The subject of research is the discussion and understanding the role of professional athletes in the development of sports tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The research problem stems from the need for more detailed research of sports tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as a detailed research of the role of professional athletes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. A qualitative method was used in the research. The qualitative method was conducted among six experts in the field of sports, in the form of in-depth interviews. The aim of the research is to find out and analyze the views of experts in the field of sports, sports journalism and on the topic of sports tourism and its impact on the image of Bosnia and Herzegovina through the promotion of professional athletes.

OBJECTIVE: This study aimed at investigating the significance of the skin-to-skin contact method with fathers, looking at their own experiences with their newborns. METHODS: The information was collected through in-depth interviews with 14 fathers who had used the skin-to-skin contact method with their newborns, after a cesarean delivery. The technique utilized for data analysis was the qualitative method of content analysis. RESULTS: Four principal themes emerged from the data: the preparation for the skin-to-skin method, the experiences of the fathers, the father's role, and effects of the method on the baby. CONCLUSIONS: The investigations performed highlighted the importance of the involvement of health professionals in the use of this method, which leads to a series of positive results for the organization related to satisfaction. We conclude that the skin-to-skin method is a simple technique, recommended for positive results for fathers and their babies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengalaman berliterasi penulis di Kota Bandung dalam menjalani perannya sebagai penulis Sunda.Pokok bahasan yang digali meliputi aspek pendorong menjadi penulis Sunda, pilihan jenis dan tema tulisan untuk menyampaikan perasaan dan pikiran penulis, serta aspek harapan dalam menjalani peran sebagai penulis Sunda.Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi digunakan untuk menguraikan pengalaman pada penulis Sunda dalam berliterasi. Wawancara mendalam dan penelusuran literatur digunakan untuk memperoleh data dari 8 penulis yang menjadi informan penelitian ini. Hasil studi menunjukkan, lingkungan dan kebiasaan membaca menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong penulis untuk menulis dalam bahasa Sunda. Tulisan fiksi dan nonfiksi menjadi pilihan penulis untuk menyampaikan pikiran dan perasannya melalui tulisan. Masalah sosial, sejarah klasik Sunda, kearifan lokal, humor, dan peristiwa aktual menjadi pilihan tema dalam tulisan para informan. Adapun yang menjadi aspek harapan sebagai penulis Sunda adalah memelihara keberlangsungan bahasa Sunda, serta berharap dapat membawa budaya Sunda ke peradaban global. Kata kunci: Literasi, Budaya Sunda, Penulis Sunda, Pelestarian Budaya ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the author's experience in doing literacy as a Sundanese writer in Bandung City. The subject explored includes the driving aspects of being a Sundanese writer, choice of types and themes of writing, as well as aspects of hope in carrying out the role as a Sundanese writer. The qualitative method with a phenomenological approach is used to describe the experience of Sundanese writers in literacy. In-depth interviews and literature were used to obtain data from 8 writers who became informants of this study. The result shows that environment and reading habits are the main factors that encourage writers to write in the Sundanese language. Fiction and nonfiction literature contents are used to convey a writer’s thoughts and feelings through writing. Social problems, Sundanese classical history, local wisdom, humor, and actual events are the themes in the informants' writings. The aspect of hope as a Sundanese writer is to maintain the continuity of Sundanese language, and hope to bring Sundanese culture to global civilization.Keywords: Literacy, Sundanese Culture, Sundanese Writers, Cultural Preservation

Selain sebagai ibu rumah tangga, biasanya perempuan memiliki peran sebagai pekerja. Tekanan ekonomi dan pendapatan yang tidak mencukupi merupakan alasan yang membuat perempuan memutuskan bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pekerja perempuan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga migran di Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam (in- depth interview). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah informan yang berjumlah dua belas orang yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Peneliti menggunakan tahap credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability untuk menguji keabsahan data, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan tahap reduction, display, dan conclusion. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerja perempuan berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga migran, seperti membantu memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari, menambah penghasilan, menambahan modal usaha dan investasi, tabungan serta biaya kesehatan dan biaya pendidikan.Aside from being housewives, women usually have a role as workers. Economic pressure and an inadequate income are the reasons why women decide to work. The present study aims to analyze the role of female workers in increasing the income of migrant families in Palembang City. The research method used in the present study was a qualitative method by collecting data through in-depth interviews. The sources of data were twelve informants selected by using a purposive sampling. To test the validity of data, the researchers used credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability, while data analysis used stages of reduction, display, and conclution. The present study reveals that female workers played an important role in increasing the income of migrant families, such as helping to meet the daily living needs, increasing the income, the business capital and investment, savings, as well as medical expenses and education costs.

The topic of this article presents communication challenges and the role of the media in constructing an image of migrants and refugees as “the others” in our societies today. The article analyses the migrant situation in South-Eastern Europe, specifically in migration crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina that has been going on since 2018. The aim is to present the basic aspects of this issue and offer answers to key questions - who are migrants and refugees, what’s their own identity, from which countries do they come, how do they cross the border, where do they go, what is the state’s attitude towards them, what forms and channels of communication the state and other stakeholders use toward them, who cares for them, what do they preserve from their national, cultural and/or language identities and how do they construct self-identity and confront with the “hosting identities”, who donates funds for migration management and how they are managed? Also, a special focus of the research will be on the human rights of migrants and refugees in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is the subject of various discussions - both within the country itself and among various humanitarian, governmental and non-governmental international organizations in the EU and beyond.

The relevance of the research is based on the role of special orders of the Ministry of Health about the realization of citizens’ rights to available and qualitative medical care by providing patients with the opportunity to choose a medical organization. Problems arising in connection with the untimely delivery of health care arise from the contradictions in the provisions of regulations that occupy different places in the hierarchy of domestic legislation. The formulation of the research problem is conditioned by the subject of the analysis, which does not only reflect the existing contradiction between departmental orders in the health care system of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the provisions of current federal legislation, but allows us to resolve the problems of their correlation, on the basis of which a serious transformation of the not yet patient-oriented normative framework in the health care sector should take place. The objective of the study is to formulate proposals for improving the current legislation that defines the rights of citizens in the field of healthcare. Based on the results obtained, conclusions were drawn, according to which it is advisable to adjust certain provisions of departmental regulations, taking into account the rights of patients, which they are endowed with by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and federal laws in the field of health care. Based on the criminological aspect of violations in the normative acts hierarchy by departmental orders, we can speak about the emergence of a new group of corruption risks.

The role of Aliya Izetbegović in shaping the national community of Muslim in Bosnia and HerzegovinaThe main problem of the research was to prove that ethnical background has the influence over the people who bear important political functions. For the subject of the research we chose the president of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Alija Izetbegović, who has Muslim roots. During the considerations of the research it was proved that provenience of him in this case seriously determined his attitude and political behavior. It is wondrous that with no trouble he could stay faithful to his beliefs and was officially expressing his religious doctrines, still holding civil functions. Unfortunately, it was all connected with traumatic experiences for hundreds of thousands of Serbian and Croatian people. It is deeply surprising that all his cruel actions as well as his contacts with dangerous separatist Muslims movements have been forgotten.

Role of posyandu cadres in empowering the community of BintanPurposeThis study aimed to determine the role of posyandu cadres in empowering the community in Kawal village, Gunung Kijang district, Bintan regency.MethodsThis study used a qualitative method with a case study design and purposive sampling technique, with the cadres of posyandu. Data collection was done by in-depth interviews and focus group discussion (FGD), with triangulation of sources and methods.ResultsThe role of cadres are as a health motivator, with the extension officers of the health and medical services as well as cadres being able to identify the needs, barriers and help to coordinate in providing health services.ConclusionPosyandu cadres have high social spirit created by the combination of internal and external motivation, resources and potential as well as experience developing ability, with the social spirit capable of inspiring, activating, stimulating, mobilizing and motivating people.

This research is descriptive qualitative research using the feminist literary criticism approach. The subject of this research are three novels by Okky Madasari which are titled: 1) Maryam, 2) 86, and 3) Entrok. The technique of data collecting used in this research is to study the library read the note, conducted by reading carefully and repeated thoroughly and classifying the data obtained based on women’s image. Analyzing data in this research use the descriptive qualitative method. The research finding in the form of physical women’s image, the image of women’s psychic and the role of women consisting of domestic and public areas. Domestic roles include as a child, wife, and mother. The role of women in the public domain consists of the educator, economic, and social movement sectors.

In village tourism developing, it is necessary to have cooperation carried out by tourism Stakeholders, both Government, Community and Entrepreneurs or private parties. The collaboration must be balanced according to the status and role of each stakeholder so that harmonious cooperation can be created that is impartial to anyone. The research method used is a qualitative method with qualitative data analysis techniques, The source of data from this study comes from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling procedure. The results of this study indicate that based on the characteristics, tasks, objectives and functions of the BUMDES ( Badan Usaha Milik Desa ) are still not optimal, it can be seen that a number of things that have not yet fulfilled and still need to be reviewed so that BUMDES ( Badan Usaha Milik Desa) can collaborate and coordinate tourism village units optimally. <p><em>The Islamic rituals in Indonesia have been studied from several perspectives by many scholars. The rituals are usually performed by using several tools, and the text is most used and read in every ritual. However, the studies do not explain the text used in the rituals comprehensively. Therefore, this paper is meant to describe the roles or functions of the text used in the manaqiban ritual performed by Jamaah Aolia Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta. Using a qualitative method based on participate observations and in-depth interviews, the study finds that an-Nur al-burhani, a Javanese translation of al-Jailani ’s hagiography, is the crucial tool in the ritual. The text is merely a historical book about the miracles of al-Jailani , but it has been sacred and transformed with several functions. First, the text serves as a manual for performing the manaqiban. Second, the text as a sacred mantra must be read in the ritual. Third, the text can serve as a consolation for the participants. Fourth, the text serves as a binder for internal group solidarity. Fifth, the text as a source of educational values.</em></p><p><br /><em>Ritual Islam di Indonesia telah diteliti dari beberapa perspektif oleh para ilmuwan. Biasanya, ritual dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa sarana, dan teks adalah sarana yang paling digunakan dan dibaca dalam setiap ritual. Namun demikian, beberapa hasil penelitian tersebut tidak menjelaskan teks yang digunakan dalam ritual secara komprehensif. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini dimaksudkan untuk menggambarkan peran dan fungsi teks dalam ritual manaqiban yang diselenggarakan oleh Jamaah Aolia Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta. Dengan menggunakan pengamatan partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa an-Nur al-burhani, sebuah buku terjemahan berbahasa Jawa dari hagiografi al-Jailani, adalah sarana terpenting dalam ritual. Teks buku ini pada dasarnya hanyalah narasi tentang karamah al-Jailani, namun telah diskralkan sehingga memiliki beberapa fungsi. Pertama, teks sebagai manual dalam pelaksanaan manaqiban. Kedua, teks sebagai sebuah mantra sakral yang harus dibaca dalam ritual. Ketiga, teks dapat berfungsi sebagai hiburan bagi para peserta. Keempat, teks berfungsi sebagai pengikat solidaritas internal. Kelima, teks sebagai sumber nilai pendidikan.</em></p>
