This study aims to determine the effect of the generative learning model to improve the mathematical connection of elementary school students. This research was conducted at SDN Tanjungwangi in the 2020/2021 academic year with a research sample of 20 class III A students and 20 class III B students. This research method uses a quasi-experimental method. The data analysis technique in this study uses N-gain calculations to measure the increase in students' mathematical connection abilities, (t-test) to determine the effect of using generative learning models on students' mathematical connection abilities. The results showed that (1) an increase in mathematical connection ability with an average N-gain in the experimental class obtained a result of 0.79 with the criteria "high" and the average N-gain in the control obtained a result of 0.05 with the criteria "very low" . (2) there is an effect of the use of generative models on the ability of mathematical connections with the results of tcount < ttable 0.830 < 2.024. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the generative learning model on the mathematical connection ability of elementary school students.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model on Civics Learning Results of Class V Elementary School Students in Cluster III in Payakumbuh Subdistrict. This research is a quantitative research with the type of experimental research and quasi experimental research design. Sampling data is done by using Cluster Random Sampling technique. The sample of this study was 32 students. The instruments used in collecting data are objective tests with multiple choice forms. The results of the calculation of the research data used are t test, obtained t count&gt; t table that is 1.815&gt; 1.69726 with α = 0.05. Thus there is an effect of the use of Jigsaw cooperative learning model on Civics III learning outcomes of Class III Elementary School students in Payakumbuh Subdistrict.

ABSTRACT Reading comprehension is a competence that everyone has to possess. It can broaden human’s insight in that we will not be left behind as time goes so fast. One of the teachers’ efforts as to enhance the reading comprehension competence is to apply a learning model that is able to explore a lot of students’ potency. The learning model considered to be capable of developing the students’ creative-thinking is a generative model. Based on the result of data analysis, it is known that the process of reading-comprehension learning runs well in full activity of students. The students’ tendency to the learning of reading comprehension using such a model is positive in the means of 75.10%. The generative learning model succeeds in enhancing the students’ competence of reading comprehension. The means of score before the treatment is only 53.80%, whereas after the treatment it gets 72% in which the index gain is 0.41 and it is categorized into mediocre. There is difference of reading-comprehension competence between the use of generative learning model and conventional model. It is proven by t-test, indicating that t-observed is higher than t-table. Therefore, the generative learning model is effective and reasonable to use for the teachers in the improvement of stduents’ reading-comprehension competence.

Development of Creative Montage Learning Model with View, Scissor, Paste, and Tell Techniques to Improve Speaking Skills of Elementary School Students. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) whether the model of creative montage learning with LGTC techniques can facilitate teachers in improving the skills of elementary students. (2) the design of creative montage learning model with LGTC technique can improve the speaking skill of elementary school students. (3) description of success rate of creative montage learning model with LGTC technique toward students' speaking skill. This research was conducted in class III SDIT Al-Azhar Banda Aceh with population of 31 students. Research begins with early observation to school and discussion with teachers at the school. The next activity is an instrument test. Instruement used in the form of observation sheet of students' speaking skill, skill test sheet and implementation plan of learning model. Data collection techniques used are observations, tests, and interviews. Observations were made to the learning process which included teacher and student activities. While the test is used to measure the level of ability or speaking skills of students after learning by mengguanakan model creative montage with LGTC techniques. The result of the research shows that the improvement of students' speaking skill in grade IV. The test results show, the initial value obtained is 61.65 increased to 80.45 after extensive testing. The response from siswapun shows that this model is very popular with students, and also very helpful for teachers in teaching.   Abstrak Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Montase Kreatif dengan Teknik Lihat, Gunting, Tempel, dan Ceritakan untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berbicara Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui (1) apakahmodel pembelajaran montase kreatif dengan teknik LGTC dapat memudahkan guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan siswa SD. (2) rancangan model pembelajaran montase kreatif dengan teknik LGTC dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa SD. (3) gambaran tingkat keberhasilan model pembelajaran montase kreatif dengan teknik LGTC terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa SD.Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas III SDIT Al-Azhar Banda Aceh dengan populasi 31 siswa. Penelitian dimulai dengan observasi awal ke sekolah dan diskusi dengan guru-guru di sekolah tersebut. Kegiatan selanjutnya ialah uji coba instrument. Instruement yang digunakan berupa lembar pengamatan keterampilan berbicara siswa, lembar tes keterampilan dan lembar keterlaksanaan rencana model pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, tes, dan wawancara. Observasi dilakukan terhadap proses pembelajaran yang meliputi aktivitas guru dan siswa. Sedangkan tes digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan atau keterampilan berbicara siswa setelah dilakukan pembelajaran dengan mengguanakan model montase kreatif dengan teknik LGTC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas IV. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan, nilai awal yang didapat yaitu 61,65 meningkat menjadi 80,45 setelah dilakukan uji coba secara luas. Respon dari siswapun menunjukkan bahwa model ini sangat digemari oleh siswa, dan juga sangat membantu guru dalam mengajar. Kata kunci: Montase Kreatif, Teknik LGTC

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the ider-ider learning model based on Javanese local wisdom on humanistic literacy. The research method in this research is quantitative method, while the research design uses Quasi Experimental Design. The data collection technique in this study is to use a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis in this study used a comparative test. the results of the comparison test with the Wilcoxon formula obtained a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05). These results indicate that there is a difference between humanistic literacy before and after the application of the Ider-Ider Learning Model Based on Local Wisdom. This model will be able to provide understanding to students about the value of togetherness or humanism. Based on the results of the study showed that the ider-ider learning model based on Javanese local wisdom was effective in improving the humanistic literacy of elementary school students.

The ability of mathematical connections possessed by students can be seen from the ability of students to compile math problems. This study aims to determine the type of mathematical connection made by elementary school students in problem-posing activities. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The participants were 34 fifth grade students (male =16 female =18) of one of the public elementary schools in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. Data were collected from the results of student work and interviews. The analysis was carried out qualitatively according to the indicators of the complexity of the problem through problem posing learning. The results showed that there were four types of mathematical problems and their relatedness that occurred in student problem-posing activities, including (1) unsolvable math problems, (2) incorrectly solved math problems, (3) neglected math problems contextual information, and (4) mathematical problems that have complexity and relevance. Based on these results, it can be recommended for further research to determine strategies to improve students' mathematical connections in problem-posing activities.

This research is motivated by the results of learning science in fourth grade elementary school students who are still low. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of science by applying the Cooperative Think Pair Share (TPS) type learning model. The results showed, seen from the basic score, students who completed as many as 11 people with a percentage of 47.82% while students who did not complete amounted to 12 people with a percentage of 52.17%. cycle I, students who completed at 17 people with a percentage of 73.91% while students who did not complete as many as 6 people with a percentage of 26.08%. cycle II, students who completed as many as 20 people with a percentage of 86.95% while the incomplete amounted to 3 people with a percentage of 13.04%. from the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying the cooperative learning model the Think Pair Share (TPS) type can improve the science learning outcomes of class IV elementary school 004 Seberang Teluk Hilir Kuantan Tengah District Kuantan Singingi Regency.

This study aims to determine and described the learning creativity of elementary school students using the number head together learning model. This research method is a literature review research method. The stages of this literature review are data collection, data reduction, data display, discussion, and conclusions. The results showed that from 17 articles published from 2010-2020 about the number head together learning model and learning creativity of elementary school students, there were 2 articles that matched these variables. The number head together learning model can increase the learning creativity of elementary school students. The novelty of this research is the connection between one article and another that discusses the same topic. The impact of the results of this study is the increasing number of literature review studies to reinforce existing theories.
