Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang supervisi akademik berbasis haroyong di sekolah dasar pada aliran sungai Rungan dan sungai Kahayan sebagai sebuah respon dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multisitus dengan metode komparatif konstan. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah (a) observasi, (b) wawancara mendalam, dan (c) studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis situs tunggal dan analisis lintas situs. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik berbasis haroyong di sekolah dasar pada daerah aliran Sungai Rungan dan Sungai Kahayan termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik dikarenakan: sudah terfomulasi dan terprogram dengan cukup baik; secara mekanisme telah dilaksanakan secara rutin dan berjadwal dengan teknik supervisi bervariatif. Serta monitoring dan evaluasi supervisi akademik berbasis haroyong dalam pembelajaran berbasis Kurikulum 2013 telah bekerjasa Abstract: This study aims to describe academic supervision based on haroyong in elementary schools in the Rungan and Kahayan rivers as a response in implementing the 2013 Curriculum. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multisite study design with a constant comparative method. The determination of the informants was done by using purposive sampling and snowball sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were (a) observation, (b) in-depth interviews, and (c) documentation study. Data analysis was performed with single site analysis and cross site analysis. The results obtained indicate that the haroyong-based academic supervision in elementary schools in the Rungan River and Kahayan River watersheds is in the good enough category because: it is well formulated and programmed; mechanically, it has been carried out on a regular and scheduled basis with various supervision techniques. As well as monitoring and evaluation of haroyong-based academic supervision in 2013 Curriculum-based learning, it has collaborated with external parties so that it has benefits for teachers. Gasurkes is a manifestation of the larva monitoring officers (PPJ) as mentioned in Local Regulation No 5 Year 2010. Gasurkes are assigned since january 2nd, 2015 in Semarang. Gasurkes works facilitator in solving problems of DHF by means of inspection larva on houses, schools, islamic boarding schools, worship places, and other buildings, and in providing information about DHF in which it aims to reduce the number of DHF case in Semarang. After Gasurkes was formed, IR and CFR of DHF in Tembalang District, especially in Meteseh and Tembalang Urban Village, continued to rise. The research is qualitative study. Data was obtained by interviewing 4 main informants and 7 triangulation informants determined by purposive sampling technique. Later, data analysis were presented in descriptive form. The result showed Gasurkes's knowledge is not good enough, there are also perception similarities, lack of motivation, no rewards, unoptimalization of social economy and politic supports, unoptimalization of leadership, unequal of workloads, and insufficiency of labors. However, the facilities has been sufficient. Looking at the result, some suggestions for this study are increasing Gasurkes's knowledge, maximizing community empowerment, providing directives, rewards, fair distribution of the exertion and workload and also providing full support from the associated leaders.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah terhadap implementasi standar pengelolaan pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan dasar dan menengah, khususnya di Sekolah Dasar Negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang terakreditasi A dan B pada daerah perkotaan di delapan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat, dengan teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah terhadap standarpengelolaan pendidikan, sedangkan data skunder adalah dokumen instrumen implementasi standar pengelolaan pendidikan. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama pemahaman kepala sekolah dan guru terhadap regulasi standar pengelolaan pendidikan tergolong cukup paham, sementara komite sekolah memiliki pemahaman terhadap regulasi standar pengelolaan pendidikan tergolong kurang. Kedua, berdasarkan hasil analisis data, kepala sekolah dan guru menganggap implementasi tata kelola sekolah tergolong cukup sesuai dengan standar pengelolaan pendidikan, sementara menurut komite sekolah implementasi tata kelola sekolah tergolong kurang. Dengan demikian, faktor utama implementasi tata kelola sekolah adalah pemahaman individu wargasekolah yang harus tepat terhadap standar pengelolaan pendidikan, hal apa saja yang termasuk dalam standar pengelolaan pendidikan, bagaimana perannya dalam implementasi, dan bagaimana dampaknya apabila tata kelola sekolah tidak berjalan sesuai dengan standar pengelolaan pendidikan. This study aims to determine the level of understanding of school principals, teachers, and committees as if in the implementation of education management standards by primary and secondary education units, especially in public elementary schools. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The data were obtained from accredited A and B elementary schools in urban areas in eight districts/cities in West Java, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The primary data in this study were the knowledge of school principals, teachers, and school committees of education management standards, while secondary data were documents of the implementation of education management standards. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results showed, firstly that the understanding of school principals and teachers of education management standard regulations was quite understanding, while the school committee had a lack of understanding of the education management standard regulations, secondly based on the results of data analysis that, principals and teachers considered the implementation of school governance. the category was sufficient according to the education management standard, while according to the school committee, the implementation of school governance was in the poor category. Thus, the main factor in the implementation of school governance is the understanding of individual school members who must be precise with the education management standards, in what is this, the education management standards, and how they play a role in its implementation, as well as the impact of school governance, does not run according to management standards.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Sharia Supervisory Board and the Board of Commissioners on the Financial Performance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This study used secondary data from 12 banks.The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results partially show that the sharia supervisory board and board of commissioners positively and significantly influence the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Simultaneously,the board of commissioners and the sharia supervisory board positively and significantly influence the financial performance of Islamic bank

One of the main reasons people getting married is because of the love and commitment that is shared with the partner. Sternberg (in Taylor, dkk, 2009), explained that love has three main components, namely intimacy, passion and commitment. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in intimacy, passion and commitment in married women judging from length of marriage. The theory used to explain intimacy, passion and commitment in this study is the Triangular Theory love proposed by Sternberg (1986). This study was conducted at 402 married women. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection devices are questionnaire, in the form of the triangular theory of love scale (STLS) adapted by the authors, with the reliability of the scale is 0.956. The results of the data analysis with the Kruskal Wallis technique, obtained value of Asymp. Significance is 0.026 (p < 0.05). The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant differences of intimacy, passion and commitment in married women judging from the length of marriage.

Abstrak : Local food can be a competitive advantage to develop the region by utilizing existing natural resources. Meranti and Bengkalis regencies in Riau province have a great opportunity to develop regional competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to develop strategies for developing competitive advantage through local food. The object of this study was all local MSMEs in Meranti and Bengkalis Regency who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using IFAS and EFAS analysis and SWOT 8K analysis. The results of this study found several options for developing regional competitive advantage strategies, namely stabilization strategies. Abstraksi : Makan lokal daerah dapat menjadi keunggulan bersaing untuk mengembangkan daerahnya dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada. Kabupaten Meranti dan Bengkalis di provinsi Riau memiliki peluang yang besar untuk mengembangkan keunggulan bersaing daerahnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyusun strategi pengembangan keunggulan bersaing melalui makanan lokal daerah. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM makan lokal di Kabupaten Meranti dan Kabupaten Bengkalis yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis IFAS dan EFAS serta analisis SWOT 8K. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa pilihan strategi pengembangan keunggulan bersaing daerah yaitu strategi stabilisasi.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of profitability, capital structure, and asset structure positively to the stock price on manufacture companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research samples have been selected by using purposive sampling technique to the 62 manufacture companies have been published the financial statement and active stocks which have been traded at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 – 2016 periods with the amount of 186 data which have yet to be the research sample criteria.The data analysis has been carried out by using multiple linier regressions analysis. The results of the study found out that capital structure has a positive influence on stock price means that the high capital structure influences shareholder decisions in increasing stock price. Profitability has a significant positive influence on stock price means that every increase in the profitability of a food and beverages company, it causes the stock price will increase. And asset structure have a positive influence on stock price means to indicate that every increase in asset structure of manufacture company, it causes that stock price will increase.

Cohesive devices in a piece of writing serve to unify sentences within a text. Building upon Halliday and Hasan’s (1976) Cohesion in English, this study aimed to identify and classify cohesive devices and also to discover the effects of cohesion overuse and underuse found in synopsis writings written for Book Report 1 and Book Report 2 assignment. The data were collected from 40 synopsis writings produced by the 4th and 5th semester students of English Study Program of Universitas Gadjah Mada. The data analysis applied a qualitative method and the data collection used purposive sampling technique. The findings showed that reiteration was the most prominently used type and followed by reference, conjunction, and collocation with the frequency 2,193 (56.94%), 1,405 (36.48%), 64 (2.92%), and 252 (6.54%) times respectively. Other types with low occurrences were elliptical and substitutional cohesion that occurred 3 (0.078%) and 2 (0.051%) times respectively. In some cases, students tended to overuse and underuse cohesive devices. In terms of cohesion overuse, in some cases, the use of reiteration leading to lexical redundancy and monotonous sentences. And in cohesion underuse, the lack of using personal reference and temporal conjunction yielding ineffective and less cohesive sentences. This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

The research purpose was determined the effect of renumeration, obedience to the rules, and motivation to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) remuneration has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 2) obedience to the rules has no significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 3) motivation has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 4) remuneration, obedience to the rules, and motivation simultaneously has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.
