The population and sample used in this study were 57 employees of PT Perkebunan Milano. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a validity test analysis tool, reliability test, the classic assumption test of multiple linear regression, (t test), (F test), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) wages and a positive and significant effect on employee performance. with a t count of 2,422. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on performance with t count of 6.114. Simultaneously wages and incentives together have a positive and significant effect on performance, with an F count of 22,458. Through testing the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.454 or 45.4% which shows that the performance is explained by wages and the remaining incentives of 54.6% are explained by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Wages, Incentives, Employee Performance

Bank SyariahMandiri Banda Aceh Branch. Methods of data collection in this study using a questionnaire. Thequestionnaire in this study by providing or spreading a list of questions to respondents, the resultsof research that has met the test of validity, reliability test and classical assumption is processedto produce the following regression equation, Y = 0.042 X1 + X2 0837 + e. The results of multiplelinear regression model to get that second variable is the communication and management ofemployee relations has a positive influence on employee performance PT. Bank Syariah MandiriBanda Aceh Branch. The coefficient of determination (R ²) were obtained at 0.712. This meansthat 71.2% of employee performance can be explained by communication and employeerelationship management, employee performance while 28.8% described other variables besidesthese two variables. Keywords: Influence, Communication, and Management,

The purpose of this study is to test the Influence of Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation Against Performance Employees Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Mentawai Islands District. This study is a census. The data used are primary data by taking sample of 79 (seventy nine) respondents. This research uses analytical tools such as validity, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study illustrate that all variables have an effect on employee performance except the compensation variable. The results can be described by the equation Y = 12.752 + 0.248X1 + 0.396X2 + 0.051 X3, where X1 = Work Motivation, X2 = Competence, and X3 = Compensation. This means that the constant of 12.752 states that factors other than the variables X1, X2, and X3 that affect employee performance of 12,752. Work Motivation coefficient of 0.248 states that if the variable X1 added one unit will add the effect of employee performance of 0.248 with the assumption that the competence and compensation variables are constant. The regression coefficient X2 of 0.396 is that if the variable X2 increases one unit will increase the employee performance by 0.396 with the assumption that the variable of work motivation and compensation is constant. Furthermore, with X3 regression coefficient of 0.051. This means that with other factors considered constant, the effect of compensation is less than that of work motivation and competence.

The purpose of this study was to influence of leadership style on employee performance in institution Bumi Damai Madiun. The sample in this study all existing employees in the institution Bumi Damai Madiun, totaling 34 people. Data collection using questionnaires. In analyzing the data used statistical methods to test the product moment correlation is valid whether or not the instruments used and the method of regression tests for testing the hypothesis put forward in this study.
The results showed that leadership style has relationships and a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. It is obtained from the correlation test that shows the value of rhitung is rtabel 0.339 0.740 whereas, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value rhitung ≥ rtabel (0.740 ≥ 0.339) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 to show that leadership style has a relationship with employee performance on Institute
Bumi Damai Madiun. Further test results were also obtained Fisher, Fhitung value is 38.843 while the F table at 4.149, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value Fcount Ftabel ≥ (≥ 38.843 4.149) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which indicates that there is the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. Besides t test results obtained, is 6.232 whereas tcount ttabel of 2.037, on the other hand is 0.000 while the value Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that tcount ≥ TTable (6.232 ≥ 1.694) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which shows that there are different leadership style influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. R 2 of 0.548 results showed that 54.8% of employees affected by the performance variable leadership style, while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other factors.
