Education Professionals' Knowledge And Needs Regarding Bullying

The purpose of this study was to analyze teachers' and other education professionals' needs and knowledge when dealing with bullying situations. Data collection was carried out in two different sessions of a bullying prevention one-day symposium at a four-year state university. The participants were 53 educational professionals from several elementary and middle schools. Qualitative analysis of session artifacts revealed that participants had a basic understanding of bullying; however, they doubt its definition and how to identify when it occurs. Participants in the case study were interested in being change agents when it comes to addressing bullying problems. However, they lacked self-confidence and access to appropriate resources to overcome their fears and diminished self- efficacy for proper intervention.

The purpose of this research was to determine strategies used by 8th grade students in Number Sense problems. This was a case study of 28 8th grade students at three similar secondary schools in a city centre south of Turkey. A Number Sense test consisting of 25 items designed according to five main Number Sense components was used as a data collection tool. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The students preferred Strategies Based on Rules while solving the Number Sense test compared to strategies based on number sense or Strategies Partially Based on Number Sense.

This study aims to determine the application of sharia principles contained in the investment of livestock conducted by PT Ijadgrup Rahmat Semesta in his company called Ijadfarm. The approach used is qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collection is done by interviewing with related parties. Analytical technique that is done is source triangulation technique, pattern matching technique and descriptive qualitative analysis technique. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of reading the Qur'an using the sorogan method at the Al-Falah Lulut Islamic Boarding School, Bogor. The method used is a deductive qualitative analysis research, with a case study at the Al-Falah Lulut Islamic Boarding School. Data collection is done by conducting interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis. The results of the study show: The results of learning to read the Qur'an using the sorogan method for categories level one, two, and three are quite effective, in the processEven the children like learning, but the application of the sorogan method is largely determined by the abilities and skills of the tutor, because the sorogan system in teaching is the most difficult system of the entire Islamic education system.

<p><em>The changes in people's purchasing patterns from offline to online cause companies to change the type of their business which also affects the changing of marketing strategy. One of the marketing strategies used by the OTA (Online Travel Agent) industry is affiliate marketing. This study was conducted to find out how Pegipegi affiliate marketers used the digital marketing to help market OTA products in the digital media they use to help provide sales. The method used in this study is qualitative with the case study of Pegipegi affiliate marketers. The data collection was conducted by interviewing. The results of this study indicate that the basic understanding of how to market Pegipegi products through blogs, how to market blog through Google Ads and Facebook Ads, as well as the understanding on the functions of each affiliate marketing tools play an important role in the success of a marketer of Pegipegi affiliate.</em></p>

<p><em>This study aims to determine the form of household livelihood strategies found in Kayangan District after the earthquake. This qualitative research uses the case study method by sampling using purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 60 households. Data collection techniques in this study used triangulation. Triangulation used in this research is by using source triangulation. In addition, other data collection techniques are in the form of observation, </em><em>deep </em><em>interview, and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative analysis using the Miles and Huberman models. Activities carried out in the analysis are in the form of scoring data, reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the study concluded that: Household livelihood strategies used by the community in Kayangan District include intensification and exensification, as well as diversification.</em><em></em></p>

The background of this research is the existence of unemployed and poverity phenomenon. This phenomenon encourages researchers to take research that discusses about productive zakat management of national zakat institution of Al-Azhar, through Rumah Gemilang Indonesia as the solution. This research uses qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collection is done through interviewing techniques with related parties and the documents concerned. Analytical techniques carried out in this research is the technique of source triangulation and descriptive qualitative analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the national zakat institution of Al-Azhar recieves funds from the donors. They distributed the funds to Rumah Gemilang Indonesia as one of their programs, that aims to empower the dhuafas through six months training with no charge of tuition fee. So the dhuafas can be freed from unemployed and poverty problems.Keywords: productive zakat management, national zakat institution, empowerment, dhuafa

               Education which is expected to spearhead the progress of the nation in fact it has not been fully realized. Thousands of Islamic boarding schools spread throughout the regions in Indonesia also has not been able to overcome the problem of character degradation to the optimum. Character education is fundamental in the formation of human personality in order to create a generation that begets God. One of the boarding school which is quite successful in making the memorization program policy as an effort to strengthen character education namely the Islamic women’s Boarding School of Al-Qur’an Ibnu Katsir Jember. Through case study research with nonethnographic data collection techniques, non-participant observation, unstructured interviews, and secondary documents, It was found that the implementation of the memorization of the al-Qur'an program policy as an effort to strengthening then character education done by choosing programs to add to rote, repeat rote, monthly exams, make memorization with friends, make memorization with family and public testing. These activities encourages the strengthening of characters so as to produce self-confidence, tolerance, tough and hardiness, cooperation, and commitment.  Keyword: Implementation, Character Education, Program Policy.

This article aims to explain: (1) the factors that caused students ofthe PBA FTK UIN Mataram departemen difficulties in writing Arabic theses,(2) management of majors in improving the ability to write Arabic-languagethesis students of PBA FTK UIN Mataram departemen. The approach usedin this study was a qualitative approach with a case study design. The datasources in this study were students majoring in PBA departemen, PBA alumni,and permanent lecturers majoring in PBA. Data collection techniques usedwere interviews, documentation studies and observations while data analysiswas carried out using descriptive-qualitative analysis techniques. The resultsof this study are: (1) The causes of students majoring in PBA FTK UINMataram departemen difficulties in writing Arabic theses are (a) input,many PBA students come from high school or public school with minimalbasic language. (b) the willingness to speak Arabic in students is still low. (c)department policies are still not firm, namely still giving students the freedomto write Indonesian theses. (d) department facilities and infrastructureare still minimal, namely Arabic books or references are still lacking. (2)Management of majors in improving the ability to write Arabic theses forstudents majoring in PBA FTK UIN mataram namely (a) Growing interestand providing awareness to students. (b) Making policies requires studentsto write Arabic language theses and strive for students to communicate inArabic, at least when in PBA. (c) Making teaching materials for all subjects inPBA majors. (d) Implementing the IQF curriculum. (e) Carry out produckbasedpracticum activities. (f ) Making guidelines for Arabic thesis writing

Scientific writing aims to find out the intentions and sincerity correctly, efforts must be made to improve the spiritual quality of students. This research is a qualitative analysis research with case study method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources came from the Jagad Alimussirry Student Boarding School. The results of the analysis show that something done with intention and sincerity only gives to God so that it becomes a perfect charity from one's worship. Before charity must be careful so that the charity that is done can be accepted by God. People who purify the heart of all defilements by avoiding evil, maintain honesty in words and deeds, their hearts will become clean, can emit positive energy and can meet Allah SWT.

The public university is an educational institution with heterogeneous and multicultural socio-religious and cultural background conditions for students, including the State University of Malang (UM). The problem that multicultural and multireligious campuses often face is intolerant behavior that allows acts of violence to occur. Nevertheless, interestingly, this does not happen at UM. That is because UM seeks to develop a tolerant attitude of students through Islamic religious education with a culture of non-violence. The aims of this study are: (1) to find out what nonviolence cultural values ​​exist in UM, and (2) what efforts are made by UM to strengthen religious tolerance through Islamic religious education with a culture of nonviolence. This qualitative research applies a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis includes data collection, condensation, data display, and concluding. The results of this study, namely: (1) The values of the non-violent culture that is being developed by the State University of Malang (UM) are: (a) Rahmatan Lil'alamin values, (b) Peacebuilding values, and (c) Tolerance-values. (2) The strengthening of religious tolerance through non-violent culture through PAI learning at UM includes: (a) The PAI learning process is carried out in the classroom learning directly (2 credits) and in the form of Tafaqquhfiidiinil Islam (TDI) activities which are including public lectures PAI learning and intensive guidance on reading the Qur'an (1 credit) for a total of credit is 3. (b) Through Qur'an Study Club, and (c) Seminar activities on multiculturalism, tolerance, and religious harmony.
