This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship of performance allowances in optimizing the performance of Civil Service Civil Engineering Institute. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Sampling or data sources in this study were conducted purposively and for the sample size determined by snowball, interviewing techniques, data analysis using interpretive models and research results emphasizing the meaning of generalization. The results of this study indicate that each flight engineer has a workload of each. The workload is made by each employee based on job descriptions which are then outlined in the form of Employee Work Objectives (KPI). The development of achievement of KPI is one aspect in the Employee Job Achievement component, which is a reference in providing employee performance benefits, in addition to assessing the employee work discipline component. The granting of performance benefits has met the principles of fairness, fair and reasonable, competitive and transparent. Of the several motivations received by employees, performance allowances are considered the most effective to be given because by providing performance benefits employees have the ability to meet more needs, as evidenced by the desire of employees to try to carry out work optimally through efforts to achieve work performance and work discipline. Employees try to carry out the workload contained in the KPI well, carry out at least 2 additional tasks and make timely reports.

Nowadays, music creation, collaboration, and publication are easier because of technology. Most young generations have sent music data, made, sold, bought music files on the internet. This changed music processes certainly resulted in different outcomes. Listening and creating music by new means, can change music itself. Technology has simplified tools, and the internet has simplified the distance. But new problems and questions have been found. How were the internet and technology influenced the quality of music, music creator, music appreciator and the form of music. The aims of this research to determine the relationship between music, technology, and the internet, through behavior of the young generation. This study was qualitative research that used observations and unstructured interviews. In subsequent observations, participant-observer was chosen as an advanced research method to better understand existing phenomena. The result of observations and interviews were interpreted, then presented descriptively. This research used theory by Don Ihde that technology has three characteristics (1) material (2) used (3)relationship of human and tools. The result of this research is internet influenced music quality and human appreciation. Technology changed the way humans create music.

Household harmony is a desire that every couple wants to achieve. But in the household problems often occur that can not be overcome, resulting in divorce. The divorce rate in Kupang city itself is relatively large and always increases every year. But love is very instrumental to maintain harmony in a household. Sternberg's theory of love reveals about the three components of love that can be the foundation of harmony in a household, namely the component of intimacy, the component of desire, and the component of commitment. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of Sternberg's love theory in household harmony. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques is an interview. The results of the study, showed that the implementation and impact of Sternberg's love theory in household harmony. Even though in a household do not know clearly what Sternberg's love theory is, but it is implemented by each partner in building and maintaining harmony in the household. In a harmonious household requires intimacy, passion and commitment. These three things are components of the theory of love put forward by Sternberg. But in overcoming any problems that occur in a household also requires God's involvement, so that the problems that occur can be overcome by believing and surrendering to God.   Abstrak Keharmonisan rumah tangga adalah suatu keinginan yang ingin dicapai oleh setiap pasangan. Tetapi dalam rumah tangga sering terjadi permasalahan-permasalahan yang tidak dapat diatasi sehingga mengakibatkan perceraian. Tingkat perceraian dikota kupang sendiri tergolong besar dan selalu meningkat setiap tahunnya. Namun cinta sangat berperan untuk menjaga keharmonisan dalam sebuah rumah tangga. Teori cinta Sternberg mengungkapkan tentang ketiga kompenen cinta yang dapat menjadi fondasi dalam keharmonisan sebuah rumah tangga, yaitu komponen keintiman, komponen hasrat, dan komponen komitmen. Dengan demikian maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kaitan teori cinta Sternberg dalam keharmonisan rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara. Hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa implementasi dan dampak teori cinta Sternberg dalam keharmonisan rumah tangga. Sekalipun dalam sebuah rumah tangga tidak mengetahui dengan jelas apa itu teori cinta Sternberg namun diimplementasikan oleh setiap pasangan dalam membangun dan menjaga keharmonisan rumah tangga. Dalam rumah tangga yang harmonis membutuhkan keintiman, hasrat dan komitmen. Ketiga hal tersebut merupakan komponen teori cinta yang dikemukakan oleh Sternberg. Namun dalam mengatasi setiap masalah-masalah yang terjadi dalam sebuah rumah tangga juga membutuhkan keterlibatan Tuhan, dengan begitu maka masalah-masalah yang terjadi dapat diatasi dengan percaya dan berserah kepada Tuhan. Employee performance is very influential to the success of a company, especially a company based in the field of multi-level marketing (MLM) in which a person in demand hard to be able to use their emotional intelligence in order to get satisfactory results for their customers.The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with performance on the distributor of multi level marketing (MLM). This study used a quantitative approach. The variables of this study was emotional intelligence as an independent variable (X) and the interpretation of the work as the dependent variable (Y). The Sampling techniques was 100distributors through proposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. Process analysis using Pearson product moment correlation analysis performed using SPSS-17 For Windouws.Results of correlation (Pearson correlation) obtained = 0689 and p <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), which means that there was a relationship of emotional intelligence with work performance distributors of Multi Level Marketing.

ARTIKEL HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR PEKERJAAN DASAR OTOMOTIF SISWA JURUSAN TKR SMK NEGERI 1 LOLAK Dr. Eng. Zuldesmi, ST, M, Eng, David O. Mapaliey, ST, M. Eng. Liharman Pintubatu ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan salah satu proses kegiatan pembentukan sikap kepribadian, keterampilan dan meningkatkan potensi diri setiap orang untuk menghadapi masa depan. Pada umumnya sikap kepribadian siswa ditentukan oleh pendidikan, pengalaman, dan latihan-latihan yang dilalui sejak kecil. Keadaan di SMK Negeri 1 Lolak bahwa, motivasi belajar siswa masih rendah dalam pembelajaran Pekerjaan dasar otomotif (PDO) terlihat dari aktifitas didalam kelas, kurang antusias dalam belajar dan mengerjakan soal saat diberikan guru, tidak mengerti apa yang akan dipelajari, dan tidak memahami mengapa sesuatu itu perlu dipelajari yang akhirnya kegiatan belajar-mengajar kurang efisien, siswa tidak kondusif pada saat guru menjelaskan. Dengan demikian tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mengetahui hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil mengajar pekerjaan dasar otomotif Siswa Jurusan TKR SMK Negeri 1 Lolak Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Dan hasil penelitian: diperoleh hasil Tingkat motivasi belajar siswa bernilai 3,09 dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi menunjukkan pada ulet dan tidak putus asa 3,29, nilai rata-rata terendah berada pada tekun dalam menghadapi tugas 2,94. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Lolak dikategorikan baik. “Kata kunci: Hubungan motivasi dengan hasil belajar pekerjaan dasar otomotif THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN LEARNING MOTIVATION WITH THE RESULT OF LEARNING THE BASIC AUTOMOTIVE WORK OF TKR STUDENTS IN SMK NEGERI 1 LOLAK Dr. Eng. The motivations of students in SMK NEGERI 1 LOLAK in learning basic automotive work is still low. It is seen from the activities in class, the students are often lack of enthusiasm for learning and working on the duty that given by the teacher, they also do not understand what will be learned, and not understanding why it needs to be learned, and those make teaching-learning process is less efficient. Thus the goal that must be achieved in this study is underlying the relationship between motivation of learning with the result of teachingbasic automotive work of TKR students SMK NEGERI 1 LOLAK,  2019/2020. The research method used is qualitative research. And research results: obtained results of the 3.09 value levels of students' learning rates with the highest average rates show on 3.29, the lowest average value being on diligent in facing duties 2.94. This shows that students' learning motivation in SMK Negeri 1 Lolak categorized well.   Keywords: The relationship of learning motivations with the result of learning basic automotive work.

This study aims to determine the cohesion marker used in the Cinta Suci Zahrana novel especially in the last chapter titled Cinta Suci Zahrana. This research uses qualitative research method with content analysis technique. The data in this research is cohesion in Novel Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The source of data is the novel of Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The data on the cohesion in the novel of the Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy is analyzed by steps in tracking the relationship of every two sentences in pairs, ie the relationship between a sentence with a preceding sentence characterized by the use of the cohesion marker. The results of research based on cohesion mechanisms between the sentences contained in the novel Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy there is a grammatical cohesion which includes referring, replacing, and sequencing. In addition, lexical cohesion is used which includes repetition, antonymy, collocation, hyponimi, and equivalence. Keywords: Cohesion, Novels, Discourse Analysis

The writing of this article aims to explain the concepts of motivation, work enthusiasm, employee work performance and explain how the relationship of motivation, work spirit with employee performance. Motivation, enthusiasm for work, and work performance of an employee have a very close relationship. Where if an employee has high motivation in working then an employee will be enthusiastic in carrying out his work and of course the work performance he gets will be satisfying.

This research was conducted at PT Honda Motor Indonesia, with the title: Relationship Career development with employee performance at PT Honda Motor Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career development and employee performance at PT. Honda Motor Indonesia. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a correlational approach where in the process of collecting data a direct observation was conducted on the company in the form of observation and questionnaire distribution. Career development is an employee activity that helps employees in planning their future careers in the company so that the company and the employees concerned can develop themselves to the maximum. Employee Performance is the spirit of work that is the desire and sincerity of someone doing a good job and being disciplined to achieve maximum work performance. The linear regression test is y = 51.82 + 0.656X and the correlation test is 0.458 which means that the effect is quite strong. Test the coefficient of determination of 20.97% and the remaining 79.03% influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test is t arithmetic = 3.573 and t table 0.279 means t arithmetic> from t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a strong enough relationship between career development with employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of training in improving employee performance and internal staffing relationships in improving employee performance and how the relationship of training and internal staffing in improving employee performance. The research method used is a verification method of research with multiple linear regression models, processing data using multiple correlation analysis and using the F test and t test. The total population taken was 58 permanent employees and a random sample of 50 respondents and the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. From the calculation of the multiple correlation coefficient between training and employee performance resulted in a positive number of 0.98 which means that employee performance is greatly influenced by training. This shows the relationship of training with employee performance is very strong. These results are supported by significant test results t (t arithmetic = 1.36> = 1.30). This means that training makes a meaningful contribution; while internal staffing (tcount = 0.009 <ttable = 1.30) showed less significant relationship in improving employee work performance, even though it had a correlation coefficient (ry2 = 0.98). Training and internal staffing on employee performance have a very strong relationship as evidenced by a variance of 96.52%. and the remaining 3.48% is caused by other factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment at Aro Puskesmas in Muara Bulian District. This study included descriptive verification research. The population of this study was 56 people. By using a Likert scale, it shows the variables of work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment are in a good category. And multiple regression to determine the relationship of work ethic, work discipline and employee commitment to the Aro Health Center in Muara Bulian District. The results of the study and discussion show that work ethic has a negative effect on employee performance, while work discipline variables and employee commitment variables have a positive effect on employee performance at Aro Health Center in Muara Bulian District. Simultaneously shows that work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment show an influence on employee performance. With the value of R Square of 0.725, this shows that work ethic, work discipline and employee commitment affect work performance as much as 72.5% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship and influence of leadership and motivation to employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor. The research method was used with Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causality relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using saturated sample, all members of the population were sampled. From this research result was found there is a relationship and influence which is significant between the variables of leadership motivation to employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor among variables by using the test F, where F count larger than F table (32.173 > 3.158). Conclusion: There is a significant effect that can be explained by the result obtained from the R-square is 0530, which means that the variables of leadership and motivation are giving contribution of 53.0% to the variable of employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor, while the remaining 47.0% was contributed by other variables which not researched. Suggestions which the author convey to company, leadership which was contained in the company would need to be more increased, considers motivation of employees was good enough.
