Technologies are advancing day by day at an incredible rate, but in respect of deaf and special people-related technologies advancements and new technologies are needed, such as a program that effectively translates the sign language to both text and audio. In this research paper authors have proposed a device that help in communication for deaf and dumb people and reduce the barrier of communication. Different people have trouble communicating with the person who does not know sign language, therefore, using this device they can communicate using gesture which will translate the gesture and display the text on the LCD and voice by speaker. The device is both composed of hardware and software.

The condition of sewer pipes in North America has severely deteriorated, over the last few decades, creating a need for rehabilitation. Sewer rehabilitation methods are numerous and are constantly being developed, benefiting from emerging technologies. The implementation of these methods is driven by the need to improve quality and to reduce cost and project duration. One of the rapidly expanding fields in the sewer rehabilitation industry is trenchless technology. Due to the large number of methods associated with emerging new technologies in this field, selecting the most suitable method can be a challenging task. Selection in this environment, without a computerized tool, may also suffer from the limited knowledge and (or) experience of the decision-maker and could result in overlooking some of the suitable methods that could do the job at less cost. This paper describes a recently developed system for rehabilitation of concrete and clay sewer pipes and focuses primarily on two of its components: (i) the database management system (DBMS) and (ii) the decision support system (DSS). The system can assist municipal engineers and contractors in selecting the most suitable trenchless rehabilitation technique that specifies job conditions and user requirements. An example application is presented to demonstrate the use and capabilities of the developed system.Key words: pipe defects, rehabilitation, sewer pipes, database management systems, decision support systems, multi-attribute utility theory.

Obesity is one of the greatest public health challenges of the 21st century and the most prevalent health problem among children in Europe. Treatment is complex due to the multiple causes of obesity that include many dimensions of children’s lives, such as nutritional habits, physical activity, and lifestyle. E-health technologies can be useful in this area; they may improve health care delivery and acceptability, facilitate the provision of interventions to wider populations, and improve treatment efficacy by taking advantage of new technologies such as the Internet and mobile technologies. The objective of this chapter is to describe an e-health platform called ETIOBE. It comprises three complementary applications connected in real time that support different components of weight loss treatment: the Clinical Support System (CSS), the Home Support System (HSS), and the Mobile Support System (MSS). It was designed to treat childhood obesity by improving treatment adherence, promoting the mechanisms of self-control in patients, obtaining the maintenance of patients’ achievements (reducing body weight), and preventing relapses by establishing healthy life habits.

The core aim of this research paper is to analyze the challenges faced by an E-commerce industry in India. The Indian Economy is proliferating day by day and E- commerce industry is playing an imperative and laudable role in its progress. Still there are enormous sectors that have been untouched by an E-commerce industry in India, particularly in its rural areas. Many consumers in India still follow the traditional purchasing method. Unfortunately, altering customer perception of online shopping has been quite a tough task for the E-commerce industry. According to a survey, India is ranked fourth in the world for its number of Internet users. So, it is expected that India would come into the top 10 E-commerce hub by 2020. Indian buyers are afraid to use new technology in its Initial stage. But, if an E-commerce company could provide proper feedback and knowledge to its customers for online purchasing, it would directly help to increase the sales of the E-commerce websites. This research paper gives a theoretical contribution for analyzing the hurdles in front of the E-commerce industry.

With the accelerating process of urbanization, various kinds of unconventional concrete structure increases day by day. According to the Monitoring work achievement of the Memorial Hall for the Battle of crossing Yangtze River, the support system is a new kind of formwork support system that is made up of profiled bars and steel tubes. This support system with high bearing capacity and rigidity is suitable for all kinds of complex structures. The interaction mechanism between cantilever structure and support system and the force distribution rule of the members in structure and support system were studied in the paper. On based of above researches the time-varying model which is made up of the structure and high assembled formwork support system was put up to calculate the bearing capacity of the support system.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies are new technologies with new complicated features emerging quickly. Technology adoption has been beneficial for many general models. The models help in train the voice user-interface assistance (Alexa, Cortona, Siri). Voice assistants are easy to use, and thus millions of devices incorporate them in households nowadays. The primary purpose of the sign language translator prototype is to reduce interaction barriers between deaf and mute. To overcome this problem, we have proposed a prototype. It is named sign language translator with Sign Recognition Intelligence which takes the user input in sign language and processes it, and returns the output in voice out load to the end-user.

Abstract: Software Engineering has grown and developed from the 1960’s till now a lot as our knowledge and understanding of software is increasing day-by-day due to which software is becoming increasingly reliable and cost effective. Previous research was not able to express clearly how software engineering transitioned, how new technologies and services for software came to be known and were started using in the world of software engineering, decade or year wise. I use data from different websites and research papers to tell how software engineering has evolved along with the years with details about what happened in particular years, with respect to the corresponding decades. There are also details about manifestos and the developers of computer languages. The findings indicate that the software engineering field is vast and is still far from being fully developed, in a world where we have hands on every technology possible and hence new software’s and services are coming out on a regular basis now.

Expressing the digitalization of industry in today's world which is rapidly developing day by day, Industry 4.0 is accepted as the most important technology revolution of our time. This shows that a new era in production has started and the industry has been digitized. In order to adapt to this change, companies should actively follow the innovations and shape the organizational structure accordingly. However, if this is the case, we can respond to the expectations of the current period. That is why it is necessary to activate Industry 4.0 after learning all aspects of it and to develop marketing strategies that can adapt to this digital age. In today's competitive environment, it is inevitable to act integrated into this new situation. This study is designed to emphasize how important it is to identify Industry 4.0 and the most heavily affected marketing strategies from it. It is also a review of the conceptual explanation of Industry 4.0 and the importance of advances in new technologies.
