In the light of the New Normal, the students' attention has moved to computer technology. Thus, this research study investigated the VSU-Isabel students' computer self-efficacy and computer value during the New Normal. The study employed quantitative-descriptive research utilizing the mean and standard deviation of the students' responses in the survey items. It also employed a correlational approach in establishing the relationship between students' computer self-efficacy and computer value. A convenience sampling technique was used to arrive at a sample of 687 student-respondents from 1st year to 5th year. The research study revealed that the students are undecided if they can use computers compared to the other students. Also, it was found out that students agreed about the value of computers. Additionally, the study revealed that there is a significant and low positive correlation, r (685) = .387, p = .01, between the students' computer self-efficacy belief and computer value belief during the New Normal. These findings recommend the expanded use of technology during the new normal such as using different available digital platforms to develop the computer self-efficacy of the students.

This research aims at analyzing the influence of one’s anxiety in using computer (computer anxiety), age and gender on perceived ease of use of e-learning by accounting lecturers through their self-efficacy in using computer (computer self-efficacy). The population used in this research is all 34 lecturers at accounting department in X University and the sample is taken using saturated sampling technique since the number of respondents is limited. The data are collected by distributing questionnaire to lecturers.  The hypotheses are tested using path analysis test. The research results indicate that: (1) Computer anxiety has insignificant influence on perceived ease of use through computer self-efficacy. (2) Respondent’s age has insignificant influence on perceived ease of use through computer self-efficacy. (3) Respondent’s gender has insignificant influence on perceived ease of use through computer self-efficacy.

This study investigated the influence of computer self-efficacy, computer anxiety, and cognitive skills on the use of electronic library resources by social science undergraduates in a tertiary institution in Nigeria. Survey research design was adopted and stratified random sampling technique was used to select 869 sample size from a population of 1452 social science undergraduates across five departments. A total of 793 questionnaire was properly filled and collated which equals a response rate of 91.3% from the population sample. Findings from the study revealed that there were significant relationships among computer selfefficacy, computer anxiety, cognitive skills, and use of electronic library resources by the respondents. Computer self-efficacy, computer anxiety, and cognitive skills individually and jointly had a significant influence on the use of electronic library resources of the respondents. Therefore, library management in the tertiary institution should give due consideration to computer self-efficacy, computer anxiety, and cognitive skills of the respondents when planning to enhance their use of electronic library resources among others.

Institutional repositories have been established in universities globally because of their immense benefits to various stakeholders, especially lecturers. However, the literature has confirmed that institutional repositories are little used by lecturers. Previous studies have examined attitudes and disciplines, for example, but there seems to be no study on anchor and adjustment factors. This study therefore investigated awareness and anchor and adjustment factors as determinants of use of institutional repositories by lecturers in Nigeria. A descriptive survey and a purposive sampling technique were used to select universities that had had functional institutional repositories for at least four years at the time of data collection. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 857 lecturers. The study reveals that awareness and anchor and adjustment factors are determinants of use of institutional repositories by lecturers in Nigerian universities. The study recommends that more awareness programmes should be organized by libraries and that lecturers should constantly use computers to improve their computer self-efficacy and computer playfulness.

Introduction, the success of treatment in chronic renal failure patients with hemodialysis required the existence of self-management and self-efficacy. Previous studies showed that self-efficacy had the influence to bring up self-management behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine patients’ self-management and self-efficacy in chronic renal failure patients who had hemodialysis at Advent’s Hospital Bandung. Methods, this study was a quantitative descriptive research.  The study samples were chosen using consecutive sampling technique. The number of samples was 75 patients. Data were collected using the SMBQ and PEPPI+Life Options DeNovo instruments. Data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive approach with mean value and frequency distribution. The results of self-efficacy in patients with chronic renal failure with hemodialysis was   high (54.7%) and the self-management behavior was in a good category (53.3%). The conclusion of this study is that the patient has a good self-management as well as self-efficacy.  However, this study found the poor category of the partnership in caring aspect. Recommendation There is a need for a strategy to improve the self-management in the partnership in caring aspect by providing emotional support, educating patients related to treatment and care, and evaluating patients’ health development periodically.

The aim of this research is to know the relationship between emotional intelligence, self efficacy and emotional intelligence with self efficacy simultaneously towards the technique mastering of roll kayak slalom The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The research design used in this study was a correlation design with a population of 40 canoeing athletes who were conducting regional training to deal with PON XX Papua, the sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criterion of athletes in training the slalom race number with a sample of 12 athletes , which consists of 6 men and 6 women. The instruments used were emotional intelligence questionnaires, self-efficacy models and eskimoroll technique instruments. The results showed that there was a relationship seen simultaneously there was a strong relationship between emotional intelligence and self efficacy with mastery of techniques roll like slalom. The conclusion of this study states that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and mastery of roll techniques such as slalom, there is a relationship between self-efficacy with mastery of roll techniques like slalom, simultaneously there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with mastery of roll technique like slalom.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between school climate and teacher’s kognitive abilities with motivational in Lebak sectoral Biological teacher Banten Province. Method used in this research was quantitative descriptive method with correlational approach. The subject of this study was SMAN Biology teacher Lebak regency of Banten Province with simple random sampling technique. The data was collected using the school climate instrument, teacher cognitive testing test and teacher motivation instrument with a sample of 60 Biology teachers.The results showed that, 1) There significant correlation between school climate with motivational of Lebak sectoral Biological teacher Banten Province.  From the above research, it can be concluded that school climate are needed to improve teachers' motivation.   Keywords: School climate, motivation Biology  teachers.   Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim sekolah  dengan motivasi guru Biologi di Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional.  Subjek penelitian adalah guru Biologi SMA Negeri Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten dengan teknik pengambilan simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Iklim sekolah, dan kuesioner Motivasi guru dengan sampel sebanyak 60 guru Biologi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen non tes. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji model regresi (α= 0,05) dan uji koefisien korelasi dengan uji Pearson Product Moment (α= 0,05).  Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara Iklim sekolah dengan motivasi guru Biologi. Dari hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklim sekolah yang kondusif sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi guru. Kata kunci: Iklim sekolah dan Motivasi guru Biologi

Social Network Sites (SNSs) are widely used by university students these days. The underlying reasons behind this use vary between academic and nonacademic purposes. The question is whether this use influences the students' academic performance or not. The aim of this study is to answer this question by examining the impact of five potential variables on the use of SNS, and the influence of this usage on the students' academic performance at Palestine Technical University- Kadoorie (PTUK). Five variables are included: the gender, age, faculty, duration of use, and computer self-efficacy. Stratified sampling technique was used to gather the required data, 369 valid survey items were retrieved and analyzed using SPSS 20.0. The findings revealed that among the five variables, only students' faculty and computer self-efficacy have positive influence on SNS use, and SNS use has positive influence on students' academic performance. The researchers recommend that PTUK should adopt strategies that direct students' use of SNS in beneficial ways

<p class="normal">Efikasi diri dapat diartikan sebagai penilaian seseorang tentang kemampuan-kemampuan yang dimiliki individu dalam mencapai sesuatu yang telah ditargetkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan secara deskriptif tentang efikasi diri pada siswa, khususnya kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul sejumlah 282 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>simple random sampling</em>. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan statistik diskriptif berupa frekuensi dan persentase. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri siswa  kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul cenderung menunjukkan kategori sedang. Dari 142 siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 9 siswa (6,34%), efikasi diri dengan kategori rendah sebanyak 35 siswa (24,65%), efikasi diri dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 62 siswa (43,66%), efikasi diri dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 26 siswa (18,31%) dan efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 10 siswa (7,04%). Seyogyanya hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling sebagai upaya untuk membantu meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa.</p><p class="normal"> </p><em>Self-efficacy can be interpreted as someone's assessment of the abilities that individuals have in achieving something that has been targeted. This study aims to provide a descriptive explanation of self-efficacy in students, especially grade VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The subjects used in this study were eighth grade students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul totaling 282 students. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is using descriptive statistics in the form of frequency and percentage. Based on the analysis and discussion, the results showed that the self-efficacy of eighth grade students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul tended to show moderate categories. Based on 142 class VIII students there were students who had self-efficacy in the very low category as many as 9 students (6.34%), self-efficacy in the low category as many as 35 students (24.65%), self-efficacy in the medium category of 62 students (43 , 66%), self-efficacy in the high category as many as 26 students (18.31%) and self-efficacy in the very high category as many as 10 students (7.04%). The results of this study should be a guide for teachers guidance and counseling as an effort to help improve student self-efficacy</em>

UMKM terus berupaya untuk beradaptasi di masa new normal salah satunya dengan menggunakan platform digital untuk memasarkan dan menjual produknya. Media sosial instagram merupakan salah satu platform media sosial yang umumnya diadopsi oleh UMKM sebagai media yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja usahanya. Dalam pemilihan sosial media tentunya terdapat beberapa alasan yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan UMKM seperti compatibility, cost effectiveness dan interactivity. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui melakukan pengujian empiris apakah compatibility, cost effectiveness dan interactivity mampu menjadi prediktor positif terhadap adopsi media sosial Instagram. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah adopsi media sosial Instagram mampu menjadi prediktor positif terhadap kinerja UMKM. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan sampel UMKM di Jakarta yang mengadopsi media sosial Instagram dalam aktivitas usahanya. Data terkumpul sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Compatibility, Cost Effectiveness dan Interactivity merupakan prediktor yang signifikan dan positif terhadap adopsi media sosial Instagram. Selain itu juga diperoleh hasil bahwa pengadopsian media sosial Instagram merupakan prediktor yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja dari UMKM. SMEs continue striving to adapt to the New Normal. One of the ways for SMEs to adapt is by utilizing digital platforms to promote and sell their products. Instagram is one of the social media platforms that are commonly adopted by SMEs to improve their business performance. There are several considerations for SMEs in choosing social media, such as compatibility, cost effectiveness, and interactivity. This study aims to determine whether compatibility, cost effectiveness and interactivity can predict Instagram social media adoption, as well as whether Instagram social media adoption can be a predictor of SMEs’ performance. This study used purposive sampling technique with a sample of SMEs in Jakarta which have adopted social media Instagram for their business activities. The data was collected from 100 participants who responded to the survey. The results of this study indicate that Compatibility, Cost Effectiveness, and Interactivity are significant and positive predictors of Instagram social media adoption. Additionally, the results also conclude that the adoption of Instagram social media is a significant and positive predictor of SMEs’ performance.

This study aims to evaluate the readiness of prospective teachers for Vocational High Schools in dealing with the world of work in the 4th industrial era when viewed from teaching skills and technological mastery abilities. This type of research is evaluative research with quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study consisted of 1,725 students at Surabaya State University. A total of 996 students were used as research samples by using simple purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the average readiness in the aspects of teaching skills as much as 81.78% of students said they were ready, while the average readiness in the aspect of mastering technology was 88.59% so that it could be stated that students as prospective VHS teachers were very ready to face the world of work. Vocational teacher candidates already have good teaching skills because they are equipped with various theories and practices directly to school, from skills to close the open lesson even drafting learning lessons so that they have the experience they are prepared to use in the world of work. In the ability to master technology, vocational teacher candidates already have a good readiness in the use of technology in learning, such as accessing various Microsoft programs.
