Background: Work in agricultural areas is one of the occupations that are at risk with the accident and death rates. Hazardous and toxic material is one of the risks that can threaten the health of farmers, which is very important to be known by farmers.Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the internal factors of farmers on the ability to recognize hazardous and toxic materials.Methods: The design of this study used descriptive correlation design. Population in this study are farmers who are members of farmer groups in the working area of the Department of Agriculture in Lumajang Regency who are members of a joint group of farmers under the guidance of the Agriculture Office of Lumajang Regency. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling obtained samples were 45 farmers. Instrument of this study demographic data of the respondents and questionnaire that was adopted from PP No. 74, 2001 concerning the management of hazardous and toxic materials in agricultural areas. The questionnaire consists of 25 items with Cronbach Alpha .726. The data of this study were analyzed by one-way ANOVA.Results: Based on the results of the study found that two internal factors of farmers related to the ability of farmers to recognize hazardous and toxic materials in agricultural areas, namely education and work tenure, with a significance level of 0,000 less than 0.05. Education and work tenure of farming affect the experience of farmers so that the level of knowledge of farmers increases. Farmers are more aware of the effects of hazardous and toxic substances on their health according to their level of knowledge.Conclusion: Prevention of poisoning due to hazardous and toxic substances in agricultural areas can be developed by increasing health promotion and increasing farmers' knowledge to become more familiar with hazardous and toxic substances on label recognition, composition, mixing storage and their effects on health. Keywords: Hazardous Materials, Toxic Materials, Farmers

Background and Study Aim: The main purpose behind the study was to establish the challenges in relation to the acquisition of life skills among university student-athletes of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The study assessed the extent to which the concern existing resources, facilitators, and trainer attitude influences life skills acquisition among student-athletes. Material and Methods: Descriptive survey research design was followed to obtain desirable results. The target population of this study consisted of all those who participated in different sport at the university level of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Pakistan. Amongst them, we selected a representative sample (n=389 fifty 50% of the total population) with the help of a simple random sampling technique. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version, 24 was used to code and analyse the data. The hypotheses were tested by applying statistical tests like Step-wise regression and independents sample t-test. The significance level of 0.05 was fixed to accept or reject the set hypotheses. Results: Findings of the study indicated that existing resources, facilitators, and trainer/coach attitude significantly influences life skills acquisition among student-athletes (.001, .001 & .000 < .05). The analysed data revealed no significantly difference regarding extent to which specific challenges such as existing resources, facilitators, and trainer attitude influences the acquisition of life skills (.500, .133 & .149 > .05). Conclusions: The findings of the study revealed that all participants have agreed upon the importance of life skills. Therefore, the life skills course might be considered as an integral part of every educational curriculum of Pakistan. It is suggested that a minimum of 2 hours per week may be included in the educational curriculum of each discipline.

This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.     The result of observation shows that the students' understanding of physics science subject is still low. Many teachers still use conventional methods. Students just listen and take notes. Therefore, the use of appropriate and varied learning models is expected to help students in understanding a concept. One alternative of physics learning that can help students understand the concept is through pictorial riddle learning method. This pictorial riddle learning method uses a riddle of drawings on a whiteboard, poster or projected from a transparency then the teacher asks questions relating to the riddle. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of pictorial riddle learning method on the understanding of physics concepts class IX students semester 1 SMP Negeri 2 Painan 2015/2016 academic year. Sampling is done by simple random sampling technique. The research population is all students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Painan. The sample used is class IX-2 as experiment class and IX-3 as control class. The variable in this research is the students' concept understanding on the magnetism materials, with the experimental control group design pre test post test. Data retrieval is done through the test in the form of free description and analyzed using simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and test of significance in microsoft excel. The results of data analysis showed the relationship between variables expressed in a simple regression equation Y = 51.99 + 0.4286. The value of correlation coefficient 0,5787 with enough criterion (0,5 <r <0,8) value 0,3348 and coefficient of determination equal to 33,5% and> (3,175> 2,015) at significance level 5%, which mean study pictorial Riddle method effect of 33.5% on the understanding of student physics concepts. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence and quite significant method of learning pictorial riddle on the understanding of students' concepts on magnetism materials.

Sibling rivalry is the natural jealousy or dislike feeling of a children to a new child in the family. Preliminary study result obtained 6 (60%) children have sibling rivalry. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship of parent role in anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence with sibling rivalry incident in preschooler. The design of this research is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The independent variable is the parent role in the anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence, while the dependent variable is sibling rivalry. The unit of analysis of this study is preschool children who have younger siblings, and the source of information is parents, the sample of 37 children with simple random sampling technique. The data collected from these three research variables used questionnaires. The statistical test using spearman rank with α (0,05). The result of the statistical test shows the value of p value with the alpha significance level α (0,05), mean value of p value < α, so H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, it means there is relation of parent role in anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence with incident sibling rivalry preschooler. The results of this study is expected parents can perform its role in anticipatory sibling rivalry and improve the emotional intelligence of children to avoid sibling rivalry between siblings

This research is to observe the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of breastfeeding toward the development of children aged 6 - 12 months living in RW 04 Sambibulu Village, Taman Sub-district, Sidoarjo. The design of  research was analytic  retrospective  study. The population involved 29 couples with their children aged 6  -  12 months living in the above mentioned region. The simple random sampling technique was used to take 27 couples as the samples of research. The independent variable of this research was breastfeeding, whereas the dependent one was  the child’s development. Questionnaires of breast and checklist of KPSP (Pre Screening Questionnaire for Child Development) were used to collect the data which analyzed by using Mann-Whitney’s statistic test with the significance level α = 0.05, it means that there was a relationship between breastfeeding and  the development of children p (0.000) < α (0.05)

Abstract Water is a good medium for bacterial growth, so that contamination is happening especially if less attention in terms of hygiene and sanitation. The use of bed water sources can increase the risk of diarrhea. Diarrhea is one of the environmentally based disease is a major cause of morbidity and mortality. Kampung Baru village located around Jagir Kali Surabaya Most people are in the middle to low socioeconomic level.  The lifestyle of them, also pays less attention to environmental hygiene and sanitation, so that it can cause water pollution which can increase the risk of diarrhea. This study was an observational analytic cross sectional study. Entire study population villagers of Kampung Baru. A sample of 75 respondents drawn with simple random sampling technique. The data used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis using the Spearman rank test with a significance level (α = 0.1). The results showed that 53,3% affected diarrhea and 46,7% didn’t affected (P =0.087, r=0.463). The results showed a medium correlation between the source of water with the incidence of diarrhea in Kampung Baru Resident At Ngagelrejo Wonokromo Surabaya. Keyword : Diarrhae, Water Sanitation

Snack foods that are less qualified health and nutrition will threaten the health of school-age children as gastrointestinal diseases, one of which is diarrhea.This study aims to determine the relationship of parental knowledge about street food with the incidence of diarrhea in children SD Negeri 1 Buayan District of Kebumen.This study uses descriptive correlative with retrospective approach. The study population 192 respondents. The research sample 66 respondents. This study was conducted in February-March 2016. The samples were taken using simple random sampling technique. Analysis of data using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov correlation test with significance level of 0.05. Based on the research results, the majority of parental knowledge about good hawker food as much as 53 (80.3%) of respondents and elementary school children who are not suffering from diarrhea were 58 (87.9%) persons. The results of the analysis with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov can be known p-value of 0.008 with (p <0.05) so that there is a significant relationship between parental knowledge about street food with the incidence of diarrhea in children SD Negeri 1 Buayan District of Kebumen.There is a relationship between parental knowledge about street food with the incidence of diarrhea in children SD Negeri 1 Buayan District of Kebumen. Keywords: Diarrhea, Food Snacks, Knowledge

This study examined the application of e-governance for service delivery in Ojo and Alimosho Local government areas of Lagos State. Questionnaire and Interviews were used as major instruments for data collection alongside other secondary sources. The simple Random Sampling technique was used to derive a sample of 100 respondents from a population size of 748 workers from Ojo and Alimosho Local Government Areas. Simple percentages were used for the demographic data analysis, as well as to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed that the application of E-governance is still a far cry in the local governments. Generally, the concept is novel among the workers as it is generally construed to mean electronic payment of salaries and lodgments into the Banks by the citizens. Beyond this, it was revealed that such facilities like web sites, constant electricity supply, enabling environments to boost tele-density, internet diffusion, adult computer literacy, cyber cafes, computer, etc. were not adequately available as expressed by the respondents.

Enthusiasm support a vital role in reading comprehension achievement of upper level readers, Reading interest is vital that one may encourage and maintain their interest of reading. Intralingual translation is defined as “rewording” and as an interpretation of verbal signs by means of other signs of the same language. This research is a quantitative research which has the purpose to find out whether or not there was significant correlation among students’ reading interest, reading comprehension, and their intralingual translation achievement. Furthermore, the population of the research is the second semester students of STIA SATYA NEGARA Palembang consisting of 120 students, from the population, 42 students were represented as the sample which was taken through simple random sampling technique. The instruments used were questionnaire for reading interest, multiple choice test for reading comprehension, and written test for intralingual translation. After having the result, then the data were analyzed by using multiple correlation  in SPSS 20 Program for Windows. From the result of the data analysis shows that Ryx1x2 = 0.655 at the significance level of 0.05, and for the criteria of significant test is gotten Fcount (37.037) > Ftable (4.08). So, the result of hypothesis test shows that there is significant correlation among students’ reading interest, reading comprehension, and their intralingual translation achievement. It can be concluded that if students have high interest in reading, so they have good ability in comprehending text.

This study was to find out the effectiveness of I challenge game in teaching grammar. This research was quasi experimental design. The population of this study was the second grade students of SMPN 2 Kediri which consisted of four classes. Two classes were chosen as the samples, those were VIII B Class as experimental group consisted of twenty six students and VIII D Class as control group consisted twenty five students. They were chosen by using simple random sampling technique. Experimental group was treated by I Challenge Game and control group was treated by Grammar Draughts Game. The instrument that was used objective test informs of multiple choices. Then, the scores were analyzed by using statistical analysis. It showed the mean score of experimental group was 67,04 while the mean score control group was 52,54 and the value of t (t test) = 1,716 was higher than  (t table) = 1.677 at the significance level of 0,05% and the number of degree freedom (df) 49. It meant that alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accpeted and null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. It could be calculated that I Challenge Game was effective in teaching grammar at the second grade students of SMPN 2 Kediri.
