Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindandakan kelas (Classroom Action Research), yaitu merupakan sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan oleh guru dikelasnya sendiri dengan merancang, melaksanakan, dan merefleksikan tindakan secara kolaboratif dan pastisipasif dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja sebagai guru sehingga hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Adapun yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TkJ 1 SMK N 1 Batang Angkola Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 yang terdiri dari 30 orang siswa. Sedangkan objek dari penelitian ini adalah kemampuan meningkatkan hasil bejar siswa dalam menyelesaikan persoalan matematika, meningkatakan minat belajar siswa dan kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran melalui media e-learning. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil observasi siswa pada siklus I diperoleh persentase 56,3% dengan kategori “Baik ,selanjutnya persentase observasi siswa siklus II sebesar 75,56% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”.2)Kemampuan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika melalui media berbasise-learning siswa kelas X SMK N 1 Batang Angkola  pada materi Trigonometri tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dengan persentase hasil tes belajar siswa matematika yaitu 43% dengan kategori “Cukup” pada siklus I menjadi 86% dengan kategori “Baik” pada siklus II.3)Kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode  e-learning pada pokok bahasan Trigonometri di kelas X SMK N 1 Batang Angkola  tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil observasi kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran pada siklus I memperoleh persentase 83.33% dengan kategori “Baik” menjadi 95,83% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” pada siklus II.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mendesain materi pengembangan bahan ajar non cetak melalui e-learning flipped classroom. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah penelitian yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, analisis dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester V Program Studi Dosenan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Dosenan Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara pada tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan pada matakuliah  Pengembangan Bahan Ajar dengan jumlah mahasiswa 17 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada  penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data kuantitatif ini menggunakan instrumen materi pengembangan bahan ajar non cetak dengan menggunakan pilihan berganda yang diberikan secara online, sementara pada data kualitatif menggunakan hasil observasi kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mendesain materi pengembangan bahan ajar non cetak di kelas e-learning. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mendesain materi pengembangan bahan ajar non cetak dengan menggunakan e-learning flipped classroom. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Mahasiswa, Bahan Ajar Non Cetak, E-Learning Classroom  Abstract: This study aims to improve students' abilities in designing non-print teaching materials through e-learning flipped classrooms. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) by following the research steps, namely: planning, implementing, observing, analyzing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students in the fifth semester of the Pancasila and Citizenship Lecturer Study Program, the Teaching and Lecturer Faculty of the Islamic University of North Sumatra in the 2020/2021 school year. The implementation of this classroom action research was carried out in the course of Teaching Material Development with a total of 17 students. Data collection techniques in this study using quantitative data. This quantitative data collection tool uses non-printed teaching material development materials instruments using multiple choices provided online, while the qualitative data uses observations of students' abilities in designing non-print teaching material development materials in e-learning classes. The condition of the covid-19 pandemic that requires applying physical distancing so that face-to-face learning cannot be done and learning is forced to be done online (online) and students' motivation to learn biology is still low. This classroom action research aims to increase students' motivation to learn biology in class XI IPS-1 at SMAN 1 Masbagik and describe the increase in motivation to learn biology at class XI IPS-1 at SMAN 1 Masbagik through Google Classroom-based E-Learning. The research method used is classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles of 30 students. Data collection techniques through observation and motivation questionnaires. The implementation of E-Learning based on Google Classroom is stated in the very good, good, quite good, poor, and not good categories, while the motivation to learn mathematics is stated in the very high, high, medium, low and very low categories. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded as follows: 1) the implementation of E-Learning based on Google Classroom in the first cycle in the fairly good category and in the second cycle in the good category. 2) Biology learning motivation of students in class XI IPS-1 SMA Negeri 1 Masbagik in the first cycle is low, the second cycle is moderate, namely in the first cycle the average motivation to learn biology is 66.3% while in the second cycle it increases to 72.4%. Keywords: E-Learning, Google Classroom, Motivation to Study Biology Abstrak Kondisi pandemic covid-19 yang mengharuskan menerapkan Pysical distencing sehingga pembelajaran tatap muka tidak bisa dilakukan dan terpaksa pembelajaran dilakukan secara online (daring) dan masih rendahnya motivasi siswa dalam belajar biologi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar biologi siswa kelas XI IPS-1 SMAN 1 Masbagik dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi belajar biologi siswa kelas XI IPS-1 SMAN 1 Masbagik melalui E-Learning berbasis Google Classroom. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus terhadap 30 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan angket motivasi. Keterlaksanaan E-Learning berbasis Google Classroom dinyatakan dengan kategori sangat baik, baik, cukup baik, kurang baik, dan tidak baik, sedangkan motivasi belajar matematika dinyatakan dengan kategori sangat tinggi, tinggi, sedang, rendah dan sangat rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) keterlaksanaan E-Learning bebasis Google Classroom pada siklus I pada kategori cukup baik dan pada siklus II pada kateori baik. 2) Motivasi belajar biologi siswa kelas XI IPS-1 SMA Negeri 1 Masbagik pada siklus I rendah, siklus dua sedang, yaitu pada siklus I rata-rata motivasi belajar biologi adalah 66,3% sedangkan pada siklus II naik menjadi 72,4%. This Classroom Action Research aims to increase learning motivation and mastery of E-learning by using the Zenius application in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Kampar Utara in the academic year 2019/2020, totaling 32 people. This research was conducted from the beginning of April 2020 until the end of April 2020. This research is a classroom action research conducted online using several questionnaires, the link of which is sent to students through their WhatsApp group. This online research was conducted because it did not allow the writer to conduct research directly to school because at this time the teaching and learning process was carried out online. This online learning is due to the spread of the COVID-19 corona virus in almost all countries including Indonesia.

This study aimed to determine whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes after the implementation of online learning using the WhatsApp platform in the Children with Special Needs (CSN) course. This research method was a classroom action research conducted online using the WhatsApp platform. The classroom action research was carried out in 2 cycles with the stages including planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 21 PGSD UBT students in semester 6 of the 2019/2020 academic year. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and test questions. While the research instruments used were observation sheets, interview sheets, online learning implementation questionnaires, and test questions. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative. The results of the study showed that the percentage of learning outcomes before and after being given learning treatment using the WhatsApp platform experienced a significant increase and had reached 85% completeness criteria. The online learning through the WhatsApp platform has some advantages, such as ease of use and development of courage in the discussion process. While the weakness is related to the unstable network and the lack of direct experience obtained through observations related to CSN material that requires direct practice in the field. This study was conducted as a contribution to the selection of learning media in a situation of Covid-19 pandemic, which requires learning to be conducted online or remotely.

This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) in the form of implementing an e-learning model with video media to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Epil which consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 3 Epil. The number of students is 29 students consisting of 10 male students and 19 female students. The results showed that the application of the e-learning model with video media could improve science learning outcomes in fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 3 Epil. Judging from the results of pre-cycle students who completed KBM only 14 students (48.3%) and 15 students (51.7%) had not. In the first cycle there are 24 students (82.8%) who have completed and 5 students (17.2%) have not completed, and in the second cycle, there are 26 students (89.7%) who have completed and there are 3 students (10.3 %) unfinished. From the increase in learning outcomes, this classroom action research was stopped in cycle II because it had reached the classical completeness criteria, namely 85% of the total number of students who had completed learning and were declared successful in improving science learning outcomes in Grade IV students of SD Negeri 3 Epil Academic Year 2020/ 2021.

The purpose of this research is to improve students’ motivation and learning outcomes by applying the Google classroom-based E-Learning model in the Satya Wacana Christian University Economic Education Study Program. The research method used was a classroom action research with the application of 2 cycles. The research subjects were 17 students who took Basic Accounting courses and research objects that took place during the learning process. The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive with percentages used to measure the level of student motivation, and for learning outcomes an evaluation was conducted at the end of each lesson. Classroom action research results obtained by implementing Google Classroom could improve students’ motivation and learning outcomes. This improvement could be proved from the implementation of actions starting from pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II. Student learning motivation was said to succeed with an average of 75-100%. The results of the study obtained in the first cycle of action amounted to 74.11% and 80.11% in the second cycle. While the percentage of student learning outcomes had also increased. The increase occurred in pre-action from 50.75 to 73.53 in which the first cycle increased by 22.77, and from 73.53 to 87.35 in the second cycle meaning that an increase amounted to13.82.

The objectives of this study were (1) to increase the motivation to learn the mathematics of students of XII MIPA-2 with three-dimensional material through the application of E-learning using Microsoft Teams and Youtube, (2) to increase the mathematics learning achievement of students of XII MIPA-2 with three-dimensional material through the application of E-learning using Microsoft Teams and YouTube. The method used is classroom action research. Data collection through tests and non-tests. The test technique is to determine learning achievement using the items while the non-test technique is to determine the development of learning motivation using observation sheets. Data analysis used comparative descriptive for learning achievement data and qualitative descriptive for learning motivation data. The results of this classroom action research showed that the students 'motivation to learn mathematics increased from low to high and the average score of students' mathematics learning achievement increased by 20.85% from 65.05 to 78.61 with an increase in completeness level of 57.88%, namely from 52, 78% to 83.33%, so theoretically and empirically through the application of E-learning using the Microsoft Teams and Youtube application it can improve the results of motivation and achievement in learning mathematics in three-dimensional material for students of class XII MIPA-2 SMA Negeri 1 Jepara in the odd semester of 2020 -2021. Education and Training is a form of institutional intervention so that employees have competency standards so that they are able to carry out their duties properly and appropriately. This study discusses the improvement of teacher competency in the implementation of scientific publications through Training in the Workplace (DDTK) Classroom Action Research (PTK). DDTK aims to improve the technical competence of civil servants and non-civil servants of the ministry of religion according to their duties and positions and develop insight into employee duties related to new regulations / policies / provisions, new technologies, or new knowledge relevant to their main tasks and functions. The main objective of Classroom Action Research (CAR) is the improvement and improvement of learning services. The population and sample of this study were participants of the Madrasah teacher training in the Workplace (DDTK) in Bangka, Belitung, and East Belitung Regencies in the 2016 and 2017. The study used multiple regression using Adjusted Square. Calculations for this multiple regression using SPSS statistical version 16 software. From the results of the research, it was found that the average of DDTK Bangka District Classroom Action Research (PTK) 2016 and 2017 were 51.41, and the average DDTK Class Action Research substance (PTK) Belitung Regency in 2016 and 2017 amounted to 50.39, with a difference in mean scores of 1.02. The average understanding of madrasah teachers in Bangka Regency 2016 and 2017 PTK writing was 118.20, and the average madrasah teacher understanding in Belitung Regency PTK writing in 2016 and 2017 was 118.88, with a mean difference of 0.68. The regression coefficient of the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable (X2) has a positive sign (0.074), which means that the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable has a positive influence on teacher understanding. The hypothesis which states that there is an effect of the Workplace Education Training (DDTK) substance on Classroom Action Research (CAR) on the understanding of madrasah teachers in writing PTK is statistically proven. Keywords: Training at Workplace, Classroom Action Research, Teacher's Understanding

This Collaborative Classroom Action Research aimed at enhancing students’ speaking skill through the application of Circle Game. It was conducted in one cycle consisting of two meetings. The subject was the seventh of C class of SMPN 2 Alas Barat consisting of 22 students. The types of data were qualitative (acquiring observation during the learning process) and quantitative (speaking tests). The results qualitatively showed that the implementation of Circle Game enhanced the students’ speaking skills. Such improvement could be seen from their enthusiasm, their interesting feeling in various materials presented by the teacher, their active involvement. In the quantitative findings, the result also showed a higher value of the mean score of the post-test (77.34) rather than the pre-test (75.75). In conclusion, the use of Circle Game can improve students’ speaking skill.

This study presents a research report on improving students’ Learning results on IPA through Video. The objective was to find out whether students’ learning result improved when they are taught by using Video. It was conducted using classroom action research method. The subject of the study was the Grade IV students of SDN 187/IV Kota Jambi which is located on Jln. Adi Sucipto RT 05 Kecamatan Jambi Selatan, and the number of the students were 21 persons. The instruments used were test. In analyzing the data, the mean of the students’ score for the on fisrt sycle was 65,4 (42,85%) and the mean on cycle two was 68,5 (37,15%) and the mean of the third cycle was 81,4 (100%). Then it can be concluded that the use of video on learning IPA can improve the students’ learning result. It is suggested that teachers should use video as one of the media to improve students’ learning result on IPA.Keywords : IPA, students’ learning result, video
