teachers’ professional competences, especially in the area of pedagogical and practical education. The challenge remains to work towards the professional integration of young teachers and – as a result – to limit the outflow of teachers from the profession. This is closely related to the promotion of solutions that will help teachers develop their competence potential and gain new experiences through various forms of professional development. This also applies to non-formal learning and recognition of its effects.

To date, only a few researchers work on the issue of evaluating the quality of online courses. This problem is highly relevant, but not sufficiently developed. And its solution, in our opinion, is directly related to the assessment of the informativeness of online courses. The purpose of the study is to develop a set of principles for evaluating the informativeness of a special type of online courses, the interactive educational modules for continuing education of healthcare professionals. These modules are accessed through an online learning platform, the portal for continuing medical and pharmaceutical education.

Software metrics have a direct link with measurement in software engineering. Correct measurement is the prior condition in any engineering fields, and software engineering may be not an exemption, as those size and complicated nature of software increases, manual examination of software becomes a harder assignment. Most Software Engineers worry about the quality of software, how to measure and enhance its quality. The overall objective of this study was to asses and analysis software metrics used to measure the software product and process. In this Study, the researcher used a collection of literatures from various electronic databases, available since 2008 to understand and know the software metrics. Finally, in this study, the researcher has been identified software quality will be a method for measuring how software is designed and how well the software conforms to that configuration. A percentage of the variables that we would be searching for software superiority and Correctness, item quality, Scalability, completeness and absence of bugs of those quality standard that might have been utilized from you quit offering on that one association will be unique in relation to others for this reason it may be better to apply the software measurements to measure the quality of software and the current is most common software metrics tools to decrease the partiality of faults during the valuation of software quality. The central influence of this study is an indicationaround software metrics to illustrate for development in this field by critical investigation about key metrics initiated onboth developer and user interactiona unified definition of software quality management on User and Developer (SQMUD) is proposed

The article defines and clarifies the terminological apparatus for researching the particular characteristics and possibilities for improving the quality of the professional staff training in continuing education. It gives a systematically detailed list of the pedagogical conditions for optimizing the quality of the professional employee training in the continuing education model. The current research is conducted at the confluence of the personnel management theory, the theory of teaching (didactics) and vocational education theory. The paper redefines some related concepts in their broad, narrow, local and unified meaning. The wide sense is determined by a macro-level definition and the solution of scientific and pedagogical tasks. The narrow sense specifies the level of procedural relations and is characterized by the mezo-level modeling and design of the pedagogical activity foundations in the theory and methodology of the continuing education organization. The local meaning is determined by the micro-level models of defining and solving problems of personality development, included in the system of continuous education. The unified meaning is defined as the most widely distributed and independent of the size of the research object, its description and dissemination of scientific knowledge. The pedagogical conditions for improving the quality of the professional training in the continuous education model are determined through a linear construct that reveals all the components of the phenomenon under consideration in its consistent implementation in the model of continuity, systemic, integrity, objectivity and scientific character. Pedagogical conditions for improving the quality of staff training in the model of continuous education determine the choice of the possibility of modeling and designing composite pedagogical technology and methods for assessing the quality of the formation of the pedagogical construct and the product of scientific research.
