Piyungan Bantul District, Yogyakarta has a very interesting natural tourism potential where there are many plants that can be developed into an attraction, one of which is located in the village of Wanojoyo Kidul, there is a tourist spot called Taman Bronjong. As the name implies, Bronjong is water retaining so that the land on the banks of the river is not eroded by river currents, especially in Kali Gawe. Taman Bronjong has direct views of the Bukit Bintang and has a child-friendly stream. The research method used in this research process is descriptive qualitative supported by quantitative data. The observations show that in this garden there are many plants that can be used for the manufacture of local beverage products such as lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, kencur. With the potential possessed by Taman Bronjong, researchers aim to empower local plants as beverage products in order to develop tourist attraction in the area.

Ambon Island is famous for its natural resources, especially in the Central Maluku Regency such as Hunimua Beach in Liang Village and Natsepa Beach in Suli Village which is famous for its white sand along the coast. Unlike the two beaches, there is a beach in the western part of Ambon Island, precisely in the village of Lilibooi, namely Batu Kapal Beach or Batu Lobang. This beach has the potential to be developed as a tourist attraction. But besides its huge potential, this place still has several obstacles or challenges as a tourist destination. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying opportunities and challenges for developing the tourist attraction of Batu Kapal Beach. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative research method by observing tourism potential and supporting elements of tourism products at Batu Kapal Beach. In addition, the researchers also conducted interviews with the management of Batu Kapal Beach, the local community and the Lilibooi Village Chief regarding their views on the existence of Batu Kapal Beach attractions. Distribution of questionnaires to tourists was also carried out by involving 100 respondents who were randomly selected. The data collected is then processed and analyzed using the SWOT method. The results of this study are that based on calculations from the EFAS and IFAS Matrix, Batu Kapal Beach is in the quadrant point of 0.18 and 0.65 to be precisely in the quadrant I position, which is an aggressive strategy. Where the Batu Kapal Beach can utilize strengths and opportunities to progress, grow and develop in a better direction. Such as cooperating with the government and involving local communities to assist in the process of managing and developing Batu Kapal Beach.

Abstract: Tourism has the opportunity to be able to give a good influence on several aspects (economic, social, cultural, and environmental), so it makes one of the strategies of the Semarang City government to be used to solve the problems of slums in Kampung Wonosari. Kampung Wonosari which was changed into a tourist village, and changed its name to Kampung Pelangi. In addition to the positive effects obtained, but there are also negative effects due to changes in the function of the village. One of the negative influences is that there is a shift in territorial occupancy because people have to share their space with visitors. From this phenomenon, this research will raise the issue of territorial shift as a form of adaptation due to the development of tourism in the village. Based on these problems the purpose of this study is to determine the form of territory shifting from the form of adaptation that occurred. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. So we get realistic results from the object of shifting territory on the porch as a form of adaptation to follow the development of the village into a tourist attraction.

This study aims to map the tourism potential and homestay potential and determine the empowerment programs and homestay based training as support and development tourism activity in the Village Tourism CibuntuKuningan District. As for the target in this activity is the owner of the house that can be used as homestay as many as 25 houses. The research method used is descriptive method accompanied by community empowerment activities by training homestay owners about homestay management and typical food processing village. Based on the results of this study shows that the potential of CibuntuKuningan Tourism Village is very diverse and homestay facilities have started there as well as able to accommodate tourists. Homestay conditions can be used as a means to support the activities of tourists, even activity in homestay can be used as a tourist attraction.

The village of Lamalera has great tourism potential to develope as a tourist attraction. However, it is important to consider some aspects in its development, such asaspect of the environment and the community, so that it will beneficial to the environment and can improve the economy of the community.The problem in this research was the potential of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. Data obtained in this study through observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed in qualitative descriptive by describing the potentials of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. The results showed physical and non physical potential of the village. The physical potential of Lamalera is white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea water, undersea view and other beauty of nature; while the non physical potential is in the form of custom ceremonial, traditional dances and religious.   Keywords: Identification, Potential and Tourism

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the success rate of Artificial Insemination (IB) in the Village of Semen Gandusari District, Blitar Regency. This research method is done in 2 ways, namely, descriptive and quantitative analytical. Quantitative data types are data in the form of numbers including: Number of IB services, number of females in IB, all pregnant females IB results, number of pregnant females first IB results, Data Realization of Artificial Insemination activities and recapitulation data on Artificial Insemination births, Number of Days / Months between one birth and the next, the number of farmers applying the IB program. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. The results of the research in the form of primary and secondary data obtained qualitatively are processed descriptively, while the quantitative ones are processed statistically with an average value then interpreted according to the statistics. The results that have been obtained evaluating the success rate of IBs in the working area of Semen KUD, especially Semen village, are as follows: Non Return Rate (NRR) 38.42 ± 32.91%, Conception Rate (CR) 38.42 ± 32.91%, Service Per Conception (S / C) 2.23 ± 0.95 times, 433.2 ± 57.3 days of Calving Interval (CI). It can be concluded that dairy cows in the Semen village pretty good value even though not optimal. Suggestions that need to be carried out further research on factors that influence the success of artificial insemination programs (IB).

Buluh Cina Village is located at Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province and its about 25 km from Pekanbaru City. This Village is designated as Tourism Village by The Government of Riau Province. This research aims to optimize the potential Geo-tourism by understanding the strengths and weaknesses aspect which is owned by Buluh China Village. So it can increase the number of tourists who visit Buluh Cina Village. The method used is the field survey and literature review. The village is surrounded by a tropical rain forest with an area of over 100 hectares and it divided by the Kampar Kanan River. Fluvial Meandering System of this river form the main channel (river), sandbars, natural levee, floodplain and oxbow lake. Geo-tourism potential that can be developed are sand bars and oxbow lake. Buluh China Village has had a tourist attraction, but there are still some weaknesses, such as floods in the rainy season and some support facilities are not optimal.

This study aims to determine the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects in Kepenghuluan Tanjung Medan, Rokan Hilir Regency, which contributes to the economy of the surrounding community. Lake Napangga is one of the lakes located in the Rokan Hilir area which has promising tourism potential if managed properly. Therefore, the role of BUMDes as the manager of Lake Napangga should be able to become a spirit in developing this lake tourism object to empower the economy of the village community, but the management of this tourist attraction is not only influenced by the seasonal agenda but also the Coronavirus Disease pandemic that emerged in 2020 This study choosing the type of qualitative research with a case study approach, where data collection is done by observation and interviews. After the data and information are obtained, it will be analyzed in depth with triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects has not run optimally by the BUMDes in this case due to the inconsistency in the number of tourists visiting Lake Napangga, the inconsistent seasonal agenda, the lack of promotional activities and the COVID-19 Pandemic that appeared regularly. Suddenly disrupting the sources of income for people who depend on this Lake Napangga tourist attraction. This reality is what makes community economic empowerment in order to increase income still not running optimally. And aspects of sustainability in this case are needed to develop the tourism potential of Lake Napangga in the face of unforeseen conditions, in this case COVID-19 becomes an example of problems that must be faced in order to run the economy of the community and maximize the management of potential tourist attractions.

Melasti beach is a tourist attraction of the beach that is just starting to develop. Melasti Beach still in development in the governance by the village of Ungasan and yet the existence of a management system. Melasti beach is located in Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency, has the potentialities are wonderful and interesting to develop. The assumption behind this is based on the chosen research topic "melasti Beach Development Strategy as a tourist attraction in the village of Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Data types and data sources that are used i.e. qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection done by way of observation, unstructured interviews, study kepustakan, documentation, research instrument is the guidance interview. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with the use of tourism potential and analysis approach to SWOT analysis which clearly sets forth the findings based on the issues examined with accurate data sources. In the results of this research demonstrating that the Melasti Beach has the potential of nature is very beautiful, it also has the potential of culture as well as potential human or artificial to developed, capable of attracting tourists visit. Although still in the development phase is already visited by tourists and foreigners to the archipelago. The conclusions from the results of Shore Development Melasti is need for management systems, many still lack facilities to complement the tourist attraction due to the lack of funds and contributions from the Government is still waiting for him. This study aims to describe (1) how are nature and human represented in short story "Pohon Keramat", (2) how is environmental wisdom contained in it. Short story "Pohon Keramat" by M. Dawam Rahardjo tells the story of the existence of a trembesi tree that was sacred by the villagers of Kalisodo, but it also gave great benefits to the welfare of the village community. However, because of personal interests, political, and contrary to the teachings of religion, the trembesi tree was destroyed. Natural disasters occurred in the village of Kalisodo after a year of fallen trembesi tree. This research method used descriptive qualitative with ecocriticism approach. Nature and human beings are represented as the value of togetherness with nature. Local wisdom is a reference for the formation of environmental wisdom that is the value of the establishment of nature, the value of nature harmony, the value of togetherness with nature, the wisdom of nature, and the love of nature. Therefore, humans are required to preserve nature by nurturing, caring for, and saving the nature.

The village of Pulau Gadang District XII Koto Kampar, Kampar regency is a village that has an interesting historical value. Starting from the transfer of old Gadang Island Village to the current area due to the Koto Panjang PLTA Project, drowning four villages including Pulau Gadang Village. After 25 years passed the transfer was successful to give a positive impact, although initially received rejection. Improving the economy of local communities, supported by the tourism potential that recently developed in the area of this village and directly managed by the community of Pulau Gadang Village. Tourist attraction that is currently viral enough that Raja Ampat his Riau, at the beginning of the emergence of a very loved but the highest point of achievement only up there only. Tourism sector is a leading sector that is being developed and managed directly by the surrounding community, of course the positive impact of increasing the tourism potential in Riau. this paper will provide an in-depth analysis of the local wisdom of the community of Pulau Gadang Village that manages tourism directly, based on the construction of the concept of local wisdom that is capable of bringing progress to a region. Local wisdom is now an interesting issue as it returns to the foundation of a development theory that post modernism that can succeed a region is when the specialty of the area can be managed properly. Local wisdom that has influence in attitude and action, local local ideas that are wise, full of wisdom, good value, embedded and followed by members of the community.
