Land grabs and land tenure are one of the potential conflicts that often occur in the community. One of the conflicts that occurred was a case of land control over the former mine of PT. Antam Tbk. in the Sungai Enam sub-district began in 2005. Conflicts started from different meanings of land between PT. Antam Tbk. with the Sungai Enam community. This research was carried out to determine the dynamics of the conflict over the control of the former mining area of PT Antam Tbk. in the Sungai Enam sub-district, Bintan Timur, Bintan district. This research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations and documentation studies selected as techniques in data collection. The results of the study show that the conflict that occurred was still in the phase of conflict over the perception of the land of the former PT Antam Tbk. mine between the official owner of PT Antam Tbk. and the community. The Flores people who currently occupy the land consider that the land belongs to God so that they have the right to occupy the land and make it a place to live and grow crops, this assumption is considered right because they can live for decades without any direct request from PT. Antam Tbk. hasn't moved them yet. While the PT. Antam Tbk. can only make a warning by making a notice in one corner of the land with the writing that the land belongs to PT Antam Tbk.Perebutan lahan dan penguasaan lahan merupakan salah satu potensi konflik yang sering terjadi di masyarakat.

The transition and the president's first year in office is the most important period for establishing the tone and character of the White House's relationship with Congress. It is the time of closest scrutiny and the greatest vulnerability to making major mistakes. Taking the right steps early and avoiding errors can lay in the foundation for a productive working relationship. Actions taken in this period create lasting impressions. According to Max Friedersdorf, the “enemies and mistakes made in the first week will dog a President throughout his term in office.” Stuart Eizenstat adds, “I don't think Carter's image ever recovered from some of those early mistakes.”This essay examines George Bush's relations with Congress early in his term. First I focus on the context in which the new president is operating to explore the opportunities and constraints present in his environment. Then I assess the primary components of his legislative strategy. When George Bush took the oath of office on January 20, 1989, he was already fighting an uphill battle in his relations with Congress. He began his tenure with one of the worst strategic positions of any newly-elected president in our history. There are two dimensions of his strategic position that bear examination: his leadership resources and his leeway in taking policy initiatives.New presidents traditionally claim a mandate from the people, because the most effective means of setting the terms of debate and overcoming opposition is the perception of an electoral mandate, an impression that the voters want to see the winner's programs implemented. Indeed, major changes in policy, as in 1933, 1965, and 1981, virtually never occur in the absence of such perceptions.

Reliefs have been known since the days of Hindu Buddha with the discovery oftangibleand culturalartifacts. In its development relief is also found in the building of Avalokitesvara Monastery, Serang Banten. This research method uses qualitative methods, where the analysis is more descriptive. Avalokitasvara Monastery building is located in Pamarican Village, Dermayon Village of Serang City, Banten Province. The Avalokitesvara monastery was built as a proof of Sheikh Sheikh Syarif Hidayatullah's love for Princess Ong Tien. The placement of reliefs in the Avalokitesvara Monastery is located on the wall of the main tunnel. Where there are 10 panels placed facing the right and left side walls, each has a different story. The relief also uses visualization of perspective techniques. Visualization on relief describes the situation of the community at the beginning of the initial construction of the monastery until today. The existence of reliefs in the monastery in addition to being an aesthetic element in the interior, but also acts as a medium to ensede the history of the monastery's journey.

A diploma is usually used as one of the conditions to meet the requirements for registration or recruitment from a position. For example, for the nomination of legislative members to be members of the DPR, DPD, Provincial DPRD and Regency DPRD. However, most legislative candidates in the regions do not have genuine diplomas for certain reasons, eventually the legislative candidates use fake diplomas in order to qualify in the general election. The problem studied is how criminal accountability of fake diploma users by DPRD members in legislative elections (Case Example Decision Number: 196 K / Pid.Sus / 2016)? The research method that I use is a normative legal research method which is also supported by interview data. The author analyzes that criminal liability is adjusted to the condition that a person can be held accountable based on criminal acts committed and articles used where the sanctions are there, in this case the article imposed is Article 69 paragraph (1) of the Law on the National Education System. When viewed from a decision that is used as an example by referring to its legal considerations, a court judge has considered everything so that he can be held to hold criminal responsibility and the judge has the right to decide. The author advises to conduct socialization so that there is no indication of the use of fake diplomas, it is necessary to impose a severe sentence for each actor, and the legislative candidates to be honest in nominating themselves as representatives of the people.
