Funds can be obtained from company owners or from outside parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial leverage, operating leverage and current ratio on profitability at PT. Manunggal Persada Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 7 years of financial statements. The analysis tool uses classical assumption testing, regression testing, determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that the regression coefficient value of Financial leverage of 0.005 was positive with a contribution of 19.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.324> 0.05. Regression coefficient value of Operating leverage of 0.001 is positive with a contribution of 16.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.368> 0.05. Current coefficient regression value of 0.158 is positive with a contribution of 31.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.187> 0.05. Obtained a regression equation Y = 0.110 + 0.009X1 + 0.001X2 + 0.177X3, the regression coefficient value of each positive independent variable with a correlation of 0.927 and a coefficient of determination of 85.8% while the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained by calculating Fcount> Ftable or (6.064> 4.120). Thus simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between financial leverage, operating leverage and current ratio to rentability.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the work discipline Resort Dangau Singkawang. This deskritptif study used a sample of the population and the use of questionnaires as the principal means of collecting data. The population is all employees at the Resort loom Singkawang. The sample is taken using a sampling technique that is saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Analysis techniques used in this research is to use a simple linearregression. The results showed that job satisfaction have an influence on work discipline which the test results showed 23.504 F count> F table 4.034. And has a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. Simple Linear Regression equations showed the following results, y = 0.893 + 0.840 X. The regression coefficient (β) 0.893 explained that when employee satisfaction at Resort Dangau Singkawang amounted to 0 (zero), then the discipline of employees at Resort loom Singkawang by 0,893. If the jobsatisfaction of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang increased by one unit then the discipline of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang will increase by 0.840 units. Correlation and Determination of test results showed that the value of R = 0.562, while the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.315. This means that 31.5% (1 x 0.315 x 100%) of employees at the Resort Dangau Singkawang can be explained by employee satisfaction at Resort loom Singkawang, while the remaining 68.5% (1 to 0.315 x 100 %) employees' discipline Resort loom Singkawang is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study examines how the influence of job satisfaction (X) and on the performance of employees (Y) Pawnshop Syariah, Bangkalan Branch. The total population in this study were 32 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide opportunities for all members of the population. So, the determination of the sample on some members of the research population. The method of data collection is done with a questionnaire or questionnaire. The analysis technique used is statistical test through T test, coefficient of determination (R2) and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the research with the T test, it shows that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater than t-table (2.063 ? 1.694) and a significant value less than 0.05 (0.0478 ? 0.05). While the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.124 means that the contribution of the independent variable (job satisfaction) affects the dependent variable (employee performance) by 1.24% while the remaining 98.76% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.

This study aims at investigating and analyzing the effect of job rotation(X1), motivation (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) toward employees’performance (Y). The population used in this study is all employee of BMTTaruna Sejahtera that consists of 172 people. The writer took 120 employeesas the sample of this research. The sampling technique used in this researchis a probability sampling technique, which is sampling technique thatprovides an equal opportunity for all members of the population to be selectedas the sample. The method used to collect the data is questionnaire. Toanalyze the data, the writer used a statistical test that includes t-test, F-test,the coefficient of determination (R2), and multiple regression tests. Theprocess of data analysis is using a means of IBM SPSS Statistics 23.Research finding shows that multiple linear regression equation Y is -12.335+ 0.364X1 + 0.296X2 + 0.235X3 + 0:05. Results of t-test show that thevariables of job rotation, motivation, and job satisfaction have positive andsignificant influence toward employees’ performance. In other words, thosevariables jointly influence employees’ performance. The coefficient ofdetermination (R2) is 0.883. It means that the contribution of independentvariables (job rotation, motivation and job satisfaction) has influence towarddependent variable (employees’ performance) amounted to 88.3%, whilethe rest is 11.7% influenced by other variables out of research model
