CHARACTERISTIC-BASED COMPETENCY DETERMINANT ANALYSIS IN THE NOVOTEL HOTEL KARAWANG. This study aims to determine the effect of characteristic-based competency in the Novotel Hotel Karawang environment. The sample of this study was 70. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that part there was a significant effect between skills on employee competencies, there was a significant effect between training towards on employee competencies, there was a significant effect between attitudes towards employee competencies, and there was a significant effect between motivation on hotel employee competencies Novotel in karawang. Together, the skills, training, attitude, and motivation factors have a significant influence on the competency of Novotel Hotel employees in Karawang and motivation has the most the dominant influence on the competency of Novotel Hotel employees in Karawang

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of advertising and store atmosphere partially on consumer buying interest at Giant Supermarket, (2) the effect of the influence of advertising and store atmosphere simultaneously on consumer buying interest at Giant Supermarket, and (3) between advertising and store atmosphere, which one that has the most dominant influence on consumer buying interest at Giant Supermarket.This research is a survey using quantitative approach. The population in this study is all visitors at Giant Supermarket. The method of taking the sample is purposive sampling with sample of 100 people. Data were collected by questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regressions.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is the influence of advertising on consumer buying interest at Giant Supermarket, evidenced from the tcount value of 4.228 is greater than ttable value of 1.987 or (4.228> 1.987); with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; and the regression coefficient has positive value of 0.221; (2) There is store atmosphere influence on consumer buying interest at Giant Supermarket, evidenced from tcount of 4,895 larger than ttable value of 1.987 or (4.895> 1.987); with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and the regression coefficient has positive value of 0.435; (3) There is the influence of advertising and store atmosphere on consumer buying interest at Giant Supermarket, evidenced from the results obtained by the F-test analysis F_count value of 37.679; when compared with the value of 3.111 F_table at significance level of 5%, then the value F_count> F_table (37.679> 3.111), with a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), and (4) store atmosphere that has the most dominant influence on consumer buying interest at Giant Supermarket, evidenced by regression coefficient of 0.435.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

This study aims to understand accountability and improve financial management as well as partial and simultaneous motivation for teacher performance in SMAN 1 dan SMAN 68 Jakarta. The research approach is a quantitative and associative quantitative approach. Data obtained using a questionnaire. The population is 82 teachers of SMAN 1 and SMAN 68, Central Jakarta, using saturated sample techniques. Data analysis technique is statistical analysis of multiple linear regression. The results of the study, partially the accountability variable has a positive effect on teacher performance. Transparency variable does not significantly influence teacher performance. The motivation variable partially has a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously the accountability, transparency and motivation variables significantly influence teacher performance. The ability of accountability, transparency, and motivation to explain changes in teacher performance is 58.4%. Among the three variables that most dominant influence teacher performance is motivation, thus motivation is very helpful for teachers in improving their performance.

This study purposes were determined the effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The research type is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The research population are employees at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results shown that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is the variable with the most dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan in Grobogan Regency.

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

The covid-19 pandemic has had such a huge impact on various sectors, especially the tourism sector, restrictions imposed in various regions have made tourism continue to decline. This research aimed tto study the relationship between destination image, risk perception, and tourists' decision to visit. The research is focused on tourists who have visited Kampung Coklat Tourism Destinations assample using nonprobability sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 respondents directly to tourists. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression with validity and reliability tests.classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the destination image was positively affectedby the decision to visit, and also the perception of risk was positively affected by the decision of tourists to visit.The implications in this research can be used as input for the Management of Kampung Coklat Tourism in developing destination images to increase tourists' decisions to visit.

Abstrak Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kualitas butir instrument tes dan non tes berdasarkan tingkat validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas. Jenis penelitian ini masuk dalam kategori pengembangan instrument yang biasa disebut dengan R &amp; D. Penelitian ini merupakan bentuk simulasi terhadap instrument yang telah dikembangkan sebelumnya yaitu tahun 2016 dan 2017 yang berjalan selama 4 bulan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kuantitatif dimana yang dimaksud adalah Confirmatory Faktor Analisys (CFA) dengan bantuan software LISREL. Hasil analisis dalam simulasi ini ditemukan bahwa butir instrument yang dikembangkan memenuhi criteria valid secara konstruk dan reliabel baik untuk instrument tes maupun non tes.Kata kunci: lisrel, amos, SEM, instrument, tes, non tes, pengukuran, penilaian, evaluasi, spssAbstractThe purpose of this paper is to analyze the level of grain quality of test and non test instruments based on the level of construct validity and reliability. This type of research belongs to the category of instrument development commonly referred to as R &amp; D. This research is a form of simulation of the instrument that has been developed previously ie 2016 and 2017 which runs for 4 months. Data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis technique which is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with the help of LISREL software. The purposes of this research are: (1) description of giving incentives and work motivation and morale at KOPTI Kuningan Regency (2) Influence of giving incentive to morale at KOPTI employees of Kuningan Regency (3) Influence of work motivation to morale at KOPTI employees of Kuningan Regency (4) Effect of incentive� and work motivation on employee morale at KOPTI Kuningan Regency. This research uses descriptive method. The population in this research is all employees of KOPTI Kuningan District as many as 30 people, with sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that: (1) Description of incentives and motivation� of work and morale included in being and high category. (2) Incentive has a positive effect on employee morale (3) Work Motivation has a positive effect on employee morale (4) provision of incentives and work motivation have a positive effect on morale and can be written with regression equation Ŷ = 24,861 + 0,216X1 + 0,598X2 with magnitude effect of 77.0% and the remaining 23.0% influenced by other factors outside the research model.��Keywords: Incentives, Work Motivation, Employee Morale

This study aims to determine the effect of corpoarate trust and marketing communication oncustomer satisfaction on PT. AAJI Insurance Manulife Surabaya. This study aims to see the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance with work discipline as a mediating variable for the employees of the Bagelen District Office. The population for this study were employees of the Bagelen District Office, Purworejo Regency. The sample used was 45 respondents. The technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 25 application. This study used a quantitative approach. The test instruments used in the study were validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used in this study is the t test. The results showed that extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline.
