Abstract, The Effect of Leadership, Ability and Self-Motivation on VillagePerformance in Singosari District, Malang Regency. Government in the villagearea is an organization consisting of people who have a series of activities that areclear and carried out continuously to achieve organizational goals and this can berealized optimally if supported by the performance of village officials.Theobjectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze leadership, ability, selfmotivation and performance of village officials 2) To test and analyze leadership,ability and self motivation simultaneously influence the performance of villageofficials 3) To test and analyze leadership, ability and self motivation partiallyinfluences the performance of village officials 4) To test and analyze the dominantinfluence between leadership, ability and self motivation on the performance ofvillage officials.This type of research is explanatory research, which explains thecausal relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. Thepopulation used in this study is the village apparatus in Singosari District MalangRegency as many as 156 village apparatuses with a total sample of 61 respondents.The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regressionanalysis.The results of the analysis show that leadership in Singosari DistrictMalang Regency is included in the good category, high employee ability, highemployee motivation and performance of village officials in Singosari DistrictMalang Regency included in the high category. There is an influence of leadership,ability and work motivation on the performance of village officials in SingosariDistrict, Malang Regency. Based on Beta Standardized Coeficients, workmotivation variables have a dominant influence on village officials in SingosariDistrict, Malang Regency.Keywords: Leadership, Ability, Self Motivation and Performance of VillageOfficials

The study investigates the factors that influence village officials to have an interest in whistleblowing. Organizational commitment, rewarding, idealism ethical orientation, relativism and machiavellian ethical orientation are used as factors that influence the interest of village officials to do whistleblowing. The population in this research is the entire officials of the village government who worked in district Kelayang, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling technique in this research is to use incidental sampling. A total of 60 village officialses participated in this study, which consisted of village heads, village secretaries. regional executor and technical executive. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of hypothesis testing that is: organizational commitment and idealism ethical orientation effect on interest to do the whistleblowing but reward, relativism ethical orientation and machiavellian nature has no effect against the interest to do the whistleblowing.This research contributes to reducing the occurrence of fraud committed by village officials.

This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, competence and performance of employees in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. To analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Land Office of Ponorogo Regency as many as 93 people. A sample of 93 people with a sampling technique using a type of non-probability sampling, namely total sampling (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study are the work environment is in a fairly good category, work motivation, competence and employee performance are in good categories. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

Introduction. This paper focuses on competence, motivation, performance and work experience of librarians in Badung Regency Library. The paper aims to examine the role of moderation work in the library. Methodology. A quantitative descriptive was applied using total sampling as the sampling technique. There were 39 librarians in this study from schools, universities and district areas. Questionnaires, observations and interviews were used as data collection methods. Data Analysis. Data analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results and Discussion. The results showed that working experience did not moderate positively and there was no significant relationship between competence and work motivation on librarian performance. Aspects related to competency, motivation and performance of the librarians need to be increased, particularly, English skills and academic in the field of librarianship. Conclusion. Work experience does not affect competency and work motivation on the performance of the librarians so that the library management needs to re-evaluate the competency of the librarian.

This research was conducted at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken was 70 respondents. This study uses saturated samples. Data collection is done through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it can be stated that organizational culture directly influences the positive performance of LPDs in Denpasar City. Direct commitment has a positive effect on LPD performance in Denpasar City. Accountability directly influences positively on LPD performance in Denpasar City. The application of organizational culture, commitment and good accountability to the organization will trigger good performance in an organization. The role of the leader of the organization must motivate and provide direction to its employees the goal is to build organizational culture, commitment and accountability in each employee (individual) to achieve the target organization that the organization wants. The purpose of this study was to describe the leadership, communication, reward, work motivation and performance of employees in the Bojonegoro Regional Coordinating Board for the East Java Provincial Government. To determine and analyze the influence of leadership, communication, reward on motivation. The influence of leadership, communication, reward, motivation on performance. The influence of leadership, communication and reward on performance through motivation. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Coordinating Board II of Bojonegoro, East Java Provincial Government, amounting to 34 people with a sample of 33 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of the study can be explained that the performance of employees is in very good condition, while for work motivation, leadership, communication and reward are in good condition. Leadership and giving rewards do not have a significant effect on motivation. Communication has a significant effect on motivation. Leadership, communication and motivation have a significant effect on performance. Rewards do not have a significant effect on performance. Leadership and rewarding do not have a significant effect on performance through motivation. Communication has a significant effect on performance through motivation.

This study aims to determine the role of leadership and work environment influence on the motivation and performance of village officials in Wedi, District, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, tested by t test, F test, and R2 test, correlation, direct and indirect effects and total effect. The questionnaire data collection technique, the sample used was the village officials in Wedi District, Klaten Regency, which amounted to 50 respondents. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on work motivation of village officials, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on work motivation of village officials, leadership had a positive and not significant effect on the performance of village officials, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials. Based on e1 value and e2 value, the total R2 value is 79.84%. This means that the performance of village officials is explained by the variables of leadership, work environment, motivation as an intervening or mediating variable of 79.84 and the remaining 20.16% is explained by other variables outside this study, for example organizational behavior, organizational culture, communication, education and training , and others .

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

This research describes the role of Muhammadiyah organizations in fostering Islamic communities in Enrekang Regency. The problems examined in this paper are focused on the development of Muhammadiyah in Enrekang Regency and the role of Muhammadiyah organizations through the charity of its efforts in fostering the Islamic community in Enrekang Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using historical, sociological, cultural, religious and educational approaches. The instruments used in this study were researchers doing with aids in the form of interview guidelines, cameras and voice recorders. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis. The results showed that Muhammadiyah association quickly developed branches and branches to all corners of the village, several educational business charities established ranging from paud/kindergarten level to higher education, and the growing number of Muhammadiyah members and sympathizers. The construction of the Muhammadiyah Alliance through branches and branches and charitable efforts in fostering Islamic society slowly shifted the religious attitude of the community coloured by the traditions of Hinduism, animism and dynamism (shirk) to the Tauhid faith.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence and integrity on the performance of the village apparatus of Sawahlunto City. This research used quantitative methods with associative descriptive research. This study consisted of two independent variables namely competency (X1) and integrity (X2) and one dependent variable, namely performance (Y). The population of this study was all village apparatus of Sawahlunto City, amounting to 50 people. The sample was obtained through proportional random sampling, so that the respondents in this study amounted to 45 samples. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression. The data were collected through a questionnaire that had been validated and reliable in advance, both the content and the item empirical test in the field. The results of this study have found that: 1) There was an effect of competence on performance by 15.4% with a significance of 0.002; 2) There was an effect of integrity on performance of 20.5% with a significance of 0.001; and 3) There was an effect of competence and integrity simultaneously on performance by 45% with a significance of 0.000.

This research is intended as an effort to analyze the budget performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations in South Sumatra Province with a value for money concept approach. This study consisted of the dependent variable, namely the performance of the regional apparatus organization budget, while the independent variable consisted of transparency, accountability, and supervision. The data used in this research is the result of distributing questionnaires to selected respondents in 21 Regional Apparatus Organizations. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis and discussion of hypothesis testing show that partially transparency, accountability, and supervision have a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, including simultaneously also showing a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, but it is necessary to increase budget performance, this shows that the R2 value is 0.446. or 44.6%.
