ABSTRAKPendahuluan: Rumah sakit dimana Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam sebagai salah satu fasilitas perawatan kesehatan individu menjadi bagian dari sumber daya kesehatan perlu untuk mendukung pelaksanaan upaya kesehatan. Data statistik di Rumah Sakit Sanglah menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan kunjungan pasien ke Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam dari tahun ke tahun, namun tidak ada catatan khusus dan belum ada upaya sistematis dalam menganalisanya. Selain itu, penerapan asuhan keperawatan juga perlu dievaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kunjungan pasien ke Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam dan evaluasi pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam RSUP Sanglah Denpasar.Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam RSUP Sanglah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian retrospektif menggunakan chart review untuk pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini melibatkan 306 sampel berdasarkan teknik sampling acak sistematik. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 51 responden (13,4%) mengunjungi rumah sakit dengan keluhan nyeri, 46 responden (12,1%) mengeluhkan kelemahan, 17 responden (4,5%) mengeluhkan pusing, 96 responden (26,5%) memiliki diagnosis keperawatan pada terapi regimen yang tidak efektif. , dan 103 responden didiagnosis secara medis (93,7%) dengan Penyakit Ginjal Kronis.Kesimpulan: Informasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai data dasar untuk pengembangan kualitas layanan nantinya. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan mengelola masalah-masalah kesehatan yang dialami oleh pasien.Kata kunci: penyakit dalam, poliklinik penyakit dalam, asuhan keperawatan ABSTRACTIntroduction: The hospital where medical out-patient department as one of the individual health care facilities become a part of the health resources need to support the implementation of health efforts.The statistic data in Sanglah Hospital showed that there was improvement of patient visits to the medical out-patient department from year to year, however there was no specific record and there has been no systematic effort in analyzing it. In addition, the description of nursing care implementation also needed to be evaluated. This study aimed to determine the description of patient visits to the medical out-patient department and the evaluation of nursing care implementation on medical out-patient department in Sanglah Hospital Denpasar.Methods: This research was conducted in medical out-patient department of Sanglah Hospital. This study was retrospective study using chart review for data collection. The study involved 306 samples based on sistematic random sampling technique.  Results: Results showed that there were 51 respondents (13.4%) visited hospital with pain, 46 respondents (12.1%) complained of weakness, 17 respondents (4.5%) complained dizziness, 96 respondents (26.5%) had nursing diagnosis of ineffective regimen therapeutic, and 103 respondents were medically diagnosed (93.7%) with Chronic Kidney Disease.Conclusion: This information can be used as the basic data for the development of service quality later. Health personnel are expected to manage health problems experienced by patients.    Keywords: internal disease, out-patient department, nursing care

AbstrakPelayanan kesehatan yang berorientasi pada promosi atau peningkatan status kesehatan klien harus dikembangkan untuk menuju Indonesia Sehat 2010. Hal ini juga sejalan dengan perubahan paradigma di bidang kesehatan dari paradigma sakit kepada paradigm sehat. Salah satu upaya di bidang keperawatan adalah melalui perubahan orientasi dari pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang berorientasi kepada masalah menjadi pemberian asuhan yang berorientasi pada kemampuan dan kekuatan klien. Salah satu upaya itu ditunjukkan dengan perumusan atau penegakan diagnosa keperawatan sejahtera yang merupakan salah satu bentuk diagnosa keperawatan yang perlu dikembangkan. Penulisan diagnosa sejahtera ini dapat dilakukan di berbagai tatanan pelayanan kesehatan dan menuntut perubahan perilaku perawat dari yang berorientasi pada upaya penyembuhan kepada upaya peningkatan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan klien. AbstractHealth care services shoud be directed to health promotion measures in order to achieve the Healthy Indonesia 2010. This is in line with the changing of our health paradigm from illness to wellness. One of the nursing action is improving the orientation of nursing care from problem-oriented nursing care to client’s strength orientation. Developing wellness nursing diagnosis is believed as one of the nursing action to be improved in the future. Writing wellness diagnosis could be conduct in every health care facilities both clinical or community settings. It demanded the nurses to change their attitude in order to change their orientation to improve the client health and wellness.

Psikoedukasi keluarga dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pencegahan kekambuhan  Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) khususnya di Papua yang memiliki keterbatasan sumberdaya kesehatan antara lain kemampuan mengakses fasilitas layanan kesehatan, dan keterbatasan tenaga kesehatan.  Kondisi ini diperberat dengan banyaknya jumlah ODGJ serta keadaan geografis yang sulit.  Artikel ini bertujuan menguraikan  peluang psikoedukasi keluarga dalam mengatasi keterbatasan sumberdaya kesehatan di Papua. Metode yang digunakan adalah review sistematis (systematic review)  pada artikel yang dipublikasikan di database elektronik nasional maupun internasional. Jurnal Lokal menggunakan pencarian google sedangkan jurnal internasional menggunakan database ProQuest, Sage Publications, Science Direct SpringerLink. Dan Wiley Online. Kriteria inklusi meliputi psikoedukasi keluarga yang berfokus dalam pencegahan kekambuhan dan pemulihan ODGJ baik di Indonesia dengan rentang tahun 2018-2020 sedangkan Internasional rentang tahun 2015-2020. Hasil didapatkan 1464 artikel ekstraksi 33 artikel yang relevan yang kemudian penulis mengidentifikasi 21 artikel yang menunjukkan efektivitas psikoedukasi keluarga dalam pencegahan kekambuhan ODGJ baik pada jurnal nasional maupun internasional. Kata kunci: pencegahan kekambuhan, psikoedukasi keluarga OPPORTUNITIES FOR FAMILY PSYCHEDUCATION FOR RELAPSE PREVENTION OF PEOPLE WITH THE MENTAL DISORDER  IN PAPUA ABSTRACTFamily psychoeducation can be used as an alternative relapse prevention of people with mental disorders (PWMD), especially in Papua, which has limited health resources both health care facilities, health workers, the number of ODGJ and geographical conditions. The purpose of this article is to identify opportunities for family psychoeducation in overcoming the limitations of health resources in Papua. The method used is a systematic review of articles published in national and international electronic databases. Local journals use Google search while international journals use ProQuest, Sage Publications, Science Direct SpringerLink databases. And Wiley Online. Inclusion criteria include family psychoeducation which focuses on relapse prevention and recovery of PWMD both in Indonesia in the range 2018-2020 while International ranges in 2015-2020. The results obtained were 1464 articles extracted 33 relevant articles which then the authors identified 21 articles that show the effectiveness of family psychoeducation in preventing PWMD recurrence in both national and international journals.  Keywords: family psychoeducation, relapse prevention

For many years, folk medicine has been the resort of many less privileged families who do not have access to modern health care facilities. A parasantigwar is a term coined to a folk healer in Cagraray island, Philippines, a native version of a doctor trained in traditional manner providing indigenous medicinal help in the locale. This study aimed to ground the lived experiences of these parasantigwar on their acquisition of folk healing skills. Phenomenology approach was conducted by immersion and interview to 8 identified parasantigwar through referral sampling technique. Result revealed that (1) apprenticeship to a folk healer in the family and (2) life setbacks of families were grounds which opted the parasantigwar to resort into traditional healing through cultural transmission and motivation by needs deficiency. This resulted to the parasantigwar’s acquisition of practices through (1) passed knowledge and (2) aggregated learned skill. It was concluded that family plays an important role in the assimilation of the folk healing skill where this immediate environment is responsible for the transmission of the observed culture and development of motivation to suffice needs. Further studies need to be conducted to understand healing practices especially to the surrounding islands showing similarity in origins of folk healing practice.

A medical and health information recorder must have knowledges, skills, and behaviours which are the competencies of the profession. One of the medical recorder competencies is “registering for all the visits in health care facilities (registration for outpatient and inpatient)”. This reasearch aims to investigate the overview of students competencies of PIK Department batch 2018 in providing services for inpatient registration in STIKes Husada Borneo Laboratory. This research used descriptive qualitative method and was conducted on 56 students of STIKes Husada Borneo batch 2018. The sampling technique in this research was proporsiv sampling. Based on the results  of  the    research,  by  using  questionnaires  and  checklists,  shows  that  the students’ knowledge of the competence and procedures for inpatient registration are; 3,5% good, 35,7% enough, and 60,7% less good, then the students’ attitude toward patients are good (98.2%) and less good (1.78%),and the students’ skills in inpatient registration are competent for 67.8% and not competent yet for 32.1%. So it can be concluded that the students’ competencies of PIK Department batch 2018 in providing services for inpatient registration in terms of knowledges, behaviours, and skills are not competent yet.

The objective of this study was to assess complexity of patients discharged from hospital to intermediate care facility in an Italian setting. Multiple anonymous health-related databases were linked at the individual patient level through a stochastic key to study patients discharged from the University Hospital of Udine, Italy, from 2010 to 2019. Patient complexity was measured through diagnosis related group (DRG) relative weight of each hospitalization, number of chronic conditions and annual use of health resources. 12,674 intermediate care facility admissions were recorded in the study period. Mean DRG weight was 1.54±1.05 with variations depending on the discharging hospital ward. Patients discharged to intermediate facilities had higher DRG weight, had more comorbidities and consumed more health resources than the others, particularly in case of patients discharged from surgical wards. Patients discharged to intermediate care facilities are particularly complex, have high use of health resources, and may be difficult to manage.

AbstrakMahasiswa kesehatan sebagai garda terdepan dalam fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan kedepannya, turut berpartisipasi dalam mengikuti trend issue masalah kesehatan yang sedang terjadi salah satunya adalah pencegahan Covid-19, pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa kesehatan tentang pencegahan Covid-19 di Indonesia yang baik dapat pencegah penularan Covid-19 di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap Mahasiswa kesehatan tentang pencegahan Covid-19 Di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2020 dengan populasi mahasiswa kesehatan di Indonesia sebayak 444 orang. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Cara pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan spss versi 18. Hasil penelitian pada kuesioner pengetahuan paling tinggi di kategori baik sebanyak 228 (51,35%) sedangkan sikap paling tinggi berada di kategori  sikap baik sebanyak 206 (46,39%). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa kesehatan tentang pencegahan Covid-19 di Indonesia tergolong baik hal ini dapat pencegah penularan Covid-19 di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: pengetahun, sikap, mahasiswa kesehatan, Covid-19 AbstractHealth students belong to forefront of health care facilities, participate in following the current health issues including the prevention of Covid-19 in the way that knowledge and attitude of health students about the prevention of Covid-19 in Indonesia may prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the knowledge and attitudes of health students about the prevention of Covid-19 in Indonesia. This research used analytic survey method. Sampling used total sampling technique. This research was conducted in June 2020 with a population of health students in Indonesia including 444 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The method of data processing and analysis used SPSS version 18. The results of the research on the highest knowledge questionnaire in good category was 228 (51.35%) while the highest attitude in good attitude category was 206 (46.39%). The conclusion of this research is that knowledge and attitude of health students about the prevention of Covid-19 in Indonesia is classified as good and it can prevent Covid-19 transmission in Indonesia.Keywords: knowledge, attitude, health student, Covid-19

Purpose: To study the motives of nursing students for choosing to work with children with disabilities; to know about their opinion about the sufficiency of the duration of their internship and the undergraduate internship in centers for with children with disabilities; to understand the factors influencing the professional competencies of nursing students to work with children with disabilities. Materials and methods: A survey was conducted among 219 students majoring in Nursing through a structured questionnaire. Students expressed their opinion that the duration of the internship in institutions for children with disabilities should be increased [t (2017) = 12.387; p-level < 0.001]. They indicated their willingness to work with children with disabilities [t (217) = 15.432; p-level < 0.001]. Students shared that they experience higher psycho-emotional stress while working with children with disabilities [t (217) = 7.337; p-level < 0.001]. They also believed that the introduction of an elective subject on children with certain types of disabilities would improve their preparedness [t (217) = 8.562; p-level < 0.001]. Conclusion: The study revealed that the nursing students believe that the present model of student training related to the care of children with disabilities require changes in the following ways: introduction of a separate module Nursing care for children with disabilities; introduction of an elective course on nursing care for children with disabilities; application of pedagogical and psychological approaches for developing the skills for coping with stress; increasing the duration of the internship in the fourth year of study for working with children with disabilities.

Background:The quality of care provided for patients in mental health-care facilities remains a challenge for health-care providers in general and for nurses in particular. Identifying the level of quality of care provided for patients in mental health-care facilities as perceived by nurses and patients may help health-care providers improve the quality of care and improve patients’ outcomes.Objectives:The purpose of the study was to assess the perceptions of nurses and patients of the quality of nursing care, and explore the differences in their perceptions of quality of care in mental health-care facilities in Jordan.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted using two convenience samples of 123 nurses and 150 patients. The nurses completed the Karen-personnel instrument, a self-administered questionnaire; One hundred and fifty patients from several mental health-care facilities in Jordan were interviewed using the Karen-patient instrument. The interviews were structured.Results:Sixty-four percent of nurses rated the quality of psychiatric nursing care as satisfactory, and 47.6% of patients perceived the quality of nursing care as satisfactory. Male nurses, who attended courses in mental health nursing, chose to work in a psychiatric unit, committed to work in the future in a psychiatric unit, and were providing indirect care have significantly higher perception of quality of psychiatric nursing care than their counterparts. Patients in military hospitals have significantly higher perception of quality of psychiatric nursing care than those in governmental ones (p< .05).Implications for Practice:To improve the quality of care in psychiatric units, patients and nurses need to be educated about the quality indicators set by Joint Commission international standards related to mental health-care facilities.

Health care facilities are expected to provide satisfactory services in hospitals. Have not being able to provide the maximum service expected by service users is the problem often faced by hospitals. Where the main assessment of the quality of health services is patient satisfaction. Based on a preliminary study at the RS Hikmah Makassar, it was found that more people were dissatisfied with health services. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors related to BPJS service satisfaction in BPJS Health participants at Hospital Hikmah of Makassar. The research design used Cross-Sectional. The population is 426 people. The sample in this study were some participants who used BPJS cards in Hospital Hikmah Of Makassar as many as 81 people, taking samples by purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted in May - June 2019. Data was collected with Questioner and analysed with the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between BPJS administration services, doctors and nurses services, supporting examination services and drug services with the satisfaction of BPJS services for BPJS Health participants in Hospital Hikmah of Makassar. The study suggested to health workers provide patients with a more friendly attitude and attention to patients recipients of health services.
