AbstrakBerangkat dari permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam bidang ini, yaitu: Kurangnya sosialisasi hukum berbasis media daring. Sehingga dari hal tersebut masyarakat membutuhkan pendidikan berupa sosialisasi bagaimana menggunakan sosial media dan melakukan perbuatan hukum yang baik dan benar yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, yang nantinya tidak akan menimbulkan permasalahan baru di masyarakat. Sulitnya penerapan sosialisasi Legal Aid di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 membutuhkan upaya ekstra di dalam pemenuhan kegiatan yang dilakukan tersebut yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober-November 2020 di Desa Sukaluyu, Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur, Kabupaten Karawang. Dalam program sosialisasi metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan meeting online, media sosial melalui Youtube, Instagram dan group WhatsApp Dusun Rawarengas berupa video animasi, video edukasi, video grafis, brosur dan standing banner telah berjalan baik dengan kategori berhasil. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan melibatkan Mitra Strategis dan Inti dalam Pelayanan Legal Aid di Kabupaten Karawang. So from this, the community needs education in the form of socialization on how to use social media and do good and correct legal actions in accordance with statutory regulations, which will not cause new problems in society. The difficulty of implementing the socialization of Legal Aid in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic requires extra effort in fulfilling the activities carried out in October-November 2020 in Sukaluyu Village, Telukjambe Timur District, Karawang Regency. In the socialization program, the method used by using online meetings, social media via Youtube, Instagram, and the WhatsApp group of Dusun Rawarengas in the form of animated videos, educational videos, graphic videos, brochures, and standing banners has gone well with the successful category. Implementation is carried out by involving Strategic and Core Partners in Legal Aid Services in Karawang Regency. ObjectivesSafeTea is a multifaceted intervention delivered by community practitioners to prevent hot drink scalds to young children and improve parents’ knowledge of appropriate burn first aid. We adapted SafeTea for a national multimedia campaign, and present a mixed-methods process evaluation of the campaign.MethodsWe used social media, a website hosting downloadable materials and media publicity to disseminate key messages to parents/caregivers of young children and professionals working with these families across the UK. The SafeTea campaign was launched on National Burns Awareness Day (NBAD), October 2019, and ran for 3 months. Process evaluation measurements included social media metrics, Google Analytics, and quantitative and qualitative results from a survey of professionals who requested hard copies of the materials via the website.ResultsFindings were summarised under four themes: ‘reach’, ‘engagement’, ‘acceptability’ and ‘impact/behavioural change’. The launch on NBAD generated widespread publicity. The campaign reached a greater number of the target audience than anticipated, with over 400 000 views of the SafeTea educational videos. Parents and professionals engaged with SafeTea and expressed positive opinions of the campaign and materials. SafeTea encouraged parents to consider how to change their behaviours to minimise the risks associated with hot drinks. Reach and engagement steadily declined after the first month due to reduced publicity and social media promotion.ConclusionThe SafeTea campaign was successful in terms of reach and engagement. The launch on NBAD was essential for generating media interest. Future campaigns could be shorter, with more funding for additional social media content and promotion.


Significance The new rules follow a stand-off between Twitter and the central government last month over some posts and accounts. The government has used this stand-off as an opportunity not only to tighten rules governing social media, including Twitter, WhatsApp, Facebook and LinkedIn, but also those for other digital service providers including news publishers and entertainment streaming companies. Impacts Government moves against dominant social media platforms will boost the appeal of smaller platforms with light or no content moderation. Hate speech and harmful disinformation are especially hard to control and curb on smaller platforms. The new rules will have a chilling effect on online public discourse, increasing self-censorship (at the very least). Government action against online news media would undercut fundamental democratic freedoms and the right to dissent. Since US-based companies dominate key segments of the Indian digital market, India’s restrictive rules could mar India-US ties.

ABSTRAK Nathasya Wiguna, Marketing Public Relations Melalui Instagram Screamous (Analisis Deskriptif pada Instagram @Screamous_55) Media sosial Instagram media dan seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, Instagram menjadi salah satu media sosial yang cukup diminati untuk kepentingan komunikasi pemasaran, dengan ciri khasnya mengedepankan pesan visual dan audio visual dengan interaktivitas yang tinggi. Marketing Public Relations Instagram Screamous menjadikan instagram sebagai media atau saluran dalam berbisnis salah satunya di bidang fashion. Screamous dalam hal ini memiliki peran aktif dalam mengelola dan menginformasikan sebuah produk melalui media online.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meraih penyampaian informasi, mengenalkan brand dan produk serta menerapkan bangga akan produk lokal dengan menciptakan opini yang menguntungkan dan berhasilnya pemasaran. Selain itu bertujuan untuk mengetahui pull strategi dalam menarik minat konsumen terhadap konsumen, dengan push strategi yang mendorong berhasilnya pemasaran dan menggunakan pass strategi dalam memberikan opini yang menguntungkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis desktiptif dan menerapkan paradigma konstruktivisme, kemudian teknik yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data, observasi partisipatori pasif, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah : menentukan lokasi penelitian, menentukan metode penelitian, menentukan pemilihan informan, menentukan sumber dan jenis data, menentukan teknik pengumpulan data serta mengolah dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam mengenalkan dan mempertahankan brand lokal, dalam menunjang berhasilnya pemasaran. Screamous mengajak kepada para konsumen menyatukan suatu pemahaman bahwa sebagai warga negara yang baik, harus bangga akan produk lokal atau produk  dalam negeri. Marketing Public Relations Melalui Instagram Screamous dalam mempromosikan suatu produk terdiri dari Pull Strategy dalam menarik minat melalui campaign di produk atau barang Screamous dan melakukan kegiatan promosi melalui media online, dan media sosial. Push Strategy Screamous melalui spesial event, seperti kickfest, expo dalam mendorong berhasilnya pemasaran. Pass Strategy Screamous dalam menciptakan opini yang menguntungkan melalui kegiatan sponsorship seperti acara seminar, edukasi, acara musik dalam menjalin kerjasama dan membantu generasi bangsa dalam berkarya. This study aims to achieve information delivery, introduce brands and products and apply pride in local products by creating favorable opinions and marketing success. In addition, it aims to find out the pull strategies in attracting consumer interest to consumers, with push strategies that encourage successful marketing and use pass strategies in providing favorable opinions. The method used in this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis approach and applying the constructivism paradigm, then the techniques used in this study are data collection techniques, passive participatory observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. This research was carried out through steps: determining the location of the study, determining the research method, determining the selection of informants, determining the source and type of data, determining the data collection techniques and processing and analyzing data. The results of this study indicate that in introducing and maintaining a local brand, in supporting the success of marketing. Screamous invites consumers to unite an understanding that as a good citizen, they must be proud of local products or domestic products. Marketing Public Relations Through Instagram Screamous in promoting a product consists of Pull Strategy in attracting interest through campaigns on Screamous products or goods and conducting promotional activities through online media, and social media. Push Strategy Screamous through special events, such as kickfest, expo in encouraging marketing success. In this article, we explore the potential role of social media in helping movements expand and/or strengthen themselves internally, processes we refer to as scaling up. Drawing on a case study of Black Lives Matter (BLM) that includes both analysis of public social media accounts and interviews with BLM groups, we highlight possibilities created by social media for building connections, mobilizing participants and tangible resources, coalition building, and amplifying alternative narratives. We also discuss challenges and risks associated with using social media as a platform for scaling up. Our analysis suggests that while benefits of social media use outweigh its risks, careful management of online media platforms is necessary to mitigate concrete, physical risks that social media can create for activists.

Pesantren, the Islamic boarding school, is the oldest Islamic education in Indonesia and is constantly undergoing changes from time to time. This research uses the qualitative approach. This study aims to describe the application of the heutagogy method in the growth of pesantren education. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Luqmaniyyah salaf Boarding School has already applied the heutagogy learning method, it means that pesantren education precedes the Westerners in terms of its utilization. Through the study and discussion of Kitab Kuning (yellow-colored textbooks about Islamic knowledge), students determine their systems, study materials, and problems to find a solution. Sources of learning for students are not only limited by the Kitab Kuning, but students can also have access through the internet, online books and applications with trusted sources. PSDS is responsible for managing the talents and interests of the santri (a term used in Pesantren to call an apprentice), as well as training santri skills by making films, recording, creativity, writing, making advertisements, making interesting contents on social media. LP2M Al-Luqmaniyyah with its various divisions is required to channel and facilitate what the community needs from the students as they can also learn from the community it self. The aim of this study is to explain government officials’ communication and coordination intensity on twitter social media while handling the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative content analysis approach towards the official Indonesian government official’s account. The result showed a developed communication and intensive coordination between President Jokowi and the team, in attempt to properly accelerate the handling process. Furthermore, this activity was also achieved with a number of governors. The presidency aimed to build the commitment of central and local government officials, and jointly support the policy implementation to properly manage Covid-19. These communication and coordination activities positively impacted on the high attention of local governments to accelerate the handling in a number of regions. However, the study limitations include the use of Twitter social media data, characterized by the inability to reveal performance of government officials. Therefore, subsequent research is expected to adopt a triangulation analysis approach to data on twitter social media, online media, official government reports, and information from trends in Indonesian cases.   Received: 7 August 2020 / Accepted: 11 February 2021 / Published: 10 May 2021

Klungkung Regency is not only famous for producing songket and endek fabrics, but there are still many other Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that have been born and developed there. Semarapura Kaja Village is one of the MSME centers which certainly has a lot of potential that must be supported and developed so that it can become bigger and more independent. However, not all of these MSMEs have adequate capital, strategies, and support to be able to develop rapidly so that synergy and collaboration with the government and other parties are needed to overcome these problems. One solution that can be offered is to carry out promotional activities with interactive advertising language to attract consumer interest through online media in the hope of expanding market share and of course increasing income for MSME in Semarapura Kaja Village. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) educates and assists MSME to create good promotion and marketing strategies, either through print or online media. Assistance in optimizing the use of interactive advertising language in making online advertisements for superior products in Semarapura Kaja Village is targeting MSME who sell Balinese traditional clothing as one of the characteristics of Klungkung Regency which is the center of MSME traditional clothing. In its implementation, it was found that people are still very ignorant not only about advertising language but also with how to create, manage, and develop social media for promotion because there are still social media such as: Instagram and Facebook that are not effective and even not active in uploading content so that the form of implementation of assistance is direct and not in groups to maximize the results. MSMEs that are partners in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) are Dex's Pong and Tri Arta Collection. MSME have been assisted to socialize the importance of professionally managed social media with interactive advertising language, how to create attractive visual content for potential customers, to the importance of publication in print or online media. It is hoped that MSME will be able to consciously and independently promote their products in the future through the media consistently and continuously.

The Covid 19 pandemic has had a major impact on Indonesia's tourism sector, including Hulu Sungai Selatan (HSS) Regency in South Kalimantan Province. HSS Regency has a potential tourist attraction that is a mainstay of South Kalimantan, namely the Bamboo Rafting Loksado tour. After having stopped operating due to the pandemic for 8 months, this tour was reopened by making changes to its operational system. This study aims to describe the tourism promotion strategy carried out by DISPORAPAR HSS in maintaining Bamboo Rafting tourism objects during the pandemic using descriptive qualitative research methods. DISPORAPAR HSS, which houses this tourist attraction, has compiled strategic steps to promote safe tourism for visitors by socializing the implementation of national health protocol standards and health protocol standards based on the Indonesian Rafting Federation using educational videos on new normal tours, inviting local people to participate in supporting new normal tourism, using social media facilities as an effective and efficient means of promotion, and continuing to carry out evaluation stages to realize Bamboo Rafting tourism objects to attract visitors again.
