Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan budaya masyarakat tradisional Suku Mentawai yang terkoyak dalam novel Burung Kayu karya Niduparas Erlang. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah paradigma antropologi sastra khususnya unsur-unsur kebudayaan beserta ciri-cirinya seperti tradisi, citra primodial, citra arketipe, aspek-aspek kearifan lokal dengan fungsi dan kedudukannya masing-masing. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data adalah deskriptif analisis, yakni mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta kemudian disusul analisis. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa: (1) masyarakat tradisional Suku Mentawai yang tinggal di hulu masih menjalankan tradisi-tradisi warisan leluhur mereka; (2) masyarakat Suku Mentawai mengalami konflik batin ketika tinggal di barasi; (3) masyarakat Suku Mentawai kembali ke uma setelah bernegosiasi dengan budaya modern; dan (4) masyarakat Suku Mentawai kembali ke barasi dengan konsep baru. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat tradisional Suku Mentawai yang memiliki tradisi sangat kuat itu dapat bernegosiasi dengan budaya modern sehingga bisa menjalani kehidupannya yang selaras dengan jiwanya dan alamnya.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                This study aims to describe the traditional culture of the Mentawai Tribe which was torn apart in the novel Burung Kayu by Niduparas Erlang. The theory used in this research is the paradigm of literary anthropology, especially the elements of culture and their characteristics such as tradition, primodial images, archetypal images, aspects of local wisdom with their respective functions and positions. Data collection is done by library technique. The method used for data analysis is descriptive analysis, which is to describe the facts and then followed by analysis. From the results of the analysis, it is known that: (1) the traditional Mentawai people who live upstream still carry out their ancestral traditions; (2) the Mentawai people experience an inner conflict when living in barasi; (3) the Mentawai people return to uma after negotiating with modern culture; and (4) the Mentawai people returned to barasi with a new concept. Thus, it is concluded that the traditional Mentawai people have very strong traditions that can negotiate with modern culture so that they can live their lives in harmony with their souls and nature.

<p><em>The study aimed to (1) analyze and describe the novel structure, and (2) analyze and explain the sociological aspects in which the main character of the novel. The method of the study was qualitative by using sosiology of literature approach. Literary technique was done by using descriptive analysis. The data was obtained from documents and informants. Data collection technique were conducted through three procedures: (1) reading, (2) finding aspects of literary structure, and (3) finding aspects of sociology of literature. There were three basics to analyze the data. They were data reduction, data presentation, and data withdrawal. Based on the three basics, it can be seen about the life of main character in the novel Seputih Hati yang Tercabik written by Ratu Wardarita, Ida Kusama. The main character was described as a woman who was tough on her household problems that is her failure in marry. Based on data analysis, it is known that the novel talks about the life struggle of the main character accompanying with culture aspect in every place visited by the main character. </em></p><p> </p><p>Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan struktur novel, dan (2) menganalisis dan memaparkan aspek sosiologi yang dialami tokoh utama dalam novel. Metode yang digunakan adalah secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Teknik kepustakaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari dokumen dan informan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga prosedur: (1) membaca, (2) mencari aspek struktur sastra, dan (3) mencari aspek sosiologi sastra. Terdapat tiga dasar untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan data. Dari ketiga dasar tersebut dapat dihasilkan mengenai keadaan hidup tokoh utama dalam novel Seputih Hati yang Tercabik Karya Ratu Wardarita bernama Ida Kusama. Tokoh utama digambarkan menjadi seorang wanita yang tegar terhadap permasalahan rumah tangganya yaitu berupa kegagalan berumah tangga. Dari analisis data yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa novel tersebut mengenai perjuangan hidup tokoh utama dengan diiringi aspek budaya yang kental di setiap daerah yang didatangi tokoh utama.</p>

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan makna simbolik dalam novel Di Bawah Bayang-bayang Ode karya Sumiman Udu yang terbit tahun 2015. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori interaksional simbolik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data adalah deskriptif analisis. Pembahasan ini menghasilkan hal-hal berikut. Pertama, adanya pemaksaan adat dan budaya yang sudah tidak relevan, mengantarkan individu menolak dan melawan adat budaya. Kedua, penolakan adat dilakukan dengan cara melanggar norma. Ketiga, penolakan adat dilakukan dengan cara tidak melakukan ritual adat. Keempat, penolakan adat dilakukan dengan cara menghapus gelar pada nama. Kelima, penolakan adat dilakukan dengan cara mengejar ilmu pengetahuan.   Kata-kata Kunci:  novel, tokoh, tindakan, interaksi simbolik   Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the symbolic meaning in the novel Di Bawah Bayang-bayang Ode by Sumiman Udu published in 2015. The theory used in this study is symbolic interactional theory. Data collection is done by library techniques. The method used for data analysis is descriptive analysis. This discussion produces the following things. First, the imposition of customs and cultures that are already irrelevant, leading individuals to reject and oppose cultural customs. Second, customary rejection is done by violating norms. Third, customary rejection is done by not doing customary rituals. Fourth, customary rejection is done by removing the title in the name. Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Fresh Fruits in Moena Fresh Bali Increased consumption of fruits in the country have an impact on the growth of fruitsales in Indonesia. This increase causes the appearance of stiff competition in thebusiness of fruits. Moena Fresh Bali as one of the companies that sell fresh fruitsmust innovate or improve the shortage so that the consumers do not turn to otherproducts. Consumer behavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine satisfaction of Moena Fresh Baliconsumers and to find out actions to increase customer satisfaction of Moena Fresh.The location of the research was conducted at four Moena Fresh outlets as it wasconsidered to represent consumers in every sub-district in Denpasar City. Thenumber of respondents was as many as 50 respondents and the sampling wasconducted by using accidental sampling. Types of data collected include quantitativeand qualitative data which were sourced from primary and secondary data. Methodsof data collection were by using interview techniques, observation, anddocumentation. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, ImportancePerformance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results ofresearch, the calculation of CSI to the attributes of Moena Fresh Bali was 77.6% i.e.it meets the criteria of satisfaction. Based on the Matrix of Importance Performance,product attributes are classified into four quadrants and actions to improve customersatisfaction are through the improvement of attributes that become the main priority,namely the attributes of advertising / promotion, price, and discounts. The studysuggests that Moena Fresh Bali should perform printed and electronic publicationsand set competitive prices to maintain its customers.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the realization of capital expenditure budget in the Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin. It has been reached the goal budget target in the government of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The methods of research used are qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are interview research, documentation, and library studies. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis methods and the use of capital expenditure budget data and the realization of capital spending in 2016 to 2018. The results showed that The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency in realization of the capital expenditure budget in the year 2016 to 2018 can be said to be effective and in positive growth. In 2016 to the year of 2018, The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency is still dependent on local government so that the implementation decentralization of capital expenditure budget can be said to be effective.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

Imam Al-Bur'i's An-Nabawiyyah poem consists of 43 verses, which contain anxiety, hope and strangeness in his heart as well as praise for the Prophet Muhammad. In this thesis discussion, the author discusses the wazan and bahar and the benefits found in the An-nabawiyyah poem by Imam Al-Bur'i The purpose of this discussion is to know the wazan 'arudh and bahar 'arudh and the benefits found in this Shia An-Nabawiyyah by Imam Al-Bur'i. This research uses a qualitative approach or library method that is a method of data collection with documentation methods through books, journals, and other literature related to this research with the aim of establishing a theory foundation. The data analysis used is a descriptive analysis that is an analysis technique used to analyze the data by describing the data that has been collected without any intention of making generalisasai from the results of the study.The results of this study show that the wazan and bahar arudh found in this An-Nabawiyyah poem are bahar Towil with wazan fa'ulun-mafa'iylun-fa'ulun-mafa'iylun 2x. and there are also some changes in wazan namely zihaf and illal in imam Bur'i's an-nabawiyyah poem.

Creativity is the ability to think about things in new and unusual ways and give birth to something unique, or create something original. Plasticine is a material that is made of flexible and can be shaped as desired. This study aims to increase early childhood creativity through playing plasticine. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each stage, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, field notes. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were group B with a total of 14 children consisting of 9 boys and 5 girls. The results showed that the creativity of children increased, namely from the pre-cycle the number of undeveloped children decreased from 12 children to 0 (85.7%) in cycles I and II, then children who began to develop from pre-cycle 2 children (14 , 3%) to 9 children (64.3%) in cycle I and to 0 in cycle II. Children who developed as expected from pre-cycle from none to 5 children (35.7%) in cycle I and 3 children (21.4%) in cycle 2. Children who developed very well in pre-cycle and cycle I did not there were 11 children (78.65%). These results indicate that playing plasticine can increase the creativity of early childhood in RA Ibnu Sina, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency.

Abstrak: Ungkapan kata interjeksi tidak mudah dimengerti. Kadang seorang pembaca belum paham apa yang disampaikan oleh pengarang tentang isi novel, sehingga hal ini yang membuat peneliti tentang interjeksi dalam naskah drama dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang apa itu interjeksi. Jadi, interjeksi adalah kata yang digunakan untuk  mengungkapkan perasaan seseorang maupun dalam bentuk senang, sedih, kecewa, jijik,marah,kaget,kangen dan sebagainya. Misalkanya, (wah, ngono kuwi, hah, heh, alhamdulillah dan astagfirullahalazim) yang memiliki arti yang berbeda-beda dalam setiap konteks tuturannya.. penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk dan fungsi interjeksi yang terdapat dalam naskah drama “pesta para pencuri” karya jean Annoulih Saduran Rachman Sabur. Metode penelitian adalah deskriftif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi dan telaan, sedangkan metode analisis data adalah identifikasi, klarifikasi, dan interpretasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah bentuk interjeksi dalam naskah drama “pesta para pencuri” yang sudah ditemukan melalui penelitian sebanyak 9 bentuk interjeksi yaitu: Oh, hah, oh ya, ya, ah, hah,aah,ssst, dan he he he dan ungsi interjeksi ditemukan 7 fungsi interjeksi yaitu: kekecewaan, harapan, kesyukuran, keheranan, kekagetan, panggilan, dan marah atau makian. Abstract : The expression interjection is not easy to understand. Sometimes a reader does not understand what is conveyed by the author about the contents of the novel, so this is what makes researchers about the interjection in the play an provide knowledge about what is interjection. So, interjection is a word used to express someone’s feelings and in the form of happy, sad, disappointed, disgusted, angry, shocked, missed, and so on. For example, (Wow, Ngono Kuwi, Hah, Heh, Alhamdulillah and Astagfirullahalazim) which have different meanings in each context of the speech. This research aims to find out the formsand functions of the interjection contained in the drama script “party of thieves”. The work Jean Annoulih Saduran Rachman Sabur. The research method is qualitative descriptive with data collection methods, namely documentation and research, while the data analysis method is indentification, clarification, and interpretation. The result of this study are forms of interjection in the drama script “party of thieves” which have been found through research as many as 9 forms of interjection, Oh, Hah, Oh yes, Yes, Ah, Hah, Aah, Stt, and He he he and interjection function found 7 interjection functions, namely: disappointment, hope, gratitude, astonishment, shock, call, and anger or curse.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 321 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh pada indikator plan sebesar 4,11, Indikator preference sebesar 4,00, Sedangkan indikator desire yaitu sebesar 3,39 bahwa minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dalam kategori tinggi,. Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam kategori efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Simpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa semakin efektif pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan, maka semakin tinggi juga minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. Abstract: The aims of study is to know the influence of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Bangka Belitung University students.The sample of this study was 321 respondents. Using proportional random sampling for technique sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analyses. The results of the descriptive analysis are obtained in the plan indicator of 4.11, preference indicator of 4.00, while the desire indicator is 3.39 that the interest of entrepreneurial students in the high category. The influence of entrepreneurship education in effective category. The results show an entrepreneurial education that is simultaneously influential towards entrepreneurial interest. The more effective research is the entrepreneurial education, the higher the interest of students from the University of Bangka Belitung.

This study aimed to imrpove: (1) learning interest and (2) learning achivement of ignition system by using jigsaw. The type of this study was a classroom action research. The research subject was the eleventh grade students of class XII D of SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem in academic year 2016/2017 consisted of 31 students. The research object was learning interest and learning achivement of ignition system. Data collection techniques used questionaire and test. The research instruments wete leson plan, questionaire,  test, and observation guideline. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis to know the pecentage of learning interest and learning achivement of ignition system. This study shows that (1) the use of jigsaw could improve learning interest of ignition system. The score of learning interest in cycle I was 40.093 in low category improved in cycle II became 51.742 in fair category and improved again in cycle III became 58.419 in high category. (2) The use of jigsaw could improve learning achivement of ignition system. The score of learning achivement of ignition system in pre cycle was 52.74, cycle I was 65.81, cycle II was 74.19, and cycle III was 79.35. The students who were completed in learning in cycle I was 5 students (16.13%), cycle II was 23 tudents (74.19%), dan cycle III was 29 studentes (93.55%).
