This research aims to make an inventory of the potential and strategies for developing tourism in Ende Regency as a tourist attraction, so that policies can be used to develop this attraction in a sustainable manner. This research was conducted in Ende district. Data collection in this study was carried out using the following techniques: 1)) Direct interviews with respondents by visiting respondents based on a questionnaire (list of questions) that had been prepared previously. 2) Observation, which is a collection of data by direct observation in the field to test and complete other data. 3) Documentation, namely obtaining data and information that has been recorded in various documents about various things needed in research that can be obtained from related agencies, such as the Tourism Office, TNK, Inns, Home Stay, Regional Libraries. The problems in this study were analyzed descriptively qualitatively, IFAS analysis (Internal Factors Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary) and SWOT analysis (Strength Weakneses Opportunities Threat) analysis to design development strategies. From the research results, it was found that the internal conditions in the form of strength factors in each tourism area in Ende Regency were beautiful natural panoramas, unique community cultures, historical relics, unique social life, beautiful forests with fresh air. Internal conditions are in the form of weakness factors, including: lack of facilities and infrastructure to support tourism activities, lack of promotion of tourism potentials in each area, lack of human resources in the tourism sector, lack of air, sea and air transportation accessibility and the road to tourism potentials is still narrow, there is a lack of local community involvement in tourism activities in their place. The results of the IFAS matrix analysis found that the internal condition of tourism potential in Ende district was in a moderate position, with a total score of 2.33. External conditions in the form of opportunity factors in each area include: The existence of the mission of Ende district 2014-2019, the proximity of tourism potential in areas other than Kelimutu to the tourist attraction of Kelimutu National Park, strategic location and in the middle route of Ende Regency and Flores Island, advances in information technology and transportation, a trend towards world tourism towards natural tourism (Back to Nature), the growth of the global economy. External conditions in the form of threat factors are the threat of global warming, the circulation of drugs, HIV, the threat of population growth due to migrants resulting in land conversion, cultural change (commodification) and environmental pollution in the form of garbage. The results of the EFAS matrix analysis show the position of the external environment. The tourism potential of Ende Regency as a tourist attraction is in a moderate position, with a total score of 2.44. The general strategy used in developing tourism potential in each area is a strategy of maintaining and maintaining. This position states that the tourism potential in each tourism area has an average moderate and competitive attractiveness position. Alternative strategies for developing tourism potential, including: tourism product development strategies in each region, infrastructure and facilities development strategies, tourism product marketing strategies, institutional development strategies and human resource enhancement in tourism, and sustainable tourism development strategies.

This research aims to determine the potential of tourism based on supporting and inhibiting factors of rural tourism development in Desa Kemetul and analyzing the strategy of community-based tourism in Desa Kemetul. The research was conducted in Desa Kemetul Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Semarang. This study uses qualitative method which the data obtained through depth interviews with Kepala Desa Kemetul, Chairman of POKDARWIS Sekar Kanthil, Local Communities, and Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Semarang, and then the data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The study concluded that Desa Kemetul has a lot of tourism potential to become tourist attraction. Desa Kemetul needs to consider strengthening flagship product, the strategy of sustainable development of a tourist attraction, and strategies for institutional development and human resources.

This research has a specific purpose: (i) determine the potential of coastal area can be developed as a tourism product, (ii) Knowing constraints are faced in developing the tourism potential, and (iii) determine strategies that can be used in developing the tourism potential of the coast as a creative tourism products Yeh Gangga Beach, Sudimara village, Tabanan Bali. The general objective to be achieved is to improve the performance of the tourism sector in the welfare of society Tabanan through sustainable tourism development by developing creative potential.. The research found that (i) Yeh Gangga Beach has some potential creativity attraction, such as : art market, handycraft,video and photography, music and art performance, scenery, and accomodation; (ii) The main problems encountered are (i)Most strategic land has been switched ownership to investors. The strategy should be applied is (i) Maintain Yeh Gangga Beach as tourist attraction developed Tabanan through local regulations, (ii) increasing public awareness of tourism. The implications are (i) theoretically enriching literature of sustainability in tourism coastal area, (ii)practically could enhance the government to develop coastal tourism in Tabanan Bali.

The Indonesian government is promoting the development of the potential of villages through the tourism village program, but the formation of a tourism village requires prior study to assess its feasibility as a tourism destination. This study aims to analyze the potential and develop strategies for developing Babahan Village in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province as a culture-based tourism village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which begins with data collection of tourism potential using SWOT analysis and continued with the IFAS-EFAS method. IFAS-EFAS calculation results show the strength factors of the development of Babahan Village as a culture-based ecotourism village are : having a tracking path (0.305), good natural potential (0.305), the existence of Besikalung Temple (0.302), and beautiful rice field views (0.300). SWOT matrix analysis is in Quadrant I (Supporting Aggressive Strategies) with the results of four Strengths-Opportunities (SO) development strategies, namely: a). maintaining and improving the quality of tourist attraction, b). develop and organize the natural potential that exists, c). improve the quality of service to tourists, d). development of tour packages. The conclusion is Babahan Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali has the potential to be developed into a tourism village.

This research aimed at analyzing the development strategies of Loloan traditional houses to become a tourist attraction which is beneficial for the local community. This study is a descriptive qualitative study using a SWOT analysis. The informants were chosen based on purposive sampling. Based on SWOT analysis, some strategies can be implemented in Loloan Village. Those are the development of homestay, tour package, establishment of organization to manage the tourism potential, the implementation of community based tourism, the empowerment of local community by developing their awareness on tourism, the improvement of marketing strategy, make some stilt housing units as cultural assets owned by the government and being the piloting project, the development of tourism activities, and the improvement of its facilities.

Gunung Suku Village has a natural, social cultural appeal that is very diverse and potentially become a tourist attraction, but this potential tourism has not been developed well and maximal to becomes a tourist destination. This study aims to formulate effective strategies for the development of agrotourism in Gunung Suku Village. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Purposive sampling used in this study for determination of sample,  Data analysis in this study used qualitative descriptive approach, IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate the potential of coffee plantation areas has not been developed, due to the lack of human resources, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure of tourism activities and the weak role of local government. The general strategy is in quadrant II, namely the development strategy of attractiveness. Alternative strategies (1) SO strategies (a) Strategies for developing potential to the fullest, (b) Strategies for developing marketing and promoting tourist attraction, (c) Development strategies for making tour packages. (2) ST Strategy (a) Community-based agrotourism development strategy, (b) Development Strategy by highlighting different potentials from other regions. (3) WO Strategy (a) HR development strategies especially in the field of tourism, (b) Accessibility development strategies, (c) Strategies to develop places to stay, eat drinks and gift shops. (4) WT Strategy (a) Increasing Public Awareness to conserve and preserve local culture, as well as the emergence of many competitors, (b) Increase cooperation with all stakeholders, (c) Improve the development of human recources in the tourms sector. Agrotourism development requires cooperation with all stakeholders in order to improve the qualityof human resources, accessibility, facilities and institutions, so that it has a direct impact on the income of the villagers of Gunung Suku Village.

ABSTRAK. Danau Picung merupakan objek wisata alam yang terletak di Muara Aman Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu yang memiliki potensi dan keindahan alam yang sangat menarik. Objek wisata alam danau Picung dilihat dari produk wisata ( atraksi, amenitas, aksesibilitas ) masih belum berkembang dengan baik. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari pola penataan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana belum tertata dengan baik serta jumlah nya masih sangat sedikit sehingga kunjungan wisatawan belum maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT (strenght, weakness, opportunity, theart). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi obyek wisata alam danau Picung ditinjau dari aspek produk wisata, menganalisis strategi pengembangan obyek wisata alam danau Picung terkait aspek produk wisata, dan mengetahui rencana  pengembangan dan arahan desain zonasi kawasan objek wisata alam Danau Picung. Potensi yang bisa dikembangkan di danau Picung adalah sebagai wisata alam dan rekreasi yang memiliki perbedaan keindahan dan keunikan dari objek wisata yang lainnya. Strategi pengembangan kawasan wisata alam danau Picung dengan peningkatan atraksi budaya, atraksi buatan, dan atraksi alam serta amenitas yang memiliki potensi keaslian dan keunikan yang menarik, serta peningkatan SDM di daerah sekitar kawasan objek wisata dengan memberikan pembinaan dan pelatihan sehingga bisa meningkatkan kompetensi. Program pengembangan produk wisata adalah pengembangan atraksi wisata agro, wisata fauna (Kebun binatang, kolam pemancingan), outbond, waterpark, taman hiburan, taman bunga, atraksi kereta gantung, perahu bebek, festival budaya, kesenian dan kerajinan khas ( souvenir ). Pengembangan amenitas hotel/ resort terapung, restoran terapung, pusat informasi wisatawan, toilet, mushola, kios souvenir,  gazebo, loket.  Peningkatan kualitas aksesibilitas dengan menjaga kondisi jalan dan dibuat sarana transportasi umum. Kata kunci: Produk Wisata, Potensi Wisata Alam, Danau Picung ABSTRACT. Lake Picung is a natural tourist attraction located in Muara Aman Rejang Lebong District Province Bengkulu which has the potential and natural beauty that is very interesting. Lake Picung's natural attractions seen from tourism products (attractions, amenities, accessibility) are still not well developed. This condition can be seen from the arrangement of facilities and infrastructure facilities that have not been well organized, and the amount is still minimal so that tourist visits have not been maximum. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The analysis used in this research is a SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat). This research aims to determine the potential of Lake Picung's natural attractions in terms of aspects of tourism products, analyzing the strategy of developing Lake Picung's natural attractions in terms of tourism products and find out about the development plan and direction of zoning design in the area of Lake Picung's natural tourism. The potential that can be developed in Lake Picung is as a natural and recreation tourism that has differences in the beauty and uniqueness of other tourist objects. The strategy for improving the natural tourist area of Lake Picung with the increase of cultural attractions, human-made attractions, and natural attractions and amenities that have the potential for authentic and exciting uniqueness, and increasing human resources in the area around the tourist attraction area by providing coaching and training so that it can improve competence. Tourism product development programs are the development of agro-tourism attractions, fauna tourism (zoos, fishing ponds), outbound, waterpark, recreation park, flower garden, attractions of cable cars, duck boats, cultural festivals, distinctive arts and crafts (souvenirs). Development of hotel/resort amenities, floating restaurants, tourist information centers, toilets, prayer rooms, gazebos, the place to buy an entrance ticket. The village of Lamalera has great tourism potential to develope as a tourist attraction. However, it is important to consider some aspects in its development, such asaspect of the environment and the community, so that it will beneficial to the environment and can improve the economy of the community.The problem in this research was the potential of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. Data obtained in this study through observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed in qualitative descriptive by describing the potentials of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. The results showed physical and non physical potential of the village. The physical potential of Lamalera is white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea water, undersea view and other beauty of nature; while the non physical potential is in the form of custom ceremonial, traditional dances and religious.   Keywords: Identification, Potential and Tourism

Considering that the SME entrepreneurs of Gresik Regency are mostly young, educated and experienced, however their businesses are not yet in legal entities. This research situates the SME business development strategy model through SWOT and EFE-EFI analysis, aiming to identify the conditions and models of SME business development strategies to improve their performances. This research has interviewed 40 respondents who were selected in multi stage, and analyzed through SWOT and EFE-IFE analysis. The result of this research explains that the ability of SME entrepreneurs in managing business and the achievement level of marketing performance is good, except the ability to manage finances. The peculiarities of the development of the regions belonging to the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF) are determined by geopolitical, climatic and other factors. Currently, the issues of digital transformation of national economies are paramount for all countries. However, the existing crisis phenomena caused by the economic crisis of 2008 and the COVID-19 pandemic have made their own adjustments to this process. The current conditions require both the creation of an appropriate digital infrastructure at the federal and regional levels, and the adjustment of existing development strategies at the enterprise level. However, the benefits of the digital economy will only benefit those enterprises that can adapt their development strategy in accordance with external conditions. The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of digitalization of the economy on the development of enterprises in the Arctic, as well as to form a list of the main problems in this area and search for possible ways to solve them. As a result of the study, the authors obtained the following results: (1) identified both positive and negative factors affecting the digitalization of the Russian Arctic; (2) a profile of the directions of digitalization of the Russian Arctic was created and the priority areas of digitalization were determined; (3) it was concluded that the digitalization of national economies opens up great opportunities for the further development of enterprises. However, to achieve this goal, it is necessary to timely adjust the development strategies of enterprises, taking into account the national and regional characteristics of digitalization.

Penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Strategi Pelestarian Budaya di Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati Yogyakarta bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan selama ini pada Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati. Selain itu juga untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal serta memformulasikan pengembangan strategi yang dilakukan Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati di Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Strategi Pelestarian Budaya di Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati Yogyakarta dilakukan dalam empat langkah, yaitu menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari l okasi penelitian, objek penelitian dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua, melakukan teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari dua poin yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Ketiga, menentukan variabel yang dilakukan melalui dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor ekstenal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah terakhir yaitu melakukan analisis data dengan metode kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian pertama, berdasarkan matrik IE Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati berada pada posisi IV yaitu Stability Strategy. Tidak menambahnya program dan kurikulum pembelajaran yang telah diterapkan sanggar namun, diperjelas lagi dari materi pembelajaran, kurikulum yang ada dan standar kelulusan siswa. Kedua, berdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati berada pada kua dran IV, yaitu retrenchment strategy, melepaskan diri dari KPB Purantara atau menentukan sekretariat yang tepat untuk dijadikan secretariat sanggar adalah strategi yang tepat dilakukan. Ketiga, berdasarkan analisis matrik SWOT strategi umum yang diperoleh yaitu menyelenggarakan kegiatan lomba tari Bali setiap semester untuk anak-anak tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA se-Yogyakarta. Bekerja sama dengan panitia upacara keagamaan Hindu (pangempon Pura) yang ada di Yogyakarta. Memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian (ngayah) dan event yang mengatasnamakan Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati. Perlu meningkatkan kesadaran dan rasa memiliki dari pengelola Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati, anggota KPB (Keluarga Putra Bali) Purantara dan Asrama Bali. Research on Cultural Conservation Development Strategy at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio Yogyakarta aims to identify the strategy used at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio. In addition, to analyze the internal and external factors and formulate the development of strategies conducted by Bali Saraswati Dance Studio in Yogyakarta. The research method on Cultural Conservation Development Strategy at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is done in four steps, those are determining the scope of research consisting of research location, research object and research subject. The second step, perform data collection techniques consisting of two points: primary data collection and secondary data collection. Third, determine the variables made through two factors, namely internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and extensions (opportunities and threats). The last step is to perform data analysis with qualitative method with SWOT analysis. The results of the first study, based on the matrix IE Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is in the fourth position of Stability Strategy. Not adding to the program and learning curriculum that has been implemented by the studio but made clear from the learning materials, the existing curriculum and the students' graduation standard. Second, based on quadrant of SWOT analysis Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is in quadrant IV, that is retrenchment strategy, breaking away from KPB Purantara or determining the right secretariat to be used as studio secretariat is the right strategy to do. Third, based on SWOT matrix analysis, the general strategy obtained is to hold Balinese dance activity every semester for elementary, junior and senior high school students in Yogyakarta. In cooperation with the committee of Hindu religious ceremonies (Pangempon Pura) in Yogyakarta. Provide opportunities for students to participate in the activities of devotion (ngayah) and the event on behalf of Bali Saraswati Dance Studio. Need to increase awareness and sense of ownership of Bali Saraswati Dance Studio, member of KPB (Family of Putra Bali) Purantara and Bali Dormitory.
