Mutu SDM tidak hanya dari prestasi yang diraih dan teknologi, melainkan juga karakter dan perilakunya. Melalui pendidikan harapannya  pengembangan karakter  dapat tercapai dengan baik. Dalam hal ini sekolah merupakan salah satu sarana belajar yang menjanjikan untuk  pengembangan  karakter  siswa.  Terbukti  dengan  semakin  digalakkan  pembelajaran  pengembangan karakter siswa melalui  budaya  sekolah  yang  religius.  Metode  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah deskriptif  kualitatif.  Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  dengan  metode  observasi,  wawancara  dan dokumentasi.  Teknik  analisis  data  dengan  analisi  model  interaktif  yang  meliputi  reduksi  data, penyajian  data  dan  penarikan  kesimpulan  atau  verifikasi.  Luaran  wajib  berupa publikasi artikel ilmiah dalam jurnal terakreditasi dengan pengukuran TKT Skala 3. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari informan berupa 50 siswa yaitu sebanyak 56% siswa mengetahui tentang karakter religius, yang lakukan ketika mendengar suara adzan 72% bersiap untuk sholat, ketika melihat sampah di halaman sekolah 100% memungut dan memasukkan ke kotak sampah, jika teman  beragama lain melakukan ibadah 89,8% tidak mengganggu, adab sebelum makan 100% cuci tangan lalu berdoa, 79,6% siswa lebih menyukai sedekah daripada menabung, yang dilakukan ketika bertemu guru 56% mengucapkan salam sapa dan tersenyum, yang dilakukan ketika bertemu teman 88% mengucapkan salam sapa dan tersenyum, guru selalu mengajak untuk sholat sunnah dhuha dan sholat dzuhur berjama'ah di mushola sekolah 100%, setiap hari guru selalu mengawali pembelajaran dengan bersama-sama berdo'a dan membaca Al-Qur'an 100%. Bahwasannya pengembangan budaya karakter siswa yang religius dapat ditingkatkan melalui penanaman pembiasaan pada kehidupan sehari-harinya. Sehingga dapat menjadi bekal bagi kehidupan di masa depannya. Kata kunci:  Karakter siswa, budaya sekolah religius The quality of human resources is not only from the achievements and technology, but also from their character and behavior. Through education, it is hoped that character development can be achieved well. In this case, school is a promising learning tool for the development of student character. It is proven by the increasingly encouraging student character development learning through religious school culture. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques with interactive model analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The mandatory output is in the form of publication of scientific articles in accredited journals with measurement of TKT Scale 3.The results of the research obtained from informants in the form of 50 students were 56% of students knew about religious character, when they heard the sound of the call to prayer 72% prepared to pray, when they saw the garbage in school yard 100% picks up and puts it in the litter box, if friends of other religions do worship 89.8% do not disturb, manners before eating 100% wash their hands and then pray, 79.6% of students prefer alms rather than saving, which is done when meeting teachers 56% say hello and smile, which is done when meeting friends 88% say greetings and smiles, the teacher always invites the sunnah prayer and dzuhur prayer in congregation at the school prayer room 100%, every day the teacher always starts learning together pray and read the Qur'an 100%. That the development of a religious character culture of students can be improved through planting habituation in their daily life. This study aims to determine the principal's leadership in improving the quality of SMP IT Nurul Fadhillah, the constraints of the principal's leadership in improving the quality of schools at SMP IT Nurul Fadhilah, and the principal's efforts to improve the quality of schools at SMP IT Nurul Fadhilah. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach and the techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal and teachers. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Ensuring the validity of research data uses credibility, transfibility, dependability and conformability. The results of this research are the principal's leadership in improving the quality of education by caring for subordinates, assertiveness, democracy, and supervision. The obstacles faced by school principals in improving the quality of schools are the lack of educational facilities and infrastructure. As for the efforts made by the principal in improving the quality of education, namely developing teacher competence, meeting the needs of school stakeholders and getting used to working together in overcoming problems.

Abstraksi   Masyarakat Sumbawa dikenal sebagai masyarakat yang heterogen, karena dihuni oleh penduduk dari berbagai suku, etnis, bahasa dan agama dengan konsekuensi terhadap pembawaan adat-istiadat serta sistem hidup yang berbeda-beda. Kondisi ini adalah salah satu modal utama yang jika disalahgunakan akan bisa berdampak negatif dengan munculnya sentimen-sentimen dan konflik komunal yang bisa merusak sistem kehidupan bermasyarakat. Proses mediasi, arbitrasi dan negosiasi adalah salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan  dalam meresolusi konflik selama ini. Sedangkan masih banyak metode atau pendekatan lain yang dirasa cukup efektif dan kadang terlupakan dalam pendekatan pencegahan dan resolusi konflik yaitu melalui pendekatan Kecerdasan Budaya.Sehingga riset ini, mencoba mengangkat masalah urgensi kecerdasan budaya dalam mencegah dan meresolusi konflik. Adapun masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1).Faktor-faktor apa saja yang bisa menyebabkan terjadinya konflik dalam masyarakat?, 2). Siapa saja yang berperan sebagai struktural, akselerator dan pemakin atau trigger dalam konflik tersebut?, 3). Pendekatan apa saja yang selama ini digunakan dalam upaya mencegah dan menyelesaikan konflik dalam masyarakat oleh pemerintah?, 4). Mengapa kecerdasan budaya sangat penting dalam mencegah dan menyelesaikan konflik tersebut? Metode riset yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif.Dengan tujuan agar pengungkapan fenomena di lokasi penelitian secara leluasa memungkin untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal karena data tersebut valid dan dapat dipertanggung- jawabkan secara ilmiah dan rasional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ada  yaitu teknik observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan keabsahan datayang terdiri dari Derajat kepercayaan (credibility), Keteralihan (transferability), Ketergantungan (dependability), dan Kepastian (comfirmability). Hasil penelitian, bahwa Terjadinya konflik di Kabupaten Sumbawa disebabkan karena adanya faktor Struktural, Akselerator dan Trigger (SAT) konflik, misalnya seperti: masih ada dan kuatnya Political Memory dalam Masyarakat. Serta pentingnya Kecerdasan Budaya dalam mencegah dan menyelesaikan konflik, karena semua aspek-aspek yang ada dalam Kecerdasan Budaya seperti: Pengetahuan, Strategi, Motivasi dan Perilaku ternyata memiliki relevansi dan kemampuan untuk mendorong dan menciptakan suasana yang aman, damai dan harmonis dalam masyarakat sepanjang masyarakat bisa dan mampu menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Budaya, Pencegahan, Resolusi, Konflik   The Sumbawa community is known as a heterogeneous society, inhabited by people of various ethnic, ethnic, linguistic and religious backgrounds with consequences for different customs and systems of life. This condition is one of the main capital that if misused will be able to negatively impact the emergence of sentiments and communal conflicts that can damage the system of social life. The process of mediation, arbitration and negotiation is one of the approaches used in resolving conflicts over the years. While there are many other methods or approaches that are considered quite effective and sometimes forgotten in the approach of prevention and conflict resolution is through the approach of Cultural Intelligence. So this research, trying to raise the urgency issue of the cultural intelligence in preventing and resolving the conflict. The problems raised in this study are: 1). What factors can cause conflict in society ?, 2). Who actor that acts as a structural, accelerator and trigger or trigger in the conflict ?, 3). What approaches have been used in preventing and resolving the conflict in society by the government ?, 4). Why is cultural intelligence so important in preventing and resolving the conflict? The research method in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The aim of this research that the disclosure of the phenomenon in the research location freely possible to get maximum results because the data is valid and can be accounted scientifically and rationally.Data collection techniques that is used in this research are techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques start from the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data validity consisting of credibility, transferability, dependability and comfirmability. The result of the research, that the occurrence of conflict in Sumbawa Regency caused by Structural factor, Accelerator and Trigger (SAT) conflict, for example: there is still and strong Political Memory in Society. As well as the importance of Cultural Intelligence in preventing and resolving of conflicts, as all aspects of Cultural Intelligence such as: Knowledge, Strategy, Motivation and Behavior have the relevance and ability to encourage and create a safe, peaceful and harmonious atmosphere in society as long as society can and able to internalize these values ​​in everyday life. This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.

This study examines the strategies of madrasa headmasters in improving the quality of Islamic Education and the facilitating and hindering factors as well as the solutions of the headmaster's strategies in improving the quality of Islamic Education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This study used descriptive qualitative and research design using a case study approach. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques through data reduction analysis, data presentation, and data verification which ended with checking the validity of the data. The results showed that: 1) The strategy employed by the madrasah headmaster in improving the quality of Islamic Education begins with an analysis of the internal and external environment of the madrasa which includes strengths and weaknesses, as well as the threats and opportunities. Head of Madrasah TsanawiyahAlkhairaatSibalaya always builds harmony in the organization, for example, being able to place personnel appropriately and influence his subordinates in human relationships which are covered by authority situations, enforce discipline to all madrasa personnel, and empower teachers to improve their competency and evaluate by involving relevant and professional related parties.2) The supporting factors are harmonious cooperation with subordinates as well as the conducive and comfortable situation and conditions of the madrasa. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors are the lack of teachers' discipline and lack of community response to send their children to madrasas.

This paper discusses the impact of facilities and infrastructure management on student’s satisfaction. The success of learning in schools one of which is supported by the facilities and infrastructure of learning. Management of the utilization of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools effectively and efficiently will greatly support the success of the learning process in schools and improve the quality of student’s satisfaction. This research is a descriptive qualitative research which is expected to be able to uncover various information carefully and meaningful analysis-descriptions. Data sources in this study are principal, vice principal also staff of facilities and infrastructure, students too. Data collection bas obtained from interview, observation, and arrangement. As for the data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis. The results of the study are expected to be (a) The management of facilities and infrastructure capable improve the implementation of the education process effectively (b) The implementation of management infrastructure and facilities can increase student satisfaction significantly.

Critical pedagogy and egalitarian school culture were two concepts that cannot be separated. The concept of critical pedagogy was still difficult to accept by Indonesian education philosopher, let alone implemented in schools.This research’s purposes were to explore empirically the background of the egalitarian culture of SMA 3 Yogyakarta, reflecting it and conceptualizing the democratization of education. A qualitative approach was used in this study, a type of phenomenological research. Interviews, observations, and documentation were used as data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman with the steps of data condensation, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. Data validity used to source and technique triangulation. Research shows that the background of an egalitarian culture is students, teachers, learning, alumni, and the environment. The ideology of education is three concentric, which is a combination of three conservative, liberal and critical ideologies. Educational ideology is in pre-critical education, while the educational democracy conceptualization is an educational process that has an egalitarian culture embryo built with a critical paradigm that fulfills democratic requirements (openness, kinship, partnership). The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is critical pedagogy and egalitarian culture is a process that must occur in schools to actualize the educational democratization. The critical pedagogy praxis in Yogyakarta 3 State Senior High School can be used as a model to actualize democratic citizens and educational praxis that humanize humans.

This study aims to determine the factors that cause stress levels, resilience factors, and barriers for health workers in dealing with Covid-19 patients at the Denpasar City Hospital. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected by using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by displaying the participation of researchers, triangulation techniques using various sources, anchovies and methods, and persistence of observation. Research informants are doctors and nurses. The results showed that: The factors that influence the stress of health workers in dealing with Covid-19 in Denpasar City hospitals are the heavy workload during the pandemic, the lack of quality of work support facilities for health workers and the stigma of society towards health workers. The factors possessed by medical personnel for resistance to stress are the presence of self-motivation in the form of mindfulness and moral and professional responsibility as health workers, motivation from the patient's family as well as motivation and support from the organization. The obstacles encountered by health workers are the lack of quality and quantity of work support facilities and various patient behaviors that hinder the healing process of Covid-19 patients.

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers in improving the quality of Harapan Bangsa City PAUD education. Qualitative descriptive research method, while data collection techniques are based on observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques are based on data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. PAUD institutional constraints include educational qualifications, experience, infrastructure, managers, welfare. Efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers by providing scholarships, workshops, seminars, adequate facilities, and infrastructure, as well as maintaining smooth communication with both foundations, teachers, and parents.Keywords: Professionalism, PAUD Teachers, Quality of Education Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru PAUD dalam meningkatan mutu pendidikan PAUD Harapan Bangsa Kota Padang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sementara teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data berdasarkan pada reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Kendala lembaga PAUD di antaranya kualifikasi pendidikan, pengalaman, sarana prasarana, pengelola, kesejahteraan. Upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAUD dengan memberikan beasiswa, workshop, seminar, fasilitas sarana prasarana yang memadai, serta tetap menjaga lancarnya komunikasi baik dengan pihak yayasan, guru, dan orang tua. Kata Kunci: Profesionalitas, Guru PAUD, Mutu Pendidikan.

Destinations are competing every day to attract more tourists and increase tourism receipts. In order to maintain tourists’ interests in the destination and expect sustainable income from tourism, understanding tourists’ perceptions of the destination is a critical task for destination managers. Tourists’ continuous visitation can be ensured when destinations are perceived to be positive and attractive. Therefore, this study examines destination attributes that are fundamental elements of the destination and tourists’ experiences. More specifically, this study investigates the destination attributes that are perceived to be positive by tourists using online reviews. Online reviews were analyzed with content analysis techniques and the quantified content was statically compared with the star rating provided by tourists. In addition, the influence of destination attributes on other conation dimensions-attitude and behavior-was analyzed. Destination attributes that have an influence on the star rating showed similar results to the attitude. However, behavior dimensions only had a significant influence for tour guides’ quality of the destination.

The quality of education in Indonesia in general is still far from what was expected, the 2018 PISA score for Indonesia is ranked 72nd among 77 countries. The quality of education is identical to the maximum processed output. At MTs Negeri 1 Kediri in 2019, one of its students received the highest UNBK scores for SMP and MTs in Kediri Regency. The principal is one of the important factors in improving the quality of education in his school and one of the competences of the principal is as a supervisor. The problems studied were the principal's efforts to improve the quality of education, and the principal's techniques in carrying out supervision in an effort to improve the quality of education at MTs Negeri 1 Kediri. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity test used was to increase the persistence of observations and data triangulation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, the efforts made by the principal included the formulation of a madrasah vision and mission, a solid team, developing the knowledge of educators, integrating curriculum, facilitating student interests and talents, realization of literacy programs, and maximizing information technology. While the techniques used in improving the quality of education include individual supervision techniques in the form of class visits and observations, individual meetings, and self-assessment. Also group supervision techniques in the form of teacher orientation, teacher meetings, discussions, workshops, exchange of experiences.
