ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine whether there is an influence of career development and work environment on the desire of millennial generation employees who live in RW 10, Pancoran Mas District, Depok Village, Depok City to leave the company where they are currently working. This study used 75 respondents from 108 residents aged 21-40 who lives in RW 10, Pancoran Mas District, Depok City. The hypothesis in this study is to determine the effect partially and simultaneously so that the test uses the T test and F test with the help of the SPSS version 25 statistical program. The results of the test are (1) There is a negative and significant effect of giving career development for millennial generation RW 10 employees on the desire to leaving the company, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the work environment of RW 10 millennial employees on the desire to leave the company, (3) there is a significant influence on career development and the work environment affecting the desire of millennial generation employees to leave the company.   Keywords : Career Development, Work Environment and Turnover Intention

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Office of Cooperative Industry and Trade (Diskoperindag) Kerinci Regency in 2019. The method used is descriptive quantitative and primary data obtained from a sample of 49 civil servants, analysis tools in the form of multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient, as well as hypothesis testing using the t-test and F test. The results show that part there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation, work environment and work discipline on the performance of the Diskoperindag staff in Kerinci Regency with the magnitude of the influence of each of which is 27.87%, 3.86% and 24.76%. It is recommended to pay attention to other factors to maintain and improve the performance of the employees of Diskoperindag Kerinci Regency.

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of working capital (cash turn over, inventory turnover and receivable turnover) towards profitability at LQ-45 companies listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia. The population of this research are all LQ-45 companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). The samples are 19 LQ-45 companies listed in BEI during the year 2004 - 2006. The samples are chosen by using purposive sampling method. The data are analysed with partial test (T-test) and simultant test (F-test) by means of SPSS Ver 13.0. The results show that cash turn over, inventory turnover, and receivable turnover simultaneously have significant influence towards profitability. Partially cash turn over, inventory turnover, and receivable turnover have also significant influence to profitability.

This study aims to analyze and prove the Influence Career Development, Work Environment, Compensation and it’s implication on job satisfaction of permanent lecturer of maritime colleges in DKI Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey with 253 respondents. The analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), consisting of career development, work environment and compensation as exogenous variables, job satisfaction as an endogenous variable. Based on the partially and simultaneous research that Career development, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a contribution (R2) of 92 %. Work environment has the most dominantt effect on the job satisfaction of lecturers at maritime colleges in DKI Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development on the Retention of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat, while the population and sample in this study were 68 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression by conducting a regression test, the results of this study indicate that Career Development has a significant influence on the Retention of State Civil Apparatus. This is evidenced by the results of t-test where tcount> ttable (17,992> 1,677), while the amount of Career Development that is proven by Rsquare is 0.831 or (83.1%), while the remaining 16.9 %% is influenced by other variables

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty and performance Result of t test that is Organizational Culture have positive and significant influence to Employee Loyalty, Compensation have positive effect and not Significant to Employee Loyalty And Work Environment negatively and Not Significant to Employee Loyalty. This research is meant to examine the influence of service quality, price, and place to thecustomer satisfaction at Cafe Rolag Diponegoro Surabaya. The population of thisresearch is all customers who have ever visited at Cafe Rolag Diponegoro Surabaya. Theresearch samples has been obtained by using accidental sampling method. In according tothe predetermined criteria 100 respondents who have ever visited Cafe Rolag DiponegoroSurabaya have been selected as samples. The analysis method has been carried out byusing multiple linear analysis with SPSS application .The result of the model feasibilitytest which has been done by using F test has concluded that the research model is feasibleto be used for the following analysis. Meanwhile the result of hypothesis t test (partial)shows that service quality has significant influence to the customer satisfaction.And placehas significant influence to the customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service quality, place, and customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to know whether the use of offline (on-site) promotion, digital payment, Instagram, and Gofood/Grabfood have effect on the sales of SHI-DA Semarang. The research used a quantitative method in the form of action research. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression accompanying with t-test and F-test. This research was conducted at SHI-DA Semarang using sales data of December 2019 to March 2020 and respondents comprising of SHI-DA consumers for data on marketing programs. The results revealed that marketing through digital payment (e-wallet) has an effect on sales of SHI-DA Semarang, while marketing programs through offline (on-site), Instagram, and Gofood/Grabfood individually had no effect on the sales of SHI-DA Semarang. Nevertheless, the promotions simultaneously show significant influence on the sales of SHI-DA Semarang. Thus, marketing programs through Offline (on-site) promotion, Gofood/Grabfood, and Instagram must be done simultaneously in order to have an effect on the sales of SHI-DA Semarang.

The research objective is to examine the effect of physical work environment, non-physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, R2 test, t test, and F test. Respondents were teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari, using saturated sample techniques with a sample of 45 employees. The results showed that partially the physical work environment variable had no effect on performance, as evidenced by the results of the t test which showed a significance value greater than 0.05 (0.449), non-physical work environment variables did not affect performance as evidenced by the t test results indicating significant value greater than 0.05 (0.961) and the results of the t test on work discipline variables affect performance, as evidenced by a significant value smaller than 0.05 (0,000). Simultaneously that physical work environment, non physical work environment, work discipline have a significant effect on performance, as evidenced by the F test, a significant value of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05 (0,000).

This study is to examine the influence: between atmosphere of the organization and employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance partially or simultaneously. The good atmosphere of the organization became more effective in increasing employees’ work satisfaction; and finally obtain good employees’ performance. This situation cannot be found in this company. This study used descriptive methode.  All of employees became sample (36 people). The data was collected by observation, interview and questioner.  The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with F-test (simultaneous) and T-test (partial) at the significance level of 95%. The result of the study provides a conclusion as follow:  1. There is  a significant influence between organization atmosphere against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers.  (2) There is  a significant influence between employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers, (3) There is a significant influence between organization atmosphere and employees’ satisfaction altogether against employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers.

This research aimed to know the influence of compensation, work stress, and communication towards employees performance and which variable among compensation, work stress, and communication have biggest influence towards employees performance. The hypothesis proposed is : 1) Compensation, work stress, and communication have significant influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch. 2) Compensation has biggest influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch compared by work stress and communication. This research was conducted at BRI Purwokerto Branch with the target is employees at its bank. Research method used survey. Data collecting method used questionnare, observation and documentation. Sampling technique used total sampling. Data analyzed method used path analysis. The first hypothesis test used F-test and t-test, while second hypothesis test used proportionate influence. Results of research showed that compensation, work stress, and communication both of partially and simultantly, have significant influence towards employees performance. It was proved by value of F-test and t-test bigger than F-table and t-table in level of significance 95%. Based from the result, so the first hypothesis was accepted. Compensation have biggest influence towards employees performance compared by work stress and communication. It was proved by value of proportionate influence is on variable of compensation.
