The aims of study were determine resilience’s level of prisoners before being released in Class II A’s Prison at Purwokerto; to find out the effectiveness of the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) technique to increase the resilience of prisoners before being released in Class II A’s Prison at Purwokerto. This research was experimental study, while the type of experiment used is a type of pretest-posttest control group design experiment, an experiment that compares an effect on an experimental group that will be subject to treatment with a control group that is not subject to the dependent variable. The number of respondents were 20 prisoners. The results showed that the CBT technique could increase the resilience of prisoners before they were released in Class II A’s Prison at Purwokerto. This was evidenced by analysis of the description which states that an increase in prisoner resilience from the beginning per test before treatment and after treatment (treatment). The effectiveness of the CBT technique has been proven to increase the resilience of prisoners to an increase after receiving treatment with the CBT technique. Significant improvement was seen from paired sample test t and Ngain test showed that the hypothesis was accepted. The conclusion was CBT techniques are effective in increasing prisoners to be released in Class II A’s Prison at Purwokerto.

Stress cannot be separated from student academic life in university. This stressful condition, if not managed properly, can prevent students from successfully completing their studies. This study aimed to examine the effects of Gratitude-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (G-CBT) in reducing academic stress among students. Sixteen students were recruited for this research, all of which were working on their thesis projects. Among these participants, 10 were assigned to the experimental group and six were assigned to the control group. The effect of the intervention was tested using a quasi-experiment with an untreated control group design with pretest and posttest samples. The Academic Stress Scale and the Grateful Scale were used to measure academic stress and gratitude. Analysis using the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U Test showed that following the administration of G-CBT treatment, there was a larger reduction of academic stress among participants in the experimental group compared to the control group (Z = -3.264; p <0.05). The study concluded that G-CBT intervention can reduce academic stress on students.

Adolescence is one of the transitional periods of human development, where a person cannot be called an adult but no longer a child. The biggest users of online games in Indonesia are teenagers, where for teenagers playing online games is not a strange thing. pleasure and fun when playing games causes feelings of helplessness or inability to stop playing online games, so that in the end it affects other activities that are usually done daily. Knowing the effect of cognitive behavior therapy on online game addiction in adolescents at SMAN 7 Bulukumba in 2020 ". The design in this study is quantitative using research design, pre and post control group design, the sample of this study was 34 respondents who were divided into 2 groups (experimental and control), where the experimental group was given cognitive behavior therapy and the control group as a comparison. . The results of the analysis using the paired T test statistical test with a level of confidence (α = 0.05). Based on the results of this test. It was found that the p value in the experimental group was 0.000 and the p value in the control group was 0.163. So Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of cognitive behavior therapy on online game addiction in adolescents at SMA Negeri 7 Bulukumba in 2020, researchers suggest that more attention is needed to adolescents who are addicted to online games so as not to cause harm in the future.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian pendampingan psikologi dengan metode appreciative inquiry untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen, dengan menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian adalah narapidana wanitan di Lapas Klas II A Anak Martapura sebanyak 22 orang dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling, kemudian dilakukan randomisasi sehingga diraih 11 orang pada kelompok eksperimen dan 11 orang pada kelompok kontrol. Instrument yang digunakan adalah Skala Kepercayaan Diri, Checklist Kepercayaan Diri dan Modul Appreciative Inquiry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rata-rata nilai kepercayaan diri pada kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol sebesar 2,092, yang berarti pendampingan psikologi dengan metode appreciative inquiry dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri narapidana wanita di Lapas Klas II A Anak Martapura. Kata kunci: Pendampingan Psikologi, Appreciative Inquiry, Kepercayaan Diri   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of psychological assistance with appreciative inquiry method to increase self-confidence, The method was an experimental study with pretest-posttest control group design. Subjects were 22 female inmates for drug cases in the Martapura Children’s Penitentiary Class II-A, divided into two groups of 11 persons in experimental group and the other 11 in control group. The instruments were self-confidence scale, self-confidence checklist and appreciative inquiry module. It showed that there was difference in the average value of the self-confidence between the experimental group and the control group, which meant that the psychological assistance with appreciative inquiry method was effective to increase self-confidence in female inmates in the Martapura Children’s Penitentiary Class II-A.  Keywords: Psychological Assistance, Self-Confidence, Appreciative Inquiry

Rasa  marah  merupakan  bagian  dari  emosi  yang  dimiliki  oleh semua individu, dalam kadar tertentu hampir setiap individu pernah mengalaminya. Terkadang individu sulit untuk mengontrol emosi marah, hal  itu  tergantung  dari  keterampilan  individu  dalam  mengelola  emosi marah yang muncul, oleh karena itu, guru BK perlu memberikan latihan agar peserta didik memiliki keterampilan dalam mengelola emosi marah melalui teknik tertentu. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui keefektifan model experiential learning untuk melatih keterampilan pengelolaan emosi marah. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan True Experimental Pre-test, Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik SMP  Negeri  6  Kota  Bima  kelas  VII.  Subjek penelitian  terjaring  secara random sehingga diperoleh sejumlah 10 orang yang dibagi ke dalam kelompok eksperimen (n = 5) dan kelompok kontrol (n = 5). Instrumen lain yang  digunakan  adalah  lembar  penilaian  diri,  lembar  tugas  mengelola emosi marah dan pedoman observasi. Teknik statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji  hipotesis  adalah  Two  Independent  Sample  Test  Mann  Whitney untuk membandingkan perbedaan skor keterampilan pengelolaan emosi marah antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien Z (-2.207) dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.027 yang berarti 0.027 di bawah nilai probabilitas yaitu (0.027 < 0.05). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak yang berarti ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara peserta didik yang diintervensi dengan model experiential learning dan peserta didik yang diintervensi dengan bimbingan secara umum, sehingga model experiential learning efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan emosi marah peserta didik SMP. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan bahwa model experiential learning bisa untuk mengajarkan keterampilan mengelola emosi marah peserta didik SMP

This study aimed to determine the effect of the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model with the outdoor approach towards students’ ability in mathematical representation. It was quasi-experimental research consisting of two experimental classes and one control group. It used a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study was the students of SUPM Tegal. Sampling was conducted using cluster random consisting of three classes. The first experimental group was carried out by implementing the learning model of CTL with the outdoor approach. The second experimental group was carried out by implementing a learning model of CTL, while the control group was conducted by implementing a conventional learning model. The research instrument was a 7-point mathematical representation test in the form of an essay. The results of the research were 1) the learning model of CTL with an outdoor approach affected the improvement and achievement of the students’ ability in mathematical representation and was higher than CTL and a conventional learning; 2) the improvement of the students’ ability of representation in the groups of CTL with outdoor approach, CTL, and conventional learning respectively was in high, medium, and low category.

Abstrak             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model Picture and Picture dan Model Sugesti Imajinasi dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Banjarnegara. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII-D kelompok eksperimen 1 menggunakan model Picture and Picture dan VIII-C Kelompok eksperimen 2 menggunakan model Sugesti Imajinasi. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental design dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Picture and Picture lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan model Sugesti Imajinasi dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP.   Kata Kunci: model picture and picture, model sugesti imajinasi, teks puisi.   Abstract This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Picture and Picture Model and Imagination Suggestion Model in learning to write poetry for eight-grade students of Junior High School. The population in this study were eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Banjarnegara. The samples of this study were the class VIII-D students as in the experimental group 1 using the Picture and Picture and VIII-C as in the experimental group 2 using the Imagination Suggestion model. The design used in this research is quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The results showed that the Picture and Picture model was more effective than the Imagination Suggestion model in learning to write poetry for the eighth-grade students of Junior High School.

This study aimed to find the effect of using monopoli game media towards learning result on social science major at fourth grade of SDN Gugus 15 Kota Bengkulu. This research is quantitative, using experiment method, with The Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The instrument used was test sheet in multiple choice form. The test was taken two times, before and after giving treatening to the sample class. The sample in this research was the students in IVB of SDN 76 Kota Bengkulu (control group) and the students in IV of SDN 104 Kota Bengkulu (experimental group). The t value gotten was (3,668) > ttable (1,668). The result of t value was higher than t table, so it can be concluded that there are significant effect of using monopoli game media towards learning result on social science major at fourth grade SDN Gugus 15 Kota Bengkulu.

Proses belajar mengajar pada tingkat sekolah dasar mata pelajaran sains memerlukan pembelajaran konkret yang mampu menciptakan kondisi belajar peserta didik lebih menarik, dan menyenangkan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan ragam media belajar terhadap hasil belajar, aktivitas belajar dan tanggapan peserta didik terhadap pemanfaatan ragam media belajar pada materi organ tubuh manusia dan hewan di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimental design nonequivalent pre-test and post-test control-group design. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, metode tes, metode observasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian meliputi ketuntasan hasil belajar dianalisis dengan one sample t test, peningkatan hasil belajar dianalisis dengan uji N-gain, uji perbedaan rata-rata dua kelompok dianalisis dengan independent sample test, aktivitas peserta didik, aktivitas guru dan tanggapan peserta didik dianalisis dengan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan control. Aktivitas peserta didik dan guru menjadi sangat aktif dan kategori sangat baik. Tanggapan peserta didik terhadap ragam media tergolong kategori tinggi.

This research aims to know the effect of group investigation learning on student’s science process skill based on their IQ in SMAN 1 Mataram for eleventh grade students. This is a quasi experimental study using pretest postest control group design design. Pretest was taken to get data of student’s IQ. Posttest was also conducted to measure student’s science process skill. Sample was taken using nonprobability sampling from the population of eleventh grade student in SMAN 1 Mataram.The sample was two group of student each from two class, class XI sains 6 and as experimental group and class XI sains 5 as control group. The average os Student’s IQ on experimental group and control group were equal, both at 112. Learning processes were 12 x 45 minutes long in total. The experimental group showed better average score on posttest where they scored 82.40 on average, while control group only scored 74.83 on average. This value is statistically significant, at p = 0.007, less that 0.005. This result shows that implementation of group investigation can increase student’s science process skill.Keywords: Group investigation, science process skill, intelligence Quotient (IQ)ABSTRACT

Abstract.  This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes and students' science process skills between classes using PBL models based on virtual simulations, PBL models based on practicum, and conventional learning. This quasi-experimental research uses nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research is VIII grade students of MTsN 2 Banjarmasin. The research sample is class VIII E as the control class, class VIII F as the experimental class I, and class VIII G as the experimental class II. Data collection uses test and observation techniques. Data analysis techniques use the Kruskall-Wallis test and descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) There were differences in knowledge learning outcomes between experimental class I, experimental class II, and control class (2) There were differences in students' science process skills between experimental class I, experimental class II, and control class. Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Virtual Simulation, Practicum, Knowledge Learning Results, Science Process Skills Abstrak. Penelitian eksperimen semu ini menggunakan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTsN 2 Banjarmasin. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas VIII E sebagai kelas kontrol, kelas VIII F sebagai kelas eksperimen I, dan kelas VIII G sebagai kelas eksperimen II. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunankan teknik tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Kruskall-Wallis dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat perbedaan  hasil belajar pengetahuan antara kelas eksperimen I, kelas eksperimen II, dan kelas kontrol (2) Terdapat  perbedaan keterampilan proses sains siswa antara kelas eksperimen I, kelas eksperimen II, dan kelas kontrol. Kata kunci: Problem Based Learning,  Simulasi Virtual, Praktikum, Hasil Belajar Pengetahuan, Keterampilan Proses Sains
