This study aims to map the tourism potential and homestay potential and determine the empowerment programs and homestay based training as support and development tourism activity in the Village Tourism CibuntuKuningan District. As for the target in this activity is the owner of the house that can be used as homestay as many as 25 houses. The research method used is descriptive method accompanied by community empowerment activities by training homestay owners about homestay management and typical food processing village. Based on the results of this study shows that the potential of CibuntuKuningan Tourism Village is very diverse and homestay facilities have started there as well as able to accommodate tourists. Homestay conditions can be used as a means to support the activities of tourists, even activity in homestay can be used as a tourist attraction.

Village of Yehembang Kangin is one of tourism village which has various tourism potential inside which have not been optimized as a tourism destination or tourist attraction. The purpose of this studies to know potential of tourism in the Yehembang Kangin Village Tourism and know the efforts to development of tourism potential in the Yehembang Kangin Tourism Village. The research method used in this research, is a qualitative research, where the qualitative research used, observation, in-depth interview technique and qualitative documents. The concept of tourism supporting components in formulating the existing conditions in the Yehembang Kangin Tourism Village. And data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research is Yehembang Kangin Village have two potensial tourism among others is natural and culture potential tourism and the effort to the development of tourism potential in the Tourism Village Yehembang Kangin there are two aspects is mapping of tourist attractions and local community empowerment in the Village Tourism Yehembang Kangin. ABSTRAK Pulau Mengkudu merupakan salah satu pulau di Desa Totoharjo Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Pulau Mengkudu mempunyai potensi yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai daerah wisata.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan di Pulau Mengkudu, Partisipasi masyarakat sekitar Pulau Mengkudu, daya tarik wisata di Pulau Mengkudu dan nilai Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) Pulau Mengkudu. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2016-Januari 2017. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) dan metode deskriptif dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada 9 responden masyarakat menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling dan 25 responden wisatawan menggunakan accidental sampling. Potensi wisata Pulau Mengkudu terdapat pada kondisi fisik pantai yang indah dengan adanya pasir timbul, serta jenis kegiatan atau daya tarik wisatanya yaitu berenang, dan pemandangan dari atas bukit. IKW Pulau Mengkudu pada pagi hari di stasiun I dan III adalah 77% masuk kedalam kategori S2 atau Sesuai, stasiun II 83% menunjukkan kategori S1 atau Sangat Sesuai, sedangkan sore hari di stasiun I, stasiun II dan III adalah 89%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Pulau Mengkudu pada sore hari tergolong dalam kategori S1 atau sangat sesuai untuk kegiatan wisata pantai. Secara umum daya tarik wisata di Pulau Mengkudu  mendapat respon positif oleh responden. Kata Kunci: Kesesuaian Wisata; Partisipasi Masyarakat; Pulau Mengkudu ABSTRACT Mengkudu Island is one of the islands in Totoharjo Village, South Lampung Regency. Mengkudu Island has the potential that can be utilized as a tourist area. The purpose of this study was to know the potential of tourism that can be developed in Mengkudu Island, participation of people around Mengkudu Island, tourist attraction in Mengkudu Island and the value of Tourism Suitability Index (IKW) in Mengkudu Island. The research was conducted from December 2016 to January 2017. The method used in this research were quantitative research method using Tourism Suitability Index (IKW) and descriptive method by spreading questionnaires to 9 respondents using purposive sampling technique and 25 respondents using accidental sampling. Tourism potential of Mengkudu Island were so attracted especially the physical condition of beautiful beach with the sand arise, tourism activities like swimming, and the view from the top of the hill. Generally, tourist attraction in Mengkudu Island received positive responses by respondents. Tourism Suitability Index (IKW) of Mengkudu Island in the morning at station I and III was 77% classified to S2 or suitable, station II 83% classified to S1 or very suitable, while afternoon at station I, station II and III is 89%. This showed that Mengkudu Island in the afternoon classified to S1 or very suitable for coastal tourism activities. Generally, tourist attraction in Mengkudu Island received positive responses by respondents. Keyword: Tourism Suitability, Participation of People, Mengkudu Island.

Piyungan Bantul District, Yogyakarta has a very interesting natural tourism potential where there are many plants that can be developed into an attraction, one of which is located in the village of Wanojoyo Kidul, there is a tourist spot called Taman Bronjong. As the name implies, Bronjong is water retaining so that the land on the banks of the river is not eroded by river currents, especially in Kali Gawe. Taman Bronjong has direct views of the Bukit Bintang and has a child-friendly stream. The research method used in this research process is descriptive qualitative supported by quantitative data. The observations show that in this garden there are many plants that can be used for the manufacture of local beverage products such as lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, kencur. With the potential possessed by Taman Bronjong, researchers aim to empower local plants as beverage products in order to develop tourist attraction in the area.

Ambon Island is famous for its natural resources, especially in the Central Maluku Regency such as Hunimua Beach in Liang Village and Natsepa Beach in Suli Village which is famous for its white sand along the coast. Unlike the two beaches, there is a beach in the western part of Ambon Island, precisely in the village of Lilibooi, namely Batu Kapal Beach or Batu Lobang. This beach has the potential to be developed as a tourist attraction. But besides its huge potential, this place still has several obstacles or challenges as a tourist destination. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying opportunities and challenges for developing the tourist attraction of Batu Kapal Beach. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative research method by observing tourism potential and supporting elements of tourism products at Batu Kapal Beach. In addition, the researchers also conducted interviews with the management of Batu Kapal Beach, the local community and the Lilibooi Village Chief regarding their views on the existence of Batu Kapal Beach attractions. Distribution of questionnaires to tourists was also carried out by involving 100 respondents who were randomly selected. The data collected is then processed and analyzed using the SWOT method. The results of this study are that based on calculations from the EFAS and IFAS Matrix, Batu Kapal Beach is in the quadrant point of 0.18 and 0.65 to be precisely in the quadrant I position, which is an aggressive strategy. Where the Batu Kapal Beach can utilize strengths and opportunities to progress, grow and develop in a better direction. Such as cooperating with the government and involving local communities to assist in the process of managing and developing Batu Kapal Beach.

Development of village fund management is very much needed by the community so that it can be enjoyed by all levels of society in the villages. The seriousness of the government in developing villages is evidenced by the start of allocation of the Village Fund budget for 2015. The allocation of the Village Fund is mandated by Law (Law) Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and Government Regulation (PP) Number 6 of 2014 concerning Village Funds Sourced from STATE BUDGET. The regulation explained that the administration of the village government adheres to the principle of decentralization and the task of assistance. The principle of decentralization raises village internal funding (Desa APBD), while the principle of co-administration provides an opportunity for Villages to obtain funding sources from the government above it (APBN, Provincial APBD, Regency / City APBD). This study aims to observe what the development of village funds looks like, how they are implemented and the impact of the use of village funds in supporting development activities and community empowerment. The research method used is a qualitative research method that relies on observing places, actors and activities in Konawe Selatan Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, which was chosen as a case study. Initial observations show that the Village Fund does not have significant results in improving the welfare of the community. These indications are evident in the welfare of the community which has not improved with the existence of the village fund. Therefore it is necessary to develop a good management of village funds to improve the welfare of rural communities, especially in Konawe Selatan District. The output to be achieved is the scientific publication with ISSN Online and the level of technological Readiness that will be achieved 1-3.

The village of Lamalera has great tourism potential to develope as a tourist attraction. However, it is important to consider some aspects in its development, such asaspect of the environment and the community, so that it will beneficial to the environment and can improve the economy of the community.The problem in this research was the potential of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. Data obtained in this study through observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed in qualitative descriptive by describing the potentials of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. The results showed physical and non physical potential of the village. The physical potential of Lamalera is white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea water, undersea view and other beauty of nature; while the non physical potential is in the form of custom ceremonial, traditional dances and religious.   Keywords: Identification, Potential and Tourism

Community Empowerment in the Tourism Sector in Efforts Acceleration of Economic Recovery in Dambalo Village As an effort to grow the economy which is currently slumped as a result of the covid 19 pandemic. He people of Dambalo Village have various livelihoods from self-employed fishermen, farmers and some are civil servants and construction workers, all of which aim to help the family economy. and almost 60% are creative and micro business actors. Here fore, we are interested in providing creative ideas in the tourism sector, where in this village there is a pretty good tourist attraction to be developed, namely the Botudidingga tourism object, as for the tourism objects in this village that have existed since a few years ago which are located on the coast which has its own uniqueness, because to go to this place the tourists seem to go on a trip to the mountains, the vast expanse of sea surrounded by mangroves and has a courtyard to the middle of the sea makes Botudidingga tourism object the maldeves of North Gorontalo. To further beautify and attract tourists, the thematic village community service students create interesting photo spots with materials taken in the village of Dambalo itself

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

Buluh Cina Village is located at Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province and its about 25 km from Pekanbaru City. This Village is designated as Tourism Village by The Government of Riau Province. This research aims to optimize the potential Geo-tourism by understanding the strengths and weaknesses aspect which is owned by Buluh China Village. So it can increase the number of tourists who visit Buluh Cina Village. The method used is the field survey and literature review. The village is surrounded by a tropical rain forest with an area of over 100 hectares and it divided by the Kampar Kanan River. Fluvial Meandering System of this river form the main channel (river), sandbars, natural levee, floodplain and oxbow lake. Geo-tourism potential that can be developed are sand bars and oxbow lake. Buluh China Village has had a tourist attraction, but there are still some weaknesses, such as floods in the rainy season and some support facilities are not optimal.

This study aims to determine the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects in Kepenghuluan Tanjung Medan, Rokan Hilir Regency, which contributes to the economy of the surrounding community. Lake Napangga is one of the lakes located in the Rokan Hilir area which has promising tourism potential if managed properly. Therefore, the role of BUMDes as the manager of Lake Napangga should be able to become a spirit in developing this lake tourism object to empower the economy of the village community, but the management of this tourist attraction is not only influenced by the seasonal agenda but also the Coronavirus Disease pandemic that emerged in 2020 This study choosing the type of qualitative research with a case study approach, where data collection is done by observation and interviews. After the data and information are obtained, it will be analyzed in depth with triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects has not run optimally by the BUMDes in this case due to the inconsistency in the number of tourists visiting Lake Napangga, the inconsistent seasonal agenda, the lack of promotional activities and the COVID-19 Pandemic that appeared regularly. Suddenly disrupting the sources of income for people who depend on this Lake Napangga tourist attraction. This reality is what makes community economic empowerment in order to increase income still not running optimally. And aspects of sustainability in this case are needed to develop the tourism potential of Lake Napangga in the face of unforeseen conditions, in this case COVID-19 becomes an example of problems that must be faced in order to run the economy of the community and maximize the management of potential tourist attractions.
