The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence and the relationship between leadership style and employee performance. The data collected through a sample to represent the entire population and data collection using a questionnaire. The method used is descriptive method with data collection through questionnaires and observations. The T test results show a significant effect of leadership style on employee performance, it is proven that the variable (X) leadership style and variable (Y) employee performance have a significant value of 0.00 less than 0.05, so it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted with significantly strong. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dan hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui sampel untuk mewakili seluruh populasi dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket dan observasi. Hasil uji T menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terbukti bahwa variabel (X) gaya kepemimpinan dan variabel (Y) kinerja karyawan memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga disimpulkan hipotesis diterima dengan sangat kuat.

<p>The purpose of this study was to influence of leadership style on employee performance in institution Bumi Damai Madiun. The sample in this study all existing employees in the institution Bumi Damai Madiun, totaling 34 people. Data collection using questionnaires. In analyzing the data used statistical methods to test the product moment correlation is valid whether or not the instruments used and the method of regression tests for testing the hypothesis put forward in this study. </p>The results showed that leadership style has relationships and a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. It is obtained from the correlation test that shows the value of rhitung is rtabel 0.339 0.740 whereas, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value rhitung ≥ rtabel (0.740 ≥ 0.339) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 to show that leadership style has a relationship with employee performance on Institute <br /> Bumi Damai Madiun.  Further test results were also obtained Fisher, Fhitung value is 38.843 while the F table at 4.149, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value Fcount Ftabel ≥ (≥ 38.843 4.149) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which indicates that there is the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. Besides t test results obtained, is 6.232 whereas tcount ttabel of 2.037, on the other hand is 0.000 while the value Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that tcount ≥ TTable (6.232 ≥ 1.694) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which shows that there are different leadership style influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. R 2 of 0.548 results showed that 54.8% of employees affected by the performance variable leadership style, while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other factors.

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge, ability and experience of work to the performance of employee at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja. The object of research is the performance of employees at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja. This type of research is associative quantitative, the type of data is primary data, and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. While the type of sample used is a saturated sample, with samples are the entire population of employees at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja of 43 persons.            The results showed that there was no influence between knowledge to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja, with the results of tcount <ttable (1,122 <2,023), there was no influence between ability to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja, with tcount < ttable (1,861 <2,023), there is a influence between work experience to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja, with t test results where tcount > ttable value (4,110> 2,023), and there are influence of knowledge, ability, and simultaneous work experience to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja with the results of Fcount> Ftable (5.958> 2.85).

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence and related job training has on employee performance. The data was collected through the sample using random sampling of the population to represent the entire population and data collection using a questionnaire. The method used is the descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results of the t-test there is a significant effect between job training on employee performance, it is proven that the variable (X) job training and variable (Y) employee achievement has a significant value less than 0.05, namely 0.00 <0.05), This is evidenced by the significance value on the t-test obtained a significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted with strong significance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of job training on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Cab. Pondok Timur Indah Bekasi. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui sample dengan cara random sampling atas populasi untuk mewakili seluruh populasi dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil uji t terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan kerja terhadap prestasi karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan bahwa variabel (X) pelatihan kerja dan variabel (Y) prestasi karyawan memiliki nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,00 < 0,05),  Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi pada uji t diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima dengan signifikan kuat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap prestasi karyawan di PT. Pegadaian Cab. Pondok Timur Indah Bekasi.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The object of this study are employees of Bank bjb Branch Tangerang. This study was conducted on 64 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression.The results of this study addressed that in partial leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of the partial test (t test) to address the significance of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results on this study can be accepted by the statement that the influence of leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance bjb Bank Branch Tangerang.

This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu Utara, which amounted to 96 employees by taking a minimum sample of employees. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multipleregression analysis. This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu Utara, which amounted to 96 employees by taking a minimum sample of employees. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results found that: (1) Reward significantly influencedthe performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the t test results show the value of t sig for the variable Reward value (X1) Namely, thit &gt; t (4.123 &gt; 1.98580) and (sig α = 0.000 &lt; 0.050) means that Hα is accepted and H0α/2 is rejected. (2) Punishment significantly influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with t test results showed the value of t sig for the Punishment Value Variable (X2) &gt; t(α / 2) (2.929 &gt;1.98580) and (sig α = 0.004 &lt; 0.050 means that Hα was accepted and H0 was rejected. (3) Reward and Punishment Variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the results of the F test hypothesis above obtained by F count of 99.917 with Ftable value of 3.09 that is (99.917 &gt; 3.09) and (sig α =0.000 &lt; 0.050), then it can be concluded that H3 is accepted.Keywords : Reward, Punishment and employee performance

This study aims to describe the effect of salary and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Unilastindo Interbuana Pandaan simultaneously, partially and most dominantly. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data analysis techniques that are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The validity test results obtained by the calculated r value of the variable salary, incentives and employee performance is greater than the value of r proven valid tables and the reliability test results obtained a reliable value of salary, incentives and proven reliable employee performance. Based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous), known the value of sig. F count is 0.00 because the significance value of F is less than 0.05, the regression analysis model is significant. T test results explain, that the salary and incentive variables significantly influence employee performance variables, because the salary is significant 0.018 <0.05 and the incentive is significant 0.012 <0.05. The most dominant incentive variable influences employee performance, this is indicated by the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta incentive variable is greater than the salary variable. Influenced by indicators include: performance, length of work, seniority, needs, fairness and eligibility, job evaluation.

Employee performance is an appearance of employee work both in quantity and high quality employee performance will support organizational productivity. This type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is used to examine a sample of the population with the analytical test method n = Number of Samples N = Number of population, and E = Precision determined or the percentage of non-precision looseness. With the results employees have problems with the transformational leadership style that is applied by the restaurant employee supervisor at the Makassar Marcure Hotel Nexa Pettarani. The relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance is strengthened from the results of the regression analysis. The regression test results showed significant results on the transformational leadership variable on performance by 0.104 smaller than the error tolerance α = 0.05.Kinerja karyawan merupakan penampilan hasil kerja karyawan baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas kinerja karyawan yang tinggi akan mendukung produktivitas organisasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk meneliti suatu sampel dari populasi dengan metode uji analisis n = Jumlah Sampel N = Jumlah populasi, dan E = Persisi yang di tetapkan atau presentase kelonggaran ketidak telitian. Dengan hasil karyawan memiliki permasalahan dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh atasan karyawan Restoran Pada Hotel Marcure Makassar Nexa Pettarani. Keterkaitan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja karyawan diperkuat dari hasil analisis regresi. Hasil uji regresi secara menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan pada variabel kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,104 lebih kecil dari toleransi kesalahan α = 0,05.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance In PD.Pasar Makassar Raya. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The population in this study were 156 PD.Pasar Makassar Raya employees. Sampling using Slovin formula and obtained as many as 61 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance on PD. Pasar Makassar Raya. From the test results 1) the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 2) the work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 3) then the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract. Scrapbook is an activity of sticking paper that comes from scraps into a book, many of which are known as memorabilia. This activity can also be done during learning process in the classroom which is expected to motivate students in learning because it involves students in learning. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of scrapbook media on students’ learning motivation in geography lesson in SMP Negeri 41 Palembang. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling with the purpose and consideration of taking the subject as the sample of this study is that the students from class VII.5 had low motivation in learning. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the hypothesis Ha ac-cepted, then there is a significant relationship between scrapbook media and students’ learning motivation in Geography lesson, indicated by the test results of which t stat (4.179)> t_tabel (2.032). This means there is a significant relationship between scrapbook media and students’ learning motivation in geography subjects. Based on the findings, it is recommended that further research on scrapbook media pays attention of the drawback of this media so as to conduct a bet-ter learning process.Abstrak. Scrapbook merupakan kegiatan menempel kertas yang berasal dari barang sisa ke dalam sebuah buku, yang banyak di kenal sebagai memorabilia. Kegiatan itu dapat juga dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas yang diharapkan dapat memotivasi siswa dalam belajar sebab dalam kegiatan belajar melibatkan siswa dalam belajar di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan media scrapbook terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran geografi kelas VII Di SMP Negeri 41 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dengan tujuan dan pertimbangan pengambilan subjek atau sam-pel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII.5 dikarenakan rendahnya motivasi siswa dalam pembela-jaran di kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis Ha diterima, maka terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara media scrapbook dengan motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran geografi, ditunjukkan dengan hasil pen-gujian Artinya, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara media scrapbook terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada peneliti selanjutnya dalam meneliti penggunaan media scrapbook dengan memperhatikan kekurangan dalam menggunakan media scrapbook sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Untuk mendukung penelitian lain yang sejenis perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan lebih mendalam baik secara eksperimen maupun metode lainnya.

The development of an agency is the duty of a leader to make it happen. In this case the leader needs qualified subordinates or employees to realize this vision. Leaders must be able to influence their employees to be responsible for completing their work. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between leadership style and employee performance in Sidoarjo Dr Soekandar Hospital Mojosari Hospital. The design in this study was cross-sectional. This study's population were all employees of the Mojosaris hospital as many as 90 employees; the sampling technique was total sampling. The sample in this study is Mojosari hospital employees totaling 90 employees. The crosstabs test results using SPSS 25.0 showed that more dominant in using the strategic leadership style. Results can be seen that respondents with sufficient performance. The leadership style in the Moderate category was more than the leadership style in the high categories. 16 (57%) of respondents. Meanwhile, respondents with good performance. The high category's leadership style was far more than the leadership style in the medium category 47 (75%) of respondents. So it can be concluded that the better the leadership applied by the head of the hospital. The better the quality and quantity of employee performance at the hospital. In advancing the institution, cooperation between leaders and employees is needed. Leaders must be able to understand the character of employees and the conditions they face in order to create an effective leadership style. The implementation of an effective leadership style can improve the quality and quantity of employee performance.
