Business canvas model is a model that sends and captures the value of a business consisting of 9 elements contained in the core of a business that is presented simply and easily understandable, the tighter business competition and the covid-19 virus outbreak has brought major changes in the economy and the real impact is on the MSME sector therefore STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang is moved to conduct a community service program with the theme is training to create a business plan canvas model , simple and easy to apply creation there are three methods used in community service conducted this time, namely, a lecture model that presents about canvas business theory, the second model of baking practice as a form of implementation of value preposition and segmentation and the second is the presentation and discussion model to assess the level of understanding of the participants regarding the material that has been done before, the process of activities goes smoothly without being constrained , as well as the open insights of participants on the importance of making business planning before doing business.

This Community Service program is funded by DIPA scheme of RISET DIKTI No. DIPA-042.06-0.1.401516/2016, which implicated two entrepreneurship groups of empowering woman: Sanggar Jenggolo in Pandean District who produce batik and Sekar Arum (then called ‘Code Arum’) in Cokrodiningratan district who produce jumputan or tie-dye, both in Yogyakarta city. The two groups had been incubated and assisted by The Office for Women and Society Empowerment (Kantor Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Masyarakat—abbreviated as KPMP) of Yogyakarta Municipal Government for three years. After the accompaniment they face declining of production since it does not fulfill with the business and promotion assistance. Therefore this Community Service program aims to encourage the sustainability of the group with the creation of a Business Plan and Strategy of Promotion to penetrate the target market. We were conducting the training, providing with supporting tools based digital, and producing attributes for their promotion. Furthermore there were outcomes achieved; (A) the core of a Business Plan so that each groups has a priority of their business as well as a guideline for evaluating the development of its business during period of Business Plan. (B) The attributes of corporate identity is implemented through a variety of promotion sale.

The outbreak of the corona virus has forced orphanage children to gather at home to carry out learning and playing activities. The activity of gathering in one house can cause a high risk of Covid-19 transmission. The implementation of the community service program carried out by lecturers from the Food Science and Technology Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara is a training for making red ginger wedang at LKSA Anak Gembira, Medan Tuntungan, Medan. Red ginger wedang is a drink that is healthy and refreshing for the body, where the aim of this training is that partners can practice it and consume it to maintain their immune system at LKSA Anak Gembira in preventing Covid-19. The training activity for making red ginger drink was attended by 24 people consisting of 2 orphanage owners and 22 orphanage children. After that, the consumption of red ginger was carried out and questionnaires were administered to measure the level of understanding of the benefits and preferences of the respondents towards red ginger after the training was held. The results of the questionnaire show that 93% respondents understand the benefits of red ginger for health and 87% like red ginger wedang.

Natural soap is a soap with basic ingredients using herbal ingredients such as olive oil, coconut oil, and milk. MayangSari natural soap is produced by a joint business group in the Pesanggrahan Village, Batu City. The problem of natural soap production in the Mayangsari business group is that there is no selling permit from BPOM, the liquid soap production process has not been maximized where it does not yet know the technique of mixing milk with other ingredients so that it is easily separated, lack of equipment so that production is not optimal and bookkeeping management and marketing are still manual. The aim of the Community Service Program (PUBM) is to improve the quantity and quality of etawa goat milk soap, expand the product marketing network, and improve the group's managerial ability. The method used in the Community Service activities includes 4 stages, namely the practice of production, training, mentoring, and product publication. The result of the implementation of the Community Service program is to increase the productivity of the agroindustry of "Olive Milk" etawa goat milk soap, among others through the practice of natural soap production by utilizing grant equipment from DPPM-UMM.

The purpose of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) of STIBA Makassar Force IV is to improve the skills and cottonistas santri in interpreting the contents of the Qur'an through the Arabic language recycling program at Pondok Pesantren Darul Arqom. The method of implementing this community service program begins by mapping the problems and needs of students using SOAR analysis. After the analysis process is carried out, a work program is prepared that is appropriate and needed by the santri. In addition to carrying out the Arabic language recycling program, KKN students also help teachers in carrying out Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) in the hut. The result of this PkM is the interest in learning Arabic and the ability of santri in interpreting the content of the Qur'an is getting better.

Abstract People of Nangkek in East Gili, Madura, have a very simple life with livelihoods as builders, porters, seasonal farmers and unemployee. Daily necessities such as vegetables are obtained by planting plants in the front or back of the house such as chillies, spinach, and Moringa trees. To satisfy needs of vegetables, they pick, for example, vegetables from Moringa leaves. It is commonly understood that Moringa leaves are very good for our bodies and brings many benefits for our healthiness. Proposers through Community Service provide training on Moringa leaves becoming a Moringa dye for body health. This activity aims to develop entrepreneurship of each household to support the development of the creative economy. The results of these activities include: 1) increasing the entrepreneurship spirit of each head of household in an effort to support the community development activities; 2) the entrepreneurial community has business planning capabilities; 3) increasing the ability of the entrepreneurial community in conducting business operations. The method used is training, assistance and evaluation that is carried out during the community service program until the partners are able to develop the business well. It is finally concluded that as the partner (homemade), they will be creative and productive for their family’s income.  Keywords: Utilization, Moringa leaf packaging, Health     Abstrak Masyarakat Nangkek di Gili Timur, Madura, memiliki kehidupan yang sangat sederhana dengan mata pencaharian sebagai kuli bangunan, kuli angkut, petani musiman, dan pengangguran. Kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti sayuran diperoleh dengan menanam tanaman di bagian depan atau belakang rumah seperti cabe, bayam, dan pohon kelor. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sayuran, mereka memilih, misalnya, sayuran dari daun kelor. Secara umum dipahami bahwa daun kelor sangat baik untuk tubuh dan membawa banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan kita. Pengusul melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat memberikan pelatihan tentang daun kelor menjadi minuman kelor celup untuk kesehatan tubuh. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kewirausahaan setiap rumah tangga untuk mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini meliputi: 1) meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan setiap kepala rumah tangga dalam upaya mendukung kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat; 2) komunitas wirausaha memiliki kemampuan perencanaan bisnis; 3) meningkatkan kemampuan komunitas wirausaha dalam melakukan operasi bisnis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan selama program pengabdian masyarakat sampai para mitra mampu mengembangkan bisnis dengan baik. This community service aims to strengthen the economic activities of processing fish products carried out by fishermen's wife groups. This business group was chosen as the recipient of the service program because members have an open mindset to advance their business. However, due to limited knowledge, the production is still limited both in terms of quality and quantity. Therefore, solving the problem is carried out using the method of livelihood analysis and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). This service program is carried out by assisting fishermen's wife's business group in terms of fish processing diversification because various processed fish products will increase selling power. Thus, the economic activity of processing fish can be used as a source of income for the fisherman's wife's business group.

In the Indonesian economy, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the business groups that have the largest number. In addition, this group is proven to be resistant to various shocks of economic crisis. So it is imperative to strengthen groups of micro, small and medium enterprises that involve many groups. The criteria for businesses that are included in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises have been regulated in a legal umbrella based on law. The development of the number of MSMEs from year to year is increasing. The development of MSMEs can only be seen in terms of numbers. In general, especially in the financial aspect, only a few MSMEs have experienced developments in terms of their financial performance. This is inseparable from the unconsciousness of MSME players of the importance of corporate financial management. The training program offered is in the form of simple accounting training for MSMEs. The accounting taught is simple accounting that is adjusted to the conditions in MSMEs but does not deviate from existing standards and regulations. This training is intended for MSME players who are members of the Delima District Business Group. With this training, it is hoped that MSME players will be able to know the development of the company and be able to take advantage of accounting to support the progress of their MSMEs. Based on the description above, basically, the community service program through service activities is divided into three activities, namely by using the lecture, tutorial, and discussion method and followed by the Delima District Business Group of 10 people.

ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pengabdian yaitu kelompok usaha kecil rumahan “Poklahsar Mandiri” yang bergerak di bidang produksi kerupuk cumi. Kelompok usaha ini terletak di Desa Karangsari, Sempu, Banyuwangi. Metode pelaksaan pengabdian ini berupa studi wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan berupa diskusi kecil tentang permasalahan kelompok mitra. Permasalahan utama yang dialami oleh mitra ini adalah kemasan plastik yang belum ada labelnya (polos). Kelompok usaha ini menginginkan adanya transfer teknologi yang berupa pembuatan alat sablon kemasan plastik untuk krupuk cumi. Selanjutnya, tim pengabdian melakukan observasi lapang untuk melihat kondisi nyata kelompok usaha ini. Alat sablon kemasan plastik berlabel diharapkan dapat menghasilkan kemasan plastik yang mempunyai daya tarik pembeli. Selain itu, sebagai akibat penjualan meningkat, kesejahteraan kelompok usaha kecil ini dapat terwujud. Sebagai informasi bahwa jumlah produksi kerupuk cumi dari kelompok usaha ini rata-rata per tahunnya 850 kg per tahunnya (harga per kg 40.000). Dengan adanya alat sablon diharapkan ongkos produksi dapat diminimalkan serta penjualan kerupuk cumi meningkat dikarenakan kemasan yang menarik. Hal tersebut diindikasikan peningkatan penjualan kerupuk cumi yang semula 850 kg menjadi 1000 kg per tahunnya. Kata kunci: alat sablon; kemasan plastik; kerupuk cumi; poklahsar mandiri. ABSTRACTThe community service program aims to solve the problems faced by community service partners, namely the small home business group "Poklahsar Mandiri" which is engaged in the production of squid crackers. This business group was located in Karangsari Village, Sempu, Banyuwangi. The method of implementing this service is in the form of interview and observation studies. Interviews were conducted in the form of small discussions about the problems of the partner group. The main problem experienced by these partners is plastic packaging that has no label (plain). This business group wants a technology transfer in the form of making screen printing plastic packaging tools for squid crackers. Furthermore, the community service team conducted field observations to see the real condition of this business group. This labeled plastic packaging screen printing tool is expected to produce plastic packaging that has a buyer appeal. In addition, as a result of increased sales, the welfare of this small business group can be realized. For information, the amount of squid cracker production from this business group averages 850 kg per year (price per kg 40,000). With the screen printing equipment, it is hoped that production costs can be minimized and sales of squid crackers will increase due to the attractive packaging. This is indicated by an increase in sales of squid crackers from 850 kg to 1000 kg per year. Keywords: screen printing equipment; plastic packaging; squid crackers; poklahsar mandiri.

Sidorejo backwoods is backwoods located in the v Sidorejo illage, Krian District, Sidoarjo Regency. The condition of preservation of dolanan anak or traditional games in Sidorejo backwoods is currently very poor. Most children in Sidorejo backwoods are more familiar with modern games, such as: online games, playstation and others. Based on the results of a survey conducted by students of Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) in Sidorejo backwoods, it can be seen that the community of Sidorejo backwoods less responsive to the activity of reviving dolanan anak.. Therefore, the aim of Community Service is to preserve local culture through dolanan anak which is one part of the core program carried out by students of KKN from Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif in order to preserve the existing local culture. The community service activities that are conceptualized in Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) scheme involved students of Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif from various study programs guided by Field Supervisors. The implementation of community service begins with initial observations in the field of traditional games among school children from Dusun Sidorejo RW 04 and 05 and then determines the schedule of dolanan anak activities through traditional children's play followed by all children from Dusun Sidorejo RW 04 and 05. The results of this community service program have made the children more enthusiastic to revive the existing traditional games. The parents do not forbid their children to play traditional games so that it can support the success of programs run by students from Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif in the village of Sidorejo.
