This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services and patient loyalty at the Bahagia Makassar Hospital. This study uses a cross sectional method. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique as many as 77 respondents in the inpatient room of RSU Bahagia Makassar. Data collection is done through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate using Chi Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between responsiveness (ρ = 0,000), assurance (ρ = 0,000), and empaty (ρ = 0,000) with patient loyalty in the inpatient room of RSU Bahagia Makassar and there was no correlation between reabillity (ρ = 0.090) and tangible (ρ = 0.090) with patient loyalty in the inpatient room of RSU Bahagia Makassar. Empaty has the most close relationship with patient loyality in the inpatient room. For this reason, it is recommended for nursing management of Bahagia Makassar Hospital to maintain the attitude of respondents who are already good, it is necessary to make efforts to improve service quality continuously.

Abstract: Factors Related To Occurrence Of Diarrhea In 4-6 Year Children. Diarrhea cases in 4-6-year-old children in Desa Kalimas raised annually, from 10% in 2013 to 33% in 2014, and 35% in 2015. This study aimed at factors related to diarrhea cases in 4-6-year-old children in Desa Kalimas Kecamatan Sungai Kakap. Cross Sectional approach was used forty one sample participated in this study. They were selected by using proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis using chi-square test with a 95% confidence level. The study revealed significant correlation of hand washing (p = 0,043 ; PR = 2,175), microbial quality of drinking water storage (p = 0,016 ; PR = 1,462), availability of family latrine (p = 0,003 ; PR = 3,242), and diarrhea cases. There was no significant correlation between diarrhea cases are the habit of boiling water with the microbial quality of drinking water, the source of water for washing cutlery, and microbial of drinking water, (p > 0,05). It is hoped health authorized staffs in Desa Kalimas apply community- based total sanitation, enhance clean and healthy behaviour, and socialize healthy drinking water storage based on Regulation of Minister of Healthy No. 3/2014.Abstrak: Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Diare Pada Anak Usia 4-6 Tahun. Angka kejadian diare pada anak usia 4-6 tahun di Desa Kalimas mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Tahun 2013 kejadian diare sebesar 10%, tahun 2014 sebesar 33% dan 35% pada tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian diare pada anak usia 4-6 tahun di Desa Kalimas Kecamatan Sungai Kakap. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel  45 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kebiasaan mencuci tangan dengan diare (p = 0,043; PR = 2,175), penyimpanan air minum dengan kualitas mikrobiologi air minum (p = 0,016; PR = 1,462), ketersediaan jamban keluarga dengan diare (p = 0,003; PR = 3,242). Variabel yang tidak berhubungan yaitu kebiasaan memasak air dengan kualitas mikrobiologi air minum, sumber air untuk mencuci alat makan/minum dan kualitas mikrobiologi air minum dengan diare (p ≥ 0,005). Disarankan agar di Desa Kalimas bisa diterapkan program STBM dan peningkatan penerapan PHBS pada masyarakat Desa Kalimas serta mensosialisasikan cara penyimpanan air minum yang baik sesuai dengan Permenkes No 3 tahun 2014.

The lack of repeated visits of old patients will increase the cost of promotion to get new patients, one way to maintain old patients is to grow patient loyalty. Some patients in Arosuka General Hospital are still not loyal because they come to the hospital only for the first examination, then the patient goes to another hospital, some patients have not recommended the hospital to others, one of the factors that influence patient loyalty is the quality of service. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality servqual dimensions and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital. The type of this study is cross sectional. The population in this study were all patients who came to the Arosuka Hospital polyclinic in 2018, a sample of 203 people with a proportional random sampling sampling technique conducted in April 2018 with the analysis used was the chi square test. The statistical test results obtained 60.1% of respondents not loyal, 61.6% of respondents stated that tangible was not good, 37.9% of respondents stated that reliability was not good, 51.2% of respondents stated that they were less responsive, 43.3% of respondents said assurace was not good, and 48.8% of respondents said empaty not good. There is a significant relationship between tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance, empathy and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital with a value of p <0.05 (p = 0.001, p = 0.015, p = 0.010, p = 0.002, p = 0.022). Tangible is the most dominant factor associated with patient loyalty. It is expected that the director will make a policy on service hours, sanctions for those who do not obey the service hours, coordinate with the local government in procuring transportation for patients, the head of the ward designing a comfortable waiting room, and providing suggestion boxes for patients.

Abstrak: Perawat yang bekerja di ICU dan IGD sangat rentan terhadap stres. Stres kerja yang dialami perawat akan sangat mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan stres kerja perawat di ICU dan IGD RSUD Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik korelasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional. Data tingkat kecerdasan emosional dan tingkat stres kerja responden dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 18 orang perawat  ICU dan IGD dengan kriteria : tidak sedang dalam masa cuti atau mendapat tugas belajar, bersedia menjadi responden, dan bukan kepala ruang. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2018. Kecerdasan emosional perawat berada pada tingkatan sedang yakni 55,56% responden dan rata-rata tingkat stres kerja perawat dalam kategori sedang  yakni 55,56% responden. Hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (=0.05), diperoleh nilai Contingency Coefficient 0.486 dan nilai  hit= 5.580 = 3.841 yang berarti H0 ditolak sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat di instalasi rawat darurat RSUD Kota Kendari.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Stres Kerja, Perawat, ICU dan IGD Abstract: Nurses working in ICU and IGD are very susceptible to stress. Work  stress experienced by nurses will greatly affect the quality of nursing services provided to patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with work stress nurses in ICU and IGD Kendari Regional Hospital. This research is a descriptive analytic correlation research using a quantitative approach with cross sectional method. Data of emotional intelligence level and work stress level of respondent were collected by questionnaire. The subjects of the study were 18 nurses ICU and IGD with criteria: not in the time of leave or get the task of study, willing to be respondent, and not head of space. The study was conducted in February 2018. Emotional intelligence of nurses was at the moderate level of 55.56% of respondents and the average level of nurses' work stress in the medium category ie 55.56% of respondents. The result of statistical test using Chi Square test at 95% confidence level (= 0.05), obtained the value of Contingency Coefficient 0.486 and the value  2 hit = 5.580 〖x〗 ^ 2 = 3.841 which means H0 is rejected so it is concluded that there is a relationship between intelligence emotional with the level of nurses work stress at the emergency hospital installation RSUD Kendari.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Working Stress, Nurse, ICU and IGD

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a condition where a person does not have immunity. The disease can be transmitted from pregnant women to the child they are carrying, in an effort to detect early HIV, VCT needs to be done. Karanganyar Community Health Center data in 2017 VCT service coverage for pregnant women in 2017 was less than 26.7%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the use of VCT in pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative by using descriptive correlation method and cross sectional approach. The population is 70 pregnant women who were obtained by purposive sampling technique. Data obtained by closed questionnaire and data analyzed using frequency distribution and chi square test. The results showed knowledge about VCT examination included less (52.9%), attitudes included negative (55.7%), secondary education (52.9%), most did not work (67.1%), more than half received less support from their husbands (57.1%), and most did not utilize VCT services (72.9%). Factors related to the use of VCT are knowledge (p value 0,000), attitude (p value 0,000), education (p value 0,000) and husband's support (p value 0,000), unrelated factors are work (p value 0.196). The conclusion from this study factors related to the use of VCT are knowledge, attitudes, education and husband's support. Therefore, it is better for health workers, especially nurses, to provide nursing services to pregnant women, especially the use of VCT services as an effort in early detection of HIV in pregnant women. The transition of elderly lives from productive periods to non-productive makes them need support from relatives, friends or family. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between family appreciation support with quality and life satisfaction of the elderly in the city of Depok, West Java, with a cross-sectional design. The subjects of this study were 135 elderly people> 60 years old, living with family, do not have infectious diseases, able to communicate in Indonesian; selected by purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Chi square test. The results of the study indicate that there was a relationship between family appreciation support with the quality of life of the elderly (p-value = 0.022) and life satisfaction of the elderly (p-value = 0.014). The results of this study are expected to support the development of nursing science in the future, especially regarding the quality and satisfaction of life of the elderly. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan penghargaan keluarga dengan kualitas dan kepuasan hidup lansia di Kota Depok, Jawa Barat, dengan desain cross-sectional. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 135 lansia yang berusia >60 tahun, tinggal bersama keluarga, tidak memiliki penyakit menular, mampu berkomunikasi dengan bahasa Indonesia; yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara dukungan penghargaan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup lansia (p-value = 0,022) dan kepuasan hidup lansia (p-value = 0,014). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung perkembangan ilmu keperawatan di masa mendatang, khususnya tentang kualitas dan kepuasan hidup lansia. ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan penyakit kronis yang memerlukan terapi. Adanya beberapa hal yang menyebabkan terjadinya penyakit hipertensi, diantaranya usia, tidak dapat mengendalikan stress, kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, polifarmasi. Salah satu penentu keberhasilan terapi adalah adanya kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran tingkat kepatuhan minum obat antihipertensi pada pasien dewasa dan hubungan antara faktor risiko dengan jenis kelamin dan polifarmasi di RSUD Karawang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Analitik dengan desain cross sectional dimana sampel diambil dengan teknik Purposive Random Sampling. Dari 115 resep yang diperoleh selama penelitian, terdapat 31 pasien (27%) laki-laki dan 84 pasien (73%) perempuan. Setelah dilakukan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner MMAS-8, didapatkan hasil sebanyak (22,6%) patuh dan (77,4%) pasien dewasa tidak patuh. Dari hasil analisis berdasarkan uji Chi Square dapat disimpulkan Jenis Kelamin (p=0,317) dan Polifarmasi (p=0,459) bukan fakor resiko terhadap ketidakpatuhan minum obat hipertensi pada pasien dewasa.  Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Tingkat Kepatuhan, Faktor Resiko   ABSTRACT   The hypertension is a chronic disease that needs to be treated properly and continuously. There are several things that cause hypertension disease, age,  can not control the stress, quality of health services, polypharmacy .One of the critical success of therapy is medication compliance by patients. The purpose of this research is to see an overview the compliance level of adult patient’s anti-hypertention and the relationship between risk factors at gender and polypharmacy at RSUD Karawang. This is a analysis research with cross sectional where sample were taken by purposive random sampling technique. From 115 prescriptions, there were 31 male (27%) Patients and 84 female (73%) patients. After the interview using MMAS-8 questionnare, there were (22,6%) compliance and (77,4%) uncompliance adult patient. From the results of the analysis based on Chi Square test, it can be concluded that Gender (p=0,317) and Polypharmacy (p=0,459)  is not a risk factor for uncompliance in taking hypertension medication in Adult patients.  Keywords: Hipertensi, Compliance, Risk Factor

Hospital is a health service with excellent and competitive service demands by its users. The function of the hospital was developed by the guidance of science and technology at its time. Performance appraisal is the most reliable tool for managers to control human resources and productivity and can be used effectively to direct employee behavior to produce nursing services based on high quality and quantity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors causing the low performance of nurses in Medan city hospital. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. This research was conducted at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital in July. The sample in this study were all nurses who served in the inpatient room. The sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling techniques totaling 159 nurses. Data collection using a questionnaire with the chi-square test. The results showed that the three-dimensional factors of nurse performance had a relationship with the performance of nurses, namely individual factors p = 0.000, psychological factors p = 0.006, and organization p = 0.002. This research concludes that the majority of nurses in the hospital still have low performance. The researcher's suggestion for the hospital is that the hospital pays more attention to the performance of the nurses who work in the inpatient room.

A study conducted by the Directorate of Nursing Services, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2011) found that the nursing services provided by nurses to patients had not reached the set target, namely a minimum figure of 75% of the nurse's performance was said to be good.This type of research is quantitative, with adesign cross-sectional which aims to see the effect of headroom supervision on the performance of nurses in the inpatient room of the  General Hospital Hajj Medan in 2020. The sampling technique used is proportioanl stratified random. sampling. Data collection using primary data by distributing questionnaires to the nurse administrators and secondary data obtained from the hospital, namely the hospital profile. Data analysis used Chi square test (α = 0.05) and multiple linear regression.The results showed that the variables that influence the performance of nurses are planning (p = 0.000), guiding (p = 0.045), monitoring (p = 0.000), evaluation (p = 0.002), recording and reporting (p = 0.000). The variables that did not affect the nurse's performance were organizing (p = 0.382) and directing (p = 0.065). In conclusion, the most influential variable is recording and reporting with the highest coefficient value, amounting to 1.674 with a positive value. It is recommended that the head of the room carry out supervision in a programmed, scheduled manner, in accordance with the standards and principles of its implementation and optimize recording and reporting in supervision activities.

Introduction: Sharia labeled hospitals have more responsibility in providing health services to patients. This challenge requires health care providers to compete by improving the quality of services so that patient loyalty is formed. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between sharia-based nursing services and patient loyalty in Semarang Hospital. Methodology: This research is a quantitative type with a cross sectional approach. Data collection using a questionnaire with the number of respondents 105 patients with total sampling technique. Results: the characteristics of respondents mostly consisted of age 36-45 (24.8%), last education elementary school 69 people (65.7%), length of stay that is 4 days a number of 35 people (33.3%), there is a relationship between services sharia-based nursing with patient loyalty at RSISA Semarang with pvalue 0.002 (p-value <0.05) with an R value (0.305). Discussion: This study can be used as a reference in improving good health services by implementing services in accordance with sharia principles so that patient loyalty is achieved.

Caring nurses are very important in meeting patient satisfaction, this is one indicator of the quality of service in a hospital. Nurses are people who become one of the keys in meeting patient satisfaction. Therefore, caring nurse behavior can have an effect on quality service to patients. Some studies conducted in Indonesia show that caring is still lacking for patients in hospitals as much as 50% show poor caring. Patient satisfaction is influenced by caring nurses in serving patients in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between caring nurses and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room. This study is a cross sectional analytic study and purposive sampling technique with a sample of 67 patients, collecting data using a questionnaire.The Chi-Square test results showed a significant relationship between caring nurses and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room with a p value of 0,045 (α = 0,05). Nurse caring attitude greatly affects patient satisfaction so it is expected that nurses or other health workers can be more sensitive, be responsive and respond well to patient complaints and show sincere care in helping patients recover
