It has been designed and developed for Thai speech recognition to facilitate alumni especially the elderly who may have vision problems or typing by applied the ionic framework to support both iOS and Android. The contents were evaluated by five experts to identify each feature of the developed mobile application. Afterward, the application was evaluated by one hundred twenty alumni. The learning post-test results scored higher than the pre-test results. The effectiveness evaluation results in terms of the accessibility barriers at the high-level while being used has high consensus.

After training, nine respondents (60%) had a moderate fall risk and six respondents (40%) had low fall risk. Based on the results of Wilcoxon signed rank test statistical test, it was obtained p value = 0.003 <α 0.005 which means there is an influence of four square step exercises towards the fall risk in elderly. Based on the results of the study, the four square step exercise is an effective exercise to reduce the fall risk in elderly because it is a light exercise which is easily carried out by the elderly independently. Abstract Introduction The ongoing process of aging in the Polish society generates the necessity to take interest in the problems and needs of the elderly population. Age-appropriate fitness is an important factor contributing to an optimal level of seniors’ life quality and maintaining their independence in everyday life. The aim of this research was to evaluate the level of physical fitness of elderly women from Biała Podlaska with respect to their age and body build. Material and Methods The research included 38 women attending activities in culture centers in Biała Podlaska. Measurements of basic somatic parameters were used to evaluate their body build on the basis of BMI. The Fullerton Test was applied to determine the level of physical fitness. Results In all trials of the Fullerton tests, most of the seniors achieved normal or above normal results. Statistically significant correlations were found between BMI and the test results in most trials. Correlations between age and test results were observed only in the endurance test. Conclusions The female respondents present a high level of physical fitness in relation to American standards. Due to the high percentage of respondents with excessive body weight, there is a need to develop relevant physical activity programs for this age group of women.

Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the pre-test showed that half of the respondents (50.0%) experienced severe anxiety, half of the respondents (50.0%) experienced moderate anxiety. The post-test results showed that half of the respondents (50.0%) experienced moderate anxiety and half of the respondents (50.0%) experienced mild anxiety. p-value 0.003 and = 0.05 (0.003 0.05) meaning that there is an influence of the Butterfly Hug on the level of anxiety in the elderly. The Butterfly Hug is done by gently clapping hands, which gives a comfortable sensation while breathing. This method can activate LHPA, stimulate the hypothalamus and CRH hormone secretion.
