The article outlines the need of formation of organizational competence of future engineers by means of blended learning. Blended learning contributes to the organizational competence of future engineers using high educational potentials of electronic resources. Blended learning allows to implement modern teaching concepts due to its accessibility, easiness of usage, socialization, possibility of organizing collaborative activities and evaluating methods. The authors conclude that use of blended learning can significantly increase the effectiveness of educational process and quality of student’ training.

In modern conditions of reforming the system of higher education, the introduction of time-based blended and distance learning, the mission of higher education is to ensure the efficiency and quality of university education. Therefore, the problem of using blended and distance learning technologies becomes relevant, which, taking into account the peculiarities of the conduct, should ensure the quality of educational services for students. Blended learning is defined as a hybrid of traditional face-to-face and online learning so that instruction occurs both in the classroom and online, and where the online component becomes a natural extension of traditional classroom learning. The article highlights the peculiarities of the introduction of mixed and distance learning at the university, analyzes and clarifies the essence and content of the concepts of « blended learning», «distance learning», identifies the main approaches, methodical principles underlying the organization of the educational process, the priority tasks and advantages of the introduced forms of education are singled out, the tendencies of their development are outlined, in particular in modern conditions. The methods, organizational forms and means used during blended and distance learning are described, specific examples of their introduction at Kyiv International University are given, as well as the schematic structure of the methodical system of the proposed forms of education that ensure the quality of university education. It is proved that blended and distance learning solves the problems of individualization, intensification and optimization of education, is the most effective evolution of the traditional model of learning7

The paper is devoted to the usage of a mixed learning model with elements of project activity in the master’s program. Master’s programs are implemented at the State University of Humanities and technology from the 2018/2019 academic year at the faculty of biology and chemistry. The main idea of implementing blended learning is to improve the quality of the educational process and the practical application of learning outcomes in teaching activities. The students involved in are this program are all practical teachers and have real opportunities to implement the results of the educational process in school practice. Within the framework of the educational program, a system has been developed to such as extend that ensures the process of creating and implementing author’s projects in the educational space of the school. The undergraduates create their own projects and implement them in the school environment. The projects are the product of training, which gives the opportunity of the educational program.

The article is devoted to defining the essence of the concept ‘educational analytics’ as an automated process of collecting, measuring, analyzing and visualizing data about the subjects of educational process in order to improve the educational environment. The algorithms of using educational analytics to control and evaluate the level of professional training of future physical culture teachers in conditions of blended learning as a tool of improvement the education quality are characterised. It has been found that blended learning, based on the use of information and communication technologies, contains a significant amount of digital data of online learning systems and a wide range of intellectual analysis to improve the academic success of both the individual student and the educational process as a whole. The study characterizes the types of combining full-time and e-learning education according to the level of process technologies.  Basic effective strategies of using educational analytics in blended courses for students’ profiling and their academic achievements tracking (timely detection of difficulties in mastering certain content; regulation and control of academic activity; development of an empirical framework for educational programme planning and individual academic and professional development strategies) are identified.  The key objects of educational analytics in blended learning are characterized (student activity in the form of number of course (Web site)visits; time, spent on tasks’ fulfilment; student productivity in forums and chats (number of reactions, argumentation); electronic testing data (number of attempts,  the number of points scored, typical mistakes); the quality of practical tasks’ fulfilment). The author’s algorithm of using tools and strategies for organizing of blended learning and monitoring the level of educational achievements of future physical culture teachers while the course ‘Adaptive Physical Education’ is presented.  The results of empirical research show that blended educational environment provides new approaches and ways to aggregate a wide range of information about students, their academic activity and success, the effectiveness of educational activities in a particular course, the level of mastering the material.  It is emphasized that the use of educational analytics provides an opportunity to predict students’ success and determine the effectiveness of educational courses, and thus allows timely to choose strategies of students’ support and to correct the quality of educational content.

The article discusses the problem of organizing blended learning in general education organizations. Blended learning, as one of the areas of informatization of education, has been used in foreign countries since the end of the 20th century, and in Russia it has been discussed quite recently. Blended learning has both advantages over traditional learning and possible risks, which include the lack of readiness of teachers to implement an innovative approach to teaching chemistry due to poor awareness of blended learning lesson models and methodological capabilities of electronic educational resources. Separate publications on conducting such chemistry lessons in the absence of generalized methodological recommendations do not allow the teacher to effectively master this technology. The purpose of the study is to develop guidelines that generalize and systematize the experience of organizing blended learning in chemistry lessons. The research methodology is determined: literary search on the problem of organizing blended learning; studying the readiness of chemistry teachers to organize blended learning; development of scripts for chemistry lessons in different blended learning models; preparation of recommendations for chemistry teachers. This article presents the results of a questionnaire survey of chemistry teachers, allowing to determine their readiness for the organization of blended learning. It was found that more than 70% of chemistry teachers know what blended learning is, but prefer to accompany traditional face-to-face learning with electronic resources or use the flipped classroom blended learning model as the most understandable and accessible. The authors confirmed the assumption of the need to develop a generalized model of blended learning lessons, criteria for choosing a model and electronic resources, taking into account the studied content. When choosing electronic resources, the main criterion should be the scientific nature of the studied content, and not the convenience of the user interface. An important criterion is the cross-platform nature of educational resources, as well as the availability of guidelines for the inclusion of the proposed electronic resources in the educational process.

La presente investigación estudia la manera en que el modelo de aprendizaje combinado, llamado blended learning, constituye una alternativa para fomentar la adquisición de competencias, optimizar el uso de las instalaciones escolares y aumentar el alcance educativo en bachillerato, de acuerdo con los planteamientos de la Reforma Integral de Educación Media Superior, en México. Se realizaron observaciones a alumnos de bachillerato en la asignatura de Informática, quienes interactuaron en actividades colaborativas mediante foros virtuales y de manera presencial, posteriormente se aplicó un cuestionario para conocer sus experiencias y percepciones. Los resultados muestran que la calidad de la interacción y comunicación en el trabajo colaborativo presenta áreas de oportunidad; sin embargo, se mostró que el modelo de aprendizaje combinado propicia el desarrollo de competencias generales y el uso de tecnología.Recibido: 17 de febrero de 2014 Aceptado: 18 de septiembre de 2014AbstractThis research studies how the blended learning model promotes the acquisition of competences, enhances the use of school facilities and increases the educational offering in High School, as established in the Integral Reform of Higher Secondary Education in the Mexican system. Observations to students were carried out in the subject of Computer Sciences, they performed collaborative activities on virtual forums and in the classroom, and afterwards a questionnaire was administrated to know their experiences and opinions about the use of this model. The article is devoted to the study of identifying the main problem areas of modern dis-tance learning, as well as defining further directions for the development of the educational sphere. The article analyzes the data obtained in the course of practical research in the form of an online survey from November 2020 to March 2021. The research participants are both university students and working specialists from various areas of commercial and non-commercial activities. A special focus is on studying the difficulties that students of distance education courses and programs face: technical support, maintaining a high level of motivation, problems with the per-ception of information and external distractions. At the same time, in general, the study partici-pants highly rated their level of satisfaction from passing online training, the quality of teaching and illustrative material, the convenience of digital educational platforms and specialized appli-cations. The article considers the concept of blended learning or "Blended Learning" as one of the possible directions for the development of the educational sphere, provides a definition and data and the degree of awareness and involvement in this educational process. This approach al-lows you to effectively combine all the advantages of traditional full-time educational methods and modern digital technologies, distance learning opportunities.

The Republic

Purpose of the study. The digital turn in higher education and pedagogical technologies requires the use of a variety of teaching approaches and methods. The quarantine period in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic caused the need for a radical transformation of the higher education system, its new paradigm in a modern digital society. In such conditions, it becomes necessary to form a digital educational environment and many countries, including the Republic of Uzbekistan, have faced this task. Students need to develop skills in working with information, in particular, the use of information and communication technologies in the process of solving cognitive tasks and performing creative tasks in cognitive and educational activities. All these processes update the topic of the article and require an analysis of the experience of using electronic educational resources in the Republic of Uzbekistan.Materials and methods. The methodological basis of the research was the activity-oriented, personality-oriented, systemic, project-based and individually creative approaches. The analysis of the historiography of the problem showed: despite a significant number of studies in the field of application of various information technologies in historical research, there are still no works that would summarize data on working with electronic educational resources in the Republic of Uzbekistan. This article is an attempt to offer an analysis of the possibilities, as well as the main advantages of using electronic educational resources in teaching disciplines in higher education, using the example of Uzbekistan.Results. The article examines electronic resources for distance education that are present in the CIS countries, since online educational resources as a complex of various educational materials, for which gadgets are used, can improve the quality of education and diversify the forms of teaching. The author analyzes the conditions and prospects for the development of distance education in the Republic of Uzbekistan, notes a conceptual approach to educational digital platforms that contribute to improving the quality of education. The system of higher education of the Republic as well as the conditions and prospects for the development of distance education in the Republic of Uzbekistan are investigated. The author identifies the main trends in the modern online educational environment. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of electronic educational resources have been identified. The article defines the strategic goals for the development of higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan at a new stage of development, and also presents an analysis of Internet resources for distance education that are available in Uzbekistan. Conclusion. Thus, we come to the conclusion that in the current conditions, many countries are switching to digital and electronic means of education; the article shows the main Internet resources that contribute to the effectiveness of the system of professional training for bachelors, using the example of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The effectiveness, intensity, activation, individualization, and communicativeness of the educational process depend to a greater extent on how electronic resources are used, what tasks are solved during their use.

The objectives of the implementation of the National Project “Digital Economy” are the modernization of the education system and the introduction of modern technologies and teaching aids. The article discusses the achievement of these goals in the modern conditions of the organization of the educational process, which require the introduction of models of distance and blended learning using practice oriented methods. To form the competencies of bachelors in the “Applied informatics” direction, a practice oriented learning model has been developed based on 1C software products, based on the matrix of correspondence between curriculum disciplines and information systems and services offered by the developer. When implementing such a model, it is necessary to use the methodology of a continuous system for the formation of professional competencies, which consists of several stages, which also include all types of planned practice curricula. Successful achievement of the set goals is possible due to the integration of practical examples and software solutions, which allows solving professional problems without the departure of students to enterprises. The experience of organizing student training on practice oriented cases within the framework of the formation of professional competencies of graduates of the direction of training bachelors “Applied informatics” is presented. The features of the proposed solutions in the implementation of interdisciplinary links of IT disciplines using the 1C:Enterprise platform are considered.

The paper considers issues related to customization of training with regard to cognitive styles within the information and educational space of an educational institution. Analyzed challenges of innovative educational technologies, designed to customize student training in a higher school networked educational environment. The author considers the task of developing technologies for customizing educational process as a sine qua non for creating intellectual foundation of the information-oriented society. Innovative technologies for customizing educational process helps to radically enhance effectiveness and quality of training.
