Abstract: Riskesdas data for 2018 states that in infants aged 0-5 months in Indonesia, the proportion of breastfeeding patterns is 37,3% exclusive breastfeeding, while partial breastfeeding and predominant breastfeedings are 9,3% and 3,3%, respectively. This shows that our exclusive breastfeeding rate is still low. Breast care is one of the factors that influence the success of the breastfeeding process in postpartum mothers and other factors. Previous research revealed a significant relationship between breast care and the success of the breastfeeding process with a p-value = 0,007. This community service aims to provide education to the community, especially postpartum mothers, to carry out breast care during the puerperium so that they can support the exclusive breastfeeding programs. Community service methods are carried out through lectures and simulations of breast care. Health education is carried out by lecturers and students of STIKes Widya Dharma Husada Tangerang. The activity took place at Posyandu Dewi Sri Pamulang, South Tangerang City. It was implemented during the posyandu activities and then included health education with breast care for postpartum mothers. Participants in the activity were about 15 mothers. There was enthusiasm from the residents when the activity took place. The impact of this activity, participants know how to do a treatment on the breast, so it is very beneficial in breastfeeding. The next hope is that posyandu cadres can also continue to provide health education on breast care to mothers who do not understand how to care for the breast during the breastfeeding process.

In the Special Distrik of Yogyakarta (DIY) the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is 25 per 1000 live births, a common cause of infant mortality in DIY is the weight of low birth weight babies (LBW) and sepsis. Most LBW is found in Sleman Regency. One of the treatments for LBW is to take care of the kangaroo method. Problems that often occur in the field, postpartum mothers who have taken kangaroo mother care (KMC)classes do not do KMC again after home. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mentoring on postpartum mothers with LBW babies (dismature) at home on improving maternal skills in conducting KMC after participating in KMC classes. This study is quasi experiment, non equivalent control design, usingpostpartum maternal respondents with LBW (dismature), a sample of 38 people based on a minimum of experimental samples. The location of the study was in 2 hospitals in Sleman Regency. Determination of samples in each location was determined based on consecutive sampling. The instrument used to determine skillimprovement is the operational standard procedure of KMC. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and the Mann Whitney test with a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that there were significant differences in the improvement of maternal postpartum skills with LBW (dismature) in conducting KMC at home between the mentoring and non-mentoring groups (p-value 0,000).

Inadequate milk production in the first days after delivery is caused by a lack of stimulation of the hormone prolactin and the hormone oxytocin. Decreasing milk production is caused by decreased stimulation of hormones prolactin and oxytocin. Efforts that can be made to stimulate the increase of hormone prolactin and oxytocin, including initiating early breastfeeding, expressing breast milk, and doing oxytocin massage, are practical and efficient in increasing milk production. Data from the Public Health Office of Palu in 2017 and 2018 showed that the average of exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 11 sub-districts in Central Sulawesi Province is <50% and specifically Kota Palu exclusive breastfeeding coverage only 49.6% in 2017 and then dropped to 49, 3% in 2018. Oxytocin massage training has never been conducted at the Tawaeli Community Health Center, especially for postpartum mothers companions such as Posyandu Cadres, Husbands, or Families. The method used in community service activities was discussions, simulations, and demonstrations using leaflet and audiovisual media. The number of puerperal mothers who attended the training was 25 people. The results of training activities for postpartum mothers in the Kayumalue Ngapa village obtained that the results of knowledge analysis overall increased in the knowledge of 25 participants after attending the training, with an average increase of 13 points. The p-value<0,001 results meant that statistically, there was a significant effect on the increase of knowledge of postpartum mothers companion after attending oxytocin massage training. To sum up that there is a significant increase in knowledge between before and after training on oxytocin massage in stimulating milk production. It is recommended that health workers need to be consistent and continuous in giving training to the companion of the postpartum mother (husband, family or cadre) in order to be able to assist the process of changing behavior for the postpartum mother to provide exclusive breastfeeding and conduct care during the postpartum period.

The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-5 months in Indonesia in 2018 is only 37.3%. Self-efficacy is one of the main factors affecting the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the self-efficacy of mothers for breastfeeding decreased, so increasing efforts are needed. Increasing knowledge can be done by providing online education based on family centered maternity care (FCMC). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of FCMC-based online education on the self-efficacy of postpartum mothers in exclusive breastfeeding. This type of research is pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design with a total sample of 10 postpartum mothers. Data were analyzed using paired t-test. The results showed that the mean self-efficacy before being given online education was 41 with a standard deviation of 4.37, the mean self-efficacy after being given peer education was 59.8 with a standard deviation of 3.4. There is a difference in the mean value before and after the online education intervention was given with p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05). There is an effect of FCMC-based online education on the self-efficacy of postpartum mothers in breastfeeding.
