В педагогических исследованиях достаточно перспективным считается внедрение интеграции в процессы подготовки специалистов в технических вузах. Интеграция проникает практически во все компоненты педагогических процессов: методологические подходы, технологии обучения, содержание общетехнических, специальных дисциплин и т. д. Данное утверждение позволяет говорить о необходимости «системной интеграции» в техническом профессиональном и высшем образовании. Известно, что понятие «системной интеграции» получило широкое применение в связи с внедрением во все сферы общественной жизни информационных технологий. Считаем возможным расширить применение данного понятия и на педагогические исследования. В статье под системной интеграцией понимается деятельность, направленная на синергетическое взаимодействие отдельных аспектов педагогической интеграции для повышения эффекта и качества профессионального строительного образования. Цель исследования - охарактеризовать процесс системной интеграции как фактор повышения эффективности профессионального строительного образования. In pedagogical research works, the introduction of integration into the processes of training specialists in technical universities is considered quite promising. Integration is involved in almost all components of pedagogical processes: methodological approaches, teaching technologies, integration of studying general technical, special disciplines, etc. This allows us to speak about the need for “system integration” in technical vocational and higher education. The concept of “system integration” is known to be widely employed due to the introduction of information technologies in all the spheres of life. We consider it possible to expand the application of this concept in pedagogical research. In the work, system integration is understood as activities aimed at synergistic interaction of certain aspects of pedagogical integration to increase the effect and quality, in particular, in engineering education. The purpose of the study is to determine the factors of system integration of the process of training specialists in the scientific and educational cluster. The practical significance of the research lies in the establishment of interdisciplinary connections, the expansion of the relationship between education and production.

Introduction.Nowadays, information technologies are developing rapidly. This process affects practically all spheres of life and causes the need of system technological revolutions and modern methods of data processing. A process of digitalisation inevitably changes the structure of population employment and the educational environment as being provider of new HR-recourses.Theaimsof the research were to identify the problems of the digitalization policy in Russia and to formulate possible solutions.Methodology and research methods.The methods of theoretical investigation were used: abstraction, synthesis, analysis and generalisation.Results.The interaction of education systems and science in the field of preparation of HR-recourses at the stage of digital modernisation of the Russian economy is considered. The impact of digitalisation on vacancies and competences needed and the level of preparedness of Russia for the new technological mode are analysed. The perspective directions of higher education and recruitment policy of enterprise and the whole state are identified. The authors have come to the conclusion that rational recruitment policy is an essential part of Russian economy’s digitalisation. The efficiency of realisation of this strategy requires systembased approach to the organisation of staff training for the enterprises in actively changing economic conditions. HR management has become an extremely important element of this system. It is impossible to manage with such digitalization risks as structural unemployment and – at the same time – deficit of highly-qualified specialists without paying attention to what HR-market requires.Scientific novelty. The originality of digital economy is in its optimising effect on production and consumption possible because of operativeness and consolidation of information and computing systems. There has appeared an opportunity to manage socio-economic processes systematically. The necessity of structural changes in HR-market is proved. Moreover, high schools should head the process of overcoming the expected structural unemployment caused by new technologies appearing, i.e. they provide high-quality education of specialised competencies necessary for workers, in particular. Universities must not wait for the government to work out and present new standards and recommendations. On the contrary, high schools ought to independently and urgently initiate the organisation of competitive experts training and to form innovative methods of education of new specialists by cooperating with business sphere and taking examples of digital leaders. To sum up, sensible approach to educational policy can solve the problem of balancing the HК-market and prevent social disturbance.Practical significance.On the example of activity of separate higher education institutions, the ways and models of functioning of the higher school are shown according to economic tendencies.

Presented is the analyzis of the problem of adaptation of existing educational models to the needs of society under conditions of economic transformation. The aim of the study is to substantiate the possibility of developing and using a flexible learning model in the higher education system, taking into account the needs of society and sectoral differentiation of the economy. As a result the paper analyzes the relationship between the quality of training and the degree of segmentation of the economy, taking into account the level of industry differentiation. It identifies factors that determine the model of Agile education and its final product. The authors have determined the relationship between the degree of industry segmentation and levels within the framework of the Agile-education model, where the quality of the educational product is proposed to be expressed by the category of competence exclusivity. A scheme for organizing training in the framework of the Agile model of education training is proposed, taking into account modern trends in the development of the socio-economic sector. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using a flexible model of higher education in modern conditions of digital transformation and adaptation to the needs of society. Special attention is paid to the specifics of mastering the levels of education and funding sources. Social consequences of the research - the possibility of choosing an individual trajectory of education. Originality - the prospects, challenges and needs of modern society act as prerequisites for the modernization of the higher education model.

Abstract In recent years, more and more countries have realised that investing in education is the key to their prosperity. At the same time, there is a trend towards an increase in youth unemployment in almost all European Union countries. On the one hand, the problems which have triggered this process arise from the higher education system, and on the other, from the relationship between the educational institutions and the employers. The purpose of the article is to generalize and test methodological approaches to assessing the investment needs of an agricultural enterprise and determining production efficiency by updating equipment and introducing new technologies. Research methods. The generalization of the methodical approaches was carried out on the basis of the materials of domestic and foreign scientist publications, regulations and methological developments. Abstract-logical (theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions), monographic (in the process of analyzing the relationship and levels of management of technological operations) and computational-constructive (in determining the dependence of operating costs for growing crops with various technologies) methods were used. The initial information for the research was data from agricultural enterprises in the Dnipropetrovsk region, standards and regulations. Research results. The features of the use and implementation of two types of soil cultivation technologies are disclosed, the relationship and levels of management of technological operations are generalized, an algorithm for calculating the operational indicators of the material and technical support of the production process is developed, the operating costs for growing crops with various technologies and the need for investments are determined. Scientific novelty. Methodical approaches have been developed to substantiate measures to increase the efficiency of production of agricultural enterprises in the process of updating equipment and introducing new technologies based on estimates of the value of specific capital investments and optimization of the machine and tractor fleet according to the criteria of the minimum unit operating costs. Practical significance. The recommendations contribute to solve the problem of increasing the efficiency of agricultural production, as well as calculating the need for investment, subject to the optimal use of technical means and the choice of the optimal tillage technology. . Understanding clients’ needs and adapting the qualitative provision of services has always been a challenge for higher education institutions, particularly in a reforming education context. In a competitive higher education provision, the overall student satisfaction goes beyond a qualitative education, but including also other important aspects, such as catering, study environment, administration and other important issues. The aim of this study was to adapt new tools for quality assurance in higher education in Kosovo from a comprehensive satisfaction perspective. Internal consistency and inter-theme correlations were examined as a form of questionnaire standardization in an Albanian sample of students. In general, most of examined themes showed moderate to high internal consistency. In addition, almost all themes (in exception of one) showed significant correlations among each other. The study further discusses methodological approaches from a piloting study phase, as well as further research prospects.

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of artificial intelligence on modern education, analysis of the prospects of artificial intelligence application in higher education institutions and problems arising as a result. The authors note that the future of higher education is inextricably linked to the development of information technologies and intellectual machines. The prospects of artificial intelligence open up new opportunities in teaching and learning in higher education institutions with powerful potential to change even the management system of educational institutions itself. The authors study the history of artificial intelligence since the 14th century, when Raimund Lullius proposed the idea of implementing reasoning and thought processes in an intellectual machine. The article uses methods of complex theoretical and descriptive analysis. The scientific novelty of the work is that the authors of the article have found that the effectiveness of use of artificial intelligence in education can be represented by the following functions: automation, integration, acclimation, distinction, identification. The authors argue that the increasing use of artificial intelligence in universities and schools also puts ethical questions at the forefront. Now organisations must consider what type of data is collected, how that information is used and what controls are in place to protect the privacy of students and schoolchildren. Practical significance of the work: in addition to functions reflecting the effectiveness of the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process, the authors have determined the positive aspects of the introduction of artificial intelligence in education. The results of the study: the authors of the article conclude that at present universities need to rethink their function and pedagogical models of education in relation to artificial intelligence, as higher education institutions open up extensive opportunities due to the application of artificial intelligence in the educational process.

In modern economic realities, information technologies are considered the main resource of technological and socio-economic development of the country, because they are used in all spheres of society and the state, and directly affect the overall national situation. Therefore, the study and analysis of the conditions for their attraction are relevant both in Ukraine and around the world. The purpose of this study is to identify the features of attracting investment in information technologies and search for methods to improve the investment environment for this industry. For the furtherance of this goal, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, scientific abstraction, and modelling. Within the framework of this study, an interpretation of the concepts of “investment” and “information technologies” are provided and their role and functions at the macro and micro economic levels are highlighted; the main aspects of financing and attracting money in the field of IT are considered; the main problems and prospects of investing in this area in Ukraine are identified; the dynamics of attracting investment in information technologies are analysed; methods for improving the investment environment in the field of IT are proposed. The study also analysed the financial sources of attracting investment, listed the advantages and disadvantages of each type of financing, considered the dynamics and structure of innovation at industrial enterprises of Ukraine in 2019, and established the relationship between the volume of attracted monetary investments and the introduction of innovations. In the course of the study, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of investments in the IT field were also considered, the essence, advantages and disadvantages of each of the methods were identified. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the results of the study can be used to develop a plan and methods for improving the investment climate in the industry, based on the analysis of its strengths and weaknesses

The purpose of this research is to analyze a meaningful understanding of the definition of the polyethnosphere and to identify mediation trends in the relationship of the polyethnosphere with the processes of interexistence of various archetypes of the modern globalization world. The methodologyу of this study is methods and principles of culturological analysis of mediation phenomena of the polyethnosphere as a phenomenon of globalization­civilization cultural continuum. The results of this scientific research are connected with a detailed culturological analysis of the mediation of the polyethnosphere as a factor of the further civilizational evolution of the cultural continuum in the context of globalization. The scientific topicality of the research is that by means of culturological methodological tools the issues of agency, mediation of the polyethnosphere as a phenomenon of evolution of the cultural continuum in the context of globalization are analyzed. The practical significance of this article is that its results can be of interest in the preparation of methodological materials for history and theory of culture in higher education institutions, especially in the ones of the humanitarian specialization.

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the relationship between character and socio-psychological adaptation of the individual to university education. Concepts analyzed: character, adaptation, socio-psychological adaptation to learning, adolescence. Diagnostic research methods were used (Oldham-Morris questionnaire to determine personality types and Rogers-Diamond research methods to determine socio-psychological adaptation of personality); methods of mathematical statistics. In the field of psychological and pedagogical research, the problem of adaptation of students is one of the priorities, as it is located at the junction of different fields of knowledge that are crucial in the modern conditions of higher education. The purpose of the study: to identify the relationship between personality types and socio-psychological adaptation in students. The conducted empirical research allows to draw the following conclusions: in general, the subjects had a high level of adaptation, self-acceptance, acceptance of others, emotional comfort, internality, which indicates good social adaptability; the average level of desire for domination, which allows them to have self-esteem, not to be constantly subordinate to others, but also does not lead to authoritarianism, dictatorship. Among the personality types of the most popular is the "Honest" type, also common are "Dramatic" and "Active".
