Physical health promotion has always been a way for schools to pay close attention to and devote resources to their students’ development, physical fitness, and social adaptability. To promote the improvement of students’ overall physical quality, we must begin with the foundation and school physical education. This study proposes an improved K-means algorithm based on an analysis of the influencing factors of intelligent optimization of sports facilities and equipment on students’ health quality. Clustering analysis is carried out based on two groups of data classified as boys and girls, using the improved K-means algorithm. The findings reveal that the average change trend of physical fitness test items in each male cluster is generally similar, with a moderate change. The change in the average score of physical fitness test items for each cluster of girls in the group showed two distinct valleys, and the trend was complicated. This necessitates schools to invest funds to construct venues and purchase equipment in order to increase the number of sporting events.

Objective: During their career, most players working in professional team sports move from club to club. These transitions are not always completely successful and could highly impact the route of the players' development. However, there is a lack of knowledge on the psychological processes involved when players encounter problems in adapting from one club to another. Thus, it was the aim of this study to identify the most difficult aspects of these transitions, as experienced by team sports players and the psychological skills that contribute to successful outcomes.Design and Method: The present study included twenty professional basketball players (aged between 20 and 36 years old; Mean = 26.05, SD = 4.12), who had played under different coaches (coach range 4–15; Mean = 8.65, SD = 2.92), and also played for different clubs (range 3–10; Mean = 5.35, SD = 2.08). They took part in retrospective interviews regarding their embedded experiences during club to club transitions. A situated E-approach was used to identify their problematic experiences, the adaptability skills and how they are applied during club mutations.Results and Conclusions: The identification of problematic experiences revealed seven components in relation to coaching (e.g., obeying orders, reduced play time), three components with teammates (e.g., respect), two components with the club (e.g., lack of support), and three components with family/friends (e.g., geographical constraints). Additionally, results indicated that the adaptability skills used during mutation are related to three groups namely mental skills, learning methods, and interpersonal skills. The results provide coaches, players, sports psychologists, and national sport organizations a set of issues for understanding the challenges players encounter when they move from one club to another.

The article examines the influence of different forms of the military identity of veterans on the degree of their social adaptation. We define “military identity” as a result of the social identity of a service(wo)man with the military due to the internalization of values and norms adopted in the military sphere. A “veteran” is a service(wo)man who served in the army, participated in combat operations, and was demobilized in connection with the end of the term of service or for health reasons, regardless of the types of military forces and military service. We have used a sociological method of measuring the stable, situational, and unformed types of veterans’ military identity based on the following criteria: social identification, the strength of connection with the army, biographical importance of military service, perception of the army as a family, recognition of the individual in the army, existential assessment of military service, the importance of military practices after demobilization, social contacts with former service(wo)men, the positive assessment of the military culture of obedience/discipline. We have studied the influence of the following factors – duration of staying in the combat zone, conscription age, motivation to join the army, marital status, and traumatic combat experience – on the formation of military identity. According to the quota sample, the results of the study “Military identity and social adaptation of Ukrainian veterans” are presented; 400 veterans (n = 400) were interviewed according to the quota sample. We found out that veterans with a stable military identity mainly had a low level of social adaptability to the civilian life; veterans with a situational form of military identity mostly had a medium level of social adaptability; veterans with an unformed type of military identity were the most adapted to the civilian life.

Introduction. Economic socialization of the individual during adolescence takes place in the form of their spontaneous inclusion in predominantly consumer relations, with adolescentsʼ stable economic behavior patterns being developed through their communication in peer groups (by means of exchange of personal belongings and services and spontaneous buying and selling). This is greatly influenced by the individual's ability to preserve the integrity and autonomy of their psychological space.Aim: to determine the impact of school students' psychological space organization on the development of their economic and psychological qualities.Methods: Retrospective Questionnaire of Monetary Mental Sets (M. Semenov), the semantic differential method to study students' attitudes to personal property and the ways of appropriating personal goods (N. Dembitska), Attitude to Money questionnaire (M. Semenov), Social Adaptability questionnaire (O. Posipanov), GET2test (modified by N. Dembitska), and S. Nartova-Bochaver Autonomy of Psychological Space questionnaire. The study involved 634 students aged 11 to 16 years.Results. Adolescents experienced the growing impact of moral factors on their methods of appropriation. As the autonomy of adolescents' psychological space increased, their tendency to self-knowledge and positive attitudes to their own ideas and knowledge strengthened, too. High school students were shown to be inclined for direct, and sometimes aggressive, assertion of their right to privacy in the space of their own things, values, and tastes.Conclusions. There are ontogenetic factors in school students’ economic socialization, with the latter having relationships with some aspects of school students’ psychological space autonomy.

Objectives: Taking female college students and non-PE majors in a women’s college as experimental research objects, this paper compares and analyzes the influence of different dimensions of mental health level, and discusses the interaction and relationship between different physical exercises and female college students’ mental health level. Methods: The research was conducted in the form of experiment, and the female college students were randomly divided into three different exercise groups, namely aerobics group, basketball group and table tennis group. The three project groups were carried out under the conditions of basically the same exercise intensity, the same exercise time and the same number of exercises per week. Results: The research shows that the level of mental health changes in different degrees before and after the experiment. After the experiment, aerobics, basketball and table tennis have different influences on the dimension of mental health of female college students. Conclusion: This study suggests that female college students who have no habit of physical exercise should be encouraged to take part in physical exercise, and those who have already taken part in physical exercise should be encouraged to persevere and participate in sports group events properly, so as to improve social adaptability and promote their own healthy development.

With the rapid development of the internet, the 5G cloud computing environment is gradually replacing the traditional computing environment. The social adaptation level of college students in this environment is an important indicator of whether college students can effectively integrate into the society. This article aims to study the design and reform of ice and snow sports education in the 5G cloud computing environment to enhance the social adaptability of college students. On this basis, in order to improve the social adaptability of southern university students, research on ice and snow sports education is proposed. This paper uses the literature method to study the characteristics of ice and snow sports education and the training model of social adaptability, constructs an experimental study on improving the social adaptability of southern college students, analyzes the overall impact of college students’ participation in ice and snow sports education on social adaptability, and compares the situation with college students’ participation in different sports to improve social adaptability. The social adaptability of college students from the lower grades to the upper grades is gradually enhanced, and the social adaptability score of boys is 35.8, the score of girls’ social adaptability is 33.7, and the scores of boys are higher than those of girls.

Caribbean islands, like other Small Island Developing States (SIDS), are at the center of the vulnerability debate as current climatic trends predict elevated sea levels and increased frequency of storms, leading to significant challenges for local communities. Caribbean islanders have been exposed to climatic challenges since the initial occupation of the archipelago between five to eight thousand years ago. They have been continually confronted with severe droughts, tropical cyclones, extreme wave events, sea-level changes, and the accompanying impacts. The various phenomena have stimulated island residents both to anticipate and respond to such events, adapting their lifestyles and socio-cultural and political structures and ties across the region over time. In this article, we innovatively combine archaeological and palaeoenvironmental data with longitudinal coastal-erosion data and ethnographic data to further develop and promote sustainable local strategies to mitigate the adverse effects of climate change and increasingly frequent and violent weather events on small-island settings. To find proxies, we first look into the region’s pre-colonial archaeological record. Second, we delve into predictive modeling and the current and future climatic challenges for heritage sites and local coastal communities, as well as related collaborative heritage mitigation efforts. Third, we discuss the contribution of traditional knowledge practices to climate change adaptation. The results show how the long-term perspective and multidisciplinary approach adopted here may lead to realistic solutions to seemingly intractable problems. They also reveal how collaborative projects involving all stakeholders on an equal basis in all phases of research have become a top priority in climate change mitigation and heritage safeguarding.

As for college students is about to walk into society, how to learned during college all kinds of professional knowledge and skills in the future life and work, how reasonable in the future workplace, properly handle interpersonal relationships, how to better integrate into social life, reflect their own value, and to raise their competitive strength, and observe the rules and regulations, laws and regulations, Have a good moral integrity, set up the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values. All these are closely related to the social adaptability of college students. Physical education is an important way to implement quality-oriented education and cultivate talents with all-round development, which was clearly pointed out in the Guidelines for Physical Education Course Teaching in National Colleges and Universities issued in 2002.In the given physical education teaching objectives also explains that the students are required to show good sports ethics and cooperative spirit as well as correctly deal with the relationship between competition and cooperation.</p>

The perpetual need for developing a sustainable economic environment places the education policies at the foundation of social adaptability. Creating and maintaining curriculum content that meets the demands of a continuously changing society, and the challenges that such a rapid evolution put on the labour market, is one of the top priorities for any education system and institution involved in education at any level. This paper proposes a cognitive computing solution for assessing, in a programmatic manner, large corpora of curriculum content created by teachers from lower secondary education environment for Informatics instruction in Romanian schools. The result of this initiative at the national level is corpora of curricular content that must be evaluated to verify the degree to which the material meets the requirements of the national curriculum. We addressed this crucial yet tedious process by designing and implementing a solution for automating curriculum assessment through cognitive computing. The paper outlines a sustainable framework to evaluate curriculum content in an automated fashion, and for providing critical feedback timely to both content creators, and to policy makers responsible for creating economically viable and future adaptable education strategies.
