In order to increase public accountability, transparency, and so that the government is more effective and efficient in running the government. Local governments use a tool called e-government. Not only has the objectives of transparency and accountability, the use of e-government application systems is expected to be able to improve the performance of local governments to be more economical, efficient and effective. This study aims to examine the effect of PAD, capital expenditure, financing revenue, PDRB, education level, and population factors on the e-government index value. Data analysis used linear regression analysis with quantitative research methods. The results of the study based on linear regression indicate that the PAD, capital expenditure, financing revenue, PDRB, and population factors have a positive effect on the e-government index value in regency / municipal governments in West Java.

PThis study aims to determine the effect of the internal control system on the performance of local government Case Study in Gorontalo Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods, and the data sources use primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis using statistical t-test and coefficient of determination test (ajusted R-Square). The results showed that the internal control system had a positive effect on the performance of local governments with a determinant value of 48.7%. The result of this study contribute to the government to establish and implement a more effectives Internal Constrol Systems (ICS).

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. The government hold significant role in the implementation of fiscal economy policy to achieve the main goal of development: high economic growth, decrease of unemployment, and control of inflation, income and expenditure that can be used in increasing economic growth. Regional incomes are locally-generated revenue, General Allocation Fund. Meanwhile, cost is regional expenditures. Thus, this study is aimed to determine the influence of the General Allocation Fund and Regional income on economic growth with the role of Regional Expenditure as an intervening variable. The study was located on Deli Serdang Regency. This is a quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS. The result shows that General Allocation Fund and Regional income influence the economic growth, meanwhile regional expenditures mediates between General Allocation Fund and Regional income on economic growth.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of variables on the working conditions of national/international chain F&B enterprises on employee motivation. One hundred and sixty-four people working in 11 chain F&B enterprises in Turkey, in Kırklareli province, participated in the survey. The sampling method was used easy sampling for research. The research was conducted by applying survey technique from quantitative research methods. Regression analysis, factor analysis, Mann Whitney U, and Kruskal Wallis analysis were performed in the analysis of the obtained data. As a result of the factor analysis performed, two different components were obtained under working conditions and three different components were obtained in the context of motivational variables. As a result of the simple linear regression analysis performed, it is found that a significant part of the change in the motivation variable depends on the working conditions. Research results are thought to be beneficial to F&B managers.

The research is aimed to study more about the extent to which locality-based safety design can increase the satisfaction of tourists to the tourist attraction in Ancient Volcano Nglanggeran Tourism Village, Pathuk Sub-District, Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. Quantitative research methods using linear regression analysis were chosen to analyze the role of locality-based safety design allegedly to moderate the influence of tourist attraction on the satisfaction of tourists. The results showed that safety design based on locality proved unable to moderate the performance of tourist attraction in influencing the satisfaction of tourists. The recommendation of the research result is the implementation of safety with the design that has been proven effective in ensuring the safety of tourists.

This study aims to determine the effect of Risk Preference, Economic literacy and Investment Gallery on the investment interests of Economics and Business Faculty students. (This type of research uses quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression. The population in this study were students of the 2015 Kanjuruhan Malang Faculty of Economics and Business, amounting to 412 people. with a research sample of 25% of the population of 103 students. The data obtained was analyzed with the help of SPSS version 22.00 for Windows. Based on the calculation results, it is known that: (1) There is an influence of Risk Preference, Economic literacy and Investment Gallery on the investment interest of Economics and Business Faculty students. (2) There is no Risk Preference Effect on investment interest in Economics and Business Faculty students. (3) There is an Influence of Economic Literacy on the investment interest of the Economics and Business Faculty students (4) There is an Investment Gallery Effect on the investment interest of the Economics and Business Faculty students. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the F value of 24.771 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that Risk Preference (X1), Economic Literacy (X2), and Knowledge of Investment Gallery (X3) have simultaneous or joint effects. equal to Investment Interest (Y).

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of local government size, regional original income and capital expenditure on the financial performance of local governments in Badung Regency for the period 2013 - 2017. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that the size of the local government has a negative effect on the financial performance of local governments. This shows that the size of the local government that is proxied by the total assets owned by the local government has not contributed to the financial performance of the local government. Original regional income has a positive effect on the financial performance of local governments. This shows that the higher the local revenue generated, the higher the financial performance of the local government. And capital expenditure has a positive effect on the financial performance of local governments. This shows that the higher capital expenditure made by the government, the higher the financial performance of local governments. Keywords: size, PAD, capital expenditure, financial performance

Purpose: This research aimed to determine the effect of taxes, multinationality, and tunneling incentive on the decision on transfer pricing in non-financial sector companies. Research methodology: This research uses quantitative research methods. Testing the hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis with panel data on Stata 16.0. The population is non-financial sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. This research has a sample of 53 companies. Results: Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) taxes has a positive and significant effect on the decision on transfer pricing, (2) multinationality has a positive and significant effect on the decision on transfer pricing, (3) tunneling incentive has no effect on the decision on transfer pricing. Limitations: This limitation of research is the number of samples used in this research due to many companies that do not meet the established criteria. Contribution: This study's results can be used as a reference for further researchers and take into consideration for company management, investors and creditors in making decisions.

This study aims to see whether the quality of human resources, the application of accounting standards and information governance affects the financial reporting of local governments in Wajo Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the financial division of the SKPD in the scope of Wajo Regency, namely the Department of Public Works for Spatial Planning and Land, the Office of Health and the Office of Agriculture and Food Security. This type of research is quantitative research. Collecting data from filling out questionnaires. The data collected were processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. Based on the results of research, the government can ignore that the quality of human resources and the application of accounting standards have a positive effect on regional financial reporting. Meanwhile, the use of information technology has no effect on local government financial reporting. This may be due to the fact that the SKPD is lacking in maximizing the integrated computer system.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACK</em></strong></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the government limited people's activities outside the home, causing an increase in the use of Instagram social media, especially as a means of promotion. This phenomenon is exploited by the Ibis Style Hotel Bogor Raya manager with a strategy of maximizing attractive photos and videos with only a few promotional sentences but can attract consumer interest. This study aims to determine the correlation between the use of promotions through Instagram social media and the decision to purchase guests at the Ibis Style Hotel Bogor Raya.</em></p><p><em>By using quantitative research methods, using a sample of 100 people, namely hotel guests who have stayed at this hotel. Collecting data using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The data is processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application</em></p><p><em>Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that there was a strong correlation between Instagram Social Media and purchasing decisions and proved significant with R correlation number of 0.729. Meanwhile, the percentage contribution of the product variation variable to repurchase is 53.1% and the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.</em></p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Instagram Social Media, Purchase Decision, Ibis Style Hotel Bogor Raya</em>
