Start-ups are only in the initial life cycle phases, which exposes them to many specific challenges and increases threats of business cessation. Because of their youth, the do not yet have formal organizational structures and operating rules. This also applies to the area of project management. In this chapter, the authors deal with the success of start-ups' projects and the characteristics of their project management culture. Although the success of projects and project management culture is relatively often discussed in the literature, it is generally done in the context of large companies, not start-ups. The research has shown that projects represent a large part of the start-ups' businesses, and that there is a significant high awareness of the importance of project preparation and the definition of objectives, as well as a caution in defining the roles and organization. In these companies we can notice quite a coherence with the principles of learning organizations, especially the importance of learning from experiences and transferring knowledge among the participants in the project.

Considered political indicators as a tool for measuring democracy. Special attention is paid to the methodological aspects of the formation of such indicators, in particular, checking whether indicators are an effective tool for measuring democracy. The main theoretical approaches to the definition of indicators of democracy are highlighted. Indicators of democracy make it possible to track which transformational-democratic processes are taking place in a particular state or in a region. It is determined that the basic indicators of democracy are competition and participation. The democracy index measures the level of democracy within the state and is based on the methodology of expert assessments and the results of public opinion polls from the respective countries, characterizing the state of 60 key indicators grouped into five main categories: electoral process and pluralism, government activity, political participation, political culture, civil liberties. Having systematized methodological approaches to indexing democracy, two things become apparent: firstly, the inherent connection is clearly traceable elections and democracy, because there is no scientific one project or approach to calculate democratic regime, which would not include Institute for Election to Level Measurement democracy; and secondly, a formalized approach to Democracy makes it possible to assume that it is itself The election institution is also subject to numerical measurement, so we can try to construct a methodology for calculating the index of democratic elections In this case, you can develop a model democratic elections as an important component of the democratic regime in general. The index of the institutional foundations of democracy determines the extent of the development of conditions conducive to the democratic attraction of citizens to the political sphere of society.

The aim of this paper is to present a theoretical approach in order to propose a social responsibility management model for project management. This theoretical support is based on the topics of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Project Management (PM). In recent times, CSR has been widely applied in permanent organizations, but there is insufficient evidence to indicate that CSR has been systematically incorporated into projects, which are temporary organizations, specifically in PM practices. The method employed began by setting the topics that should be consulted. Then, the documentary research was carried out using renowned databases and books in the two topics, based on the definition of keywords in each of them. Thereafter, the results of the research were classified by topic, and, finally, the theoretical framework was drawn up. The result revolves around items such as social responsibility, CSR, and stakeholders, as regards CSR; and revolves around the items of project and PM, as concerns PM. There is also discussion conducted based on the relationship between CSR and PM, according to the background research. The conclusions relate to the different theoretical approaches found for the concepts of CSR, project, and PM, which frame the development of research.

In the article, the author explore in sufficient detail the theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of “complex” existing in the scientific literature, points out that at present, the features of the development of the transport and logistics complex (TLC) in relation to a large city are practically not studied, shows the difference between TLC and a cluster. The current level of development of the transport and logistics industry, the active digitalization of its business processes in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic showed the need to use new scientific approaches to the organization and functioning of the activities of enterprises in this sector of the economy, and, first of all, in the direction of creating a single information space. That is why today the adaptation of the theory of ecosystems in relation to the transport and logistics sphere has become an urgent problem. At the same time, the most urgent is the study of the problems of creating digital business ecosystems, including in the transport and logistics sector. The article discusses several scientific approaches to defining the concept of “business ecosystem”; the main features of the business ecosystem are formulated; a conceptual diagram of the TLC business ecosystem of a large city based on modern digital technologies is presented; its main elements are considered; the need to manage the process of forming the digital business ecosystem of the TLC in a large city by the relevant governing bodies is indicated.

Introduction and goal. The article deals with the actual problem associated with the development of various methodological aspects of preparing scripts for math lessons in the Moscow E-School (MESH), which have not yet been considered in the methodology, which will help the mathematics teacher to get involved in active and productive work on the use of a new electronic resource. Research objectives were definition of approaches to the development of a typology of scenarios of math lessons in MESH and creation of a model of the most popular types of scenarios. Materials and methods. The definition of approaches to creation of typology of scenarios of lessons of mathematics was carried out on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, analytical activity, a method of modeling and carrying out questioning of workers of education. Results. The most often applied types of scenarios for mathematics lessons which can be created by the teacher by means of the available MESH resources have been developed and described. Such types of scenarios reflect the model made on a basis of system-activity approach, and include motivational, activity, control and reflective blocks. The proposed model provides for the possibility of a unified representation of scenarios. Conclusions. The application of the developed approaches will ensure the efficiency of work of the teacher, rational use of software, technological advantages and key opportunities of tools of MESH, will facilitate search of the necessary scenario in MESH.
