Статья посвящена исследованию прочности морского льда. Методом исследования является сброс треугольного индентора (треугольный стальной клин) на поверхность морского льда, предварительно очищенную от верхнего слоя. Для измерения давления, потенциальная энергия индентора до сброса вычисляется расчетным способом, а глубина отпечатка после падения измеряется экспериментально. Экспериментальные данные собирались в разные годы. Температура льда во время проведения экспериментов была различной. В 2018г температура льда была -5С. В 2019 году температура льда была -1С. Сброс индентора производился с разных высот. В результате эксперимента установлена взаимосвязь главных напряжений. При небольшом боковом сжатии льда, давление при котором лед разрушается существенно возрастает. Особенностью этой работы является то, что эксперимент проводился в естественных условиях в одной из бухт г.Владивостока на расстоянии 200 метров от береговой линии, сброс индентора производился на очищенный морской лед. Этот метод исследования проще, чем сжатие образцов льда в лабораторных условиях, так как в последнем случае требуется специальное оборудование и трудоемкая организация проведения опытов.The article is devoted to the study of the strength of sea ice. The research method is the discharge of a triangular indenter (triangular steel wedge) onto the surface of sea ice, previously cleaned from the upper layer. To measure the pressure, the potential energy of the indenter before discharge is calculated, and the imprint depth after falling is measured experimentally. Experimental data were collected in different years. The temperature of the ice during the experiments was different. In 2018, the ice temperature was -5 С. In 2019, the ice temperature was -1 C. The indenter was reset from different heights. As a result of the experiment, the relationship of the main stresses was established. With a small lateral compression of ice, the pressure at which the ice is destroyed increases significantly. A feature of this work is that the experiment was conducted under natural conditions in one of the bays of Vladivostok at a distance of 200 meters from the coastline, the indenter was discharged onto purified sea ice. This research method is simpler than compressing ice samples under laboratory conditions, since in the latter case special equipment and labor-intensive organization of experiments are required.

Nowadays, music creation, collaboration, and publication are easier because of technology. Most young generations have sent music data, made, sold, bought music files on the internet. This changed music processes certainly resulted in different outcomes. Listening and creating music by new means, can change music itself. Technology has simplified tools, and the internet has simplified the distance. But new problems and questions have been found. How were the internet and technology influenced the quality of music, music creator, music appreciator and the form of music. The aims of this research to determine the relationship between music, technology, and the internet, through behavior of the young generation. This study was qualitative research that used observations and unstructured interviews. In subsequent observations, participant-observer was chosen as an advanced research method to better understand existing phenomena. The result of observations and interviews were interpreted, then presented descriptively. This research used theory by Don Ihde that technology has three characteristics (1) material (2) used (3)relationship of human and tools. The result of this research is internet influenced music quality and human appreciation. Technology changed the way humans create music.

Abstrak  Latar Belakang :Access block adalah situasi dimana pasien yang mengalami lama rawat di IGD 6 karena kurangnya akses ke ruang rawat inap dan kepadatan jumlah pasien yang tidak terkendali, dampaknya ditemukan bahwa semakin lama access block  semakin tinggi pula perburukan pasien dalam 24 jam.Tujuan : ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.Metode :Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil berjumlah 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilan accidental sampling. Analisis data melalui uji spearman rank.Hasil : Hasil uji dipapatkan nilai p hitung 0,000 (0,05) ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di instalasi gawat darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasi.Simpulan: Berdasarka hasil penelitian Ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin dengan nilai P= 0,000 nilai α = 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,588 Kata kunci: Access Block, Perburukan Pasien. Abstract Background :Access block is a situation where patients who experience length of stay in the ED 6 due to lack of access to the inpatient room and uncontrolled density of patients, it is found that the longer the access block the higher the deterioration of patients in 24 hours.Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship of access block with deteriorating condition of patients in Emergency Installation Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin.Method : The research method uses an analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples taken is 40 people using the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis through spearman rank test.Result: The test results obtained p value calculated 0,000 (0.05) there is a relationship between the access block and deterioration of the patient's condition at the Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital emergency department.Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between the access block and the worsening of the patient's condition at the Emergency Department of RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin with a value of P = 0.000 value α = 0.05 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.588. Keywords: Access Block, Patient worsening

This study aims to find out the Angkola ethnic kinship system, to know Angkolagondang shape and to interpret the relationship of gondang and the ethnickinship system of Angkola. This research is based on a theoretical explainingthe understanding of gondang and the Angkola ethnic kinship system by usingthe theory of deconstruction, semiotics and ethnomusicology. This researchwas conducted from September 2017 to October 2017 in Kecamatan Arse,Simangambat Street, KM. 11, Arse Nauli. The research method used isdescriptive qualitative. The population in the study was non-existent and theresearch sample consisted of five indigenous figures and Angkola artists. Theresearch result explores that gondang and relatives of ethnic Angkola areneeded in showing their identity as ancestral cultural heritage which deservesto be appreciated by society. The relationship between gondang and the ethnickinship system of Angkola states that gondang is a representation of the kinshipsystem by looking at the relationship between each instrument in Angkolagondang ensemble which is a manifestation of na tolu transition in traditionalceremony.

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. This paper studies the cutting moment at drilling of the stainless steel X15CrNiSi20-12. The structure of the cutting moment relation was modified with respect to the relation available in the technical literature for common steels. The tool speed was included in the calculus relation. The experimental data and their subsequent processing represent the original contributions of the authors to the estimation of polytropic exponents and to the assessment in terms of structure of the calculus relation of the cutting moment. The paper also contains graphs for the variation of the cutting moment with parameters of the cutting technology. The graphs are drawn based on the analytic relationship of the cutting moment, obtained in the paper, using the mathematical softwareMaple. The results presented in this study can be taken into consideration in the educational studies and in the theoretical technical research. Also, they can be readily implemented in the manufacturing activity. Our further studies aim these problems for another steels classes.

In developing the relationship of the normal mode solution for a vibrating rod to the pyrotechnic shock problem, a detailed analysis is presented using the Timoshenko theory to obtain the transient lateral response of a cylindrical rod with free ends to a short duration half sine pulse of either moment or shear applied to one end. Two different series solutions are used and the rates of convergence are compared near the boundary. Results are compared with experimental data.

Based on the geological and the experimental data of the13#coal seam of Sun-Cun Coal Mine, the relationship curve between the geothermal heat in Sun-Cun coal mine and experimental wind speed has been fit out.According this and the laboratory experiments,the relational expression between the quantity of CO2 produced in the period of spontaneous combustion and the wind speed in the coal mine has been developed. The research results show that when the wind speed exceeds 2m/s,the quantity of CO2 produced has a sharp rising tendency.

Crystallization kinetics experiment of calcium sulfate dehydrates, which is prepared by bittern under 30oC and different stirring speed conditions, is carried out. According to the results of the experimental data, the relationship of nucleus particle-number density n0 and crystal growth rate G with the residence time, temperature and the stirring speed is summarized. Also, the crystallization kinetics formula under 30oC and different stirring speed is given.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship of performance allowances in optimizing the performance of Civil Service Civil Engineering Institute. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Sampling or data sources in this study were conducted purposively and for the sample size determined by snowball, interviewing techniques, data analysis using interpretive models and research results emphasizing the meaning of generalization. The results of this study indicate that each flight engineer has a workload of each. The workload is made by each employee based on job descriptions which are then outlined in the form of Employee Work Objectives (KPI). The development of achievement of KPI is one aspect in the Employee Job Achievement component, which is a reference in providing employee performance benefits, in addition to assessing the employee work discipline component. The granting of performance benefits has met the principles of fairness, fair and reasonable, competitive and transparent. Of the several motivations received by employees, performance allowances are considered the most effective to be given because by providing performance benefits employees have the ability to meet more needs, as evidenced by the desire of employees to try to carry out work optimally through efforts to achieve work performance and work discipline. Employees try to carry out the workload contained in the KPI well, carry out at least 2 additional tasks and make timely reports.
