This research was conducted based on the condition of fulfilling the food needs of the region, which was currently not being carried out with the distribution pattern and weak institutional Strengtening at the farmer level, so that its utilization was not yet efficient in exploitation especially on suboptimal land. Based on this, the main objective of this study was to formulate a model for the development of food crop agricultural areas on suboptimal land oriented to farmer corporations. This research used qualitative methods but the relevant mathematical formulas were still used. From the result of the analysis, an applicative program for the development of agricultural areas based on farmer corporation in Ogan Ilir Regency was compiled, which was based on a political, technocratic approach, integration of top down policy-bottom up planning and participatory. The recommended program group was divided into programs for optimizing the availability of production inputs, developing rice cultivation and supporting infrastructure, controlling pests and diseases of rice plants, improving and empowering farmer institutions, improving and increasing farmers' knowledge and skills, improving harvest and post-harvest, improving marketing, improvement of supporting infrastructure, and development of capital. The location for the development and implementation of the program was focused on the districts of Muara Kuang, Pemulutan, Lubuk Keliat, Indralaya and Pemulutan Selatan.

The Living Bot is a project where future residential buildings will adapt to the times. In the coming year, the human population will continue to grow, so that it will use the land as a place for various needs such as shelter, activities, and other things. Along with this increase in human population, the land will also shrink while the land itself is needed so that humans can meet their food needs either from farming (plants), or through livestock (animal). Therefore, The Living Bot created a system in which human implementation begins to adapt to the life in which they live by implementing a residential system that can produce their own food with plantings that maximize vertical land. This form of shelter can be used as a system so that its application can be carried out. Adaptations that are carried out are by changing the lifestyle of humans to the use of technology. The lifestyle that must adapt is by farming, assisted by A.I. technology. because humans in urban areas do not have a background in growing a food crop. Therefore technology is present in helping urban communities, also assisted by modern planting methods such as using hydroponics, aquaponics, aeroponics, and indoor planting techniques assisted by artificial light such as LEDs.

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact in all fields, namely in terms of health, social, economic, and food. Reduced income or even job loss to cause a decrease in the ability to meet basic needs, namely family food needs. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Pertamina Corporation Integrated Terminal Jakarta initiated collaboration between community groups and various stakeholders through the integration of the budikdamber system and the development of processed product innovations done in Rawa Badak Selatan Village, Koja District, North Jakarta as the Area 1 Company's Ring. The development of processed innovation products is carried out together with the Bunda Koja group by carrying out all contain catfish product (ACE) activities. ACE's budikdamber activities are empowered by cultivating fish and vegetables in buckets carried out in several yards of residents of the Rawa Badak Selatan Village. This activity is expected to contribute to the community’s resilience in the face of pandemics by increasing knowledge and skills in developing mental systems and their processed products. The implementation of activities is carried out by training methods and the application of mentoring. The community generally feels helped because the process of making processed and ACE budikdamber is empowered to facilitate for the community to get nutritious food. This activity also has an impact on improving nutrition and socioeconomics of toddler parents, through training in nutritious catfish processed products, toddler mothers can learn to understand the importance of nutritious food for toddlers.

E-government evolves according to strategic plans with the coordination of central Governments. This top-down procedure succeeds in slow but sufficient transformation of public services into e-Government ones. However, public agencies adapt to e-Government with difficulty, requiring holistic guidance and a detailed legal framework provided by the Government. The setting up of common Enterprise Architecture for all public agencies requires careful analysis. Moreover, common Enterprise Architecture could fail to cover the special needs of small or municipal agencies. The chapter uses data from various major e-Government strategies, together with their enterprise architectures, in order to introduce a development model of municipal Enterprise Architecture. The model is based on the experience collected from the Digital City of Trikala, central Greece, and results in “Collaborative Enterprise Architecture”.

The discourses of information literacy practice create epistemological assumptions about how the practice should happen, who should be responsible and under what conditions instruction should be given. This paper employs a discourse analysis method (Potter, 2008) to identify discourses of information literacy and the learner from within higher education focused professional texts. Texts analysed include 4 recent English-language models of information literacy and 16 textbooks. Analysis suggests that within higher education, information literacy is shaped by 2 conflicting narratives. The outward facing narrative positions information literacy as an empowering practice that equips learners with the knowledge and skills that they need within complex and fast-paced information environments. The inward facing narrative positions learners as incompetent or as lacking the ability to operate within higher education. This deficit perception consequently threatens the sustainability of information literacy practice by reframing empowerment as a process of top-down behaviour modification. This paper represents the first in a research programme that interrogates the epistemological premises and discourses of information literacy within higher education.

Characteristics of mineral-mine tailings deposited in agricultural areas do not meet the requirements for food crop cultivation. The objective of the experiment was to obtain the information on the improvement of plant growth planted in mercury-contaminated tailings after adding organic matter and nitrogen fixing bacteria, Azotobacter. The greenhouse trial was set up in randomized factorial design which tested the Azotobacter inoculation consentrations and organic matter doses. There was no interaction effect between the two treatments on the growth of four-week old corn. Both organic matter and Azotobacter had a positive impact on vegetative growth of corn.

Food needs will continue to increase due to year by year, Indonesia's population continues to increase, while the amount of food production cannot compensate for the increase in population. To guarantee national food security, the Indonesian government continues to strive to procure sufficient amounts of rice, including the use of high-yielding seeds, balanced and efficient use of fertilizers, control of pests and diseases, etc. These efforts are only focused on achieving targeted rice production but have not paid attention to the level of income obtained by farmers when cultivating rice compared to cultivating other agricultural commodities. The research was aimed to: (1) determine the income level of a rice farmer, especially in Sidrap District, which is a rice barn area in South Sulawesi Province; and (2) to determine the feasibility of rice farming in the area. One indicator of the feasibility of rice farming can be known based on the value of R / C ratio as well as Break Even Point (BEP) production and Break Even Point (BEP) prices. This study found that the level of income obtained by rice farmers in Pitu Riawa Subdistrict, Sidrap District was Rp. 13,624,672 / ha and was feasible to be cultivated with R / C ratio> 4.24; BEP production of 358 kg; BEP price of IDR 1,152 / kg.
