The SME Business Partners Sangkar in Sepanjang Village, Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo City has greater potential in the creation and development of cage shapes. But the form and character of the design are always manual and still using conventional systems, so in an effort to increase sales, they have not been able to compete globally.  The partners in this community service are cage workers in the village of Sepanjang, Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo City, the process for carrying out activities is divided into three forms: preparation, implemen­tation and evaluation. The role of optimization is carried out in the form of a field survey to find out the conditions related to the process and work system carried out by cage craftsmen in Sepanjang Village, Taman Subdistrict, Sidoarjo City. The community services program focuses on community development to ensure independence and economic stability. Thanks to the Community Service Program, it is hoped that it will be able to make a good contribution to the development of businesses owned by partners so that in the future they can provide continued efforts in the same field.   Abstrak: Kelompok UKM Mitra Usaha Sangkar Kelurahan Sepanjang Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki potensi unggul dalam menciptakan dan mengembangkan bentuk sangkar. Namun bentuk dan karakter desain masih bersifat manual dan masih menggunakan cara konvensional, sehingga sebagai upaya peningkatan penjualan belum mampu bersaing dan berkompetisi secara global. Mitra pada pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan pengrajin sangkar di Kelurahan Sepanjang Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo, proses pelaksanaan kegiatan terbagi dalam 3 bentuk, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan juga evaluasi. Peran opti­ma­­lisasi dilakukan dengan bentuk survei lapangan untuk mengetahui kondisi terkait dengan proses dan sistem kerja yang dilakukan oleh pengrajin sangkar di Kelurahan Sepanjang Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan sebagai pengembangan masyakarat agar memiliki kemandirian dan kemapanan secara ekonomi. Melalui karya seni dalam bentuk desain produk diharapkan mampu memberikan implementasi dalam bentuk Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) yaitu desain produk industri. Melalui program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontri­busi yang baik dengan perkembangan usaha yang dimiliki oleh mitra sehingga dikemudian hari dapat memberikan continued effort pada bidang yang sama.

Balassuka Village is a village located in the Tombolo Pao District in the eastern part of Gowa Regency with a distance of around 88 km from the city of Sungguminasa, and a distance of 15 km from the capital district with a total area of approximately 29 km2. The village with its various problems in the economic, social, educational, health, religious and cultural fields is in need for problem solving and for village development program. The objective of STIBA Makassar Community Service Program (KKN) in Balassuka Village was to implement higher education tri dharma on the pillar of community service. The method of community service (PkM) implementation was started by conducting a field survey using an independently-made instrument, and afterwards an SOAR analysis was performed for the purposes of preparing the KKN programs. KKN programs were generally divided into three those were the Koran education program, training, and community development. The Koran Education Programs were TK/ TPA, Dirosa (Koran Learning Program for Adult), Tahsinul Qira’ah, and discourse of the book Qawaid Qur'aniyah. Training programs included funeral arrangement training. Community development Program included Friday sermon, Taklim for youth and common people, brief Islamic speech every Magrib; Friday for worship; majlis taklim; and coaching for young mosque caretakers. The results of KKN activities show that the community and local government are very enthusiastic and grateful for the benefits they obtained from the implementation of KKN students’ work programs in Balassuka Village. In terms of knowledge, the community has experienced the development of Islamic insight. In terms of skills a change is seen in the recitation of makhraj and tajweed in reading the Koran. In terms of affection, the community begins to realize and be enthusiastic in performing worship that is based on proper and correct religious knowledge.

The general theme of the 2020 Community Service Program is “Community Empowerment”. Meanwhile, the special theme is "Entrepreneurship". The implementation time starts from August 3 to September 3, 2020, in Onekore Village, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency. On the program. With this special theme, the main activity carried out is supporting entrepreneurship in Onekore Village. The purpose of implementing this activity is that students are expected to gain learning experience through direct involvement in the community in finding, formulating, solving, and overcoming problems in the field. In this KKN activity, the problems found were the lack of utilization of existing garden products, namely bananas. So far, it is consumed by boiling or eating it without further processing. Olso besides, we also found woven products from weaving that were difficult to market. Students socialize and practice entrepreneurship as an effort to solve problems faced by weaving craftsmen. Efforts made to help the household economy include making flower pots and making wallets made from woven fabrics. Supporting activities during the Community Service Program are assisting with the administration of the Village, community service, building a gate for the Indonesian Independence Day, making sample gardens, socializing COVID-19 and, health service for the elderly.

The Village

The aim of the Community Service Program, Kuliah Kerja Nyata- Pembelajaran dan Pemberdayaan Kepada Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) is to improve the skills of society in Sindanglaya village, Cinangka. The problem faced does not know the use the waste of plastic to produce the useful and selling value products. The method of implementing this service is through (1) Survey through observation, interviews, and analysis of problems and potential of the village, (2) Training on making paving block from the waste of plastic. The results of this program are increasing knowledge and skills of the community regarding training on making paving block from the waste of plastic. This program is expected to facilitate the community in increasing their knowledge and skills in processing the waste materials into products that are useful and have selling value, therefore that the societies in Sindanglaya become productive communities.

The Village

Small entrepreneurs producing presto fish processed food in the village of Jogotirto Berbah experience problems in the fish processing process. The pressure tool used has not been optimal considering the length of time it takes to soften the fish and the inefficient fuel. This service program is designed to provide transfer of fish softening technology using the central steam method. Community service was carried out in the village of Jogotirto Berbah Sleman, involving 12 small entrepreneurs. The service provider provides training on using pressure tools with the central steam method for 2 sessions. Pengabdi provides pressure tools for the central steam method to small entrepreneurs and provides assistance for 5 months. The results of applying this method increased productivity by 50% and increased fuel efficiency by 40% so that the income of small entrepreneurs increased by 50% every month.

                                                         AbstrakKegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat dari Lembaga Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Pembinaan Pengelolaan Manajemen Usaha dan E-Marketing pada Pelaku Usaha Industri Mikro Pengrajin Sepatu di Kecamatan Medan Denai.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan pengrajin Sepatu yang akan menjadi Mitra pengabdian masyarakat yaitu Jondy Shoes dan Whindy Shoes. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 8 (delapan) bulan dengan target luaran utama adalah publikasi jurnal ilmiah pengabdian masyarakat, memperoleh ijin usaha, mempunyai website dann peningkatan wawasan dan keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  ini adalah  pendekatan partisipatif, pendekatan kognitif, pendekatan afektif dan pendekatan keterampilan dan tahapan tahapan yang digunakan adalah persiapan, investigasi, transformasi. Incubation, verification, implementation, evaluasi, pengembangan secara bertahap yang dimulai dengan Plan, do, action, check. Selanjutnya para mitra sudah mempunyai email dan webblog sebagai sarana promosi usaha yang mitra jalankan dan sudah memiliki izin usaha dan telah terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi Kota medan. Kata Kunci: manajemen usaha, e-marketing                                                        AbstractThe activities of the public service program of the community service Society or LP2M Univesity of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara aims to perform the construction Management Business Management and E-Marketing in Micro Industry Trade Craftsmen shoes in Medan Denai. This outreach activities involving craftsmen shoes that will become a partner of public service i.e. Jondy Whindy Shoes and Shoes. Public service was conducted for 8 (eight) months with the outer primary target was the publication of the scientific journal public service, obtaining a business license, have increased insight and dann website skills. Methods used in this outreach activity is a participatory approach, the approach of cognitive, affective and approach the approach phase and stage skills used are preparation, investigation, transformation. Empowerment have keeping the River Health  by using the Float Trash Can in Tanjung Seteko Village Indralaya sub distric Ogany Ilir Regency.  Provide alternative solutions that could be applied in order to overcome the bad habits people taking out the trash into the river. Maintenance of order and cleanliness of the river tributaries in the village of Tanjung Seteko Indralaya District . This activities are expected to provide tangible benefits to the target audience , as: 1 ) . Society has a floating trash . 2 ) . Society will be protected from various diseases caused by waste dumped into the river . The Community Service activities consciousness will arise to always maintain the cleanliness of the river , Trash Floating  is one of the main of the solution in addressing the problems of waste in the water , floating trash can is a design environment technology in the form of floating garbage which is applied through simple methods and technologies to optimize the role of communities around the river in South Indralaya to get used to dispose of waste in place and eliminate bad habits not to throw garbage into the river.

A fundamental change in the government system in Indonesia after the reforms is the implementation of decentralization and real regional autonomy. Giving village funds is a form of fulfilling the village's rights for the implementation of its own autonomy to grow and develop following diversity, participation, autonomy, empowerment, democratization of the community and increasing the role of the village government in order to provide services and improve the welfare of the community in areas that are adrift . Therefore, this study aims to reveal the impact of village fund policies on improving people's welfare and reducing unemployment in Ponggok Village, Tegalrejo Village, and Kalangan Klaten Village. Ponggok village was chosen because it is a pilot village that has managed to manage village funds provided for the welfare of its people. Ponggok Village uses its village funds to provide infrastructure to support the sustainability of Ponggok Tourism Village, conduct training programs, toilets for each house, as well as other assistance that can improve the welfare of its citizens, and the entire community participates in the programs. As a result, the program can significantly reduce unemployment. Tegalrejo Village uses its village funds to improve village infrastructure and train its community. Desa Kalangan uses its village funds to improve village infrastructure, reforestation, training and community development. However, the results of the management of the village fund of the two villages have not been able to improve the economy and reducing unemployment, due to the lack of community participation in the programs being implemented. Keywords: regional autonomy, village funds, community welfare, unemployment

The aim of this community service activities are (1) to identify the potential of yard to be developed into yard farming; (2) to identify the level of public participation in the development of yard farming; and (3) to increase the community’s active role in the implementation of yard farming development. Implementation of the community service carried out in the village of the District Muntuk Dlingo.The activities are manifested into counseling and interviews to the public figures and civil society. Counseling is conducted using face-to-face interview and a discussion in regards to development of farm yard. Interview is conducted on public figures and civil society regardless to the participation on the counselling. The results found that the Muntuk Village has a big potential of yard to be developed as a farming yard. The result also found that Muntuk villagers have high participation rates and high active role to develop the program. Participation and active role of the community indicated a desire to try to take advantage of yard before the rainy season.

The main problem responded by partners is Karang Taruna as a business effort in Warnasari, one of which has not yet formed a commitment to make partnerships in planning in its area, because of the lack of resources and capital owned.The purpose of this community service program is to educate business actors related to the potential of existing agrotourism with the resources needed to build partnerships through private-public partnerships needed to develop existing tourism potential.The methodology of implementation in community service is divided into 3 (three) The result of community service activities in the village of Warnasari, Pangalengan Sub-district, Bandung Regency, was to build a public private partnership so that forming an MOU also gained the ability to manage tourism in the village of Warnasari, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency.The impact of community service activities is the assistance of youth organizations as an aid to businesses and village apparatus in developing existing potential through private public partnerships developed by the MOU.The benefit of community service activities is the achievement of the welfare of the people of Warnasari Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, with tourism support in the area.

The research problem is what is the form of the community's role in preserving springs and what factors influence the community's role in preserving springs in Budo Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with the informants are the government, community leaders, and residents. The results of this study indicate that: The forms of the role of the people of Budo Village play a role in preserving the springs in the village, including 1) by providing motivation and direction to residents, 2) giving the advice to preserve the springs, 3) maintain cleanliness and sustainable 4) maintain survival and provide assistance funds, 5) Be active in community service activities and provide assistance as needed, 6) Take part in preserving springs and being active in site arrangement activities. Some factors encourage or influence so that the need for efforts to conserve springs in Budo Village, Wori District. The factors meant include 1) springs as village assets, 2) springs as a source of life, 3) water as necessities, 4) water is very important for the population.
