The Face

Improving the quality of human resources (HR) is a need that can not be bargained again, especially in the face of changes and developments in the field of science and technology so rapidly. This need will be felt even more when entering the era of globalization which is highly oriented to the quality of human resources according to Busro. As it is known, the globalization of information and communication has the potential to improve human resources. The need for learning to a minimum need to be improved in isolated communities through original values ​​that have been established and are rooted in people’s lives. Local knowledge or local wisdom must be included in the education curriculum as a source of innovation and skills that can be empowered for the welfare of society. Every educational process essentially is an effort to direct and mobilize two forces; on the one hand the power to preserve and on the other hand the power to advance. Fulfilling the rights of citizens to obtain educational services, especially 9-year of basic education, the Indonesian Ministry of National Education develops two channels of education, namely education through schools and non-formal education. Non-formal education consists of package A (equivalent to elementary school), package B (equivalent to junior high school), package C (equivalent to senior high school) and various life skills. A non-formal education is more flexible than formal education in terms of curriculum, time, place, students and educators. A non-formal education is one of the alternatives because it does not undermine the activities of students to learn and to pursue real life in their environments.

The implementation of educational program for all through distance learning is expected to match with the condition of Indonesia’s geography, demography, and culture that vary from one place to another. In terms of the implementation of the nine-year basic education compulsion program, Indonesia has carried out various programs, such as Package A (equal to elementary school) and Package B (equal to open junior high school) programs in many parts of provinces in Indonesia. This ‘open junior high school’ model has even been adopted as ‘open Islamic junior high school’ in other provinces. At the level of tertiary education, there is open university, as stated in the Act on National Education System No. 20 of 2003

The study was intended to reveal the single homeschooling implementation of families with differences in maternal professions (career women and housewives) as primary educators. The research applied qualitative approach with the type of case study through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis was completed through data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicated that single homeschool learning is based on the national education standard curriculum in Indonesia, but carried out in a family environment according to children autonomy. Homeschooling in Indonesia also follows an equivalent educational program to obtain a certificate so that the graduate competencies of homeschooling students are recognized as the same as those of formal schools. Equivalent educational programs are part of non-formal education consisting of “Package A” (equal to elementary school), “Package B” (equal to junior high school), and “Package C” (equal to senior high school). Homeschooling learning takes place more flexibly, familiarizing children to be independent and responsible for learning decisions. Homeschooling presents learning based on children’s talents and interests so that it can be an alternative education in Indonesia.

[Id]Lembaga Pendidikan merupakan suatu lembaga yang strategis dalam menghasilkan dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di suatu negara. Informasi dan pencarian lokasi lembaga sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat untuk menentukan pilihan lembaga yang diinginkan. Pada penelitian ini pengetahuan mengenai Lembaga Pendidikan di Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta (DIY) disimpan dalam model ontologi berbasis web. Provinsi DIY terkenal sebagai kota pelajar dan menjadi tujuan untuk menuntut ilmu. Lembaga pendidikan terdiri dari lembaga pendidikan formal dan non-formal, lembaga pendidikan formal yang terdiri dari Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama, Sekolah Menengah Atas, Universitas dan sebagainya, sedangkan lembaga pendidikan non formal seperti Lembaga Kursus dan Lembaga Pelatihan dan Keterampilan (LPK).Penilitian ini bertujuan merancang ontologi lembaga pendidikan Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta dan merancang sistem pencarian. Hasil dari penelitian ini membangun sebuah aplikasi pencarian menggunakan pencarian berdasarkan kata kunci dan kriteria. Dalam pencarian menggunakan kata kunci, pengguna dapat melakukan pencarian sesuai pengetahuan pengguna. Sedangkan pencarian menggunakan kriteria, pengguna dapat melakukan pencarian dengan kriteria yang terdapat pada aplikasi dengan bantuan pilihan untuk pencarian. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga memiliki beberapa fitur, seperti rute ke lokasi lembaga pendidikan yang ada di Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta.[En]Educational Institution is an institution that is strategizes in generating and improving the quality of human resources in a country. Information and location search is needed in community organizations to determine the selection of the desired institute. In this study, knowledge of Institutions in Yogyakarta is stored in a web-based ontology model. Yogyakarta is famous as a city of students and a destination for studying. Schools consisting of formal educational institutions and non-formal institutions, formal education institutions consist of elementary school, junior high school, senior high school, university and so on, while non-formal education institutions consist of private Institute courses and the Institute for Training and Skills (LPK).This research aims to design the ontology of educational institutions province of Yogyakarta and search systems design. The results of this study is the development a search application using a search based on keywords and criteria. In search using keywords, users can conduct a search according the user's knowledge. While using a search criteria, users can perform a search with the criteria contained in the application with the help of an option to search. In addition, the application also has several features, such as the route to the location of existing educational institutions in Yogyakarta.

Education as a learning activity or teaching and learning process can occur both inside and outside, as an educational activity can take place in the family, as well as in official educational institutions, activities or institutions are able to instill and make Islam as the basis for implementing education. One of the things implied by the education decentralization policy is to run independent school education management in different perspectives according to the conditions of each region. Decentralization is no longer seen as a concept but should be implemented at all levels of management, not least on the institutional arrangements, systems and educational units, both in the formal and non-formal education channels. New patterns of management education in the form of School Based Management, is actually giving ample space for the community that any decision made by the local government is more "grounded" and provide quality education to the younger generation. In this context, education decentralization implies an effort to bring the community to the decision making on local needs, so that the development of education in accordance with the peculiarities of the region, on the other hand the potential can be utilized. Porn video cases involved to Islamic junior high school and college students which are the umpteenth of juvenile delinquency in any cases. The above case is certainly influenced by any cases that very concern and also shows the loss of moral education in the education world. The Ministry of Religion and the Ministry of National Education have essentially concerned to improving educational system in Indonesia. It is to lead the formation of moral and religious spiritual that is still seemed very minimal. The aim of this study is to answer the question on what is the expected of learning moral in the purposive line of educational activities through the development of student personality. This paper requires a new concept in reconstructing the concept of formal education today to lead the formation of character or morals, and its implication to the improvement of spiritual-religious values among the students. In the case of MTs Karangpawitan Garut, Islamic Union is seeking to maximize the interaction between cognitive and psychomotor aspects in the whole of education process. Unfortunately, much of them are still trying to internalize the values of the Qur'an as God's revelation to be applied in behavior or morals. Based on the background, this study shows that morals coaching through tahfizh al-quran in Islamic Junior High School can be seen one of the learning model to rebuilding the student character.
