This research was conducted at the Agency Financial Management, Income and Regional Assets of Karo District with 41 employees as a sample which aims to determine: (1) significant influence of organizational on organizational commitments, (2) significant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitments and (3) influence organizational and organizational culture significantly to organizational commotments. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational on organizational commitments which was marked in the variable X1 with a value of tcount > ttable and there was also the influence of the organizational culture on organizational commitments marked in variable X2 with a value of  tcount > ttable. The value of Fcount > Ftable shows that there is an influence of organizational and organizational culture on organizational commitments. The results of the calculation show that where rcount > rtable, all respondents' answers are valid. The Cronbach Alpha value is greater than 0.60, so the variable is reliable. In this study, there was no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity neither. The multiple linear regression test is written in the regression equation Y=0,240+0,672X1+0,148X2. From the tests conducted, it was found that the samples were normally distributed. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was obtained that the value of tcount > ttable (6.600>2.022) for the organizational variable and (3,202>2.022) for the organizational culture variable; Fcount > Ftable (70,235>3,24); and the coefficient of determination obtained 80,7% while the remaining 19,3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study that must be considered in order to achieve better employee performance in the future. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing motivation and work environment on employee performance at Plaza Toyota Green Garden Branch, in accordance with the indicators set forth in the theory. The values tested in this thesis use the Quantitative Associative testing formula. The results of the validity test of Motivating Variables (X1) get the results with the number 0.425, then the rcount 0.425> rtable 0.279 is declared valid and the Work Environment variable (X2) gets the result with the number 0.404 which means valid because the rcount is 0.404> rtable 0.279. Followed by multiple linear regression tests that produce constants of 1,775 which means there is a positive significance of providing motivation and work environment on employee performance with the equation Y = 1.775 + 0.462 (X1) +0.448 (X2). From the results of the coefficient of determination test conducted, obtained KD = 0.333 or 33.3% means that 33.3% employee performance is influenced by providing motivation (X1) and work environment (X2), the remaining 66.7% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. Besides that, from the F test results, an F value of 3.20 was obtained using the F distribution table and a significance level of 0.005, then a Ftable of 3.20 was obtained. So it can be seen that Fcount> i.e. 11,715> 3.20. Means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that there is a significant influence between the Provision of Motivation and the Work Environment on employee performance at Plaza Toyota Green Garden Branch

Abstract Moringa Oleifera (MO) is a highly effective conditioner in the dewatering of Fecal sludge (FS). However, the model for the prediction of its optimal dose has not yet been documented. This article presents the results of the developed model for the prediction of MO optimal doses. The developed model was based on assessing the FS parameters and MO stock solution. The FS samples were obtained from a mixture of a pit latrine and septic tank and were analyzed at the water quality laboratory of the University of Dar es Salaam. The multiple linear regression model was used to establish a relationship between MO optimal dose as a function of FS characteristics (pH, Electrical Conductivity, Total Solids and Total Suspended Solids) and concentration of MO stock solution. The results indicated that the main contributing factors which determine the MO optimal dose were the concentration of MO stock solution, followed by pH of FS. The model results showed a good agreement between the predicted and observed MO optimal dose with a coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.72 and 0.9 for calibration and validation respectively. Therefore, the model can be adapted to determine the MO optimal dose without running the Jar-test experiment.
