Citizenship or Civics Education is a subject that is expected to shape the attitude and character of students. Learning activities in the classroom is not always fun. Teachers have difficulty in delivery of civic education materials to students. Civics teachers in the delivery of materials more commonly used conventional methods that lecture. As a result, the use of such methods only position students to be quiet, listen, take notes, and memorize. So with the policy of the use of innovative teaching strategies in the delivery of civic education materials are expected to assist students in understanding the material. Various types of innovative learning strategis such as Quantum Learning Strategies, Learning Strategies Inquiry, Problem Based Learning Strategies, Cooperative Learning Strategies, Contextual Learning  Strategies, and Active Learning Strategies to provide facilities or provide  a solution to the difficulties of the teacher in the classroom when the delivery of material.Methods of data collection in this thesis is that the questionnaire method is the main method in the research and documentation methods are used as a method to support in this study. Research is Education Departmen Sawahan. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis techniques with the percentage.From the data analysis it can be concluded that the majority of high school Civics teacher in Sawahan district City of Surabaya have difficulties in implementing innovative learning strategies.

The implementation of learning strategies that have not been able to make students enthusiastic in participating in learning activities, is due to the lack of application of creative and innovative learning strategies. This study aims to analyze the strategies applied by religious teachers to students, to determine the effectiveness of the strategies involved in cultivating Islamic thought values at Elementary School. This type of research is descriptive research. The subject of this research is to analyze Islamic education strategies. Data collection was carried out by interview, using instruments in the form of interview guides. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the strategy of Islamic religious teachers in instilling the values of Islamic thought in students by implementing the K13 curriculum with the talking stick method and snowballing to create effective learning in order to achieve learning objectives by planning making annual programs, semester programs, learning syllabus, lesson plans, and learning evaluation. The implication of this research is to increase students' interest in learning by inviting students to be enthusiastic about learning, creating student creativity, sharing, and having the courage to convey ideas.

Think-Pair-Share technique is one of the cooperative learning strategies that promote student involvement in the classroom. This strategy makes students engaged in in-class activities such as discussions and provides opportunities to share their ideas with others. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share strategy in teaching speaking skill for secondary students. A qualitative method with a descriptive analysis was undertaken in this study. The sample was twenty students of eighth grade. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data analysis technique used was presented in a descriptive form. The results indicated the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique during the learning process took place following the stages that have been stated in the learning process plan made by the teacher. Appreciation for the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique both from students is quite good. Students stated that they can overcome the constraints in the learning process of speaking activity through Think-Pair-Share.

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU through genius learning strategies and lecture methods. Research data collection techniques using observation, documentation and tests. The research data analysis technique used a descriptive writing test through direct learning and observation models to see student learning activity. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to write anecdotes through genius learning strategies and lecture methods in class X IPA 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU. In cycle 1, an average value of 66.68 was obtained, students who achieved completeness were 22 students or the percentage of completeness was 61.11%. In cycle 2 the average value is 69.28%. Students who achieved completeness were 29 students or the average persetanse completeness was 80.56%. Furthermore, in cycle 3 the average value is 76.81. Students who achieved completeness were 34 students or the percentage of student completeness was 94.44%.

This research aims to describe the paradigm of humanistic learning theory in implementing innovative learning in elementary school. The method used in this research is library research which data comes from various sources, both from libraries and various websites that exist on the internet. The source are books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, and others. Techniques in collecting data that used in this study is documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The results of this study attempt to illustrate that innovative learning is a learning designed by teachers in new way. The new design made to facilitate learners in building knowledge in the process of behavior change. In addition, the theory of humanistic learning is a theory that helps learners to enjoy learning on subject matter in developing the potential of students themselves to a better direction. Thus, humanistic learning theory can be used to implement innovative learning in primary schools. Humanistic learning theory emphasizes guidance education, develops and directs students basic potential in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Keywords: learning theory, humanistic, innovative learning ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan paradigma teori belajar humanistik dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode library research yang data-datanya berasal dari berbagai sumber, baik dari perpustakaan maupun berbagai website yang ada di internet meliputi buku, ensiklopedi, kamus, jurnal, dokumen, majalah, dan lain-lain. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan bahwa pembelajaran inovatif merupakan pembelajaran yang dirancang oleh guru yang sifatnya baru, untuk menfasilitasi peserta didik dalam membangun pengetahuannya pada proses perubahan perilaku. Di samping itu, teori belajar humanistik merupakan sebuah teori yang membantu peserta didik untuk senang belajar pada suatu objek atau materi pelajaran dalam mengembangkan potensi diri peserta didik ke arah yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian teori belajar humanistik dapat digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Teori belajar humanistik menekankan pada pendidikan membimbing, mengembangkan dan mengarahkan potensi dasar peserta didik baik dari segi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. There have been many studies concerning Banuroja; however, there is always something novelty in creating a role model for village-based character education where the aim is to create a multicultural society into a multicultural community. This study examines community activities related to the national character values that embody multiculturalism and social integration in the Banuroja community. The method was qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Data were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation carried out during 2019-2020. The validity of the data used triangulation, member checks, prolonged time, and peer debriefing. While the data analysis technique used ethnographic data analysis, namely describing, analyzing, and interpreting. The result shows that the realization of multiculturalism and social integration in the Banuroja community is carried out using three ways of assimilation, tolerance in beliefs/religions, appreciating other ethnic/religious activities by attending, and mutual cooperation. Guidance is also carried out through national and religious activities in the community, advice from parents in the family, and civic education in the schools, exemplary by community leaders, including ethnic, religious, and youth leaders.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers are now very much required to choose appropriate and correct learning strategies so that the process can be maximum. Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) applies Blended Learning strategies for the new normal era. This study aims to discuss learning strategies, implementation of learning strategies, analysis of learning strategies in the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) based on Blended Learning with the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content knowledge) approach in the new normal era. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and content analysis techniques. The collection techniques used are the opinion (interview), analysis, and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out using the data collection stages, data analysis, and conclusions. The results of study 1) The education strategy at Kuala Lumpur Indonesian Schools is written on the syllabus and lesson plans (lesson planning design) made by the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School teacher unit (SIKL). 2) Implementing the Blended learning strategy of the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) in the New Normal era in one class is divided into 2, namely: the first is implemented at home through web / online-based technology. The second is learning processes are carried out face-to-face.

This study aims to determine the motivation of women in entrepreneurship, especially in the culinary field in Pekanbaru, by using the variables of capital, independence, and education to analyze their influence on entrepreneurial motivation. The population in this study are all women who carry out home-based businesses engaged in home-based culinary businesses in Pekanbaru City whose numbers are not known with certainty, for an unknown population the number of samples in this study using the Wibisono formula and obtained a total sample of 97 people. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of statements directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The results of the study indicate that either simultaneously or partially, the variables of capital, independence, and education have a significant effect on the motivation of women who are culinary entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru.

This study aims to apply innovative learning methods. New methods that are expected to provide references for teachers, especially low-class teachers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques are based on observations that cover several aspects. Observations are carried out in stages by comparing classes that apply the new method and those that do not. The data analysis technique is done by qualifying the observational data. The research results are shown based on observations by the teacher during the learning activities. There are differences when learning with the same material, but delivered by different methods. That is because the new method has several advantages, among others: children are more enthusiastic to play together, familiarize children with tolerance by not picking friends, class conditions more orderly, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and training children to work while learning in group dynamics.

This study aims to improve children's creativity in learning dance through learning strategies while playing in Sa'adatul Khidmah Islamic Kindergarten in Jambi City. This study is a classroom action research. The design of this study refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models, covering planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were children in group B, Islamic Kindergarten Sa'adatul Khidmah Kota Jambi, which amounted to 16 children, consisting of 8 boys and 8 girls. The collaborator of this research is the Sa'adatul Khidmah Islamic Kindergarten Dance Teacher in Jambi City. The data collection technique used is observation. The research instruments are observation sheets and diaries. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis both quantitative and qualitative. The results of the study show that children's creativity can be improved after being given action through play-learning strategies that are applied to dance learning. The results of the observation before the action showed that the average score of creativity obtained by the child was 57.9. There are two aspects of undeveloped creativity, namely originality and elaboration. In the first cycle the average score of creativity increased to 85.83 and all aspects of creativity have developed but there are two aspects whose development has not been optimal, namely flexibility and elaboration. In the second cycle the score of creativity increased to 96.66 on average and all aspects of creativity had grown optimally. The implication of this study is that the teacher will implement a learning strategy while playing to improve children's creativity in dance learning.

Abstract.  This research is pra-experimental design that aims to determine effectiveness of student‟s learning interest and outcomes toward learning strategies based humor on genetic subject of student grade XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. Independent Variabe in this research is the application of learning strategies based humor on genetic subject, while the dependent variable is the student‟s learning interest and outcomes of genetic subject. The population in this study were all students of class XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar with totally seven classes, while the sample is student‟s grade XII with totally 66 students. Pretest-posstest was used as data collection technique, by used a questionnaire of student learning interest and genetic  achivement test. Data analysis technique that used is a descriptive analysis using the n-gain and inferential analysis using paired sample t-test. Based on the descriptive analysis showed that n-gain value of student‟s interest and learning outcomes of genetics achieve an increase of >75% in the category of medium-high, which are respectively 77% and 92%, whereas the inferential analysis using SPSS showed a significance value 0.000 > α = 0.05 which indicates H0 isrejected and H1 is accepted, that the known application learning strategies based humor on genetic subject  has a significant influence (real) towards the student‟s learning interests  and outcomes. Therefore, based on these two data analysis concluded that the learning strategies based humor on genetic subject effectively to student‟s learning interest and outcomes of student of grade XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar.
