Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) has been widely studied across the boarders especially in the western countries. This workplace voluntary behaviour is associated with many predictors that may bring whether major, minor or negative influence towards the engagement of employees’ OCB. Basically, this study is focusing on motivation as the predictor or independent variable that influence employees’ engagement on the OCB (altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, civic virtue and sportsmanship) behaviour. Herzberg’s motivator factor (achievement, advancement, recognition and growth) has been chosen as the independent variable. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed conveniently to respondents. With 125 questionnaires returned, researcher was able to analyze the data based on the research questions and hypotheses developed. The findings showed moderate and weak, significant relationship between the variable excluding the relationship between independent variable and civic virtue and sportsmanship. Thus, Herzberg’s motivator factor was not a predictor to civic virtue and sportsmanship behaviour. However for the strongest predictor; achievement, growth and growth are strongly predicts the altruism, conscientiousness and courtesy behaviour respectively. However, with the absence of relationship between independent variable and civic virtue as well as sportsmanship, therefore the strongest predictor cannot be determined as the value recorded was below the criterion.

The implementation of the revised edition of the Curriculum of 2013 in Indonesia for millennial generation students does not focus on increasing the competency of the subjects only, but rather on improving the character, especially independence. This research is based on the issue of whether there is a significant relationship between teaching materials based on ETG (Educational Technology Gadget) on improving the competence of students' IBC and English as well as differences in student achievement in English subjects taught on an ETG basis when compared with non-ETG. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to investigate and examine whether there is a significant relationship between ETG-based teaching materials on improving the competence of IBC and English students and to find out whether there are differences in student achievement in English subjects taught with ETG-based if compared to non ETG ones. The research method is R&D with a type of factorial design research sourced from quantitative experiments. Beyond literature studies, curriculum analysis, and surveys, research starts from pre-test, treatment, post-test, data collection and analysis which are then concluded as indicators of performance. Attachment is a deep and enduring emotional bond that connects one person to another across time and space. Assertiveness can be defined as the ability to express one’s own thoughts, feelings, and beliefs in an explicit and appropriate manner, and to show respect for other’s rights while protecting one’s own. The present quantitative study uses a between group design to study the differences between male and female college students with respect to levels of parent attachment, peer attachment and their dimensions (viz., trust, communication and alienation) and assertiveness. The relationship between mother attachment, father attachment, peer attachment and assertiveness was analysed in both the groups using a correlational design. Purposive sampling was used to collect the data from male (N=200) and female (N=200) college students. Inventory for Parent and Peer Attachment and Rathus Assertiveness Schedule was used. Independent t-test results indicated no difference between males and females with respect to parent attachment, peer attachment and assertiveness. Correlation results indicated a significant positive relationship between assertiveness and the dimensions trust and communication of mother attachment. There was a negative correlation between assertiveness and trust of father attachment and a positive correlation between assertiveness and alienation of father attachment. A negative correlation between assertiveness and the dimensions trust and communication of peer attachment and a positive correlation between assertiveness and alienation of peer attachment were also indicated with correlation. Results also revealed difference in the levels of assertiveness among college students having dominant mother, father or peer attachment. The present study reiterates earlier findings on attachment. Assertiveness in college students could help them build their individual character and personality and help in interpersonal interactions.
