The research aims to provide a program of influence on the improvement of the dominant physical component in volleyball sports, the dominant physical component in question consisting of arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, leg muscle strength, heart-lung endurance, and leg muscle explosion power. This type of research is experimental research, with the research design of One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design. The sample and population in this study were all male volleyball players from FOK-UNG with a total of 15 people. Treatment in this study is an exercise program that includes strength training, and heart-lung endurance performed 24 times. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in each variable of the dominant physical component after being given the treatment program treatment.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between leg mucle power, stomach muscle strength, body flexibility and ankle’s coordination on side kick’s speed in perguruan pencak silat kembang setaman wonosobo year 2020. This study is a corelation researcher, it needs one meeting to collect the data. The subject of this research is 14 athletes of Kembang Setaman Wonosobo. Source of data of this research is from the athletes and the researcher. Methods of collecting data that the researcher uses are test and observation. The researcher uses SPSS to test the data. Method of data analysis that the researcher chooses is descriptive quantitative. The study used 5 variables, namely variable x with leg muscle power, abdominal muscle strength, body flexibility and ankle coordination and variable Y with side kick speed / T. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be explained that (1) leg muscle power has a significant relationship to the side kick speed / right T indicated by the sig value. 0.008 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 50.5% for the right leg and a sig. 0.004 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 4.1% for the left leg and a relationship between leg muscle power and the left side kick speed / T indicated by the sig value. 0.003 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 2.7% for the right leg and a sig value. 0.000 &lt;0.05, the contribution value is 66.7% for the left leg (2) the strength of the abdominal muscles is indicated by the value of sig. 0.012 and 0.047 &lt;0.05 with a contribution value of 2% and 2.1% (3) body flexibility has no significant relationship as indicated by the sig value. 0.541 and 0.073&gt; 0.005 (4) eye-foot coordination does not have a significant relationship as indicated by the sig value. 0.374 and0.472&gt; 0.05. From the value of the contribution above, the contribution value is the leg muscle power compared to the abdominal muscle strength from the total value of the contribution, namely 55.6% for the side kick speed / T right and 71,1% for the contibution value for the side kick speed / T left. Based on the data above, it can be concluded from this study that there is a relationship between leg muscle power and abdominal muscle strength to side kick speed / T in the Kembang Setaman Wonosobo martial arts college in 2020 and there is no relationship between body flexibility and ankle coordination on side kick speed / T in Setaman Wonosobo Kembang Silat College 2020.</em></p>

Abstract: Introduction: Ballet dancers often suffer from low back pain. Aim: Low back pain can be reduced by strengthening the core muscles with the help of a special exercise program. Materials and methods: In the study 62 ballet dancer women (average age: 14.89 ± 1.21 years) were included. Intervention group: n = 30 participant, average age: 14.86 ± 1.00 years, control group: n = 32 participant, average age: 14.91 ± 1.37 years. We examined the pain intensity that occurs during training with visual analog scale, the habitual posture with photogrammetry, the abdominal muscle strength with Kraus–Weber test, the static muscle strength of the trunk muscles with core test and the lumbar motor control with leg lowering test. The intervention group did a trunk prevented exercise program during 3 months, and then we examined them again. Results: In the intervention group the intensity of pain significantly decreased (VAS1: p = 0.012; VAS2: p = 0.021), the abdominal muscle strength significantly improved (K–W. B: p=0.025; K–W. C: p<0.001), the static muscle strength of trunk muscles significantly increased (Core-test: p<0.001) and the lumbar motor control significantly improved in both legs (Leg low. R.: p<0.001; Leg low. L.: p<0.001). Also, the habitual posture greatly improved (frontal view: 34.78%, side view: 52.17%). Conclusion: In ballet dancers with a special exercise program, which improves the conditions of trunk muscles, the motor control of lumbar regions can be improved and the lower back pain and the incidence of injuries can be reduced.  Purpose: This study aims to: 1) Determine the anthropometric factors (height, arm length, foot length) that most determine the ability of men's volleyball jump service. 2) Knowing the biomotor factors (leg muscle power, abdominal muscle strength, arm and shoulder muscle power, eye-hand coordination, togok flexibility and kinesthetic perception) that most determine the ability of men's volleyball jump service. Material and methods. The population of this study were all male athletes of the Volleyball Student Activity with a total of 36 people. The approach taken in this study is a quantitative approach, using a confirmatory factor analysis design. Data were processed and analyzed using the Computerized Statistical Program with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Version 22 system and using the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett's Test. Results. Based on the results of the research and the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, the following conclusions are obtained: First, the anthropometric factor that is the most dominant in determining the ability of volleyball jump service for male athletes in the UNS student activity unit is the length of the feet with a value of 0.879. Second, the biomotor factor that most dominantly determines the ability of volleyball jump service for male athletes in the UNS student activity unit is leg muscle power with a value of 0.864. Conclusions. Anthropometric factors and biomotor factors that determine the ability of volleyball jump service to male athletes in the UNS student activity unit consist of seven factors, namely height, arm length, leg length, leg muscle power, abdominal muscle strength, arm muscle power and flexibility, togok.

Abstract   This study aims to determine how much influence the arm muscle explosive power, leg muscle explosive power and abdominal muscle strength on volleyball smash results at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang. This research method is using quantitative path analysis method. The study population was all students of SMK Negeri 3 Palembang, while the study sample was students who had met the criteria of 30 students. Data collection techniques in this study used two hand medicine ball put tests, vertical jumps, sit-ups, and volleyball smash tests. The data analysis technique used t-test with the help of SPSS program. Based on the results of the study it was found that the magnitude of the effect of arm muscle explosive power on volleyball smashes on students of SMK Negeri 3 Palembang was 18.9%. The magnitude of the influence of leg muscle explosive power on volleyball smashes on Palembang State Vocational School 3 students was 26.4%. The magnitude of the effect of abdominal muscle strength on volleyball smashes on Palembang State Vocational School 3 students was 16.4%.   Keywords: Arm Muscle Explosive Power, Leg Muscle Explosive Power, Abdominal Muscle Strength, Smash, Volleyball   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh daya ledak otot lengan, daya ledak otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap hasil smash bola voli pada SMK Negeri 3 Palembang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif path analysis. Populasi penelitian  yaitu seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 3 Palembang, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah siswa yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes two hand medicine ball put, vertical jump, sit-up, dan tes smash bola voli. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa besarnya pengaruh daya ledak otot lengan terhadap smash bola voli pada siswa SMK Negeri 3 Palembang sebesar 18,9%. Besarnya pengaruh daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap smash bola voli pada siswa SMK Negeri 3 Palembang sebesar sebesar 26,4%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of side-to-side jump training on increasing leg muscle explosive power. This research was an experimental research. The sampling technique used in the research was purposive sampling with 17 samples that were given an early test of vertical jump (modified sargent jump) and followed by the treatment of 14 sessions. The latest test was the post test to see the effect of the exercise. T-test was used to see the effect of the significant mean α 0,05. The results of the posttest mean was 98.26 and preetest mean was100.45. The hypothesis research was accepted because the result of ttest (6.22)>ttable (2.11). The purpose of this research is to find out whether the relation between leg muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength to shooting accuracy. This research uses a quantitative correlative approach, which explains the relation between variables by analyzing numerical data (numbers) using statistical methods through hypothesis testing. The test instruments are leg and back dynamometer test, sit-up test and goal target test. The data was tested by using the normality test and correlation test. The data obtained were analyzed using the application SPSS 16. The results of this research there is a significance value between leg muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength to shooting accuracy of 0,000 with a significance value <0.05 so there is a relationship between leg muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength shooting accuracy with Pearson correlation value of leg muscle strength to shooting accuracy of 0.887 with the percentage of 88% and the value of abdominal muscle strength to shooting accuracy of 0.850 with the percentage of 85%, while the relation of leg muscle strength and abdominal muscles to shooting accuracy is 1 with the percentage of 100% and has perfect correlation category. If have good leg muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength, shooting accuracy will get better too.Keywords: leg muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, shooting accuracy AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui ada/tidaknya hubungan antara kekuatan otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap akurasi shooting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yang bersifat korelatif kuantitatif, yakni menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel dengan cara menganalisis data numerik (angka) menggunakan metode statistik melalui uji hipotesa. Instrumen tes yaitu tes leg and back dynamometer, tes sit up dan tes gawang bertarget. Data di uji menggunakan uji normalitas dan di uji korelasi. Data di analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat  nilai signifikansi antara kekuatan otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap akurasi shooting sebesar 0,000 dengan nilai signifikansi  <0,05 sehingga terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap akurasi shooting dengan nilai pearson correlation kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap akurasi shooting sebesar 0,887 dengan persentase 88% dan nilai kekuatan otot perut terhadap akurasi shooting sebesar 0,850 dengan persentase 85%, sedangkan hubungan kekuatan otot tungkai dan otot perut terhadap akurasi shooting sebesar 1 dengan persentase 100% dan memiliki katagori korelasi sempurna. Dengan kekuatan otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut yang baik maka akurasi shooting akan semakin baik pula.Kata kunci: kekuatan otot tungkai, kekuatan otot perut, akurasi shooting

ABSTRACT               Abdominal muscle strength decreasing could happen in women who has been giving birth. Zumba exercise is a modification of aerobic exercise with latin music and dance that could be used for muscle strengthening exercise. The purpose of the experiment is for knowing the effect of zumba exercise to increase the abdominal muscles strength in women who has been giving birth. The research is a pre-experimental with a pre-test and post-test one group design. The research has been done in North Sanglah Village with total of 18 samples that was chosen by the Curl Up test score and inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analyzed using Saphiro Wilk test and  Wilcoxon Test. The results shown there are significant increasing of abdominal muscles strength after given the zumba exercise, p=0,000 (p<0,05). Zumba exercise could increase the abdominal muscles strength in samples with a 26,7% increasing percentage.   Keywords: zumba exercise, abdominal mucles strength decreasing.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a pandemic that is now a global threat where this virus causes many people to die every day in various countries, one of which is Indonesia, this disease is caused by SARS-CoV-2. The many impacts caused by COVID-19 make Simple Handwashing Station (SHS) one of the prevention efforts that can build proper handwashing behavior. Based on the results of research conducted from 13-18 April 2020 which is divided into 4 strategic points in Dilem Village. This study uses a Quasi-experimental research design with a One Group Pre Post-test design approach with a sample of residents of Dilem Village precisely RT 5 and 6 RW 1 Lemah Dhuwur. The analysis technique uses Paired Sample T-Test with the results that show that there is an influence of the application of simple handwashing station on the proper handwashing behavior of the residents of Dilem Village with a P-value <0.05, based on these results it can be concluded that there is an effect of the application of simple hand washing station for handwashing behavior in preventing COVID-19 transmission in Dilem Village Kepanjen District, with this result it is expected to be able to add a simple handwashing station in several other strategic points in Dilem Village in COVID-19 prevention.

The objective of the study was to find out whether or not the silent way method can significantly affect students’ speaking competence. The design of this study was a pre-experimental research design (one group pre-test post-test design). The researcher applied a simple random sampling technique. The class 10 IPA1 was taken as the sample of the study with 18 students. The instrument of this study was an oral test in pre-test and post-test. This research was conducted through the following procedures: giving a pre-test, applying treatments and giving a post-test. The data were analyzed by using paired sample t-test. Through the SPSS16.0 version. The result showed that the mean score on students’ speaking competence in a pre-test was 32.22 and in the post-test was 49.44. Hypothesis testing found that the value of sig (2 tailed) was 0.00 while the significant alpha value was 0.0. It could be concluded that the value of sig (2 tailed) was lower than the significant alpha value was (0.00<0.05). Therefore, H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. So, the use of the silent way method had a significant on the students’ speaking competence at the tenth grade of SMAN 1 Kontu kowuna.
