Web-based wedding organizer information systems nowadays are very much needed, especially for wedding packages service that can make it easier for customers to choose the packages provided as well as ordering without having to go to the place or location where the wedding organizer is located. This convenience can be obtained by building an information system that can accommodate the needs of customers, the needs of the sales department, the administration of the wedding organizer company to facilitate the preparation of reports to be submitted to the wedding organizer owner. In addition, the computerized data processing system will speed up the process of selecting services such as; wedding package, order, purchase and reports. In developing this system, two sides are needed where visitors will become customers and the website administrator will manage the website. The system development method used in this system design uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The results showed that by building a computerized system that is assisted by using the PHP programming language, more data are stored and reports can be presented real time.

Inventory management must be considered in the company. Because mismanagement will result in losses in the company. UD. Berkah Jaya is a business engaged in the food and beverage trading business. Inventory management at the shop is still done manually by recording it in a ledger. This causes several problems such as unsuitable stock of goods, checking and searching for goods that take a long time, often expired stock. To solve this problem, a computerized system is needed. This study designed a web-based inventory information system (SITORY) using the FAST method. The use of the FAST method is due to rapid application development and is carried out sequentially according to the stages. This inventory system makes it easier for employees to manage inventory, to make it more efficient and accurate in reporting.

Abstract: The development of information technology, the need for information systems is very important and necessary in order to facilitate the work of human beings in all fields. Polres Ciamis is a command unit of police officers located in the area of West Java, Indonesia.Bagsumda Polres Ciamis tasked with managing the data proposals promotion from the rank of rank Tamtama, Bintara until Perwira, so far has a computerized system but in the process still has deficiencies in the system, and there are also some processes that are still manual, ranging from the management of proposed promotion data of members of the police of Bintara that are still sought manually so Allows to inhibit in the process of managing visual data of promotion. Therefore, the writer tries to make the final task of app promotion system design at Polres Ciamis with implementation method of Rapid Application Development (RAD) to simplify system development in the process of making the design of this application and simplify in doing further system development. With this promotion app design is expected to simplify and provide data management of promotions with accurate and better. So that it can accelerate the data management promotion of police officers. ABSTRACTPoverty is a condition where there is an inability to fulfill basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter, education and health. Poverty can be caused by a scarcity of means to fulfill basic needs or access to education and health. The problem of poverty is inseparable from a national strategy aimed at realizing social and economic welfare for the people of the country as a whole.The program used in making this data processing system is web-based with the programming language used, namely PHP and MySQL databases which are composed in such a way that makes it easier to build data processing systems to be created. While the system development method used is prototyping with use case system design, activity diagram, and class diagram. The operating system used is Microsoft Windows 7 and Personal Computer (PC) Intel Inside, 2 GB RAM and 500 GB Hard disk.The results of this study are data processing system applications to facilitate PKH HR in completing web-based tasks that can be accessed by PKH Operators and Companions wherever they are.

The registration of new students is one of the routine activities which are carried out by all universities every year and data processing system assistance is needed to make easier the work of universities in processing data for the new students’ registration. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based new students’ registration information system which is expected to make easier for the new students registratlion committee in managing the data and also make easier for new students to register and get information. The development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method has several stages, namely Requirements Planning, RAD Design Workshop, and Implementation. The development of this information system starts from collecting data using observation and interview methods, making system design, development, and testing. The trial was carried out using black box testing which focused on functional testing. The results of the blackbox test show that there is no error in the new student registration information system.

Research conducted at the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency aims to find out the data processing system library and data archiving. All data processing is done is still very manual by using the document in writing and there is also a stacking of archives on the service. By utilizing library information systems and archives that will be applied to the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency can improve the quality of service that has not been optimal. This research was made by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is better known as waterfall method. The first step taken on this method is to go directly to the field by conducting interviews and discussions. This information system will be able to assist the work of officers in terms of data processing libraries and facilitate in search data archives by presenting reports more accurate, effective and efficient.

The case of lost or missing children when people go traveling or in the hustle often occurs due to lack of parental supervision. These problems can be solved using Global Position System (GPS)-based navigation technology Location Based Service (LBS). This research aimed to determine the position of members of the community (such as family) who were lost or missing by using mobile devices. Rapid Application Development (RAD) was used for system development, which comprised the step of requirement or planning, system design, development, and cutover. The result of this research is a GPS-based application that is able to display the position of members of the community, the route to the location, and the media discussion (comments). The conclusions show that the application provides an easy and useful function in finding the location of the community member, displays the route to the location, and allows the interaction in the form of communication.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Abstract - PT. S.A.M.B (Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama) is a distributor and logistics company engaged in Modern Trade (MT) for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi). In addition to distribution, SAMB also provides services for companies seeking logistics and transportation services for modern trade within the designated area. The inventory design system is one of the most important factors in meeting the needs of consumers in a timely and demanding manner. There are still many companies that use desktop applications especially on PT. Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama. Employees often complain about the performance of the used desktop app. Not all desktop applications can run on all operating systems, while web applications can run in all operating systems as long as there is a browser and an internet connection, it makes it more practical. With web-based asset inventory data item can be used relatively fast, relatively accurate, and relatively more accurate data. . Masih banyak perusahaan-perusahaan yang menggunakan aplikasi desktop terutama pada PT. Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama. Para karyawan sering mengeluhkan kinerja dari aplikasi desktop yang dipakai. Tidak semua aplikasi desktop dapat berjalan di semua Sistem Operasi, sedangkan aplikasi web dapat berjalan disemua Sistem Operasi selama ada browser dan koneksi internet, itu membuatnya lebih praktis. Dengan berbasis web, data inventori asset barang dapat digunakan relatif cepat, relatif tepat, dan relatif data lebih akurat. . One of the major tasks of elementary school teachers in line with K-12 basiceducation curriculum is to keep academic records of pupils, which encompassescomputing grades, generating reports like Form 137, encoding, storing, retriev-ing, and editing. This study focused on the development, validation, and testing of anonline grading system for Agoo West District, Division of La Union, Philippines.Descriptive and applied methods were utilized. Rapid Application Development(RAD) model was used in the development of the software. Usability questionnaireswereusedfor gathering data. Onesamplet-testwasappliedtotest the degreeof significance of usability. Findingsrevealthat the softwarewas highly validinterms of functionality and automation. Furthermore,the softwarewas highlyusableas to content, organization, readability,navigation, user interfacedesign,andperformanceand effectiveness.Moreover,the usability of the softwarewas significant. The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. The application of the information system that has been built is still in the prototype and there is still a need for study and development of current technologies such as the use of mobile and cloud databases involving interconnection to make it easier for GraPARI units to connect.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Data, Telkomsel
