Research results can be summed up as follows: 1. The quality of Commitmen of Employee is quite good, Work Discipline is good , and Employee Performance was quite satisfied. 2. There is a positive influence between commitmen toward against work disciplin. There is a positive influence between Work Discipline against Employee Performance. 3. There is moderately high and positive correlation between Commitmen of Employee against a Work Discipline. means there is a high and positive correlation between Work Discipline with employee performance. 4. The results of the hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that Commitmen of employee have a positive and significant impact on Employee performance through Work Discipline as Intervening Variables. This research is motivated by the presence of problems of the many employeeswho left the company at PT Madu Baru Bantul, Yogyakarta. Moreover, accordingto the pre-survey interviews that have been done, there is a lack of communicationbetween the leaders with employees. Objective of this study was to analyze theinfluence of organizational commitment, leadership, employee performance, andjob satisfaction as intervening variables in PT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakartace.Method of analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive andquantitative. The samples in this study were employees of PT Madubaru amountedto 77 people. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire that hasbeen tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis method was using classicassumption test, path analylisis, as well as the coefficient of determination.Descriptive analysis shows that organizational commitment, leadership, jobsatisfaction and employee performance was moderate. Based on the results ofmultiple linear analysis and test of Sobel test indicates that organizationalcommitment, leadership, positive influence on employee performance and jobsatisfaction mediate organizational commitment and leadership on employeeperformance. The coefficient of determination shows that the work satifaction ofPT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment,leadership and job satisfaction by 32.o%, while the remaining 68,0% areinfluenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this study.The coefficient of determination shows that the employees performance of PTMadubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment,leadership and job satisfaction by 47,7%, while the remaining 52,3% areinfluenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this studyKeywords : organizaitonal commitment, leadership, work satisfaction, andemployees performance

This study empirically tested the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance directly or indirectly mediated by job satisfaction as intervening variables. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data is primary data collected using questionnaires. The data is analyzed using a path analysis model using the Smart-PLS program. The results of the study showed that partial compensation has a significant and positive influence on job satisfaction Work motivation has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction Compensation has no influence on employee performance. Work motivation has no effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant and positive influence on employee performance. Compensation has an insorant and positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance that is mediated by job satisfaction.

Research conducted is intended to know the influence of employee placement, education and Jobdescription completion of employee performance by stripping as a Intervening variable in district education Office Dharmasraya. The respondent came from Dharmasraya District education officer. The sample withdrawal method shows that employee placement, education, and Jobdescription completion of employee performance with stripping as Intervening variables in Dharmasraya District education Office is suspected to have a positive influence and significan to the performance of employees of the Dharmasraya District Education Office.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan.  This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence spiritual leadership and reward toward employee performance with quality of work life and job satisfaction as mediating variable. The object of research in this study is Pasuruan Regency Transportation Office. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square method with the software of SmartPLS. Data is collected by distibuting questionnaire to all of 86 staff as the respondents. The results show Spiritual leadership does not affect the employee performance; reward has no effect on employee performance; Spiritual leadership does not affect employee performance mediated by the quality of work life; Reward cannot influence employee performance through the quality of work life as a mediating variable; Spiritual leadership does not have an effect on employee performance which is mediated by quality of work life; the indirect effect between reward on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction is significant; The quality of work life has insignificant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results give significant implications on practice and literature on the influence of spiritual leadership and reward on performance. This research provides information that can be used as a guideline for the Pasuruan Communication Office to increase employee satisfaction and performance

The studies revealed that organizational change could create employee’s psychological uncertainty. However, this study argues that the quality of leader-member exchange enables to control the impact of the psychological uncertainty during the change toward employee’s attitude. This study represents job satisfaction and turnover intention as proxy of employee’s attitude for that matter. Based on social exchange theory, quality relationship of leader and employees affects on the relationship of psychological uncertainty and employee’s job satisfaction and turnover intention. This study selected private hospitals experiencing the changes of operational system for complying with national health security system. This study conducted cross-section survey for individual level-analysis. This study produces some findings. Firstly, the LMX has been failed to reduce the negative influence of psychological uncertainty towards employee’s job satisfaction, although the quality of the LMX was good. employee’s job satisfaction is more perceived as  personal afective state experienced during the organizational change. Secondly, the LMX has been successfully moderated the positive influence of the psychological uncertainty towards employee’s turnover intention.The data were collected by using questioners, distributed to the employees who worked in hospitals in Yogyakarta Province. There were 193 questioners that could be collected and analyzed by using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the hypothesis by using SPSS application version 21. The result of the study shows that psychological uncertainty had negative correlation to employee’s job satisfaction and positive influence to psychological uncertainty toward turnover intention. Besides, LMX was proven to moderate positive influence of psychological uncertainty toward turnover intention, but it could not moderate negative influence of psychological uncertainty toward job satisfaction.

Abstract. Increased productivity needs being in line with the increase in employee performance. To be able to improve employee performance, companies must create working conditions that offer incentives for employees to satisfy them with the system running in the company(????). The purpose application of Quality of Work Life (QWL) in an enterprise is to improve employee satisfaction on the job(???). Employee job satisfaction is one important aspect to consider in efforts to improve the human resources quality of an enterprise. Employees who have high job satisfaction, will generally have a high commitment to the company. High employee commitment will give beneficial contribution to the company to increase productivity of both employees and companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of the QWL application on job satisfaction and employee commitment as well as analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment. The study is conducted by giving questionnaire to 120 employees SBU (Strategic Business Unit) 1 PT. PGN, which is present in three areas, namely Hosbun, Bogor and Jakarta East. Hypothesis testing method using the model Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS.The results of the analysis indicate that the application of QWL hypothesis has no effect on job satisfaction of employees. Application of QWL and job satisfaction significantly influence employee commitment. The better implementation of QWL and the higher levels of job satisfaction will increase employee commitment to the company.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on job satisfaction mediated by job satisfaction. The object of research at PT ISS Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula totaled 97 respondents. Data collection was carried out using google form in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that compensation has an effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance, job satisfaction is able to provide a positive influence in mediating the relationship between compensation and employee performance in PT ISS Cikarang.

The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of indirect picture Work Life Quality of the Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction as an intermediate variable of data collection techniques using the method of observation, documentation methods and questionnaires. Do pre-test to test the quality of data that includes test instrument consisted of test validity and reliability testing, as well as the classic assumption test which is done only data normality test. Data analysis techniques include univariate analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that there is a direct influence negatively the quality of work life (QWL) on the performance of employees, there is a direct effect of the positive quality of work life (QWL) terhadp organizational commitment and job satisfaction, there is an indirect effect the quality of work life on employee performance through organizational commitment and satisfaction working as an intermediate variable.
