This study aims to analyze the influence of need, convenience and trust on the intensity of using the mobile health application to perform laboratory examinations on Pramita Lab Surabaya patients. This research is important because the intensity of the use of the mobile health application is influenced by the needs, convenience and trust of patients in the mobile health application. The sample in this study were all 108patients using the mobile health application at Pramita Lab Surabaya. The research design used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach with an emphasis on theory testing through measurement of research variables through distributing research questionnaires. The distribution of research questionnaires was carried out using probability sampling techniques. The analysis technique in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The results showed that the variables of need, convenience and trust had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the intensity of using the mobile health application in patients at Pramita Lab Surabaya. The result also show that there is a positive and significant influence on the need, convenience and trust on the intensity of using the mobile health application by patients at Pramita Lab Surabaya.

This study aims: (1) To test organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (2) To test job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (3) To test organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously affect turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. This research was conducted at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. There were 78 respondents who were selected as samples using the Slovin formula and random sampling techniques. The research method uses survey methods and types of quantitative research. While the nature of this research includes explanatory research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using the IBM Version 24 SPSS program. The results of the study are: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted; (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted; (3) Organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted. This study aims to analyze the effect of networking, online sales, offline sales, and training on the trust of members of the Karya Utama Sejati cooperative. This research is important because optimal member trust can be influenced by Networking, online sales, offline sales, and training at Koperasi Karya Utama Sejati. The sample in this study were all members of the Karya Utama Sejati cooperative, totaling 58 people. The research design used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach with an emphasis on theory testing through measurement of research variables through distributing research questionnaires. The analysis technique in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The results showed that the networking variables had an effect on member trust, online sales had an effect on member trust, offline sales had an effect on member trust and training had an effect on the trust of members of the Karya Utama Sejati Cooperative and there was a simultaneous influence on networking, online sales, offline sales and training on trust members of the Karya Utama Sejati cooperative. The advice that can be given to the Karya Utama Sejati cooperative is to improve networking, online sales, offline sales, and training to maximize the trust of cooperative members and achieve the vision and mission of the cooperative.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the research variables including the insertion of Islamic economics, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity on interest in saving at Islamic banks in high school/MA students at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This research is a quantitative research using ex-post facto method. The population and sample in this study were students of SMA/MA Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School class XI IIS with a total of 378 and the number of samples used was 100 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the insertion of Islamic economics learning and the social environment had a significant effect on students' saving interest in Islamic banks, while product knowledge and religiosity variables had no effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks. Simultaneously, the insertion of Islamic economics learning, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks in the students of the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang.Key word: Economic Learning Insert Sharia Economics, Product Knowledge, Social Environment, Religiosity, Interest in Savings in Islamic Banks

Quality human resources are needed in obtaining the success of the company. This study aims to determine the analysis of social, personal, cultural and psychological influences on purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones in Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample of 50 people who bought at Samsung Experience Store in Surabaya who filled out questionnaires which were already recorded customers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that social, personal, cultural and psychological influences simultaneously on purchasing decisions in Surabaya. As well as social, personal, cultural and psychological influences partially on the purchasing decisions of Samsung experiene store smartphones in Surabaya. The higher the social, personal, cultural and psychological well the higher the level of purchasing decisions.

<p>This research aims to find the effect of produck knowledge, brand image, brand ambassador against purchasing decisions top white coffie products in students of the faculy of economics and Islamic busines (FEBI) IAIN Kudus 2016-2017. Many factors motivate consumers to make purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions are consumer behavior in deciding whether to buy a product or not. Usually consuimers will consider before going to decide on a purchase a product that will buy. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this study amounted to 1.091 Student. While the sample used 92 student. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge has an effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects purchasing decisions and brand ambassador influences decision making. And together Product Knowledge, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador influence purchasing decisions.</p>

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat orang tua memilih sekolah di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dengan populasi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang tahun 2017 dan sampelnya siswa/siswi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang berjumlah 120 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analissi data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskidastisitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda., teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket, dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sarana dan Prasasara, kualifikasi akademik guru, dan kompetensi lulusan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 Semarang, 2) Produk pendidikan dan biaya pendidikan tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 SemarangKata Kunci:Faktor-faktor,minat,orangtua,Sekolah menengah kejuruan.Abstract This study aims to explore the factors that influence parents' interest in choosing a school at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. This type of research is a quantitative research approach with a population of class X of SMK 2 Semarang in 2017 and a sample of students in grade X of SMKN 2 Semarang totaling 120 respondents. The instruments used were questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis technique used the analysis prerequisite test using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskidasticity test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, data collection techniques with questionnaires, and data processing using the SPSS version 20 program. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Earning Ratio (DER), Price to Earning Ratio (PER), and Exchange Rate Against Stock Returns. This research was conducted on all Property and Real Estate companies listed on the IDX. The number of samples taken was 36 companies using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that ROE had a positive and significant effect on stock returns. DER has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, PER has a significant negative effect on stock returns. The exchange rate has a negative effect and is not significant to stock returns. Investors and other interested parties are expected to pay attention to changes to ROE, DER, and PER because they have an influence on stock returns, which will later consider investment strategy decisions to minimize risks and maximize returns obtained. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media, location, store atmosphere on purchase intention at the friend's cafe in Sampang. This type of research is quantitative research using a conclusive classification: data collection techniques using non-probability sampling classification and judgmental techniques. The number of samples used in this study was as many as 100 respondents who knew and had accessed the Instagram account of Teman Sehati café. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results show that social media positively and significantly affect purchase intention at Teman Sehati cafe in Sampang. There is a significant influence of location on purchase intention at the Teman Sehati cafe Sampang; the store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of a Teman Sehati café in Sampang. Café Teman Sehati is expected to be able to design outlets in such a way as to increase customer convenience with a positive store atmosphere. In addition, it is expected to consider the location to increase consumer purchase intention. Further research can use newer variables such as convenience, promotion, or service quality.

Taxpayer awareness is one of the roles to win regional development. Taxpayers who agree will be properly and properly subject to the main provisions in the predetermined tax revenue. This study aims to influence the e-filling and wp policies on the level of compliance with the submission of land and building tax returns in the Dukuh Menanggal Village, Surabaya. This study uses questionnaire data collection methods and documentation. The data obtained in this study are from respondents' questionnaire answers using probability sampling techniques obtained as many as 95 samples. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and t test and f test. The results obtained in this study, namely E-Filling and Taxpayer policy, have a significant impact on the level of competence of delivering tax returns on land and buildings in Kelurahan Dukuh Menanggal Surabaya.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze (1) the simultaneous significant influence of transparency, accountability and community participation in managing village fund allocation to village development. (2) partially significant influence of transparency in the management of village fund allocation on village development. (3) partially significant influence of accountability in the management of village fund allocations on village development, (4) partially significant influence of community participation in managing village fund allocations on village development. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the village of Gurung Turi, East Manggarai Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that overall the variables of transparency, accountability and community participation in the Village Fund Allocation Management had an influence on Village Development. The principles of transparency, accountability and community participation have been implemented. With the implementation of the three principles of transparency, accountability, and community participation it has an influence on village development by showing the level of development of the desert village that has begun to increase.
