This research aims to figure out the effect of an educational program based on the theory of triple intelligence on the achievement of the physiological psychology. It adopted an experimental design with partial control, which related to the randomized control group, pre and post test. They intentionally chose the College of Education - Ibn Rushd / University of Baghdad, third stage, and randomly chose Division (A) to represent the experimental group that studied according to the educational program, with (18) students, and Division (B) to represent the control group that studied in the traditional way, with (18) male and female students. The researchers equalized the students statistically with a number of variables. As for the tool, the researchers prepared an achievement test consisting of (40) paragraphs, (30) objective paragraphs, (10) essay paragraphs. They verified the validity and reliability of the test, by extracting the discriminatory strength, the difficulty factor of the paragraphs. They established the key to the correction, and verified its validity by presenting it to a group of arbitrators, then applied them before and after the research sample students. To process the study data statistically and extract the results, the researchers used: (Mann Whitney test for small samples, Wilcoxon test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Ca2 square, and after analyzing the data, the research indicates that there is a statistically significant difference between the students of the two research groups in the achievement test, and in the favor of the experimental group. That program positively affected students' achievement rejecting the null hypothesis.

The present study aims to identify the influence of human development skills on creative expression among first-grade intermediate female students. The two researchers chose a sample of (61) female students from the first intermediate grade in Al-Siyadah School for Girls affiliated to the Directorate of Education in the Province of Babylon. They were divided into two groups, with (30) female students in the experimental group and (31) female students in the control group. The two researchers studied the experimental group according to Human development skills. They studied the control group in the traditional way. They prepared a test that consisted of (20) items of the type of true and false. The total score of the test was (60) scores, with three scores for each item. The second part was an essay question with a higher score of (40). After verifying the validity and difficulty of its items, the strength of its distinction, and the stability of correction according to the criteria used by the two researchers with a duration of the experiment that lasted an entire semester, the two researchers used the t-test for two independent samples, the item discrimination coefficient, the CHI square, the difficulty coefficient, Pearson correlation coefficient, And the Spearman-Brown equation. The results showed the superiority of the experimental group students who studied according to human development skills over the control group students who studied in the traditional way in the creative expression skills test. The results indicate that there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group students which is (79,57) and the average scores of the control group students which is (69,74) in the creative written expression skills test.

Introduction: Animal models have been used to understand the pathophysiology of pulmonary hypertension, to describe the mechanisms of action and to evaluate promising active ingredients. The monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension model is the most used animal model. In this model, invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic variables that resemble human measurements have been used. Aim: To define if non-invasive variables can predict hemodynamic measures in the monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension model. Materials and Methods: Twenty 6-week old male Wistar rats weighing between 250-300g from the bioterium of the Universidad del Valle (Cali - Colombia) were used in order to establish that the relationships between invasive and non-invasive variables are sustained in different conditions (healthy, hypertrophy and treated). The animals were organized into three groups, a control group who was given 0.9% saline solution subcutaneously (sc), a group with pulmonary hypertension induced with a single subcutaneous dose of Monocrotaline 30 mg/kg, and a group with pulmonary hypertension with 30 mg/kg of monocrotaline treated with Sildenafil. Right ventricle ejection fraction, heart rate, right ventricle systolic pressure and the extent of hypertrophy were measured. The functional relation between any two variables was evaluated by the Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: It was found that all correlations were statistically significant (p <0.01). The strongest correlation was the inverse one between the RVEF and the Fulton index (r = -0.82). The Fulton index also had a strong correlation with the RVSP (r = 0.79). The Pearson correlation coefficient between the RVEF and the RVSP was -0.81, meaning that the higher the systolic pressure in the right ventricle, the lower the ejection fraction value. Heart rate was significantly correlated to the other three variables studied, although with relatively low correlation. Conclusion: The correlations obtained in this study indicate that the parameters evaluated in the research related to experimental pulmonary hypertension correlate adequately and that the measurements that are currently made are adequate and consistent with each other, that is, they have good predictive capacity.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of using Prezi on Al Zaytoonah students’ performance in French Language reading skill. To achieve the purpose of the study, a pre/post-test was constructed to measure students’ performance in French language reading skill. The sample of the study comprised 128 students from Al Zaytoonah University and was distributed into two sections, which were selected purposefully. The sample of the study was distributed into two groups (one experimental and one control groups). The experimental group’s students were taught the reading skill using Prezi while the control groups’ students were taught using the traditional way. The sample of the study was 64 students in the experimental group and 64 students in the control group. Those groups were distributed into two purposefully selected sections in public schools in Amman. The results of the study showed a variance in the means of the achievement test according to group, it also showed that there were statistically significant differences on the achievement test due to the Strategy variable. There were statistically significant differences between using Prezi Strategy and the Current Strategy in favor of the Prezi Strategy, and there was no statistically significant difference in the students’ achievement due to gender. There was no statistically significant difference due to the interaction between gender and group. The researchers recommend that researchers focus on new teaching strategies and conduct more studies related this topic. They also recommend that other researchers conduct studies and focus on the role play strategy.

The present study investigated the effect of using scrambled cloze procedure on reading and writing among intermediate EFL learners. To fulfill the purpose of the study, 60 participants were tested on a PET test, from whom 48 homogeneous participants were selected and assigned randomly to two groups of 25 and 23, as experimental and control group. Then, both groups were given a pre-test of writing and reading comprehension. During 14 sessions, the experimental group were provided with scrambled cloze samples and tasks while practicing paragraph writing and reading, whereas the control group did not, while they were practicing paragraph writing and reading. At the end, the two groups were tested in reading comprehension and writing, based on a posttest. Two raters scored the writing samples collected from two groups in the pre and posttest. Pearson correlation was used to compute the inter-rater reliability. The results showed the experimental group outperformed the control group in paragraph writing and reading comprehension. However, it was found that gender did not make a significant difference in reading comprehension and writing performance.
