Implementation of coaching for teachers is important to do, because teachers are one of the keys to the success of the implementation of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervising school supervisors on teacher performance at SMPN 07 Matraman East Jakarta, to determine the effect of principal's managerial ability on teacher performance at SMPN 07 Matraman East Jakarta, to determine the joint effect of fostering school supervisors and the managerial ability of the principal schools on teacher performance at SMPN 07 Matraman, East Jakarta. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the guidance of school supervisors on teacher performance at SMPN 07 Matraman, East Jakarta. There is a positive and significant influence between the managerial ability of the principal on the performance of teachers at SMPN 07 Matraman, East Jakarta. There is a positive and significant influence between the coaching of school supervisors and the managerial ability of the principal on teacher performance at SMPN 07 Matraman, East Jakarta.

This research aims to describe the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Air Sugihan. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population as well as a sample of 33 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25,0 Program. The results showed that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance, (3) there is an influence which is positive and significant between teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of infrastructure and work environment together on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Gugus 3, Lengkiti District. In this study, using quantitative research methods and research design in the form of influence studies, namely to determine the effect of the three variables, namely the independent variable or free school infrastructure (X1), work environment (X2) and the dependent or dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y). The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) There is a significant influence between school infrastructure on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District, 2) There is a significant influence between the work environment on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District, 3) There is an influence between the school infrastructure and the environment together on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence between teacher pedagogical competence, character education and learning facilities on social studies learning achievement in VIII grade of Malang National Junior High School and to find out how much influence between teacher pedagogical competence, character education and learning facilities on social studies learning achievement together with students of class VIII of Malang National Middle School. Total population of 116 samples used 47 students proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire and documentation method. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. The method of multiple linear regression research. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of teacher pedagogical competence variables on social studies learning achievement of 6.522%. The significant influence of character education on social studies learning achievement is 43.65%. The significant influence of learning facilities on social studies learning achievement is 40.21%. Based on the results of the processed data test it can be seen that the variable pedagogical competence of teachers, character education and learning facilities has a simultaneous or joint effect on social studies learning achievement of 65,3%.

Objective of the research to reveal the influence of the principal managerial ability, work discipline, and interpersonal communication affects the teacher performance. The study uses a quantitative approach to the type of ex post facto research. The population is 06 teachers of SMK PGRI Malang. A sample of 58 respondents. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression results show that (1) There is a significant influence managerial skills of principals, work discipline, and interpersonal communication simultaneously on teacher performance, (2) There is a significant influence managerial capability Principal partially on teacher performance (3) No effect on the performance of teachers' work discipline, (4) there is a significant influence interpersonal communication partially on teacher performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ability, commitment, and work from home system on performance. This research uses quantitative research on Bhakti Pertiwi Junior High School teachers with a total sample of 63 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire designed using a 5-point Likert Scale. Managerial ability is the ability of the principal in carrying out management functions. Commitment is measured by affective, continual, and normative commitment. The work from home system is a time flexibility that will affect the discipline, responsibility and creativity of teachers. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study reveal that teacher performance is influenced by the ability of the principal's manager, also influenced by the level of commitment to the profession. In addition, the implementation of work from home during the Covid-19 pandemic did not cause teacher performance to decrease, it was actually able to improve teacher performance.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of teachers competence and organizational climate on teacher of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau. This research used quantitative research method. Based on the result of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that 1) There was an influence of teachers’ competence on teachers of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau it can be seen from the value of t= 6.608 greater than the value of t table (1.991) with a significant level of sig = 0.05, 2)There was an influence of the organizational climate on teacher of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau it can be seen from the value of t = 4.197 is greater than the value of t table (1.991) with a significant level sig = 0.005, 3) There was an influence of teacher competence and organizational climate on Teacher of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau. It can be seen from the value of F count obtained 11.901 > F table = 2.33 and significant level simultaneously sig F was 0.000. From this result it can be concluded that there was significant influence of teachers competence and organizational climate on teachers of English performance at Senior High School in Lubuklinggau. This study aims to determine the effect of product design and price on consumer interest in buying Jepara Teak furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung. This type of research is associative quantitative research, the number of research samples were 100 people. Data was collected in the form of questionnaires and using analyzed SPSS software ver.21.0 for Windows. The conclusions from this study is the product design variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision in Jati Jepara furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung, as evidenced by t value > t table (10,400> 1,660) and a significant influence between price variables ( X2) purchase decision with t value> t table (2,015> 1,660). There is a positive and significant influence between product design (X1) price (X2), on purchase decision of Jati Jepara furniture consumers with an F-value 156,644> F- table (3,09) means that it affects together. The coefficient of determination (R²) results obtained a coefficient of 0.764 or 76.4%, while 23.6% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Product design; prices; purchase decision.

in this study is to find out how the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Benua Trans Maju Bersama Cabang Medan. The research was started in October 2020 – May 2021. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research techniques with the type of research being descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research was descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study were all customers has 223 customers. where validity and reliability were first tested in order to determine whether a questionnaire was valid or not, and researchers did it to 30 customers and the rest were 143 customers as a sample test. Then it is processed using the classical assumption test which includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a service quality partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Simultaneously the variables of service quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3), there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

<p>Bogor Botanical Garden is one of the icons of the Bogor City. Bogor Botanical Garden is a tourist site that has a forest concept but is located in the center of Bogor City so that access to Bogor Botanical Garden is easily accessible. Bogor Botanical Gardens is located in Ir. H. Juanda number 13, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the Motivation Driving Factor on the Decision to Visit in Bogor Botanical Garden.</p><p>This research uses quantitative research, with descriptive methods. Many of the samples studied were 100 respondents who had visited Bogor Botanical Gardens.</p><p>Based on the results of the study it was concluded that from the results of the hypothesis test (T-Test) conducted by the researcher produced a tcount of 10.463&gt; Ttable 1.98447. This shows that there is a significant influence between the Motivating Factors for Visiting Decisions. The influence of motivating factors on the decision to visit Bogor Botanical Gardens with a strong correlation coefficient of 0.726 because it is between 0.600-0.799. The coefficient of determination or the percentage of influence of the Factors Driving Tourist Motivation (X) Decision to Visit (Y) is 52.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.</p>
