Hypertension is the main cause of stroke which brings high mortality. The cause of hypertension consists of genetic and environmental factors, Along with the changing lifestyle of hypertension cases continues to increase. According to the WHO International Hypertension Society there are currently 600 million sufferers worldwide, and 3 million of them die each year. Based on the results of interviews with hypertension patients who visited the Tanjung Paku Puskesmas among the elderly, said if their high blood pressure always went to the Puskesmas and took hypertension medication, but still rarely did non-pharmacological treatment, so far it was more likely if there were complaints such as headaches, shoulders feels heavy then go straight to the health center. This type of research in this study is a pre-experimental design "One Pre-Test-Post Test Design" in this study the group of subjects was measured blood pressure before deep breathing techniques (pre-test), then carried out deep breating (intervention) and measured again pressure blood after deep breating technique (post test). From the statistical test there was a significant difference between systole blood pressure before and after the deep breathing technique with a p value of 0,000 ˃ 0.05. It is expected that health workers can provide more optimal information, especially for patients with hypertension both mild, mild, moderate and severe to help hypertension sufferers in lowering blood pressure in a non-pharmacological manner.

Hypertension is a condition that is often experienced by the elderly. By increasing age resulting in increased blood pressure, the arterial wall in the elderly will experience thickening which results in the accumulation of collagen in the muscle layer. So that the blood vessels will gradually narrow and become stiff . To avoid or reduce the risk of collagen and atherosclerosis accumulation which is one of the causes of hypertension, regular exercise is needed. Elderly gymnastics is a series of regular and directed and planned tones of movement that are followed by the elderly in the form of physical exercises that affect the physical abilities of the elderly which will help the body stay fit and stay fresh. It keeps bones strong and helps eliminate free radicals wandering in the body and can flex blood vessels. This research is a kind of quasi-experimental research with a pre and post test without control design. This research was conducted in Darussalam, Aceh Besar. Blood pressure is measured using a sphygmomanometer, a statistical test used by Non-parametric. To see blood pressure before and after elderly exercise using the t-test. After doing elderly gymnastics for six times in 2 weeks, there are differences in the value of blood pressure in the elderly before and after elderly gymnastics with a p-value of 0.000. Thus, it is expected that elderly gymnastics can be used as an alternative nursing action in handling hypertension, especially in the elderly. One of the main aspects of improving health for the elderly is the maintenance of sleep to ensure recovery of bodily functions to an optimal functional level. The elderly will experience physical, psychosocial and spiritual changes with age. One of those changes is the change in sleep quality. Changes in sleep quality is one of the problems caused by the degeneration process in the elderly. Determining the effect of morning walking on the latency and duration of sleep in the elderly. This type of research is a “pre-experiment” research with one group pre-post-test design research design. A total of 20 study subjects carried out walking interventions in the morning as far as 1,800 meters. Before the intervention is pre-tested, then the walking exercise intervention was carried out 5 times a week in the range of 07.00 am-08.00 am. It was observed and accompanied by researchers together with the research team. The intervention was carried out for 2 weeks and continued with a post-test given to respondents to determine the latency and duration of sleep by asking respondents to return the questionnaire filled out by researchers. The results of the latency variable before the intervention were dominated by less categories i.e., 50% but after the intervention the good category increased by 25% the statistical test results showed a p value of 0.001. Sleep duration which was initially dominated by bad category, after intervention the good category became 10% and has a p value of 0.002. Morning walking exercise influences the latency and duration of sleep in the elderly.

The increasing number of elderly and elderly life expectancy is a challenge for health workers. Decreased cardiac endurance, muscle strength and increased incidence of inflammation will occur in the elderly as we get older. health cardio exercises series-I is an aerobic exercise that has moderate intensity and is carried out for 30 minutes, research is needed to analyze the effect on cardiac endurance, muscle strength and decrease plasma TNF-? levels in the elderly. Research design with experimental method, pre-test and post-test design approach. The study was conducted for 4 weeks on 25 samples which were divided into 3 groups of frequency of health cardio exercises series-I to measure endurance of the heart. A 6-minute road test and muscle strength were used for hand grip strength dynamometer, test back and leg dynamometer. Measurement of plasma TNF-? levels is carried out using the Elisa method. The data was then analyzed using paired t-test to see differences before and after health cardio exercises series-I. The results showed health cardio exercises series-I performed 3x / mg can increase the heart's endurance compared to the frequency of 4x / mg and 5x / mg (-16.11 vs 15.62 vs -47.62 meters). health cardio exercises series-I frequency of 3x / mg and 4x / mg can increase back muscle strength (p-value = 0.019, p <0.05) and the frequency of 5x / mg can increase the strength of attractive shoulder muscles. (p-value = 0.033, p <0.05). Health cardio exercises series-I performed 3x / mg, 4x / mg and 5x / mg did not have a significant effect on plasma TNF-? protein expression in the elderly (0.506 vs 0.856 vs. 0.382, p <0.05). It is suggested that the elderly can do I-1 series heart exercise with a frequency of 3x / mg to increase the heart's lung endurance and back muscle strength, a health cardio exercises series-I 4x / mg series to increase muscle strength of the back back, a series of health cardio exercises series-I frequency of 5x / mg to increase attractive shoulder muscle strength.

Trimester III is the period of pregnancy which is calculated from the gestational age of the 28th week to the 40th week. Psychological changes in pregnant women are estimated to occur 80%. third trimester. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of hypnobirthing, yoga and pregnancy exercise on the anxiety level of third trimester pregnant women at BPM Griya Bunda Ceria in 2020. Research method: quantitative research, using the shapiro wilt test method with pre-test and post-test approaches. in this study were all third trimester pregnant women who checked their pregnancy at BPM Griya Bunda Ceria Palembang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by means of observation using a questionnaire sheet. The results: obtained from a total of 15 respondents. Based on the results of the Shapiro Wilt test, the p-Value is 0.05 where >α = 0.05 means that there is a significant influence between before and after hypnobirthing is done.statistically, the p-Value is 0,000, meaning that there is a significant effect between before and after yoga. Thus the hypothesis which states that there is an effect of yoga on the anxiety level of pregnant women in the third trimester which is statistically proven based on the paired shapiro wilt test, the p-Value is 0.00 in yoga, p-Value is 0.00 in pregnancy exercise, and the statistical test results are said to be related if the value The calculated p-Value <= 0.05 then Ho is rejected, meaning that it is significant, so the conclusion is that the two variables have a relationship, on the contrary, if the calculated p-Value> = 0.05, then Ho is accepted, meaning that the two variables have no significant relationship.

Background: Blood pressure is influenced by psychosocial (stress), genetic, age, gender, nutritional status, and lifestyle (diet, lack of fiber consumption, smoking, lack of physical activity). 30 ml of young coconut water contains 61 mg of potassium, 5.45 mg of sodium, and 1.3 mg of sugar, affecting blood pressure changes. Coconut water contains K minerals and is useful for lowering blood pressure. Whereaswatermelon contains anti-hypertensive content, namely sodium, beta carotene, and potassium. Watermelon is rich in water, amino acids, L-arginine, which can maintain healthy blood pressure. Aim: This study aims to determine the effect of young coconut water and watermelon juice on blood pressure in the 2013 nursing students of Respati University Yogyakarta. Methods: This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group pre and post-test. The sample was taken by simple random sampling, namely the control group (18 respondents), the young coconut water group (18 respondents), and papaya juice (18 respondents). Data pre-posttest of each group was tested using Paired T-test. The comparison control-treatment group was tested using an independent-test. Results: The mean differences of systole and diastole pre-posttest blood pressure in the control group were -1.8 mmHg and -1.0 mmHg. The mean difference in systole blood pressure and the pre-posttest diastole of young coconut water groups were -3.1mmHg and -2.4 mmHg. The mean systole and diastole blood pressure in the pre-posttest watermelon juice group were -2.9 mmHg and -1.5 mmHg. The pre-posttest results of systole and diastole blood pressure analysis in the p-value control group were 0.100 and 0.450. The pre-post test results of systole and diastole blood pressure analysis of young coconut water groups gained p-value of 0.030 and 0.194. The pre-post test results of the juice watermelon group's systole and diastole blood pressure analysis gained p-value of 0.032 and 0.181. The posttest results of systole and diastole blood pressure analysis in the control group and young coconut water gained p-value of 0.014 and 0.157. The post-test results of the systole and diastole blood pressure analysis control group and juice watermelon gained p-value of 0.013 and 0.420. Conclusion: Consumption of young coconut water and watermelon juice affects systole blood pressure, but it does not affect diastole blood pressure in nursing students in 2013 in Respati University Yogyakarta.
