In the implementation of the activities of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) every month it is necessary to prepare a monthly report by the Secretariat of the National Police Commission to be reported to the Chair of the National Police, so that it can be used as a benchmark for the implementation of Kompolnas performance. However, making monthly reports is often late and mistaken because there are factors that influence, including: data storage such as official travel administration and irregular activity schedules making it difficult to find data, difficult to monitor ongoing activities, many activities implemented and others. In this regard, a desktop-based information system for the implementation of Kompolnas is required. The research method uses Research and Development to create a desktop-based Kompolnas activity information system. Meanwhile, the data teaching technique used literature study and field study (interview and document examination). Then the system development method used is the waterfall method which has several stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, coding & testing, program implementation, and maintenance. The research resulted in a supporting information system for compiling a monthly report on Kompolnas activities because data on Kompolnas activities such as reference documents, orders, materials, photos / videos, are easy to input and can be viewed, downloaded and printed. In doing so, it can realize a paperless office, thus giving the printer paper, ink and time.

Pamulang University is a successful and growing private university located in South Tangerang City. Of course, University of Pamulang has many assets to support its activities. But currently the University of Pamulang does not yet have an internal information system to control the assets owned. There is no asset management information system that will certainly experience difficulties in tracking asset data. Solution to overcome existing problems, of course, it requires an asset management information system that can run asset management more efficiently and structured, and facilitate the data collection of assets, data collection of assets based on their conditions, grouping assets based on their types and making it easier to search asset data. The system development used is waterfall. This model consists of requirement analysis, system and software design, implementation and unit system, system testing, operation and maintenance. The tools used in this research are Windows 10 pro 64 bit operating system, sublime text 3, and the database used as data storage is XAMPP. The final results of this research resulted in an Asset Management Information System at the Web-Based University of  Pamulang.


South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

Today the development of technology has been increasing rapidly as well as the use of android smartphones in the field of information systems. It is familiar among the public because it can help in getting the information in a fast and accurate way particularly in an emergency situation. Human needs for information, one of them is information of health facilities in collaboration with Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) or Agency of Social Security. The purpose of this study is to produce an Android-based application that can facilitate the public in getting information of health facilities in collaboration with BPJS in Palangkaraya. The method applied in the system development in this study is the Waterfall model which consists of five stages, namely, need analysis, system of design, program code writing, program testing, and program implementation. In addition, in creating process,  the program uses Android studio software with java programming language and XAMPP connection database, up to UML (Unifield Modeling Language) to depict the system to be made. From this study, the test result shows that the functionality of the BPJS health facility Geographic Information System (GIS) in Palangkaraya City is going well and is in accordance with its function. This android-based application system can display online maps of BPJS health facility locations as well as detailed information from BPJS health facilities in Palangkaraya

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. CV. Prima Kreasi Framedia is a printing company located in East Jakarta. CV. Prima Kreasi Framedia started its operation in 2013. The main business of printing books, banners, brochures, and others is an affiliated company or not a group's subsidiary, but purely a company that operates independently. But the marketing system on the CV. Prima Kreasi Framedia is still not good enough. The way used in marketing the product is still using print media such as putting up banners and banners and even printing and distributing leaflets. For bookings and purchases, always can not be done online, requiring customers to come directly to the company to make booking and purchase transactions, the way is considered very inefficient. It takes an attractive website to market products and improves services and transactions more effectively and efficiently. The research method used consists of observation, interview, and literature study, while the system development model used is waterfall model, with PHP programming language and database used is MySQL. The result of this research is Website Based Printing Service Sales Information System. The website created can be used to source information about products and can also conduct transactions online efficiently.

Decision Support System is a computerized system designed to increase effectiveness in decision making to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems so that the decision-making process can be of higher quality. One method of solving MADM problems is by using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative of all attributes. This study aims to design and create a system to determine which employees are entitled to receive bonuses, for that we need a decision support for giving employee bonuses decisions. In this study using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The system development model used is a waterfall. Waterfall has several stages, namely needs analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. The results showed the benefits of the SAW method as a decision support system for determining employee bonuses based on the employee performance of PT. Mayatama Solusindo can assist administrators in determining employee bonuses quickly and effectively. So the bonus that employees get using the SAW method is the basic salary times the percentage of the ranking value.

Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City has not yet been approved in computerized activities for recording cash receipts and disbursements such as the use of Basar Books, as well as the use of default applications such as Microsoft Excel, which requires a relatively long usage time, both of which are complementary to report generation. To overcome this problem, a web-based cash receipt and expenditure accounting information system was created at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City using the waterfall system development method. Data collection uses observation, interview, and literature study techniques. The results of this study resulted in the application of an accounting system for cash receipts and uses at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City. Enabling assistance makes it easier for employees to manage cash receipt data and open cash, accelerate the presentation of reports and facilitate the process of finding cash data in and cash out at PT. Untuk mengatasi  permaslahan tersebut, maka dibangun sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas berbasis web pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi sistem akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi. Sehingga membantu memudahkan karyawan dalam pengelolaan data penerimaan kas  dan pengeluaran  kas,  mempercepat  dalam  penyajian  laporan  dan  mempermudah  dalam proses pencarian data kas masuk dan kas keluar pada PT. Abstract Computer needs at this time experience a significant increase this is because the computer becomes a very important item to facilitate a job. Computers are a need that cannot be abandoned and ignored by humans, almost in every field that humans do today requires computers. Until now UD Sastro Jaya is in Sekar Village, Donorojo District, Pacitan Regency in terms of recording, processing data, quantities and price of goods, data of customers and sales transaction data are still carried out using conventional methods, resulting in difficulties and inaccuracies in recording and calculating the number of types of goods, quantity of goods, price of goods and sales transaction data. To process the data processing, it is necessary to develop a computerized goods sales information system. The author uses the VB.NET software and Ms.Access in making the program. The method used in building a sales information system is the method of observation, interviews, literature, data and system analysis, system design, program making, program testing, program implementation. With this sales application, it can help and facilitate the processing of sales data and can accelerate in making reports. Keywords: Sales Information System, Vb. Net Abstrak Kebutuhan komputer pada saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan hal ini dikarenakan komputer menjadi barang yang sangat penting untuk memudahkan suatu pekerjaan. Komputer merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan dan diabaikan oleh manusia, hampir pada setiap bidang yang manusia kerjakan saat ini membutuhkan komputer. Sampai saat ini UD Sastro Jaya yang berada di Desa Sekar, Kecamatan Donorojo Kabupaten Pacitan dalam hal pencatatan, pengolahan data barang, jumlah dan harga barang, data para customer serta data transaksi penjualan masih dilakukan dengan metode konvensional, sehingga terjadi kesulitan dan ketidakakuratan dalam mencatat dan menghitung banyaknya jenis barang, jumlah barang, harga barang dan data transaksi penjualan. Untuk memproses pengolahan data tersebut, diperlukan pembangunan sistem informasi penjualan barang yang terkomputerisasi. Penulis menggunakan software VB.NET dan Ms.Access dalam pembuatan program. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem informasi penjualan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, pustaka, analisis data dan sistem, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program, pengujian program, implementasi program. Dengan adanya aplikasi penjualan ini, maka dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam pengolahan data penjualan serta dapat mempercepat dalam pembuatan laporan.   Kata kunci: Vb. Stock Inventory Information System is a system used to enter inventory data for incoming and outgoing goods into the database, controlling inventory, and providing inventory information. So that there will be no errors in data input, data output, and report results based on the desired data. PT Berkatmas Mulia Guna is a company engaged in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) contractors. Includes new installation of HVAC machines and systems, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. PT Berkatmas Mulia Guna also includes manufacturing HVAC machines such as AHU, FCU, Exhaust Fan, Supply Fan and Heating. A lot of data changes and a long process of stock data collection from suppliers and customers in the process of processing inventory data, will result in inaccurate data obtained. In inventory data collection, recording of incoming and outgoing goods still uses a manual process with excel which can result in duplicate data or duplicate data for processing inventory data. Based on this problem, the authors conducted a study entitled "Inventory Information System Stock Goods at PT. Berkatmas Mulia Guna ”which aims to make it easier to handle the stock inventory process, data entry and exit, delivery of goods, so that the inventory process of goods is faster and more precise. This application system development method uses the waterfall method which consists of six stages. The stages are System Analysis and Design, software requirements analysis, system design, coding, system testing and maintenance. In making this application using a desktop-based website programming language for the Windows operating system, and using the MySql database.
