It is proposed to consider a digital person as the latest stage of human development as a major object and subject of information relations in the information society at the latest stages of its development; as a postmodern type of a homo sapiens capable of processing information, creating new information phenomena, interconnections and structures. It is substantiated that the transition to a digital person occurred due to convergence of technologies of artificial intelligence, machine training and powerful databases capable of using an unlimited amount of information for its processing, classification and multiple use. The attention is drawn to the fact that a digital person is, first of all, a person of new moral values, which immerses in the virtual reality of simulations and increasingly perceives the world as a digital game environment, realizing its conventionality, controllability of its parameters and the possibility of exiting it.

A new estate of post-industrial societies is being continuously formed in many parts of the world, where creating, conveying, storing and processing information are the basis of almost all social and business interactions. However, a so-called information society could prove to be very different in distinguished countries due to a special social structure, customs, traditions, market conditions and identities of people. Beside Silicon Valley and Singapore, Finland may be handled as a model state of information society as its achieve-ment of combining the new, information-based economy with the previously formed welfare state. In this paper I examine the system of the Finnish information society focusing on its structure and main components (i. e. the state, the adapting society and the information sector), which is followed by a summary of general spatial processes, challenges and regional policy answers as an impact of information society.

We describe the various methodological approaches to the measurement of today's global information and communication environment. It is shown that the image of the world of adolescents is influenced by diverse and divergent information flows, which are the source of communicative and cognitive needs, finding the ways of social and psychological adaptation, compensation, personal difficulties. This process creates special risks for adolescent socialization, adaptation, personal development. Based on the analysis of current research, we reveal the positive and negative aspects of the impact of modern information and communication technologies on the formation of adolescent identity. Online distribution of large volumes of information creates uncontrolled "cultural chaos" and blurs cultural identity, but also promotes the development of skills to design a virtual identity that can be seen as an integral part of the formation of the person in the new information society. We substantiate the direction of psycho-pedagogical support of socialization in the information society.

The article identifies the moral values of professional activity in information society on the basis of the systematic approach. Informatization of society in the 21st century entered a new stage of its development. The new information environment aims at forming certain ideological and axiological priorities, according to which the value characteristics of information society change and reproduce. One of the most important value areas in information society is professional activity, whose moral values - mutual responsibility, loyalty to duty, tolerance, decency, and focus on cooperation - develop during personal professionalization. Subsequently, in the course of professional work, professional conscience, duty, responsibility, dignity, tact, etc. develop. Professionalism is the most important moral value of professional activity; however, it should not be limited to the sum of professional knowledge and skills. A true professional has a developed, based on value orientations, moral culture, deep understanding of his professional duty, the most scrupulous attitude to professional honor, a high degree of professional responsibility. The success of his activities, the integrity of his personality, and his creative self-expression in the chosen profession depend on his professional and moral principles - their unity and consistency. The article deals with the language Weltbild of spiritual and moral values as an integral part of the Weltbild of a particular people and its identification code that forms the person’s attitude to the world and sets the norms of his behavior. Language as a moral category, stores peoples’ knowledge about their environment and ambience and contributes to shaping worldview common for its native speakers. Linguistic consciousness of the people stores not only their past and defines the future, but preserves spiritual and moral values as well. Spiritual and moral values reflect the attitude of men to the universe and set the norms of their behavior. In the natural language that reproduces a certain way of conceptualizing the world, meanings are arranged in a system of values shared by the native speakers of a certain culture. Weltbild that reflects spiritual and moral values of a particular people, is verbalized in the language Weltbild. The power of a word should not be underestimated as with the worlt does not only start the real life of homo sapiens but his spiritual life too. Words are always used to induce people to change their inner and outer lives. The commandments passed through language turn it from the means of communication into one of the highest spiritual values. Language always affects men, inspiring them, destroying them and urging them to act.

The paradox of the existence of the species Homo sapiens is that we do not even know: Who are we? Why are we? Where did you go from? Why? At all times - from antiquity to our time - the philosophers touched on this topic. It takes an important place in all religions of the world. These eternal questions include gender issues. In the religious systems of the religions of the Abrahamic tradition there is no single answer to the question of which sex was the first person. Recently, British scientists have even tried to prove that Eve is 84 thousand years older Adam

The article makes a comprehensive attempt to classify the cultural war as a semantic manipulative phenomenon in a new type of information society. The features and causes of development of identity crisis in the context of semantic manipulations of media reality are outlined. The urgency of the research is that a new information age is filled with insidious meanings that offers a system of the same insidious information procedural “performances”. In its turn they are embodied in long held images, forming an entirely new semantic system, and creating a space of permanent action, in which the choice remains for a person of a new information age, who reveals a considerable level of intellectual skill through dialogue or protest, or, on the contrary, acts according to normalized, “dictated”, imposed cult, from which the principles of whole culture are emerging. The result of individual outbreaks of resistance to “information performances” through the collective will of the nation, which seems to be a muscle, which is intensively practiced in the light of the Rusian-Ukrainian war, is justified by the need to preserve the skills of the society to create the nation, or the nation’s identity. One can concede that at the level of nation there is emergence of greatest amount of conflicts associated with the attempt to destroy the cultural core (the nucleus of the nation), which is formed from the norms, standards, values of a certain ethnic group. The main function of such a nucleus is providing for a system of formed cultural codes in order to preserve the nation’s identity. Summing up the results of the research, the author comes to the conclusion that the typology of the cultural war proposed is conditional, but it gives grounds to talk about the symptomatic appearance of semantic disorientation and the identity crisis. In this situation, understanding and differentiation on the basis of own “mental identifier” will become extremely important in order to consolidate the individuals in terms of new conditions.

This article is devoted to analysis of the modern problems of book publishing in the context of national information space. Development of the Ukrainian state is impossible without development of national book publishing, which is a part of its information space. In Ukraine, as one of the post-Soviet states, the formation of new information and communication system is based on its own information tradition, mentality and features of spiritual culture of the Ukrainians. It plays an important role in shaping culture, spirituality, comprehensive vision and consciousness of the nation. They were and they are a source of knowledge and the most effective way of its transfer. The transience of processes occurring the era of information society, radical socio-economic reforms, sectoral technological revolution requires the continuous scientific researches and analysis, identifying the trends in publishing industry as one of the most important factors in the state’s democratic progress. The author summarizes the development of book publishing of Ukraine and shows its role and place in the modern information society. The study of the modern book publishing is impossible without digression into the past, without finding out the roots of studying of the analysis object. The specific problems of the book industry are identified. It is concluded that in the modern Ukraine the publishing business has intensified, although the positive changes are taking place very slowly: the appropriate economic conditions for development of the publishing industry have not been created, the equipment are outdated; editorial, publishing and printing equipment of domestic manufacture are nonavailable; introduction of advanced technology are low; purchasing ability of the population is low; the sales network of printed products has been destroyed and so on. The businesses are becoming increasingly uneconomical. We propose some measures to improve this situation, strengthening the role of industry in the national information space. The key to improve the situation may be systematic and persistent efforts of the Ukrainian government to support the industry. The reason is that a comprehensive study requires from the performers not only historical knowledge, but also economic, managerial, psychological, political efforts and so on. The most important thing that the society and the state should need is the component of doctrine of information security in the context of the national security

About 10,000 years ago, at the beginning of the agriculturalrevolution, on the whole earth lived between 5 and 8 million hunter-gatherers, all belonging to the Homo sapiens species. Five thousand years later, freed from the primary needs for survival, some belonging to that species enjoyed the privilege of devoting themselves to philosophical speculation and the search for transcendental truths. It was only in the past two hundred years, however, with the advent of the Industrial Revolution, that reaping nature’s secrets and answering fundamental questions posed by the Universe have become for many full-time activities, on the way to becoming a real profession. Today the number of scientists across the globe has reached and exceeded 10 million, that is, more than the whole human race 10,000 years ago. If growth continues at the current rate, in 2050 we will have 35 million people committed full-time to scientific research. With what consequences, it remains to be understood. For almost forty years I myself have been concerned with science in a continuing, direct, and passionate way. Today I perceive, along with many colleagues, especially of my generation, that things are evolving and have changed deeply, in ways unimaginable until a few years ago and, in some respects, not without danger. What has happened in the world of science in recent decades is more than likely a mirror of a similar and equally radical transformation taking place in modern society, particularly with the advent ...
